具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式作进一步地描述。
第一实施例
图1是本实用新型第一实施例的移动终端支架张开状态的结构示意图。图2是图1的移动终端支架的局部拆分结构示意图。图3是本实用新型第一实施例的移动终端支架夹持状态的结构示意图。图4是图3的移动终端支架的局部拆分结构示意图。图5是本实用新型第一实施例的移动终端支架的拆分结构示意图。请参照图1至图5,移动终端支架10包括壳体11、第一夹持臂12、第二夹持臂13、回位弹簧14、第一操作臂15、第二操作臂16和按压组件17。
壳体11包括前壳112和后壳113,前壳112与后壳113通过螺丝连接成型。壳体11上设有活动腔101、第一过孔102、第二过孔103和通孔104。活动腔101为第一夹持臂12与第二夹持臂13提供活动的通道,活动腔101沿着壳体11的宽度方向贯穿壳体11。第一过孔102和第二过孔103分别设置于壳体11的两侧,第一过孔102和第二过孔103与壳体11的内部连通。通孔104设置在前壳112上,通孔104贯穿前壳112。在本实施例中,壳体11上可设置与车身部件连接的夹持件或安装座,根据实际需要可自由选择。
第一夹持臂12的一端可活动地设置在活动腔101内,第一夹持臂12的另一端设有用于夹持移动终端(手机、平板电脑等)的第一夹持部122。第 一夹持部122位于在壳体11外,第一夹持部122沿着垂直于第一夹持臂12的方向设置。第一夹持部122上设有第一防滑块123,第一防滑块123例如由橡胶、塑胶制成,但并不以此为限。第一夹持臂12上设有容置槽105和第一凹槽106,容置槽105位于第一夹持臂12的一侧,第一凹槽106位于第一夹持臂12的端部,容置槽105的一端延伸至第一凹槽106,并与第一凹槽106连通。在本实施例中,第一夹持臂12的另一侧设有第一驱动台肩124,第一驱动台肩124由第一夹持臂12的一侧凹陷形成。
第二夹持臂13与第一夹持臂12左右对称设置,第二夹持臂13的一端可活动地设置在活动腔101内,第二夹持臂13的另一端设有用于夹持移动终端(手机、平板电脑等)的第二夹持部132。第二夹持部132位于在壳体11外,第二夹持部132沿着垂直于第二夹持臂13的方向设置,且第二夹持部132与第一夹持部122相对设置。第二夹持部132上设有第二防滑块133,第二防滑块133例如由橡胶、塑胶制成,但并不以此为限。第二夹持臂13上设有容置槽105和第二凹槽107,容置槽105位于第二夹持臂13的一侧,第二凹槽107位于第二夹持臂13的端部,且第二凹槽107与第一凹槽106相对设置,容置槽105的一端延伸至第二凹槽107,并与第二凹槽107连通。第一夹持臂12和第二夹持臂13可相互靠拢移动夹持移动终端,第一夹持臂12和第二夹持臂13可相互远离移动松开移动终端,且第一夹持臂12和第二夹持臂13的移动方向平行于壳体11的宽度方向,该种设计能提供更大的夹持力。在本实施例中,第二夹持臂13的另一侧设有第二驱动台肩134,第二驱动台肩134由第二夹持臂13的一侧凹陷形成。
回位弹簧14连接于第一夹持臂12与第二夹持臂13之间,回位弹簧14用于提供夹持移动终端的弹力。
第一操作臂15铰接在壳体11内,第一操作臂15的一端与第一夹持臂12接触,第一操作臂15的另一端穿过第一过孔102设置于壳体11外,沿着第一过孔102的宽度方向推动第一操作臂15可驱使第一夹持臂12移动,即 第一操作臂15与第一夹持臂12之间通过摩擦力驱动。具体地,第一操作臂15的端部设有第一驱动部152,第一驱动部152的一侧抵靠在第一驱动台肩124上,第一驱动部152的端面设有第一端齿153。第一驱动部152呈扇形,第一驱动部152上设有第一驱动端面154,第一驱动端面154设置于第一驱动台肩124处,并与第一夹持臂12接触。
第二操作臂16铰接在壳体11内,第二操作臂16的一端与第二夹持臂13接触,第二操作臂16的另一端穿过第二过孔103设置于壳体11外,沿着第二过孔103的宽度方向推动第二操作臂16可驱使第二夹持臂13移动,即第二操作臂16与第二夹持臂13之间通过摩擦力驱动。具体地,第二操作臂16的端部设有第二驱动部162,第二驱动部162的一侧抵靠在第二驱动台肩134上,第二驱动部162的端面设有第二端齿163,第二端齿163与第一端齿153相互啮合。第二驱动部162呈扇形,第二驱动部162上设有第二驱动端面164,第二驱动端面164设置于第二驱动台肩134处,并与第二夹持臂13接触。在本实施例中,第一驱动端面154和第二驱动端面164例如为弧形面、粗糙面,但并不以此为限。
按压组件17包括限位柱172、压缩弹簧174和按键175。限位柱172设置在壳体11内,并位于第一夹持臂12与第二夹持臂13的一侧,优选地,限位柱172设置于第一夹持臂12与第二夹持臂13的容置槽105中。限位柱172上设有穿过第一凹槽106和第二凹槽107的凸块173。压缩弹簧174连接于壳体11与限位柱172之间。按键175的一端连接在凸块173上,按键175的另一端穿过通孔104设置。
本实用新型的移动终端支架10夹持移动终端的步骤包括:
步骤一,按压第一操作臂15和第二操作臂16相互靠近转动,使第一操作臂15和第二操作臂16驱使第一夹持臂12与第二夹持臂13张开,当第一夹持臂12的端部与第二夹持臂13的端部间距大于或等于限位柱172的长度时,压缩弹簧174推动限位柱172移动,直至限位柱172的两端分别抵靠于 第一凹槽106和第二凹槽107的底部,此时按键175在凸块173的带动下部分或全部露出于前壳112外部,如图1和图2所示。
步骤二,将移动终端放置在壳体11上,依靠移动终端将按键175压入通孔104中,此时限位柱172移出第一凹槽106和第二凹槽107,第一夹持臂12与第二夹持臂13相互靠拢移动,直至移动终端被夹持于第一夹持部122与第二夹持部132之间。
第二实施例
图6是本实用新型第二实施例的移动终端支架张开状态的结构示意图。图7是图6的移动终端支架的局部拆分结构示意图。图8是本实用新型第二实施例的移动终端支架夹持状态的结构示意图。图9是图8的移动终端支架的局部拆分结构示意图。图10是本实用新型第二实施例的移动终端支架的拆分结构示意图。请参照图6至图10,本实施例的移动终端支架10与第一实施例的移动终端支架10结构大致相同,不同点在于第一夹持臂12、第二夹持臂13、第一操作臂15、第二操作臂16的结构不同。
具体地,第一夹持臂12的一侧设有第一驱动齿125,第一操作臂15上设有第二驱动齿155,第一驱动齿125与第二驱动齿155相互啮合。第二夹持臂13的一侧设有第三驱动齿135,第二操作臂16上设有第四驱动齿165,第三驱动齿135与第四驱动齿165相互啮合。在本实施例中,第一操作臂15上设有第一驱动部152,第一驱动部152呈扇形,第二驱动齿155设置在第一驱动部152的弧形端面上;第二操作臂16上设有第二驱动部162,第二驱动部162呈扇形,第四驱动齿165设置在第二驱动部162的弧形端面上。
第三实施例
图11是本实用新型第三实施例的移动终端支架的局部拆分结构示意图。如图11所示,本实施例的移动终端支架10与第一实施例的移动终端支架10结构大致相同,不同点在于第一操作臂15和第二操作臂16的端面与壳体11之间均设有弹性复位件,优选的,弹性复位件包括第一操作臂15上设置的第 一扭簧18,以及第二操作臂16上设置的第二扭簧19。
具体地,第一操作臂15与壳体11的铰接处设有第一扭簧18,第一扭簧18包括第一支脚182和第二支脚183,第一支脚182抵靠于壳体11,第二支脚183抵靠于第一操作臂15。第二操作臂16与壳体11的铰接处设有第二扭簧19,第二扭簧19包括第三支脚192和第四支脚193,第三支脚192抵靠于壳体11,第四支脚193抵靠于第二操作臂16。
本实用新型的移动终端支架10的第一夹持臂12的一端可活动地设置在壳体11内,第二夹持臂13的一端可活动地设置在壳体11内,回位弹簧14连接于第一夹持臂12与第二夹持臂13之间,第一操作臂15和第二操作臂16铰接在壳体11内,第一操作臂15的一端与第一夹持臂12接触,第一操作臂15的另一端设置于壳体11外,第二操作臂16的一端与第二夹持臂13接触,第二操作臂16的另一端设置于壳体11外。本实用新型的移动终端支架10的夹持臂与操作臂为分体的单个部件,能提供更强的夹持力和夹持宽度,避免移动终端脱落的问题,提高用户体验。而且,本实用新型的移动终端支架10操作简单,单手即可完成夹持移动终端的动作。
本实用新型并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本实用新型的技术构思范围内,可以对本实用新型的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本实用新型的保护范围。在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本实用新型对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端支架,其特征在于,包括壳体、第一夹持臂、第二夹持臂、回位弹簧、第一操作臂和第二操作臂,该第一夹持臂的一端可活动地设置在该壳体内,该第二夹持臂的一端可活动地设置在该壳体内,该回位弹簧连接于该第一夹持臂与该第二夹持臂之间,该第一操作臂和该第二操作臂铰接在该壳体内,该第一操作臂的一端与该第一夹持臂接触,该第一操作臂的另一端设置于该壳体外,该第二操作臂的一端与该第二夹持臂接触,该第二操作臂的另一端设置于该壳体外。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端支架,其特征在于,该壳体内设有活动腔,该活动腔贯穿该壳体,该第一夹持臂的一端设置在该活动腔内,该第一夹持臂的另一端设有用于夹持移动终端的第一夹持部,该第二夹持臂的一端设置在该活动腔内,该第二夹持臂的另一端设有用于夹持移动终端的第二夹持部,该第一夹持部与该第二夹持部相对设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的移动终端支架,其特征在于,该第一夹持部上设有第一防滑块,该第二夹持部上设有第二防滑块,该第一防滑块与该第二防滑块相对设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端支架,其特征在于,该第一夹持臂的端部设有第一凹槽,该第二夹持臂的端部设有第二凹槽,该第一凹槽与该第二凹槽相对设置,该移动终端支架还包括按压组件,该按压组件包括限位柱、压缩弹簧和按键,该限位柱设置在该壳体内,并位于该第一夹持臂与该第二夹持臂的一侧,该限位柱上设有穿过该第一凹槽和该第二凹槽的凸块,该壳体上设有露出该凸块的通孔,该压缩弹簧连接于该壳体与该限位柱之间,该按键的一端连接在该凸块上,该按键的另一端穿过该通孔设置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的移动终端支架,其特征在于,该第一夹持臂和该第二夹持臂上设有容置该定位柱的容置槽,该容置槽与该第一凹槽和该第二凹槽连通。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任意一项所述的移动终端支架,其特征在于,该第一夹持臂的一侧设有第一驱动台肩,该第一操作臂的端部设有第一驱动部,该第一驱动部的一侧抵靠在该第一驱动台肩上,该第一驱动部的端面设有第一端齿;该第二夹持臂的一侧设有第二驱动台肩,该第二操作臂的端部设有第二驱动部,该第二驱动部的一侧抵靠在该第二驱动台肩上,该第二驱动部的端面设有第二端齿,该第二端齿与该第一端齿相互啮合。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的移动终端支架,其特征在于,该第一驱动部和该第二驱动部呈扇形,该第一驱动部上设有第一驱动端面,该第一驱动端面与该第一夹持臂接触,该第二驱动部上设有第二驱动端面,该第二驱动端面与该第二夹持臂接触。
  8. 如权利要求1至5任意一项所述的移动终端支架,其特征在于,该第一夹持臂的一侧设有第一驱动齿,该第一操作臂上设有第二驱动齿,该第二驱动齿与该第二驱动齿相互啮合;该第二夹持臂的一侧设有第三驱动齿,该第二操作臂上设有第四驱动齿,该第三驱动齿与该第四驱动齿相互啮合。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的移动终端支架,其特征在于,该第一操作臂上设有第一驱动部,该第一驱动部呈扇形,该第二驱动齿设置在该第一驱动部的弧形端面上;该第二操作臂上设有第二驱动部,该第二驱动部呈扇形,该第四驱动齿设置在该第二驱动部的弧形端面上。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的移动终端支架,其特征在于,该第一操作臂与该壳体的铰接处设有第一扭簧,该第一扭簧包括第一支脚和第二支脚,该第一支脚抵靠于该壳体,该第二支脚抵靠于该第一操作臂;该第二操作臂与该壳体的铰接处设有第二扭簧,该第二扭簧包括第三支脚和第四支脚,该第三支脚抵靠于该壳体,该第四支脚抵靠于该第二操作臂。
