下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“相邻”、“靠近”、“一侧”、“厚度”、“中间位置”、“中”、“内”等指示方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的组件或元件必须具有特定的方位,以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
请参阅图1-3所示,本发明为一种电场保鲜冰箱,包括若干储藏间室、电场释放装置5、电压调节装置4;电场释放装置5安装在两相邻储藏间室的分隔层中或储藏间室绝热层中靠近储藏间室的一侧或边缘发泡层中靠近储藏间室的一侧;电压调节装置4安装在冰箱 顶部或冰箱后背或压机舱内;若干电场释放装置5等电势连接,若干等电势相连的电场释放装置5与电压调节装置4的输出端串联。
其中如图4所示,电场释放装置5包括放电源52和安全绝缘套51,放电源52为导电膜或导电板或导电带或导电棒,放电源52安装在安全绝缘套51内。
其中,电压调节装置4输出端电压为1200V~4000V,频率为30~100Hz,电压调节装置4为自耦式变压器或开关电源装置。
其中,电场释放装置5等电势连接的方式采用单端输入连接或多端输入连接,单端输入连接的方式如图3所示,多端输入连接的方式如图2所示。
其中,分隔层中的电场释放装置5安装在分隔层的中间位置或靠近大体积的储藏间室一侧。
其中,冰箱使用时通过电压调节装置4调节电场释放装置5的放电强度,电场释放装置5工作时产生电场,与食品内水分子共振,抑制微生物生长、杀菌、分解乙烯、抑制食品酶的活性、增加细胞膜的通透性;
其中,冰箱包括冷藏室、变温室和冷冻室,冷藏室包括多个储藏间室,变温室包括多个储藏间室,冷冻室包括多个储藏间室。
具体实施例一:
如图1所示,本发明的冰箱包括冷藏室、变温室和冷冻室,冷藏室包括间室一1,变温室包括间室二2,冷冻室包括间室三3;电场释放装置5安装在两相邻储藏间室的分隔层的中间位置;电场释放装置5等电势连接,电场释放装置5等电势连接的方式采用单端输入连接,等电势相连的电场释放装置5与电压调节装置4的输出端串联,电压调节装置4安装在冰箱顶部,电压调节装置4输出端电压为1200V~4000V,频率为30~100Hz,电压调节装置4为自耦式变压器,电场释放装置5包括放电源52和安全绝缘套51,放电源52为导电膜,放电源52安装在安全绝缘套51内。其中,冰箱使用时通过电压调节装置4调节电场释放装置5的放电强度,电场释放装置5工作时产生电场,与食品内水分子共振,抑制微生物生长、杀菌、分解乙烯、抑制食品酶的活性、增加细胞膜的通透性,大幅减少细胞液和鲜味成分的流失,实现食品的保鲜。
具体实施例二:
本发明的冰箱包括冷藏室、变温室和冷冻室,冷藏室包括三个储藏间室,变温室包括两个储藏间室,冷冻室包括三个储藏间室;电场释放装置5安装在两相邻储藏间室的分隔层中靠近大体积的储藏间室一侧;电场释放装置5等电势连接,电场释放装置5等电势连接的方式采用多端输入连接,等电势相连的电场释放装置5与电压调节装置4的输出端串联,电压调节装置4安装在冰箱后背,电压调节装置4输出端电压为1200V~4000V,频率为30~100Hz,电压调节装置4为开关电源装置,电场释放装置5包括放电源52和安全绝缘套51,放电源52为导电棒,放电源52安装在安全绝缘套51内。其中,冰箱使用时通过电压调节装置4调节电场释放装置5的放电强度,电场释放装置5工作时产生电场,与食品内水分子共振,抑制微生物生长、杀菌、分解乙烯、抑制食品酶的活性、增加细胞膜的通透性,大幅减少细胞液和鲜味成分的流失,实现食品的保鲜,实现多间室冰箱电场的合理分布,达到冰箱所有间室均衡实现保鲜效果,本方案安全可靠,适用范围广,可推广应用至多种空间尺寸及结构的冰箱。
具体实施例三:
本发明的冰箱包括冷藏室、变温室和冷冻室,冷藏室包括五个储藏间室,变温室包括两个储藏间室,冷冻室包括四个储藏间室;电场释放装置5安装储藏间室绝热层中靠近储藏间室的一侧,电场释放装置5等电势连接,电场释放装置5等电势连接的方式采用多端输入连接,等电势相连的电场释放装置5与电压调节装置4的输出端串联,电压调节装置4安装在压机舱内,电压调节装置4输出端电压为1200V~4000V,频率为30~100Hz,电压调节装置4为自耦式变压器,电场释放装置5包括放电源52和安全绝缘套51,放电源52为导电带,放电源52安装在安全绝缘套51内。其中,冰箱使用时通过电压调节装置4调节电场释放装置5的放电强度,电场释放装置5工作时产生电场,与食品内水分子共振,抑制微生物生长、杀菌、分解乙烯、抑制食品酶的活性、增加细胞膜的通透性,达到冰箱所有间室均衡实现保鲜效果。
具体实施例四:
本发明的冰箱包括冷藏室、变温室和冷冻室,冷藏室包括二个储藏间室,变温室包括四个储藏间室,冷冻室包括三个储藏间室;电场释放装置5安装在边缘发泡层中靠近储藏间室的一侧,电场释放装置5等电势连接,电场释放装置5等电势连接的方式采用单端输入连接,等电势相连的电场释放装置5与电压调节装置4的输出端串联,电压调节装置4安装在冰箱压机舱内,电压调节装置4输出端电压为1200V~4000V,频率为30~100Hz,电压调节装置4为自耦式变压器,电场释放装置5包括放电源52和安全绝缘套51,放电源52为导电板,放电源52安装在安全绝缘套51内。其中,冰箱使用时通过电压调节装置4调节电场释放装置5的放电强度,实现多间室冰箱电场的合理分布,达到冰箱所有间室均衡实现保鲜效果,本方案安全可靠,适用范围广,可推广应用至多种空间尺寸及结构的冰箱,电场释放装置5工作时产生电场,与食品内水分子共振,抑制微生物生长、杀菌、分解乙烯、抑制食品酶的活性、增加细胞膜的通透性,大幅减少细胞液和鲜味成分的流失,实现食品的保鲜。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种电场保鲜冰箱,其特征在于,包括若干储藏间室、电场释放装置(5)、电压调节装置(4);
    所述电场释放装置(5)安装在两相邻储藏间室的分隔层中或储藏间室绝热层中靠近储藏间室的一侧或边缘发泡层中靠近储藏间室的一侧;
    所述电压调节装置(4)安装在冰箱顶部或冰箱后背或压机舱内;
    若干所述电场释放装置(5)等电势连接,若干等电势相连的电场释放装置(5)与电压调节装置(4)的输出端串联。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电场保鲜冰箱,其特征在于,所述电场释放装置(5)包括放电源(52)和安全绝缘套(51),所述放电源(52)为导电膜或导电板或导电带或导电棒,所述放电源(52)安装在安全绝缘套(51)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电场保鲜冰箱,其特征在于,所述电压调节装置(4)输出端电压为1200V~4000V,频率为30~100Hz,所述电压调节装置(4)为自耦式变压器或开关电源装置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电场保鲜冰箱,其特征在于,所述电场释放装置(5)等电势连接的方式采用单端输入连接或多端输入连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电场保鲜冰箱,其特征在于,所述分隔层中的电场释放装置(5)安装在分隔层的中间位置或靠近大体积的储藏间室一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电场保鲜冰箱,其特征在于,所述的冰箱使用时通过电压调节装置(4)调节电场释放装置(5)的放电强度,所述电场释放装置(5)工作时产生电场,与食品内水分子共振,抑制微生物生长、杀菌、分解乙烯、抑制食品酶的活性、增加细胞膜的通透性。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电场保鲜冰箱,其特征在于,所述的冰箱包括冷藏室、变温室和冷冻室,所述冷藏室包括多个储藏间室,所述变温室包括多个储藏间室,所述冷冻室包括多个储藏间室。
