Description

一种基于人脸识别的新零售系统及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及自动售货机技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于人脸识别的新零售系统及方法。
背景技术
在自动售货机上,传统的现金支付操作复杂、设备故障多、成本高、安全性差。因此售货机与移动支付结合起来成为一种趋势,这种结合告别了现金、硬币、零钱,大大地提高了消费者的购物便捷。但是,这种依赖于网络、移动终端,还是存在一定不便,消费者只有通过输入用户名密码等凭证信息方可完成支付,凭证信息的遗忘、丢失或窃取给消费者带来诸多的不便。
人脸识别技术处于高速发展阶段,人脸进行身份识别安全性高,因为每个人的人脸都具有唯一性。因此可以研发一种利用人脸作为密码进行身份验证的支付系统,省掉信息加密环节,提高安全度,出行便捷,付款轻松。且可以降低支付系统的硬件成本,提高支付成功率,并且使支付过程更为便捷,安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种基于人体唯一特征,采用离线支付的方式,无需依赖网络和移动终端,安全性高的基于人脸识别的新零售系统及方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种基于人脸识别的新零售系统,包括自动售货机、支付服务器和后台管理;所述自动售货机设有摄像头、手机号码输入模块、充值系统、单片机主控板、离线通信设备和出货系统;所述摄像头、手机号码输入模块、充值系统与单片机主控板输入端连接,所述单片机主控板输出端连接离线通信设备和出货系统;所述自动售货机的离线通信设备与支付服务器通过局域网建立通信连接;所述单片机主控板依次将消费者的手机号码和人脸数据转换成离线码并通过离线通信设备传送到支付服务器;所述支付服务器介于自动售货机与后台管理之间;所述后台管理包括人脸服务器、后台充值服务模块和大数据分析模块。
在上述技术方案中,所述基于人脸识别的新零售系统也可通过用户手 机终端的支付消费客户端进行人脸数据的采集和支付操作;所述自动售货机上设有售货机二维码模块,所述售货机二维码模块与单片机主控板输入端连接,所述用户手机终端通过扫描售货机二维码模块与自动售货机建立连接,所述用户手机终端与支付服务器通过网络进行通信。
在上述技术方案中,所述人脸数据的采集可以是上传人脸头像或进行活体检测。
在上述技术方案中,所述后台充值服务模块有两种:包括管理员手工录入充值模块和消费者借用第三方支付平台的互联网充值模块。
在上述技术方案中,所述自动售货机上还设有充电口;所述充电口与单片机主控板输入端连接;所述充电口可通过充电线为用户手机终端供电。
一种基于人脸识别的新零售方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A:用户在自动售货机的商品列表或移动终端上选购商品;
步骤B:在自动售货机的控制面板或移动终端上输入手机号码,自动售货机同时将手机号码和商品信息转换成离线码发送到支付服务器;
步骤C:支付服务器根据接收到的手机号码去查询该手机关联的用户信息,并创建一个待支付的订单,将订单ID返回到自动售货机;
步骤D:在自动售货机的控制面板或移动终端上录入人脸数据,将该人脸数据转换成离线码发送到支付服务器;
步骤E:将接收到的人脸数据与人脸服务器中历史设置的头像进行新旧匹配;
步骤F:匹配成功后扣款,自动售货机出货。
在步骤B中,所述商品信息包括商品名称、数量及价格。
在步骤C中,所述用户信息包括用户的图像数据和余额。
在步骤D中,所述人脸数据的录入可以是上传人脸头像或进行活体检测。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明基于人脸识别,利用用户手机号码,查询出用户的人脸信息并进行对比,采用局域网离线传输的方式,使消费者既不依赖网络,又不依赖移动终端设备也能进行消费,从而大大地便捷了售货机的消费体验,且保障了系统通信的安全可靠,降低了支付系统的硬件成本。

实施例一
请参见图1,本实施例提供一种基于人脸识别的新零售系统,包括自动售货机、支付服务器和后台管理;自动售货机设有摄像头、手机号码输入模块、充值系统、单片机主控板、离线通信设备和出货系统;摄像头、手机号码输入模块、充值系统与单片机主控板输入端连接,单片机主控板输出端连接离线通信设备和出货系统;自动售货机的离线通信设备与支付服务器通过局域网建立通信连接;单片机主控板依次将消费者的手机号码和人脸数据转换成离线码并通过离线通信设备传送到支付服务器;支付服务器介于自动售货机与后台管理之间;后台管理包括人脸服务器、后台充值服务模块和大数据分析模块。所述后台充值服务模块有两种:包括管理员手工录入充值模块和消费者借用第三方支付平台的互联网充值模块。
实施原理:在自动售货机上选好商品后,利用自动售货机上手机号码输入模块输入手机号码,该手机号码和商品信息会传到单片机主控板转换成离线码,再通过离线通信设备发送到支付服务器,支付服务器会根据手机号码从人脸服务器获取该号码关联的用户信息,包括用户的图像数据和余额,并创建一个待支付的订单,将订单ID返回到单片机主控板;接着通过自动售货机上摄像头录入人脸数据,转换成离线码经支付服务器解码后发到人脸服务器中与历史设置的头像进行新旧匹配,匹配成功后扣款,自动售货机则出货,若扣款失败,则代表余额不足,可通过充值系统进行充值。使消费者既不依赖网络,又不依赖移动终端设备也能进行消费,从而大大地便捷了售货机的消费体验,且保障了系统通信的安全可靠,降低了支付系统的硬件成本。
其中,用户在输入人脸数据,可以上传自己的人脸头像;如果为了减少用户作恶,可以进行活体检测,方法刷脸支付的流程类似,提示用户进行几个人脸动作,通过人脸服务器进行活体检测,检测通过,就保存其中的一个人脸头像,并返回成功。
该基于人脸识别的新零售系统还可通过用户手机终端的支付消费客户端进行人脸数据的采集和支付操作;自动售货机上设有售货机二维码模块,售货机二维码模块与单片机主控板输入端连接,用户手机终端通过扫 描售货机二维码模块与自动售货机建立连接,用户手机终端与支付服务器通过网络进行通信。
自动售货机上还设有充电口;充电口与单片机主控板输入端连接;充电口可通过充电线为用户手机终端供电。
实施例二
请参见图2,本实施例提供一种基于人脸识别的新零售方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A:用户在自动售货机的商品列表或移动终端上选购商品;
步骤B:在自动售货机的控制面板或移动终端上输入手机号码,自动售货机同时将手机号码和商品信息转换成离线码发送到支付服务器;
其中,所述商品信息包括商品名称、数量及价格。
步骤C:支付服务器根据接收到的手机号码去查询该手机关联的用户信息,并创建一个待支付的订单,将订单ID返回到自动售货机;
其中,所述用户信息包括用户的图像数据和余额。
步骤D:在自动售货机的控制面板或移动终端上录入人脸数据,将该人脸数据转换成离线码发送到支付服务器;
所述人脸数据的录入可以是上传人脸头像或进行活体检测。本实施例中,采用活体检测,用户根据提示进行人脸动作,比如提示用户侧脸、微笑等动作。
步骤E:支付服务器在人脸服务器进行活体检测通过的情况下,将接收到的人脸数据与人脸服务器中历史设置的头像进行新旧匹配;
步骤F:匹配成功后扣款,自动售货机出货;若匹配失败,则重新录入人脸操作,如扣款失败,则代表余额不足,需进行充值操作。

  1. 一种基于人脸识别的新零售系统,包括自动售货机、支付服务器和后台管理;所述自动售货机设有摄像头、手机号码输入模块、充值系统、单片机主控板、离线通信设备和出货系统;所述摄像头、手机号码输入模块、充值系统与单片机主控板输入端连接,所述单片机主控板输出端连接离线通信设备和出货系统;所述自动售货机的离线通信设备与支付服务器通过局域网建立通信连接;所述单片机主控板依次将消费者的手机号码和人脸数据转换成离线码并通过离线通信设备传送到支付服务器;所述支付服务器介于自动售货机与后台管理之间;所述后台管理包括人脸服务器、后台充值服务模块和大数据分析模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于人脸识别的新零售系统,其中,所述基于人脸识别的新零售系统也可通过用户手机终端的支付消费客户端进行人脸数据的采集和支付操作;所述自动售货机上设有售货机二维码模块,所述售货机二维码模块与单片机主控板输入端连接,所述用户手机终端通过扫描售货机二维码模块与自动售货机建立连接,所述用户手机终端与支付服务器通过网络进行通信。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种基于人脸识别的新零售系统,其中,所述人脸数据的采集可以是上传人脸头像或进行活体检测。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于人脸识别的新零售系统,其中,所述后台充值服务模块有两种:包括管理员手工录入充值模块和消费者借用第三方支付平台的互联网充值模块。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于人脸识别的新零售系统,其中,所述自动售货机上还设有充电口;所述充电口与单片机主控板输入端连接;所述充电口可通过充电线为用户手机终端供电。
  6. 一种基于人脸识别的新零售方法,包括以下步骤:
    步骤A:用户在自动售货机的商品列表或移动终端上选购商品;
    步骤B:在自动售货机的控制面板或移动终端上输入手机号码,自动售货机同时将手机号码和商品信息转换成离线码发送到支付服务器;
    步骤C:支付服务器根据接收到的手机号码去查询该手机关联的用户 信息,并创建一个待支付的订单,将订单ID返回到自动售货机;
    步骤D:在自动售货机的控制面板或移动终端上录入人脸数据,将该人脸数据转换成离线码发送到支付服务器;
