灯桩,又称灯立标,是一种顶部装有发光器的柱状或梯形铁框架结构的固定航标,一般设置在航道附近的岛、岸边或浅水中,灯光射程一般较短,供船舶定位或作为方位标指示危险区域,也可组成叠标供导航用。现有技术中的航标灯桩大多数为水泥灯桩和玻璃钢灯桩,这些灯桩易退色,均需要定期进行涂漆维护,容易造成环境污染,其中,水泥灯桩是由钢筋混凝土结构和钢材结构建造而成,水泥灯桩整体笨重,在不依赖大型机械设备辅助的情况下,无法实现人工安装,玻璃钢灯桩抗风等级差,在遇到等级高的风力时,增加了玻璃钢灯桩易发生倾倒的危险系数,需要花费工作人员大量的时间和精力进行维修,大大增加了人工费用成本。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种环保抗风型助航滚塑灯桩。

一种环保抗风型助航滚塑灯桩,包括桩基和竖直设置在桩基上端的桩体,其特征在于,所述桩体包括若干叠加的滚塑筒节,每个所述滚塑筒节为极低密度聚乙烯一体式滚塑成型,每个所述滚塑筒节的上部均设有承插接口,每个所述滚塑筒节内同轴设有钢桁架,所述钢桁架包括六根竖直分布的钢管,相邻所述钢管的上部之间均固定安有水平的连接钢板,所述钢桁架的截面为正六边形结构,相邻所述钢管之间均焊接有角铁,相邻所述角铁之间呈V字形结构,所述钢桁架的侧壁焊接有爬梯,所述爬梯位于任意相邻的两个所述钢管之间,所述钢桁架与所述滚塑筒节的内壁通过螺栓连接,上下相邻所述钢桁架通过法兰连接并且所述爬梯位于同一竖直线上,上下相邻所述滚塑筒节采用承插式连接,上方的所述滚塑筒节的下部外套在下方的所述滚塑筒节的上部的承插接口处,所述桩体中最底部 的所述滚塑筒节与所述桩基固定连接,最底部的所述钢桁架上安有预留平台,所述预留平台与所述桩基平行设置,最底部的所述钢桁架通过螺栓连有若干竖直的预埋螺栓,所述预埋螺栓的底部均贯穿所述桩基与外界连通,所述桩体下部的所述滚塑筒节的侧壁上设有不锈钢门框,所述不锈钢门框上铰接有检修门,所述桩体中最顶端的所述滚塑筒节设有维修平台,最顶端的所述钢桁架与所述维修平台固定连接,所述维修平台上设有与所述桩体的内部相连通的人孔,所述人孔的一侧设有两个平行的穿线管,所述穿线管的底部贯穿所述维修平台与所述桩体的内部相连通,所述维修平台上竖直安有避雷针,所述避雷针位于所述人孔的一侧,所述人孔上铰接有人孔盖,所述维修平台的四周安有安装架,所述安装架的外壁四周固定安有维修平台护圈,所述人孔盖的上方设有灯座,所述灯座通过连接杆与所述安装架相连。
所述检修门上设有若干防盗锁。
所述维修平台护圈的表面设有若干圆形通孔。
所述灯座上安有信号灯,所述信号灯通过导线连有电池箱,所述电池箱设置在所述维修平台上或者安装在所述预留平台上。
