作为进一步优化,所述垃圾桶还具有:固定配置在所述底座外壁上的第三滑动件、固定配置在所述外桶内璧上的第二固定件;所述第二固定件上配置有和所述第三滑动件相适配的第三滑槽,所述第三滑动件能够在所述第三滑槽内滑动,所述内胆相对所述外桶上下活动时,能够带动所述第三滑动件在所述第三滑槽内上下滑动。
作为进一步优化,所述垃圾桶还具有用以调节所述内胆上方开口的口径大小的第四调节机构,所述第二调节机构驱动所述内胆相对外桶向上活动时,所述第四调节机构能够同步调节所述内胆的上方开口变大。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明可以取得以下技术效果:
本发明的垃圾桶,通过配置能够驱动内胆向下活动的第一调节机构、驱动内胆向上活动的第二调节机构,当使用者把第一调节机构的踏板由第 一容置部拨到第二容置部时,内胆可以完全容置于外桶内;当使用者把踏板由第二容置部拨到第一容置部时,第二调节机构能够驱动内胆向上活动,并自外桶的上方开口穿出,达到便于取出垃圾桶的目的。

为使本发明实施方式的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式是本发明一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。因此,以下对在附图中提供的本发明的实施方式的详细描述并非旨在限制要求保护的本发明的范围,而是仅仅表示本发明的选定实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。
由图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,垃圾桶具有:上方具有开口的外桶3、配置于外桶3内且上方具有开口的内胆2、铰接于外桶3上的桶盖1,以及调节单元4。该调节单元4能够驱动内胆2相对外桶3上下活动,并同步带动桶盖1相对外桶3铰接活动的调节单元4,此外该调节单元4还能够够在驱动内胆2相对外桶3上下活动的同时,调节内胆2上方开口的口径。 由图2所示,调节单元4包含:第一调节机构9、第二调节机构10、第三调节机构5和第四调节机构6。第一调节机构9用以驱动内胆2相对外桶3向下活动。第二调节机构10在第一调节机构9受外力作用带动内胆2相对外桶3向下活动时,自第一状态变换至第二状态,且第二调节机构10在第一调节机构9受外力作用消失后自第二状态恢复自第一状态;第二调节机构10处于第一状态时,使内胆2处于顶出外桶3上方开口的状态;第二调节机构10处于第二状态时,使内胆2处于收纳于外桶3内的状态。第三调节机构5,用以在内胆2由收纳状态变换至顶出状态时,能够驱动桶盖1向上铰接活动以暴露出外桶3的上方开口。第四调节机构6,用以在内胆2相对外桶3向上下活动的同时,使内胆2上方开口的口径发生变化。
通过以上结构,本发明的垃圾桶在使用过程中,通过调节单元4能够打开桶盖1,且使内胆2向上活动并从外桶3的上方开口穿出,便于使用者从外桶3内取出内胆2。此外,内胆2在向上活动的过程中,内胆2的上方开口会变大,便于使用者从内胆2内取出垃圾。由于垃圾桶在使用过程中,会在内胆2上套置一个垃圾袋,且因垃圾经常填满并挤压内胆2,会使垃圾袋难以从内胆2内取出,用力拉扯时常常导致垃圾袋破损或垃圾袋的提手被扯断;内胆2的上方开口变大,可以让使用者方便的从内胆2上取出垃圾袋。
由图2和图3所示,在本实施例中,内胆2包含:底板8、配置于底板8上方的内胆壁7,以及固定配置于底板8下方的底座43。内胆壁7包含沿周向间隔配置于底板8上的多个侧板21,各侧板21的下端铰接于底板8上,各侧板21的上端受外力作用时能够沿径向活动;调节单元4能够通过控制侧板21的上端沿径向同步向内活动或同步向外活动来调节内胆2的上方的开口的口径。底座43上配置有第一容置部16和第二容置部17,第一容置部16和第二容置部17均为配置在底座43侧壁上的通孔;外桶3对应第一 容置部16和第二容置部17的位置配置有第三容置部42。由图3所示,在本实施中,第一容置部16、第二容置部17均为方形的通孔,第二容置部17和第一容置部16相通,且第二容置部17低于第一容置部16。由图11所示,在本实施中,第三容置部42为异形孔,该异形孔略大于第一容置部16和第二容置部17所形成的容置区。
由图2和图4所示,在本实施例中,第一调节机构9包含:穿过第三容置部42且位于第一容置部16或第二容置部17的踏板24、一端球铰接于底座43一端固定配置于踏板24的第一连接件22、固定配置于底座43上且位于踏板24下方的支撑件23、位于踏板24和支撑件23之间的第一弹性件27;踏板24能够在第一容置部16和第二容置部17之间相互切换,踏板24由第一容置部16切换到第二容置部17时,踏板24向下压缩第一弹性件27,并通过支撑件23驱动内胆2相对外桶3向下活动,使内胆2收纳与外桶3内。由图4所示,第一调节机构9还包括:第一滑动件26,踏板24上配置有第一滑槽25,第一滑动件26与第一滑槽25相适配,第一弹性件27一端固定配置在支撑件23上,一端固定配置在第一滑动件26上;踏板24在第一容置部16和第二容置部17之间相互切换,能够带动第一滑动件26在第一滑槽25中活动,保证第一弹性件27在踏板24在述第一容置部16和第二容置部17之间相互切换时,处于正常工作的压缩或拉伸状态。由图4所示,在本实施例中,第一弹性件27为弹簧;第一连接件22为一段圆柱杆;所述第一滑槽25为设在踏板24上横截面呈T形的凹槽;所述第一滑动件26为横截面呈现H形的滑块,该H形的滑块一部分可活动的容置于T形的凹槽内,另一部分配置于踏板24的下方,用以和第一弹性件27的一端固定连接,所述第一弹性件27的另一端固定连接于所述支撑件23上;所述支撑件23为一块横截面为方形的板,该支撑件23的两端分别固定连接于底座43的侧壁上,且该支撑件23位于踏板24的下方。当所述踏板24在 第一容置部16和第二容置部17之间相互切换时,第一滑动件26沿第一滑槽25移动以适配踏板24在切换时的不同位置,避免第一弹性件27被扭曲失效。
由图2、图4和图5所示,在本实施例中,第二调节机构10包含:一端铰接在第一连接件22上的活动杆30、铰接在活动杆30另一端的第二滑动件31、固定配置在外桶3底壁上的第一固定件28,以及连接活动杆30和第一连接件22的第二弹性件29;第一固定件28上配置有和第二滑动件31相适配的第二滑槽32,第二滑动件31位于第二滑槽32内;当踏板24由第一容置部16切换到第二容置部17时,相对外桶3向下活动的内胆2能够驱动第二滑动件31沿第二滑槽32滑动,并拉伸第二弹性件29;当踏板24由第二容置部17切换到第一容置部16时,拉伸状态的第二弹性件29通过收缩拉动第二滑动件31沿第二滑槽32活动,并驱动内胆2向上活动,并让内胆2自外桶3上方开口穿出。由图4和图5所示,在本实施例中,第二弹性件29为弹簧,第一固定件28为固定在底板8的一方形块,该方形块和底板8之间通过螺栓固定,且该方形块和底板8之间围成一个供第二滑动件31活动的第二滑槽32,第二滑动件31为和第二滑槽32相适配的矩形块。其中第一固定件28上,设有一个和第二滑槽32相通的第一开口33,活动杆30穿过该第一开口33和第二滑动件31相铰接,且活动杆30在活动时不会和第一开口33发生干涉。
由图6、图7和图8所示,在本实施例中,垃圾桶还具有:固定配置在底座43外壁上的第三滑动件34、固定配置在外桶3内璧上的第二固定件35。第二固定件35上配置有和第三滑动件34相适配的第三滑槽37,第三滑动件34能够在第三滑槽37内滑动,内胆2相对外桶3上下活动时,能够带动第三滑动件34在第三滑槽37内上下滑动。由图6所示,第三滑动件34为一个呈T字形的几何体。由图7和图8所示,第二固定件35为固 定在外桶3内壁上的一方形块,该方形块和外桶3之间通过螺栓固定,且第二固定件35和外桶3之间围成一个供第三滑动件34活动的第三滑槽37,第三滑动件34为和第三滑槽37相适配的矩形块。其中第二固定件35上,设有一个和第三滑槽37相通的第二开口36,呈T字形的第三滑动件34穿过该第二开口36并与第三滑槽37相配合。在本实施例中,垃圾桶配置有3个第二固定件35,以及3个和第二固定件35一一对应的第三滑动件34,内胆2和外桶3通过3个第二固定件35和3个第三滑动件34之间的配合,能够让内胆2和外桶3之间的活动保持稳定性。
由图9、图10和图11所示,在本实施例中,第三调节机构5包含:第二连接件38和第一滚轮组件40。外桶3上配置有贯穿外桶3的壁的第一通孔41,第一滚轮组件40固定配置于第一通孔41上,第二连接件38一端固定配置在桶盖1的上表面上另一端配置在内胆壁7上,且第二连接件38穿过第一通孔41并与第一滚轮组件40相配合。内胆2向上活动时,能够通过第二连接件38驱动桶盖1相对外桶3向上铰接打开,使内胆2的上方开口能够和外界相通。由图10所示,第三调节机构5还包含固定配置在桶盖1上的定位套39,第二连接件38穿过该定位套39,该定位套39用以限制第二连接件38相对所述桶盖1的活动位置。由图9和图10所示,在本实施例中,第二连接件38为一段绳子,该绳子一段固定在桶盖1的上表面,另一端固定在内胆2的外壁上;当内胆2向上活动时,能通过第二滚轮组件18,拉动桶盖1相对外桶3向上铰接;当第二连接件38处于松弛状态时,桶盖1能够在重力的作用下,相对外桶3向下铰接,直至盖住外桶3的上方开口。
由图2、图3所示,在本实施例中,第四调节机构6包含:套设于内胆壁7的外壁上的松紧件14,以及沿周向配置于内胆壁7的内壁上的复位件11。松紧件14沿径向收缩时能够带动各侧板21的上端沿径向同步向内活 动;复位件11在松紧件14沿径向收缩时受各侧板21作用而产生形变,且在松紧件14松驰时能够复位推动各侧板21沿径向同步向外活动。其中松紧件14包含:套在各侧板21外壁的松紧段12,以及连接于踏板24的连接段13。由图2所示,垃圾桶还具有周向配置在各侧板21内壁的第一保护壳19、周向配置在各侧板21外壁的第二保护壳20,以及竖直配置在各侧板21外壁的第三保护壳15。其中,第一保护壳19、第二保护壳20、第三保护壳15都是固定配置在侧板21上的半圆形的薄板,该薄板和侧板21之间具有横截面为半圆形的容置空间;所述松紧件14穿过第二保护壳20和侧板21之间的容置空间,并且该松紧件14的两端从第三保护壳15和侧板21之间的容置空间空间穿出,最终固定在踏板24上;所述复位件11贯穿于第一保护壳19和侧板21之间的容置空间。由图2所示,本发明的垃圾桶还配置有第二滚轮组件18,该第二滚轮组件18位于第二保护壳20和第三保护壳15之间,第二滚轮组件18用以改变松紧件14的牵拉方向,同时减少松紧件14在运动过程中的摩擦力。当使用者把踏板24从第二容置部17拨到第一容置部16时,踏板24在第一弹性件27、第二弹性件29,以及复位件11的作用下,在第二容置部17内向上活动,使各侧板21沿径向同步向外活动,让内胆2的上方开口变大。当使用者把踏板24从第一容置部16拨到第二容置部17时,踏板24能够拉动松紧件14沿径向收缩,使各侧板21的上端沿径向同步向内活动,让内胆2的上方开口变小。在本实施例中,松紧件14为没有弹性的绳子,复位件11为环状配置的弹簧,所述第一保护壳19、第二保护壳20、第三保护壳15均为钢制的薄板,该钢制的薄板的进口端和出口端均设有光滑圆角(图未示),该光滑圆角可以避免割断松紧件14和划伤复位件11。在另一实施例中,所述松紧件14的松紧段12为环状配置的弹簧,连接段13为没有弹性的绳子。
本发明的垃圾桶,当踏板24位于第二容置部17时,内胆2完全收纳 于外桶3内部,内胆2的上方开口处于口径最小的状态,且桶盖1处于盖住外桶3上方开口的状态。当踏板24由第二容置部17切换到第一容置部16时,内胆2相对外桶3向上活动并穿出外桶3的上方开口,同时内胆2的上方开口在内胆2向上活动时同步变大,此外向上运动的内胆2能够带动桶盖1相对外桶3发生铰接活动,使外桶3的上方开口露出。穿出外桶3上方开口的内胆2便于使用者取出内胆2,而开口变大的内胆2则便于使用者从内胆2取出套置在内胆2的垃圾袋。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种方便使用的垃圾筒,其特征在于,包含:上方具有开口的外桶(3)、配置于所述外桶(3)内且上方具有开口的内胆(2)、以及用以驱动所述内胆(2)相对所述外桶(3)上下活动的调节单元(4);所述调节单元(4)包含:第一调节机构(9)、第二调节机构(10);
    所述第一调节机构(9)用以驱动所述内胆(2)相对外桶(3)向下活动;
    所述第二调节机构(10)用以驱动所述内胆(2)相对外桶(3)向上活动,所述第二调节机构(10)在所述第一调节机构(9)受外力作用带动所述内胆(2)相对外桶(3)向下活动时,自第一状态变换至第二状态,且所述第二调节机构(10)在第一调节机构(9)受外力作用消失后自第二状态恢复自第一状态;所述第二调节机构(10)处于第一状态时,使所述内胆(2)处于顶出所述外桶(3)上方开口的状态;所述第二调节机构(10)处于第二状态时,使所述内胆(2)处于收纳于外桶(3)内的状态;
    所述内胆(2)包含:底板(8)、配置于所述底板(8)上方的内胆壁(7),以及固定配置于所述底板(8)下方的底座(43);所述底座(43)上配置有第一容置部(16)和第二容置部(17),所述第一容置部(16)和第二容置部(17)均为配置在所述底座(43)侧壁上的通孔;所述外桶(3)对应所述第一容置部(16)和第二容置部(17)的位置配置有第三容置部(42)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便使用的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述第一调节机构(9)包含:穿过所述第三容置部(42)且位于所述第一容置部(16)或第二容置部(17)的踏板(24)、一端球铰接于所述底座(43)一端固定配置于所述踏板(24)的第一连接件(22)、固定配置于所述底座(43)上且位于所述踏板(24)下方的支撑件(23)、位于踏板(24)和支撑件(23)之间的第一弹性件(27);所述踏板(24)能够在所述第一容置部(16)和所述第二容置部(17) 之间相互切换,所述踏板(24)由所述第一容置部(16)切换到所述第二容置部(17)时,所述踏板(24)向下压缩所述第一弹性件(27),并通过所述支撑件(23)驱动所述内胆(2)相对所述外桶(3)向下活动,使所述内胆(2)收纳与所述外桶(3)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种方便使用的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述第一调节机构(9)还包括第一滑动件(26),所述踏板(24)上配置有第一滑槽(25),所述第一滑动件(26)与所述第一滑槽(25)相适配,所述第一弹性件(27)一端固定配置在所述支撑件(23)上,一端固定配置在所述第一滑动件(26)上;所述踏板(24)在所述第一容置部(16)和所述第二容置部(17)之间相互切换,能够带动所述第一滑动件(26)在所述第一滑槽(25)中活动,使所述第一弹性件(27)在所述踏板(24)在所述第一容置部(16)和所述第二容置部(17)之间相互切换时,处于正常工作的压缩或拉伸状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种方便使用的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述第一滑槽(25)为配置在所述踏板(24)上且横截面呈T形的凹槽;所述第一滑动件(26)为横截面呈现H形的滑块,且该H形滑块的左半部配置于所述第一滑槽(25)内,该H形滑块的右半部配置于所述踏板(24)的下方。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种方便使用的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述第二调节机构(10)包含:一端铰接在所述第一连接件(22)上的活动杆(30)、铰接在所述活动杆(30)另一端的第二滑动件(31)、固定配置在所述外桶(3)底壁上的第一固定件(28),以及连接所述活动杆(30)和所述第一连接件(22)的第二弹性件(29);所述第一固定件(28)上配置有和所述第二滑动件(31)相适配的第二滑槽(32),所述第二滑动件(31)位于所述第二滑槽(32)内;当所述踏板(24)由所述第一容置部(16)切换到所述第二容置部(17)时,相对所述外桶(3)向下活动的内胆(2)能够驱动所述第二滑动件(31)沿所述第 二滑槽(32)滑动,并拉伸所述第二弹性件(29);当所述踏板(24)由所述第二容置部(17)切换到所述第一容置部(16)时,所述拉伸状态的第二弹性件(29)通过收缩拉动所述第二滑动件(31)沿所述第二滑槽(32)活动,并驱动所述内胆(2)向上活动,并让所述内胆92)自所述外桶(3)上方开口穿出。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种方便使用的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述垃圾桶还具有:固定配置在所述底座(43)外壁上的第三滑动件(34)、固定配置在所述外桶(3)内璧上的第二固定件(35);所述第二固定件(35)上配置有和所述第三滑动件(34)相适配的第三滑槽(37),所述第三滑动件(34)能够在所述第三滑槽(37)内滑动,所述内胆(2)相对所述外桶(3)上下活动时,能够带动所述第三滑动件(34)在所述第三滑槽(37)内上下滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便使用的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述垃圾桶还具有用以调节所述内胆(2)上方开口的口径大小的第四调节机构(6),所述第二调节机构(10)驱动所述内胆(2)相对外桶(3)向上活动时,所述第四调节机构(6)能够同步调节所述内胆(2)的上方开口变大。
