Claims (6)
- 一种电机转子总成结构,包括转轴(1),若干个由多个转子冲片(2)整齐叠压而成的转子铁芯(4)和安装在转子铁芯前后两端的转子压板(3),所述转子铁芯(4)轴向中部开设有用于安装转轴(1)的轴孔,两个所述转子压板(3)用于将多个转子冲片(2)压紧;其特征在于:所述转轴(1)为空心轴;多个所述转子冲片(2)结构均相同;每个所述转子冲片(2)上开设有多组定位孔;通过多组定位孔对多个转子冲片(2)进行定位固定安装在转轴(1)上来实现转子段间斜极。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机转子总成结构,其特征在于:每组所述定位孔由两个相对于轴线对称的定位孔组成。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种电机转子总成结构,其特征在于:所述定位孔有五组,分别称为定位孔Ⅰ(51)、定位孔Ⅱ(52)、定位孔Ⅲ(53)、定位孔Ⅳ(54)、定位孔Ⅴ(55);每个所述转子冲片(2)均有正反两面,并在转子冲片的正反面设置有正反面标识(6),分别称为A面、B面;每个所述转子冲片(2)在正面上,以一根中心线(7)为基准,其中一个定位孔Ⅰ(51)与该中心线(7)逆时针夹角角度为1~3°,相邻的定位孔Ⅰ(51)与定位孔Ⅱ(52)之间顺时针夹角角度为42~46°,相邻的定位孔Ⅱ(52)与定位孔Ⅲ(53)之间顺时针夹角角度为41~45°,相邻的定位孔Ⅲ(53)与定位孔Ⅳ(54)之间顺时针夹角角度为8~12°,相邻的定位孔Ⅳ(54)与定位孔Ⅴ(55)之间顺时针夹角角度为40~44°,相邻的定位孔Ⅴ(55)与另一个定位孔Ⅰ(51)之间顺时针夹角角度为39~43°。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种电机转子总成结构,其特征在于:每个所述转子冲片(2)在正面上,以一根中心线(7)为基准,其中一个定位孔Ⅰ(51)与该中心线(7)逆时针夹角角度为1°,相邻的定位孔Ⅰ(51)与定位孔Ⅱ(52)之间顺时针夹角角度为44°,相邻的定位孔Ⅱ(52)与定位孔Ⅲ(53)之间顺时针夹角角度为43°,相邻的定位孔Ⅲ(53)与定位孔Ⅳ(54)之间顺时针夹角角度为10°,相邻的定位孔Ⅳ(54)与定位孔Ⅴ(55)之间顺时针夹角角度为42°,相邻的定位孔Ⅴ(55)与另一个定位孔Ⅰ(51)之间顺时针夹角角度为41°。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种电机转子总成结构,其特征在于:所述转子铁芯(4)有六个,其上表面按照B面定位孔Ⅲ(53)→B面定位孔 Ⅱ(52)→A面定位孔Ⅰ(51)→B面定位孔Ⅰ(51)→A面定位孔Ⅴ(55)→A面定位孔Ⅳ(54)的顺序由下至上依次叠加定位组成转子铁芯总成。
- 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的一种电机转子总成结构,其特征在于:所述转子铁芯(4)与转轴(1)过盈配合;两个所述转子压板(3)与转轴(1)间隙配合,并通过螺钉与螺母配合将转子冲片(2)压紧。
