目前,现有的纸巾盒大都为内装卷纸轴且前端设有出纸口的手拉纸带式盒体,取纸时使用者需用手拽出并撕断纸巾,使用起来比较麻烦且不卫生。中国专利号02824470.2 和200610108544.5公开了一种卫生纸的分配器,利用分配单元向外供给卫生纸,并通过加湿辊来加湿输出的卫生纸,但是,在实际使用过程中发现,由于加湿辊在对卫生纸进行加湿的过程中,加湿的卫生纸会黏连在加湿辊上,使得卫生纸不能正常的输出,设备发生故障,导致用户体验性较差。

如何设计一种使用可靠性高且用户体验性好的纸巾分配器是本发明所要解决的技术问题。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种纸巾分配器及其控制方法,实现提高纸巾分配器的使用可靠性,并提高用户体验性。
本发明提供的技术方案是,一种纸巾分配器,包括:
外壳,配置有用于盛放纸巾的储物腔体;
分配机构,安装在所述外壳上并位于所述储物腔体的一侧,用于将纸巾从所述储物腔体中输出并切断输出的纸巾;
加湿机构,配置有用于向外喷水的喷嘴,所述喷嘴安装在所述外壳上并位于所述分配机构向外出纸的一侧,所述喷嘴用于对从所述分配机构输出的纸巾进行加湿。
进一步的,所述加湿机构还包括:设置在所述外壳上的储水容器和电磁阀,所述喷嘴、所述储水容器和所述电磁阀依次连接。

外壳1,配置有用于盛放纸巾100的储物腔体11;

加湿机构3,配置用于向外喷水的喷嘴31,所述喷嘴31位于所述分配机构2向外出纸的一侧并用于对从所述分配机构2输出的纸巾进行加湿。
具体而言,本实施例纸巾分配器中的外壳1用于存放纸巾,而外壳1中存放的纸巾通过分配机构3实现向外供给,对于用户需要加湿纸巾的情况下,则通过加湿机构3的喷嘴31向纸巾上喷水实现加湿纸巾。而由于喷嘴31位于所述分配机构2向外出纸区域的外侧,这样,可以确保分配机构2输送的纸巾保持干爽的状态,避免湿纸巾粘在分配机构2上而发生故障,同时,对于从分配机构2输出的纸巾,通过喷嘴31能够更加快速有效的进行加湿,同时,被加湿的纸巾直接从外壳1中输出使得用户获得更加舒适的使用体验,并且,纸巾被加湿直接输出更有利于降低用水量,避免加湿后的纸巾在通过分配机构3输出而产生水分散失的问题。其中,纸巾分配器配置有电控板10,通过电控板10来控制分配机构2和加湿机构3运行。
本实施例纸巾分配器中的分配机构2为了能够顺畅定长的输出纸巾100,分配机构2包括:输送组件21,用于带动纸巾输出到所述外壳1的外部;切断组件22,用于剪断所述输送组件21所输出的纸巾;驱动机构23,用于向所述输送组件21和所述切断组件22提供驱动力。具体的,外壳1中存储的纸巾通过输送组件21进行向外输送,而输送特定长度的纸巾后,便可以通过切断组件22进行自动切断,以方便用户使用。

更进一步的,根据用户需要,可以在盖板12上配置透明视窗121,以通过透明视窗121来查看储物腔体11中纸巾100的状态,而为了实现自动检测纸巾100的存储量,在储物腔体11中还设置有用于检测纸巾100的剩余量的第一光电开关101,当纸巾100的剩余量不多时,第一光电开关101便可以检测到,然后可以通过声光提示用户更换纸巾100。优选的,对于切断的纸巾100,可以在外壳1的底部配置托盘14,这样,纸巾100完全切断后落入到下方的托盘14中,方便用户拿去,而在实际使用时,存在用户需要多份纸巾100的情况,为了避免同时输出多份纸巾100 ,外壳1上还设置有用于检测托盘14中是否有纸巾100的第二光电开关102,当用户多次按动按钮17后,分配机构2先输出一份纸巾100存储在托盘14中,当用户将纸巾100从托盘14中取走后,第二光电开关102检测到托盘14没有纸巾100,则由分配机构2再输出一份纸件100。
本发明还提供一种上述纸巾分配器的控制方法,所述控制方法包括第一控制模式、第二控制模式和第三控制模式;
所述第一控制模式为,仅通过分配机构2将外壳1中的纸巾输出。具体的,当用户仅需要输出干爽的纸巾时,则用户可以按动第一按键11,电控板10便可以控制分配机构2动作,将外壳1中的纸巾输出,而此时,电磁阀33处于关闭状态。
所述第二控制模式为,在通过分配机构2将外壳中1的纸巾向外输出的过程中,加湿机构3的电磁阀33打开并通过喷嘴31对从分配机构2输出的纸巾进行加湿。具体的,当用户需要输出加湿的纸巾时,则用户可以按动第二按键12,电控板10控制分配机构2和加湿机构3动作,通过加湿机构3对分配机构2输出的纸巾进行加湿。
所述第三控制模式为,在通过分配机构2将外壳1中的纸巾向外输出的过程中,电磁阀33先打开并通过喷嘴31对从分配机构2输出的纸巾进行加湿,并且,在加湿过程中,电磁阀33在分配机构2停止输送纸巾之前关闭。具体的,当用户需要输出半湿的纸巾时,则用户可以按动第三按键13,电控板10先控制分配机构2和加湿机构3同时动作,电控板10在分配机构2输出一定长度的纸巾后,便停止加湿机构3动作,这样,使得纸巾的后半部分为干爽的状态,以更有效的满足用户的特定需求,优化用户体验性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果是:本发明提供的纸巾分配器,通过将加湿机构的喷嘴设置在分配机构向外出纸的一侧,在加湿过程中,喷嘴对从分配机构输出的纸巾进行加湿,这样,被加湿的纸巾直接输送到外壳的外部,避免分配机构对湿纸巾输送时黏在分配机构中造成设备发生故障,有效的提高了纸巾分配器的使用可靠性,并提高了用户体验性。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种纸巾分配器,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,配置有用于盛放纸巾的储物腔体;
    分配机构,安装在所述外壳上并位于所述储物腔体的一侧,用于将纸巾从所述储物腔体中输出并切断输出的纸巾;
    加湿机构,配置有用于向外喷水的喷嘴,所述喷嘴安装在所述外壳上并位于所述分配机构向外出纸的一侧,所述喷嘴用于对从所述分配机构输出的纸巾进行加湿。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纸巾分配器,其特征在于,所述加湿机构还包括:设置在所述外壳上的储水容器和电磁阀,所述喷嘴、所述储水容器和所述电磁阀依次连接,所述电磁阀用于与供水管连接利用供水管的水压来驱动所述喷嘴向外喷水。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的纸巾分配器,其特征在于,所述储水容器外还设置有保温层,所述储水容器上还设置有电加热器,所述外壳上设置有用于开关所述电加热器的开关;和/或,所述储水容器和所述电磁阀之间还设置有流量调节阀,所述流量调节阀的调节旋钮位于所述外壳的外部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的纸巾分配器,其特征在于,所述分配机构包括:
    输送组件,用于带动纸巾从所述储物腔体中输出;
    切断组件,用于切断所述输送组件所输出的纸巾;
    驱动机构,用于向所述输送组件和所述切断组件提供驱动力。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的纸巾分配器,其特征在于,所述外壳上设置有用于开关所述储物腔体的盖板;所述输送组件包括传送主轴和传送压轴,所述传送主轴可转动的安装在所述外壳上并位于所述储物腔体的外侧,所述传送主轴与所述驱动机构的驱动连接,所述传送压轴可转动的安装在所述盖板上;当所述盖板关闭所述储物腔体后,所述传送压轴压靠在所述传送主轴上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的纸巾分配器,其特征在于,所述输送组件包括导向轴,所述导向轴可转动的安装在所述外壳上并位于所述传送主轴的下方,所述导向轴与所述传动主轴之间设置有多条间隔设置的O型传动带。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的纸巾分配器,其特征在于,所述切断组件包括动刀轴和静刀轴,所述动刀轴和所述静刀轴上分别设置有切刀;所述动刀轴可转动的安装在所述外壳上并位于所述传送主轴的下方,所述静刀轴安装在所述盖板上;当所述盖板关闭所述储物腔体后,所述静刀轴与所述动刀轴相对布置,所述静刀轴与所述动刀轴之间形成用于切断纸巾的切断操作区。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的纸巾分配器,其特征在于,所述盖板上设置有刀架,所述静刀轴可转动的安装在所述刀架上,所述刀架上设置有用于驱动所述静刀轴复位以使得所述静刀轴的刀刃贴靠在所述刀架上的复位弹簧,所述刀架上设置有用于带动所述静刀轴转动的转臂,所述外壳上设置有用于与所述转臂配合以驱动所述转臂转动的挡块;当所述盖板关闭所述储物腔体后,所述转臂抵靠在所述挡块上,所述转臂带动所述静刀轴转动以使得所述静刀轴的刀刃转向所述动刀轴。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的纸巾分配器,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括输送电机和切断电机,所述输送电机与所述传送主轴驱动连接,所述切断电机与所述动刀轴驱动连接;或者,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机、蜗杆、蜗轮、传动齿轮、摆杆、输送齿轮和切断齿轮,所述驱动电机的转轴与所述蜗杆连接,所述蜗杆与所述蜗轮连接,所述蜗轮与所述摆杆的一端部同轴可转动的安装在所述外壳上,所述传动齿轮可转动的安装在所述摆杆的另一端部,所述蜗轮上设置有同心布置的辅助齿轮,所述辅助齿轮与所述传动齿轮啮合,所述输送齿轮连接在所述传送主轴上,所述切断齿轮连接在所述动刀轴上,所述传动齿轮用于选择性地与所述输送齿轮或所述切断齿轮传动连接。
  10. 一种如权利要求1-9任一所述的纸巾分配器的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法包括第一控制模式和第二控制模式;
    所述第一控制模式为,仅通过分配机构将外壳中的纸巾输出;
    所述第二控制模式为,在通过分配机构将外壳中的纸巾向外输出的过程中,加湿机构的电磁阀打开并通过喷嘴对从分配机构输出的纸巾进行加湿。
