技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤器清理装置及过滤器清理系统,属于小家电制造技术领域。
背景技术
吸尘器已成为家庭常备清洁工具之一,吸尘器中的过滤器具有过滤灰尘的作用,在使用过程中,过滤器上的灰尘会越来越多,影响使用的效果,所以过滤器需要定期清理。目前,市场上清理过滤器的方式大多为用水冲洗,水洗后的过滤器要晾干才可以装进吸尘器重新使用,对用户来说这种清理方式过程繁琐、时间比较长,很不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种过滤器清理装置及其过滤器清理系统,通过在过滤器清理装置上设置吸尘接头,对过滤器进行清扫的同时脏污会通过吸尘接头被实时地吸入到吸尘装置内,无 需经过水洗、晾干过程便可清理过滤器,且无需对过滤器清理装置进行定期清理,其操作方便,优化了用户的使用体验。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种清理装置及过滤器清理系统,通过在过滤器清理装置上设置吸尘接头,对过滤器进行清扫的同时脏污会通过吸尘接头被实时地吸入到吸尘装置内,无需经过水洗、晾干过程便可清理过滤器,且无需对过滤器清理装置进行定期清理,其操作方便,优化了用户的使用体验。

本发明提供一种过滤器清理装置,包括罩体,所述罩体内壁设有至少一个清洁条,所述罩体上设有吸尘接头,所述吸尘接头一端与吸尘装置连通,另一端与所述罩体内的腔体连通。
为了方便过滤器的装配,所述罩体包括相互扣合的前罩和后罩,所述前罩和后罩一端铰接,另一端设有用于卡合的定位部。
为了固定前罩和后罩,所述定位部为对应设置的凸台和开孔。
优选地,所述罩体一体成型。
为了固定清洁条,所述罩体内壁开设有用于固定所述清洁条的卡槽,所述卡槽与所述清洁条的末端对应设置。
为了提高吸力,所述罩体的侧端设有一隔挡部,所述隔挡部上开设一个或者多个开口。
优选地,所述清洁条为条形,且所述清洁条平行于所述罩体中心轴线设置。
优选地,所述清洁条为条形,且所述清洁条倾斜于所述罩体中心轴线设置。

本发明还提供一种过滤器清理系统,包括中空的过滤器以及过滤器清理 装置,所述过滤器的一端具有开口,所述过滤器清理装置包括罩体,所述罩体内壁设有至少一个清洁条,所述罩体上设有吸尘接头,所述吸尘接头一端与吸尘装置连通,另一端与所述罩体内的腔体连通;所述罩体的侧端开设有进气口,当所述过滤器装配于所述罩体内时,所述开口的位置靠近所述进气口的位置,使得所述过滤器清理系统工作时所述进气口的气流至少有一部分流经所述开口。
综上所述,本发明通过在过滤器清理装置上设置吸尘接头,对过滤器进行清扫的同时脏污会通过吸尘接头被实时地吸入到吸尘装置内,无需经过水洗、晾干过程便可清理过滤器,且无需对过滤器清理装置进行定期清理,其操作方便,优化了用户的使用体验。
本发明还提供一种过滤器清理装置,包括罩体和盖体,所述罩体内壁设有至少一个清洁条,所述盖体包括连接部和固定部,所述连接部可旋转的套接在罩体的侧端,所述固定部通过连接部连接在罩体上,所述固定部朝向所述罩体内设有卡合部。
优选地,所述连接部和固定部一体成型。
或者,所述固定部通过铰接轴可旋转的连接在连接部上。
为了使得盖体能够稳定的旋转,所述罩体侧端的外壁上设有环形凹槽,所述连接部上设有限位凸块,所述限位凸块与环形凹槽对应设置。
优选地,所述清洁条为条形,且所述清洁条平行于所述罩体中心轴线设置。

本发明还提供另一种过滤器清理装置,包括罩体和盖体,所述罩体内壁设有至少一个清洁条,所述盖体上设有卡合部,所述盖体可旋转地套接在罩体的侧端,所述盖体的卡合部用于带动过滤器转动。综上所述,本发明通过将过滤器清理装置的盖体可旋转地套接在罩体的侧端,盖体上的卡合部可带动过滤器转动,以使得罩体内的清洁条对过滤器进行清理;用户无需转动过滤器本身,而是通过转动更易握持的盖体进行过滤器的清理,使得操作更加舒适方便;此外,盖体套接在罩体的侧端,提高了清理过滤器时旋转操作的稳定性,优化了用户的使用体验。

公告号为CN201384461Y的中国专利公开了一种吸尘器过滤器清扫装置,包括能够容纳过滤器的清扫盒、将清扫盒的开口处密封的盒盖,清扫盒内设置有刷毛。当需要清理过滤器时,把过滤器与盒盖连接固定,后将盒盖放到 清扫盒的开口处,过滤器进入清扫盒的内部,转动盒盖以使过滤器也随之转动,由筒体内的刷毛对过滤器进行清扫。这样的清洗方式不需要经过水洗、晾干过程,时间较短,较为方便,但是刷下来的所有灰尘都会集中在清扫盒内,需要定期对清扫盒进行清理,否则之后使用该清扫盒对另一过滤器进行清理时该清扫盒内的灰尘会污染到另一过滤器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种过滤器清理装置。具体的,图1为本发明过滤器清理装置的结构爆炸图;图2为本发明过滤器清理装置的结构示意图。如图1和图2所示,本发明提供的过滤器清理装置,包括罩体100,所述罩体100内壁设有至少一个清洁条,所述清洁条用于清理过滤器,优选地,所述清洁条为毛条或橡胶条。所述罩体100上设有吸尘接头200,所述吸尘接头200一端与吸尘装置连通,另一端与罩体100内的腔体连通,罩体100内的脏污在吸尘装置提供的吸力作用下,通过吸尘接头200被吸入吸尘装置中,故过滤器上的灰尘被清洁条刮下后能立即被吸走,从而在完成清理过滤器的同时也实现了对罩体100的清洁。
本发明并不限制罩体100的形状,只要其能装入过滤器和清洁条即可,优选地,为了方便容置并清理过滤器,所述罩体100为空心圆柱形。
所述罩体100可以一体成型,也可以由多个组件组成。为了方便过滤器的装入与取出,优选地,所述罩体100包括相互扣合的前罩120和后罩130,所述前罩120和后罩130的截面均为半圆形,所述前罩120和后罩130一端铰接,另一端设有用于卡合的定位部140。所述定位部140包括但不限于对应设置的凸台141和开孔142(如图1所示)。所述吸尘接头200设置在后罩130远离前罩120的一侧,更优选地,所述吸尘接头200设置在后罩130中部。
当所述罩体100为一体成型时,将过滤器从所述罩体100的侧端装入从而完成过滤器与过滤器清理装置的装配。当所述罩体100包括铰接的前罩120和后罩130时,可以打开定位部140后,使前罩120和后罩130以铰接轴为中心相对旋转分离,从而可轻松地将过滤器装入,装入后再卡合定位部140从而完成过滤器与过滤器清理装置的装配。
所述清洁条可以固定在罩体100内壁,例如,可以采用胶粘接或者直接加工成一体结构。为了方便清洁条的维护和清理,所述清洁条可拆卸的固定在罩体100内壁。具体来说,所述罩体100内壁开设有卡槽101,所述卡槽101与清洁条的末端对应设置,通过将清洁条的末端插入卡槽101来实现对清洁条的装卸。
当吸尘接头200与吸尘装置连接时,为了提高罩体100内的气流速度,从而有效的将脏污吸出,所述罩体100的侧端设有一隔挡部150,所述隔挡部150上开设开口151,开口151的数量可为一个或者多个,当吸尘装置工作时,气流从开口进入,流经装配于罩体100内的过滤器后,从吸尘接头200流出。隔挡部150的设置减小了罩体100的侧端的进风面积,在吸尘装置功率不变的情况下,能够有效地提高进风速度,即能够有效地提高吸力,从而使清理时刮下的脏污可以更高效地被吸尘装置吸走。
所述隔挡部150可以与罩体100一体成型,也可以单独成型后固定于罩体100的侧端。
本发明中过滤器清理装置的工作过程如下:
在清洁工作完成后,将吸尘器上的过滤器拆下并装配于过滤器清理装置中,具体地,装配完成状态下过滤器与清洁条相抵接;吸尘接头200连接吸尘装置并启动吸尘装置;之后通过旋转(以过滤器中心轴线为旋转轴)过滤器或者抽拉(使过滤器沿过滤器中心轴线移动)过滤器,使过滤器上的脏污受到清洁条的洗刷而与过滤器分离,落入过滤器清理装置中被吸尘装置吸走。
需要说明的是,上述旋转或抽拉可以由用户手动操作,也可以通过设置相应的电机来实现自动操作。
图7为本发明过滤器清理系统的剖视图;图8为本发明过滤器的结构示意图;图9为本发明过滤器的结构剖视图。如图7至图9所示,本发明还提供一种过滤器清理系统,所述过滤器清理系统包括中空的过滤器300以及过滤器清理装置,所述过滤器300的一端具有开口301,所述过滤器清理装置包括罩体100,所述罩体100内壁设有至少一个清洁条,所述罩体100上设有吸尘接头200,所 述吸尘接头200一端与吸尘装置连通,另一端与所述罩体100内的腔体连通。
所述罩体100的侧端开设进风口151’,当需要清理过滤器300时,将过滤器300装配于过滤器清理装置中的罩体100内。具体地,所述过滤器300具有开口301的一端与所述罩体100具有进风口151’的侧端位于同侧,即所述开口301的位置靠近所述进气口151’的位置,从而使得所述过滤器清理系统工作时从所述进气口151’进入过滤器清理装置的气流至少有一部分流经所述开口301而进入过滤器300内部。以所述过滤器300的长度方向为轴向,优选地,装配后所述进风口151’的轴向投影面积位于开口301的轴向投影面积之内,装配后开口301抵接于进风口151’,从而使得所述过滤器清理系统工作时从所述进气口151’进入过滤器清理装置的气流全部流经所述开口301而进入过滤器300内部。以所述过滤器300的长度方向为轴向,优选地,装配后所述进风口151’的轴向投影面积与开口301的轴向投影面积有部分交叠,装配后开口301抵接或靠近进风口151’,从而使得所述过滤器清理系统工作时从所述进气口151’进入过滤器清理装置的气流有一部分流经所述开口301而进入过滤器300内部,另一部分直接流经过滤器300外部。
装配完成后,将吸尘接头200连接吸尘装置并启动吸尘装置,气流从进风口151’进入过滤器300内部,由于开口301与进气口151’同侧设置且位置较近,气流至少有一部分会流经所述开口301进入过滤器300内部,之后从过滤器300的内部穿过过滤器300的外部,从吸尘接头200排出,以使得过滤器300内部的脏污能够得到有效的清理,弥补了传统的过滤器清理装置仅能通过清洁条清理过滤器外部脏污的缺陷,即本发明的过滤器清理系统可同时实现对过滤器内、外部的有效清理。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的过滤器清理装置进行介绍。
实施例一
图3为本发明实施例一清洁条的结构示意图。如图3所示,本实施例中过滤器清理装置的清洁条为第一清洁条111,所述第一清洁条111为条形,且第一清洁条111平行于罩体100中心轴线A设置。第一清洁条111的设置数量可为 一条或者多条,在本实施例中第一清洁条111的设置数量为2条。
在本实施例中,当把过滤器装入过滤器清理装置后,由于第一清洁条111平行于罩体100中心轴线A,为了使脏污与过滤器分离,优选地可以通过旋转过滤器来实现对过滤器的清理。
实施例二
图4为本发明实施例六清洁条的结构示意图。如图4所示,本实施例与实施例一相比,其不同之处在于清洁条的设置方式发生了改变。具体来说,在本实施例中,清洁条为第二清洁条112,所述第二清洁条112为条形,且第二清洁条112倾斜于罩体100中心轴线设置,即第二清洁条112与罩体100中心轴线之间存在一夹角,所述夹角为锐角。第二清洁条112的设置数量可为一条或者多条,在本实施例中第二清洁条112的设置数量为2条。
在本实施例中,当把过滤器装入过滤器清理装置后,由于第一清洁条111倾斜于罩体100中心轴线,为了使脏污与过滤器分离,可以通过旋转或抽拉过滤器来实现对过滤器的清理。
实施例三
图5为本发明实施例三清洁条的结构示意图。如图5所示,本实施例与实施例一相比,其不同之处在于清洁条的结构发生了改变。具体来说,在本实施例中,清洁条为第三清洁条113,所述第三清洁条113为弧形,且第三清洁条113垂直于罩体100中心轴线设置,即第三清洁条113以环形分布在罩体100内壁。第三清洁条113的设置数量可为一条或者多条,在本实施例中第二清洁条113的设置数量为4条。
在本实施例中,当把过滤器装入过滤器清理装置后,由于第三清洁条113垂直于罩体100中心轴线设置,为了使脏污与过滤器分离,优选地可以通过抽拉过滤器来实现对过滤器的清理。
实施例四
图6为本发明实施例四清洁条的结构示意图。如图6所示,本实施例与实施例一相比,其不同之处在于清洁条的结构发生了改变。具体来说,在本实施例中,清洁条为第四清洁条114,所述第四清洁条114为“V”字型。第四清洁条114的设置数量可为一条或者多条,在本实施例中第四清洁条114的设置数量为2条。
在本实施例中,当把过滤器装入过滤器清理装置后,由于第四清洁条114为“V”字型,为了使脏污与过滤器分离,可以通过旋转或抽拉过滤器来实现对过滤器的清理。
综上所述,本发明通过在过滤器清理装置上设置吸尘接头,对过滤器进行清扫的同时脏污会通过吸尘接头被实时地吸入到吸尘装置内,无需经过水洗、晾干过程便可清理过滤器,且无需对过滤器清理装置进行定期清理,其操作方便,优化了用户的使用体验。
图10为本发明过滤器清理装置的结构爆炸图;图11为本发明过滤器清理装置的结构示意图。如图10和图11所示,本发明还提供另一种过滤器清理装置,包括罩体100和盖体400,所述罩体100内壁设有至少一个清洁条,所述清洁条用于清理过滤器,优选地,所述清洁条为毛条或橡胶条;所述盖体400设置在罩体100的侧端。
为了方便容置并清理过滤器,本发明中所述罩体100为空心圆柱形。所述罩体100可以由多个组件拼接而成,优选地,所述罩体100一体成型。此时,可以将过滤器从所述罩体100的侧端装入从而完成过滤器与过滤器清理装置的装配。
所述清洁条可以固定在罩体100内壁,例如,可以采用胶粘接或者直接加工成一体结构。为了方便清洁条的维护和清理,所述清洁条可拆卸的固定在罩体100内壁。具体来说,所述罩体100内壁开设有卡槽(图中未示出),所述卡槽与清洁条的末端对应设置,通过将清洁条的末端插入卡槽来实现清洁 条的装卸。
所述盖体400包括连接部410和固定部420,所述连接部410可旋转的套接在罩体100的侧端,用于将固定部420连接在罩体100上,所述固定部420朝向罩体100内设有卡合部421。具体地,卡合部421可为凸台或凹槽,但并不以此为限,只要能与过滤器实现相应地卡合即可。
具体来说,当所述罩体100为空心圆柱形时,所述连接部410对应为圆环形。为了约束连接部410在罩体100侧端的旋转轨迹,使得盖体400能够稳定的旋转,从而保证其清洁效率,所述罩体100侧端的外壁上设有环形凹槽102,所述连接部410上设有限位凸块411,所述限位凸块411与环形凹槽102对应设置。在连接部410装配在罩体100侧端后,所述限位凸块411卡入环形凹槽102内,用户在旋转连接部410时,所述限位凸块411受到环形凹槽102的约束,使得连接部410可以稳定的进行旋转。
一般来说,市面上现有的过滤器为了便于装配,其侧端面均非平面,具有凹凸结构,如侧端面上设有定位孔或定位柱等。所述固定部420上的卡合部421由于朝向罩体100内设置,在连接部410进行旋转时,所述卡合部421在转动过程中会与过滤器上相应的凹凸结构接触,从而带动过滤器旋转,过滤器旋转时受到清洁条的刮刷,附着在过滤器上的脏污被刮入过滤器清理装置内。
为了制造方便,所述卡合部421可与固定部420一体成型。
为了适应不同种类的过滤器,所述卡合部421也可单独成型并可拆卸的固定在固定部420上。具体来说,所述固定部420朝向罩体100内开设多个固定槽(图中未示出),本发明并不限制所述固定槽的数量及其在固定部420上的具体位置。例如,所述固定槽的数量可以为4个,其环形均匀分布在固定部420的内壁。本发明中卡合部421与固定槽可以一一对应,即每个固定槽上均设有一个卡合部421。卡合部421的数量也可以多于或少于固定槽的数量,例如,所述固定槽的数量为4个时,所述卡合部421的数量为2个,用户可以根据过滤器的结构自由选择卡合部421的设置位置;此外,实际操作时可根据卡合部421与过滤器的卡合情况来更换不同高度的卡合部421,从而使得本发明中的固定 部420可以适应更多种类的过滤器。
在本实施例中,所述卡合部421的数量为4个,呈环形分布在固定部420上。
所述连接部410和固定部420可以一体成型,也可以组装成型。
当连接部410和固定部420一体成型时,若要对过滤器进行清洁,需要将盖体400从罩体100的侧端取下,再将过滤器装入,之后将盖体400装配在罩体100侧端,使盖体400的连接部410上的限位凸块411卡入罩体100侧端外壁上的环形凹槽102,最后通过旋转盖体400来清洁过滤器。
当连接部410和固定部420组装成型时,如图11所示,可以通过铰接轴500将连接部410和固定部420可相对旋转的连接在一起,此时在装配过滤器时,无需取下盖体400,仅需打开固定部420便可将过滤器装入。具体地,用户可操作固定部420绕铰接轴500转动来打开固定部。
为了防止脏污在过滤器清理装置内堆积,所述罩体100上设有吸尘接头200,所述吸尘接头200一端与吸尘装置连通,另一端与罩体100内的腔体连通,罩体100内的脏污在吸尘装置提供的吸力作用下,通过吸尘接头200被吸入吸尘装置中,故过滤器上的灰尘被清洁条刮下后能立即被吸走,从而在完成清理过滤器的同时也实现了对罩体100的清洁。
当吸尘接头200与吸尘装置连接时,为了提高罩体100内的气流速度,从而有效的将脏污吸出,所述罩体100的远离盖体400的侧端设有一隔挡部150,所述隔挡部150上开设开口151,开口151的数量可为一个或者多个,当吸尘装置工作时,气流从开口进入,流经装配于罩体100内的过滤器后,从吸尘接头200流出。隔挡部150的设置减小了罩体100的侧端的进风面积,在吸尘装置功率不变的情况下,能够有效地提高进风速度,即能够有效地提高吸力,从而使清理时刮下的脏污可以更高效地被吸尘装置吸走。
所述隔挡部150可以与罩体100一体成型,也可以单独成型后固定于罩体100的侧端。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的过滤器清理装置进行介绍。
实施例五
图12为本发明实施例五清洁条的结构剖视图。如图12所示,本实施例中过滤器清理装置的清洁条为第一清洁条111,所述第一清洁条111为条形,且第一清洁条111平行于罩体100中心轴线A设置。第一清洁条111的设置数量可为一条或者多条,在本实施例中第一清洁条111的设置数量为2条。
在本实施例中,当把过滤器装入过滤器清理装置后,旋转盖体400,使盖体400上的卡合部421带动过滤器旋转,从而利用清洁条清理过滤器上的脏污。
实施例六
图13为本发明实施例六清洁条的结构剖视图。如图13所示,本实施例与实施例五相比,其不同之处在于清洁条的设置方式发生了改变。具体来说,在本实施例中,清洁条为第二清洁条112,所述第二清洁条112为条形,且第二清洁条112倾斜于罩体100中心轴线设置,即第二清洁条112与罩体100中心轴线之间存在一夹角,所述夹角为锐角。第二清洁条112的设置数量可为一条或者多条,在本实施例中第二清洁条112的设置数量为2条。
在本实施例中,当把过滤器装入过滤器清理装置后,旋转盖体400,使盖体400上的卡合部421带动过滤器旋转,从而利用清洁条清理过滤器上的脏污。
实施例七
图14为本发明实施例七清洁条的结构剖视图。如图14所示,本实施例与实施例五相比,其不同之处在于清洁条的结构发生了改变。具体来说,在本实施例中,清洁条为第三清洁条113,所述第三清洁条113为弧形,且第三清洁条113垂直于罩体100中心轴线设置,即第三清洁条113以环形分布在罩体100内壁。第三清洁条113的设置数量可为一条或者多条,在本实施例中第二清洁条113的设置数量为4条。
在本实施例中,当把过滤器装入过滤器清理装置后,旋转盖体400,使盖体400上的卡合部421带动过滤器旋转,从而利用清洁条清理过滤器上的脏污。
实施例八
图15为本发明实施例八清洁条的结构剖视图。如图15所示,本实施例与实施例五相比,其不同之处在于清洁条的结构发生了改变。具体来说,在本实施例中,清洁条为第四清洁条114,所述第四清洁条114为“V”字型。第三清洁条114的设置数量可为一条或者多条,在本实施例中第二清洁条114的设置数量为2条。
在本实施例中,当把过滤器装入过滤器清理装置后,旋转盖体400,使盖体400上的卡合部421带动过滤器旋转,从而利用清洁条清理过滤器上的脏污。
以本发明的其中一种盖体结构(固定部通过铰接轴可旋转的连接在连接部上)为例,来具体描述一下本发明的使用场景:
用户第一次使用本发明的过滤器清理装置,手动将盖体套接在罩体的侧端以完成组装。当需要将过滤器放入罩体时,绕铰接轴转动固定部以打开固定部,后将过滤器容置于罩体内并关闭固定部。此时,转动固定部至一定角度,可使得固定部上的卡合部与过滤器的凹凸结构相抵接,继续转动固定部,便可带动过滤器一起转动进行清理,即无需肉眼进行精准对位,只需转动固定部便可完成固定部与过滤器的卡接以及对过滤器的清理。
当用户清理完过滤器时,打开固定部拿出过滤器。另外,保持过滤器清理装置为装配状态,即无需拆下盖体,下次需要清理其他过滤器时便无需装配动作,直接打开固定部便可放入其他过滤器进行清理。
综上所述,本发明中过滤器清理装置的盖体可旋转地套接在罩体的侧端,盖体上的卡合部可带动过滤器转动,以使得罩体内的清洁条对过滤器进行清理。本发明无需转动过滤器本身,而是通过转动更易握持的盖体进行过滤器的清理,使得操作更加舒适方便;此外,盖体套接在罩体的侧端,提高了清理过滤器时旋转操作的稳定性,优化了用户的使用体验。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种过滤器清理装置,包括罩体(100),所述罩体(100)内壁设有至少一个清洁条,其特征在于,所述罩体(100)上设有吸尘接头(200),所述吸尘接头(200)一端与吸尘装置连通,另一端与所述罩体(100)内的腔体连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述罩体(100)包括相互扣合的前罩(120)和后罩(130),所述前罩(120)和后罩(130)一端铰接,另一端设有用于卡合的定位部(140)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述定位部(140)为对应设置的凸台(141)和开孔(142)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述罩体(100)一体成型。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述罩体(100)内壁开设有用于固定所述清洁条的卡槽(101),所述卡槽(101)与所述清洁条的末端对应设置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述罩体(100)的侧端设有一隔挡部(150),所述隔挡部(150)上开设一个或者多个开口(151)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述清洁条为条 形,且所述清洁条平行于所述罩体(100)中心轴线(A)设置。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述清洁条为条形,且所述清洁条倾斜于所述罩体(100)中心轴线设置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述清洁条为弧形,且所述清洁条垂直于所述罩体(100)中心轴线设置。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述清洁条为“V”字型。
  11. 一种过滤器清理系统,包括中空的过滤器(300)以及过滤器清理装置,所述过滤器(300)的一端具有开口(301),所述过滤器清理装置包括罩体(100),所述罩体(100)内壁设有至少一个清洁条,其特征在于,所述罩体(100)上设有吸尘接头(200),所述吸尘接头(200)一端与吸尘装置连通,另一端与所述罩体(100)内的腔体连通;所述罩体(100)的侧端开设有进气口(151’),当所述过滤器(300)装配于所述罩体(100)内时,所述开口(301)的位置靠近所述进气口(151’)的位置,使得所述过滤器清理系统工作时所述进气口(151’)的气流至少有一部分流经所述开口(301)。
  12. 一种过滤器清理装置,包括罩体(100)和盖体(400),所述罩体(100)内壁设有至少一个清洁条,其特征在于,所述盖体(400)包括连接部(410)和固定部(420),所述连接部(410)可旋转的套接在罩体(100)的侧端,所述固定部(420)通过连接部(410)连接在罩体(100)上,所述固定部(420)朝向所述罩体(100)内设有卡合部(421)。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述连接部(410) 和固定部(420)一体成型。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述固定部(420)通过铰接轴(500)可旋转的连接在连接部(410)上。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述罩体(100)侧端的外壁上设有环形凹槽(102),所述连接部(410)上设有限位凸块(411),所述限位凸块(411)与环形凹槽(102)对应设置。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述清洁条为条形,且所述清洁条平行于所述罩体(100)中心轴线(A)设置。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述清洁条为条形,且所述清洁条倾斜于所述罩体(100)中心轴线设置。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述清洁条为弧形,且所述清洁条垂直于所述罩体(100)中心轴线设置。
  19. 如权利要求12所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述清洁条为“V”字型。
  20. 如权利要求12所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述罩体(100)上设有吸尘接头(200),所述吸尘接头(200)一端与吸尘装置连通,另一端与罩体(100)内的腔体连通。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的过滤器清理装置,其特征在于,所述罩体(100)远离盖体(400)的侧端设有一隔挡部(150),所述隔挡部(150)上开设一 个或者多个开口(151)。
  22. 一种过滤器清理装置,包括罩体(100)和盖体(400),所述罩体(100)内壁设有至少一个清洁条,其特征在于,所述盖体(400)上设有卡合部(421),所述盖体(400)可旋转地套接在罩体(100)的侧端,所述盖体(400)的卡合部(421)用于带动过滤器转动。
