本技术领域技术人员可以理解,除非特意声明,这里使用的单数形式“一”、“一个”、“所述”和“该”也可包括复数形式。应该进一步理解的是,本申请的说明书中使用的措辞“包括”是指存在所述特征、整数、步骤、操作、元件和/或组件,但是并不排除存在或添加一个或多个其他特征、整数、步骤、操作、元件、组件和/或它们的组。
图1为本申请一个实施例中的客户信息筛选方法的流程图,如图1所示,筛选方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,接收客户信息:业务系统读取web前端设置的信息填报页面,接收客户填写的基本信息及申请的业务类型,汇总生成客户名单。
业务供应商选定一业务系统,业务系统可以是windows操作系统,或Linux操作系统,windows操作系统是面向大众的系统,Linux操作系统是面向企业的系统,且Linux操作系统是一个基于POSIX和UNIX的多用户、多任务、支持多线程和多CPU的操作系统,它能运行主要的UNIX工具软件、应用程序和网络协议,用户可以任意修改其源代码。Linux支持多用户,各个用户对于自己的文件设备有自己特殊的权利,保证了各用户之间互不影响。Linux同时具有字符界面和图形界面,在字符界面用户可以通过键盘输入相应的指令来进行操作。由于本实施例需要客户录入信息填报页面,因此优选Linux操作系统。
业务系统在web前端预先设置供客户填写包括基本信息的信息填报页面在内的客户信息,信息填报页面中至少包括业务类型字段和基本信息内容,业务类型字段可以采用下拉菜单、单选框或复选框的形式,也可以采用关键字检索的形式,业务系统根据此业务类型字段接收客户确定的业务类型。
步骤S2,信息筛选:业务系统获取预设在业务系统中的业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对客户名单中的基本信息进行逐项判断,生成符合销售条件的合格名单和不符合销售条件的待补全名单,将合格名单发送给后端坐席进行产品的售卖,将待补全名单发给前端坐席。
由于业务供应商的业务类型非常多,每个业务类型对应的产品资质不同,对于每个业务类型需要获取和判断的基本信息也不同,因此本申请对应每个业务类型均设有对应的筛选规则表,此筛选规则表是根据销售的产品及后端坐席综合业务发展配置,可通过excel表的方式表达,并前期预设在业务系统的存储器中存储。
通过调用此筛选规则表中的每一项规则,对基本信息进行逐项判断,每项都符合筛选规则表中的规则,则认为此基本信息对应的客户是符合销售条件的客户,将其客户的基本信息和业务类型录入到合格名单中,依次对客户名单中的每个客户对应的基本信息进行判断,生成最终符合销售条件的合格名单,并发送给后端坐席进行产品的售卖。对于任一一项基本信息不符合规则,则认为此基本信息对应的客户是不符合销售条件的待补全名单,发给前端坐席进行后续补全。
步骤S3,信息补全:业务系统接收前端坐席回传的待补全名单。
前端坐席的补全方式可以是人工拨叫或自动处理单元。人工拨叫时,通过客户的基本信息中的联络信息拨叫对应客户,进行基本信息的补全或追加。自动处理单元可以采用IVR系统。IVR(Interactive Voice Response)即互动式语音应答,IVR系统是一种无线语音业务增值服务,现有的IVR业务包括彩铃(移动自己运营)、在线点歌、语音信息服务、语音游戏、多方会议、背景音乐通话以及聊天交友等。由于IVR系统的技术门槛低,用户只需向运营商申请接入号码资源,购买相应的语音平台设备与运营商的语音网关进行信令/话务中继的连接,搭建自己的服务系统,创建自己的语音业务流程后,即可开展IVR业务。
本实施例中,在搭建IVR系统时,应创建语音拨叫程序,制定IVR数据采集规范,并完成必要的IVR日志系统改正后,根据预设的语音拨叫程序,读取待补全名单中的基本信息中的联络信息拨叫对应客户,进行语音提示后,协助客户进行基本信息的补全或追加。IVR系统可同时处理多路通话,且遇忙自动处理下一流程,会极大降低顾客听到忙音或途中放弃的概率,提高顾客满意程度。IVR系统的补全方式还可以提高呼叫服务的质量并节省人工费用。
步骤S4,复检:业务系统收到补全后的名单后,再次调用业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次复检,将复检合格名单发送给后端坐席,将复检不合格名单存储备用。
前端坐席通过补全后得到的名单,并不都满足销售条件,因此本步骤再次对补全基本信息后的名单进行复检,复检的方法同步骤S2,即通过调用业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对补全后的名单中的基本信息进行判断,判断每项都符合筛选规则表中的规则,则认为此基本信息对应的客户是符合销售条件的客户,将其客户的基本信息和业务类型录入到复检合格名单中,依次对补全后得到的名单中的每个客户对应的基本信息进行判断,生成最终符合销售条件的复检合格名单,并发送给后端坐席进行产品的售卖。对于任一一项基本信息不符合规则,则认为此基本信息对应的客户不符合销售条件,将其客户的基本信息和业务类型录入到复检不合格名单中,并将复检不合格名单存储备用,以做暂时关闭处理。待后续增加其他业务类型后,可以在存储的复检不合格名单中再次挖 掘其他业务类型对应的合格名单。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,步骤S1可包括如下具体步骤:
步骤S101,配置信息填报页面:在web前端设置信息填报页面,并配置与业务类型对应的预检规则表,任一业务类型对应与其匹配的预检规则,设置为在客户选定申请的业务类型后调用预检规则,加载预检规则表,对客户填写的基本信息进行预先检查,检查过程中返回对应的提示,协助客户补全基本信息。
信息填报页面可以根据业务类型的具体内容进行配置,比如某一业务类型的基本信息可以如下表1所示,个人信息、公积金及社保信息是必要信息,在对此业务类型进行配置信息填报页面时,必须提供下述信息以供客户填写。

由于每一个业务类型对应的必填内容存在差异,通过配置与业务类型对应的预检规则表,可以在客户初次填写基本信息时,调用预检规则表,对填写的基本信息预选进行信息的提示和更正,这样尽可能获取更多更全的必要信息。比如针对业务类型为贷款业务的贷款资质所需要的必要信息如上表1所示,如客户没有填写上述信息或填写错误,则业务系统返回对应的提示,协助客户补 全基本信息。而对于业务类型为意外保险业务时,其必要信息则公积金信息无需必填。客户如没有填写公积金信息时,业务系统不会提示。
步骤S102,信息填写:通过终端设备的网页访问信息填报页面,选定申请的业务类型,进行基本信息的填写,填写过程中根据提示修正信息,在填写完成后提交基本信息和选定的业务类型至业务系统。
客户填写信息填报页面的渠道为通过终端设备的页面访问形式,此终端设备可以包括手机、平板电脑、台式机、笔记本或终端服务器等可以访问web网页的设备。填写完选定的业务类型对应的必要信息后,提交基本信息和业务类型至业务系统,业务系统获取这些信息。
步骤S103,生成客户名单:业务系统接收提交的基本信息和业务类型,汇总生成客户名单。
业务系统在汇总生成客户名单时,可按业务类型,分类生成各客户名单,同一张客户名单中的业务类型相同,并录入了多个客户对应的基本信息。按业务类型分类的方式,可以为后续判断生成合格和不合格名单节省加载筛选规则表的时间。
在一个实施例中,步骤S2中,由于业务类型众多,因此预先配置有筛选规则表,筛选规则表内含有对于每个业务类型的筛选规则,通过调用业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对客户名单中的基本信息进行逐项判断。
对客户名单进行筛选时,该筛选规则表的载体文件可以电子表单形式保存,通过修改其中的条件满足对于不同业务的筛选要求,筛选规则表的一种实施方式如下表2所示:

针对业务类型为贷款业务的规则是上述表2中的筛选规则3,通过对客户的基本信息应用筛选规则3中的条件逐项判断,来确定客户的贷款资质,其中对公积金和社保及对应的月缴存额度和持续缴纳时间进行了约束,加载该规则后,可筛选出符合“缴纳公积金,并满足月缴纳额度480以上,并满足公积金缴纳持续12个月以上,并满足缴纳社保,并满足缴纳社保额度为480以上”的所有客户后生成合格名单,而其中不符合条件或者包含“未知”项目的客户,则生成待补全名单。
在一个实施例中,在步骤S2中,业务系统在生成合格名单时,按业务类型,分类生成各类合格名单,分别发送给业务类型对应后端坐席;后端坐席接收到合格名单后,逐个对合格名单中对应的产品进行逐个售卖。
合格名单可以按照业务类型分类,针对性的将各业务类型的合格名称发给对应业务的后端坐席,实现有针对性的产品销售目的。
在一个实施例中,在步骤S3中,前端坐席接收到待补全名单后,对待补全名单中的基本信息进行补全时,通过自动处理单元根据预设的自动语音拨叫程序,拨叫待补全名单中的客户,进行语音提示后,进行基本信息的补全或者追加。
本实施例中的自动处理单元采用IVR系统,IVR系统预设自动语音拨叫程序,IVR系统读取待补全名单中的联络信息,语音拨叫对应客户,进行语音提示后,进行基本信息的补全或者追加。通过IVR系统拨叫的方式,可同时处理多路通话,提高呼叫的效率。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,步骤S4可包括如下具体步骤:
步骤S401,调用筛选规则表:业务系统收到补全后的名单,再次调用业务类型对应的筛选规则表。
步骤S402,复检:对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次复检,将复检合格名单发送给后端坐席,当复检不合格时,进行下一步。
步骤S403,再复检:再次调用除当前业务类型外其他的业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次判断,将符合其他销售条件的合格名单发送给对应后端坐席。
步骤S404,遍历和存储:在遍历所有业务类型对应的筛选规则表后,依然没有任何符合销售条件的基本信息时,将此名单作为复检不合格名单,在业务系统中存储备用,并做业务关闭处理。
在一个实施例中,提出了一种客户信息筛选系统,如图4所示,其包括:
接收单元,业务系统读取web前端设置的信息填报页面,接收客户填写的基本信息及申请的业务类型,汇总生成客户名单;
筛选单元,设置为业务系统获取预设在业务系统中的业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对客户名单中的基本信息进行逐项判断,生成符合销售条件的合格名单和不符合销售条件的待补全名单,将合格名单发送给后端坐席进行产品的售卖,将待补全名单发给前端坐席;
信息补全单元,设置为业务系统接收前端坐席回传的待补全名单;
复检单元,设置为业务系统收到补全后的名单后,再次调用业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次复检,将复检合格名单发送给后端坐席,将复检不合格名单存储备用。
在一个实施例中,如图5所示,接收单元包括:
配置模块,设置为在web前端设置信息填报页面,并配置与业务类型对应的预检规则表,任一业务类型对应有与其匹配的预检规则,设置为在客户选定申请的业务类型后,调用预检规则,加载预检规则表,对客户填写的基本信息进行预先检查,检查过程中返回对应的提示,协助客户补全基本信息;
填写模块,设置为通过终端设备的网页访问信息填报页面,选定申请的业务类型,进行基本信息的填写,填写过程中根据提示修正信息,在填写完成后提交基本信息和选定的业务类型至业务系统;
生成模块,设置为业务系统接收提交的基本信息和业务类型,汇总生成客户名单。
在其中一个实施例中,筛选单元还设置为:在生成合格名单时,按业务类型,分类生成各类合格名单,分别发送给业务类型对应后端坐席;后端坐席接收到合格名单后,逐个对合格名单中对应的产品进行逐个售卖。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括:名单处理单元,设置为前端坐席接收到待 补全名单后,对待补全名单中的基本信息进行补全时,通过自动处理单元根据预设的自动语音拨叫程序,拨叫待补全名单中的客户,进行语音提示后,进行基本信息的补全或者追加。
在其中一个实施例中,自动处理单元采用IVR系统,IVR系统预设自动语音拨叫程序,IVR系统读取待补全名单中的联络信息,语音拨叫对应客户,进行语音提示后,进行基本信息的补全或者追加。
在其中一个实施例中,如图6所示,复检单元包括:
调用筛选规则表模块,设置为业务系统收到补全后的名单,再次调用业务类型对应的筛选规则表。
初次复检模块,设置为对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次复检,将复检合格名单发送给后端坐席,当复检不合格时,进入再次复检模块中再次复检。
复检单元还设置为对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次判断,复检单元还包括:
再次复检模块,设置为将所述复检不合格名单存储备用前,再次调用除当前业务类型外其他的业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次判断,将符合其他销售条件的合格名单发送给对应后端坐席。
遍历和存储模块,设置为在遍历所有业务类型对应的筛选规则表后,依然没有任何符合销售条件的基本信息时,将此名单作为复检不合格名单,在业务系统中存储备用,并做业务关闭处理。
在一个实施例中,提出了一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得处理器执行计算机可读指令时实现上述各实施例里客户信息筛选方法中的步骤。
在一个实施例中,提出了一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行上述各实施例里客户信息筛选方法中的步骤。其中,存储介质可以为非易失性存储介质。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随 机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁盘或光盘等。

  1. 一种客户信息筛选方法,包括:
    业务系统读取web前端设置的信息填报页面,接收客户填写的基本信息及申请的业务类型,汇总生成客户名单;
    所述业务系统获取预设在所述业务系统中的所述业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对客户名单中的基本信息进行逐项判断,生成符合销售条件的合格名单和不符合销售条件的待补全名单,将合格名单发送给后端坐席进行产品的售卖,将待补全名单发给前端坐席;
    所述业务系统接收所述前端坐席回传的补全后的名单;
    所述业务系统收到所述补全后的名单后,再次调用所述业务类型对应的所述筛选规则表,对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次复检,将复检合格名单发送给后端坐席,将复检不合格名单存储备用。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的客户信息筛选方法,其中,在所述业务系统汇总生成客户名单前,还包括:
    在web前端设置信息填报页面,并配置与业务类型对应的预检规则表,任一业务类型对应有与其匹配的预检规则,设置为在客户选定申请的业务类型后,调用预检规则,加载预检规则表,对客户填写的基本信息进行预先检查,检查过程中返回对应的提示,协助客户补全基本信息;
    通过终端设备的网页访问信息填报页面,选定申请的业务类型,进行基本信息的填写,填写过程中根据提示修正信息,在填写完成后提交基本信息和选定的业务类型至业务系统;
    业务系统接收提交的基本信息和业务类型,汇总生成客户名单。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的客户信息筛选方法,其中,所述业务系统在生成合格名单时,按业务类型,分类生成各类合格名单,分别发送给业务类型对应后端坐席;
    所述后端坐席接收到合格名单后,逐个对合格名单中对应的产品进行逐个售卖。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的客户信息筛选方法,其中,所述前端坐席接收到待补全名单后,对待补全名单中的基本信息进行补全时,通过自动处理单元根 据预设的自动语音拨叫程序,拨叫待补全名单中的客户,进行语音提示后,进行基本信息的补全或者追加。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的客户信息筛选方法,其中,所述自动处理单元采用IVR系统,所述IVR系统预设自动语音拨叫程序,所述IVR系统读取待补全名单中的联络信息,语音拨叫对应客户,进行语音提示后,进行基本信息的补全或者追加。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的客户信息筛选方法,其中,将所述复检不合格名单存储备用前,还包括:
    再次调用除当前业务类型外其他的业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次判断,将符合其他销售条件的合格名单发送给对应后端坐席;
    在遍历所有业务类型对应的筛选规则表后,依然没有任何符合销售条件的基本信息时,将此名单作为复检不合格名单,在业务系统中存储备用,并做业务关闭处理。
  7. 一种客户信息筛选系统,包括:
    接收单元,设置为业务系统读取web前端设置的信息填报页面,接收客户填写的基本信息及申请的业务类型,汇总生成客户名单;
    筛选单元,设置为所述业务系统获取预设在所述业务系统中的所述业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对客户名单中的基本信息进行逐项判断,生成符合销售条件的合格名单和不符合销售条件的待补全名单,将合格名单发送给后端坐席进行产品的售卖,将待补全名单发给前端坐席;
    信息补全单元,设置为所述业务系统接收所述前端坐席回传的待补全名单;
    复检单元,设置为所述业务系统收到所述补全后的名单后,再次调用所述业务类型对应的所述筛选规则表,对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次复检,将复检合格名单发送给后端坐席,将复检不合格名单存储备用。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的客户信息筛选系统,其中,所述接收单元包括:
    配置模块,设置为在web前端设置信息填报页面,并配置与业务类型对应的预检规则表,任一业务类型对应有与其匹配的预检规则,设置为在客户选定 申请的业务类型后,调用预检规则,加载预检规则表,对客户填写的基本信息进行预先检查,检查过程中返回对应的提示,协助客户补全基本信息;
    填写模块,设置为通过终端设备的网页访问信息填报页面,选定申请的业务类型,进行基本信息的填写,填写过程中根据提示修正信息,在填写完成后提交基本信息和选定的业务类型至业务系统;
    生成模块,设置为业务系统接收提交的基本信息和业务类型,汇总生成客户名单。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的客户信息筛选系统,其中,所述筛选单元还设置为所述业务系统在生成合格名单时,按业务类型,分类生成各类合格名单,分别发送给业务类型对应后端坐席,所述后端坐席接收到合格名单后,逐个对合格名单中对应的产品进行逐个售卖。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的客户信息筛选系统,其中,还包括:
    名单处理单元,设置为所述前端坐席接收到待补全名单后,对待补全名单中的基本信息进行补全时,通过自动处理单元根据预设的自动语音拨叫程序,拨叫待补全名单中的客户,进行语音提示后,进行基本信息的补全或者追加。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的客户信息筛选系统,其中,所述自动处理单元采用IVR系统,所述IVR系统预设自动语音拨叫程序,所述IVR系统读取待补全名单中的联络信息,语音拨叫对应客户,进行语音提示后,进行基本信息的补全或者追加。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的客户信息筛选系统,其中,所述复检单元还设置为对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次判断,所述复检单元还包括:
    再次复检模块,设置为将所述复检不合格名单存储备用前,再次调用除当前业务类型外其他的业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次判断,将符合其他销售条件的合格名单发送给对应后端坐席;
    遍历和存储模块,设置为在遍历所有业务类型对应的筛选规则表后,依然没有任何符合销售条件的基本信息时,将此名单设置为复检不合格名单,在业务系统中存储备用,并做业务关闭处理。
  13. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机 可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    业务系统读取web前端设置的信息填报页面,接收客户填写的基本信息及申请的业务类型,汇总生成客户名单;
    所述业务系统获取预设在所述业务系统中的所述业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对客户名单中的基本信息进行逐项判断,生成符合销售条件的合格名单和不符合销售条件的待补全名单,将合格名单发送给后端坐席进行产品的售卖,将待补全名单发给前端坐席;
    所述业务系统接收所述前端坐席回传的补全后的名单;
    所述业务系统收到所述补全后的名单后,再次调用所述业务类型对应的所述筛选规则表,对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次复检,将复检合格名单发送给后端坐席,将复检不合格名单存储备用。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其中,在所述业务系统汇总生成客户名单前,还使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    在web前端设置信息填报页面,并配置与业务类型对应的预检规则表,任一业务类型对应有与其匹配的预检规则,设置为在客户选定申请的业务类型后,调用预检规则,加载预检规则表,对客户填写的基本信息进行预先检查,检查过程中返回对应的提示,协助客户补全基本信息;
    通过终端设备的网页访问信息填报页面,选定申请的业务类型,进行基本信息的填写,填写过程中根据提示修正信息,在填写完成后提交基本信息和选定的业务类型至业务系统;
    业务系统接收提交的基本信息和业务类型,汇总生成客户名单。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其中,所述业务系统在生成合格名单时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    按业务类型,分类生成各类合格名单,分别发送给业务类型对应后端坐席;
    所述后端坐席接收到合格名单后,逐个对合格名单中对应的产品进行逐个售卖。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其中,所述前端坐席接收到待补 全名单后,对待补全名单中的基本信息进行补全时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    通过自动处理单元根据预设的自动语音拨叫程序,拨叫待补全名单中的客户,进行语音提示后,进行基本信息的补全或者追加。
  17. 一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    业务系统读取web前端设置的信息填报页面,接收客户填写的基本信息及申请的业务类型,汇总生成客户名单;
    所述业务系统获取预设在所述业务系统中的所述业务类型对应的筛选规则表,对客户名单中的基本信息进行逐项判断,生成符合销售条件的合格名单和不符合销售条件的待补全名单,将合格名单发送给后端坐席进行产品的售卖,将待补全名单发给前端坐席;
    所述业务系统接收所述前端坐席回传的补全后的名单;
    所述业务系统收到所述补全后的名单后,再次调用所述业务类型对应的所述筛选规则表,对补全后的名单中的基本信息再次复检,将复检合格名单发送给后端坐席,将复检不合格名单存储备用。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其中,在所述业务系统汇总生成客户名单前,还使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    在web前端设置信息填报页面,并配置与业务类型对应的预检规则表,任一业务类型对应有与其匹配的预检规则,设置为在客户选定申请的业务类型后,调用预检规则,加载预检规则表,对客户填写的基本信息进行预先检查,检查过程中返回对应的提示,协助客户补全基本信息;
    通过终端设备的网页访问信息填报页面,选定申请的业务类型,进行基本信息的填写,填写过程中根据提示修正信息,在填写完成后提交基本信息和选定的业务类型至业务系统;
    业务系统接收提交的基本信息和业务类型,汇总生成客户名单。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其中,所述业务系统在生成合格名单时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    按业务类型,分类生成各类合格名单,分别发送给业务类型对应后端坐席;
    所述后端坐席接收到合格名单后,逐个对合格名单中对应的产品进行逐个售卖。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其中,所述前端坐席接收到待补全名单后,对待补全名单中的基本信息进行补全时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    通过自动处理单元根据预设的自动语音拨叫程序,拨叫待补全名单中的客户,进行语音提示后,进行基本信息的补全或者追加。
