  6. 如权利要求4所述的包装袋加工设备,其特征在于,所述包装袋底部片料经过翻折呈“Z”型折叠。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的包装袋加工设备,其特征在于,所述侧风琴折角装置设置于所述底部折角装置前,即在侧风琴膜材折角形成侧风琴后,所述膜材输送装置将所述包装袋膜材沿其长度方向输送到底部折角装置,形成两折底。
  8. 一种上下膜一体式包装袋的加工方法,包括上述权利要求1-7中任意一项所述设备,具体操作步骤如下:
    第一步:所述膜材输送设备持续不断的沿膜材长度方向输送包装袋膜材;
    第二步:所述侧风琴输送装置将侧风琴膜材沿包装袋膜材宽度方向持续不断的输送到包装袋膜材的所述下膜上相应的位置;并通过所述侧风琴折角装置进行侧风琴膜材折角,形成侧风琴;
    第三步:所述膜材输送设备将形成侧风琴的包装袋膜材输送到所述第一导向装置,折叠所述包装袋膜材,折叠后的下层为所述下膜,上层用于形成所述上膜和所述底部片料;
    第四步:所述折叠上层在随所述膜材输送设备输送过程中进入所述底部折角装置,将所述折叠上层位于底部的片料折角,形成底部两折部;
    第五步:形成两折部的所述折叠上层在随所述膜材输送设备输送过程中,经过所述第二导向装置引导,向所述下膜方向折叠,并覆盖于所述下膜和所述侧风琴上方;
    第六步:将所述上膜、下膜、侧风琴以及底部片料烫压形成包装袋。
  9. 一种上下膜一体式包装袋,包括由上述所述权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的方法和设备制作的包装袋,该包装袋的袋体结构包括所述上膜、所述下膜、所述底部片料和所述侧风琴,其特征在于:所述上膜、所述下膜与所述底部片料为一体式结构;所述底部片料位于所述上膜和所述下膜之间。
