本公开要求在2018年05月09日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810436876.9的中国专利申请的优先权,以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
本文涉及干衣机相关技术领域,例如涉及一种内筒后端固定结构及干衣机。
目前市面上干衣机内筒后端的固定方式各异,有的将轴承通过轴安装在内筒里面,导致轴承长期在潮湿而高温的环境下工作,易产生故障损坏,造成干衣机无法正常使用;也有将轴承通过轴安装在内筒外侧,但是其安装不便;而且将轴承安装在内筒外时,在内筒内会通过螺丝将护盖安装在轴上,但是螺丝外漏容易刮伤衣物,同时还存在护盖容易被衣物打松的情况。
发明内容
本文提供了一种内筒后端固定结构及干衣机,以解决现有干衣机轴承安装在内筒内易损坏以及轴承安装在内筒外安装不便的问题。
本文提出了一种内筒后端固定结构,包括:
法兰轴盘,所述法兰轴盘的一端安装在内筒后法兰上;
轴承室,位于所述内筒后法兰外侧,且所述轴承室设置为固接在干洗机的一固定板上;
轴承,安装在轴承室内,所述法兰轴盘的另一端穿设在所述轴承内且可随所述轴承的内圈转动。
本文还提供了一种干衣机,包括固定板,以及上述内筒后端固定结构。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本文的技术方案。
本文提供一种内筒后端固定结构,如图1-3所示,该内筒后端固定结构包括法兰轴盘1、轴承室2、轴承3、加强板4以及防护盖5,其中:
如图4所示,上述法兰轴盘1包括轴11以及连接在轴11一端的法兰12,具体的,该轴11和法兰12可以一体成型,也可以分体设置。在本实施例中,上述法兰12固定套设在轴11上,在本实施例中,在法兰12上开设一第一长形孔,在轴11的一端两侧对称设置有平面111(图5所示),通过平面111与第一长型孔的两侧壁相配合,能够将法兰12压装固定在轴11上,以使得两者之间不会出现相对转动,而且上述结构也降低了生产成本。
本实施例中,上述法兰12固定安装在干衣机的内筒后法兰6上,在一些实施例中,可通过螺栓连接方式将法兰12固定在内筒后法兰6上。
上述轴11的一端端部穿设在内筒后法兰6内,另一端则穿设在上述轴承3内,且能够随着轴承3的内圈同步转动。在本实施例中,可参照图3,上述轴11穿设在轴承3内的一端开设有螺孔112,第二螺钉9穿过平垫10后螺纹连接于螺孔112。在本实施例中,上述平垫10的直径大于轴承3的内圈的内径,当 第二螺钉9螺纹连接于螺孔112时,上述平垫10被压紧在轴承3的内圈端面上,使得轴11能够与轴承3的内圈同步转动。
本实施例中,上述轴承3安装在轴承室2内,上述轴承室2位于内筒后法兰6的外侧,且该轴承室2设置为与干衣机的固定板7固定连接。在一些实施例中,是通过多个螺栓将轴承室2与固定板7固定连接。
在本实施例中,可参照图3,上述加强板4位于内筒后法兰6内侧,且加强板4、内筒后法兰6以及法兰12三者之间通过螺栓固定连接。通过设置加强板4,能够有效提高内筒后法兰6与法兰12之间的连接强度。而且本实施例中,上述螺栓均从前方向后的方式安装,即从加强板4向法兰12的方向安装,这样能便于安装和维护时的拆卸。
如图6所示,本实施例在加强板4的中间位置处开设有长形孔42,该长形孔42的形状大小与轴11套设法兰12的一端的形状大小相匹配,该长形孔42的相对的两侧壁与上述轴11的两个平面111相贴合。通过该长形孔42以及轴11的两个平面111的设置,一方面能够使得轴11在安装时便于对孔,另一方面能够使得轴11与加强板4之间相对固定,不会发生相对转动。
可参照图7,上述防护盖5位于内筒后法兰6内侧,且防护盖5固接于轴11未穿设在轴承3内的一端端部,本实施例中,通过第一螺钉8将防护盖5与轴11的端部相连接。通过设置防护盖5,将加强板4以及螺栓均罩设在内,进而避免了螺栓以及加强板4的外露。
在一些实施例中,上述防护盖5的中间位置设有凹向轴11的凹槽51,上述第一螺钉8的头部位于凹槽51内,即上述第一螺钉8采用嵌入式方式安装在防护盖5的凹槽51内,能够有效地防止第一螺钉8刮伤衣物。
本实施例中,在防护盖5上设有限位卡扣52,相对应的,在加强板4上设有限位卡槽41(图6所示),上述限位卡扣52扣合在限位卡槽41内。通过限位卡扣52以及限位卡槽41的设置,能够防止内筒转动时,衣物将防护盖5打松脱落。
本实施例的上述内筒后端固定结构在安装时,首先,将轴承室2固定在固定板7上,随后将轴11的一端穿设在轴承3内,并通过第二螺钉9以及平垫10使得轴11与轴承3的内圈同步转动。随后将法兰轴盘1与内筒后法兰6固定,即将加强板4、内筒后法兰6以及法兰轴盘1的法兰12三者之间通过螺栓固定,之后安装防护盖5并通过第一螺钉8固定在轴11上,同时通过限位卡扣52扣 合在加强板4的限位卡槽41内。
本文还提供一种干衣机,包括上述内筒后端固定结构,能够将轴承3设置在内筒后法兰6的外侧,能够有效地与内筒内的热风隔离,有效避免轴承3长期在潮湿而高温的环境下工作导致的寿命降低,防止轴承3产生故障。而且上述内筒后端固定结构采用从前往后的方式安装,便于安装以及维护。
本文提出了一种内筒后端固定结构,包括:
法兰轴盘,所述法兰轴盘的一端安装在内筒后法兰上;
轴承室,位于所述内筒后法兰外侧,且所述轴承室设置为固接在干衣机的一固定板上;
轴承,安装在轴承室内,所述法兰轴盘的另一端穿设在所述轴承内且可随所述轴承的内圈转动。
在一些实施例中,所述法兰轴盘包括轴以及固接在所述轴一端的法兰,所述轴的一端穿设在所述轴承内且可随所述轴承的内圈转动,所述法兰固定安装在所述内筒后法兰上。
在一些实施例中,所述法兰套设在所述轴未穿设在所述轴承内的一端,且所述轴未穿设在所述轴承内的一端穿过所述内筒后法兰设置。
在一些实施例中,所述内筒后端固定结构还包括加强板,所述加强板位于所述内筒后法兰内侧,所述加强板、所述内筒后法兰以及所述法兰三者之间通过螺栓固定连接。
在一些实施例中,所述内筒后端固定结构还包括防护盖,所述防护盖固接于所述轴未穿设在所述轴承内的一端端部,且罩设在所述加强板以及所述螺栓外。
在一些实施例中,所述防护盖与所述轴之间通过第一螺钉固定连接。
在一些实施例中,所述防护盖中间位置设有凹向所述轴的凹槽,所述第一螺钉的头部位于所述凹槽内。
在一些实施例中,所述防护盖上设有限位卡扣,所述加强板上设有限位卡槽,所述限位卡扣扣合在所述限位卡槽内。
在一些实施例中,所述轴未穿设在所述轴承内的一端两侧对称设有平面, 所述加强板上开设有与所述平面相配合的长形孔。
在一些实施例中,所述轴穿设在所述轴承内的一端开设有螺孔,第二螺钉穿过平垫后螺纹连接于所述螺孔,所述平垫被压紧在轴承的内圈端面上。
本文能够实现如下有益效果:
通过将轴承设置在内筒后法兰的外侧,能够有效地与内筒内的热风隔离,有效避免轴承长期在潮湿而高温的环境下工作导致的寿命降低,防止轴承产生故障。而且上述内筒后端固定结构采用从前往后的方式安装,便于安装以及维护。
Claims (11)
- 一种内筒后端固定结构,包括:法兰轴盘(1),所述法兰轴盘(1)的一端安装在内筒后法兰(6)上;轴承室(2),位于所述内筒后法兰(6)外侧,且所述轴承室(2)设置为固接在干衣机的一固定板(7)上;轴承(3),安装在轴承室(2)内,所述法兰轴盘(1)的另一端穿设在所述轴承(3)内且可随所述轴承(3)的内圈转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内筒后端固定结构,其中,所述法兰轴盘(1)包括轴(11)以及固接在所述轴(11)一端的法兰(12),所述轴(11)的一端穿设在所述轴承(3)内且可随所述轴承(3)的内圈转动,所述法兰(12)固定安装在所述内筒后法兰(6)上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的内筒后端固定结构,其中,所述法兰(12)套设在所述轴(11)未穿设在所述轴承(3)内的一端,且所述轴(11)未穿设在所述轴承(3)内的一端穿过所述内筒后法兰(6)设置。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的内筒后端固定结构,所述内筒后端固定结构还包括加强板(4),所述加强板(4)位于所述内筒后法兰(6)内侧,所述加强板(4)、所述内筒后法兰(6)以及所述法兰(12)三者之间通过螺栓固定连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的内筒后端固定结构,所述内筒后端固定结构还包括防护盖(5),所述防护盖(5)固接于所述轴(11)未穿设在所述轴承(3)内的一端端部,且罩设在所述加强板(4)以及所述螺栓外。
- 根据权利要求5所述的内筒后端固定结构,其中,所述防护盖(5)与所述轴(11)之间通过第一螺钉(8)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的内筒后端固定结构,其中,所述防护盖(5)中间位置设有凹向所述轴(11)的凹槽(51),所述第一螺钉(8)的头部位于所述 凹槽(51)内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的内筒后端固定结构,其中,所述防护盖(5)上设有限位卡扣(52),所述加强板(4)上设有限位卡槽(41),所述限位卡扣(52)扣合在所述限位卡槽(41)内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的内筒后端固定结构,其中,所述轴(11)未穿设在所述轴承(3)内的一端两侧对称设有平面(111),所述加强板(4)上开设有与所述平面(111)相配合的长形孔(42)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的内筒后端固定结构,其中,所述轴(11)穿设在所述轴承(3)内的一端开设有螺孔(112),第二螺钉(9)穿过平垫(10)后螺纹连接于所述螺孔(112),所述平垫(10)被压紧在轴承(3)的内圈端面上。
- 一种干衣机,所述干衣机包括固定板(7),以及如权利要求1-10任一所述的内筒后端固定结构。
