笔头5与笔身3螺纹结合;笔帽4与笔身3螺纹结合;整体外观为圆柱形的圆柱形螺旋叶片1与笔身3内壁间隙配合;中轴两端分别与螺旋叶片和减速齿轮组结合。
本实施例中螺旋叶片为左旋螺旋叶片。
实际使用中,料体仓6内装有水状、乳状、油状、膏状、

喱状等任一非固态美妆用料体,使用者,按下开关25,使电压电机2按旋转方向8所示顺时针方向旋转,经由减速齿轮组21减速,带动中轴11转动,中轴穿过止逆阀7,带动螺旋叶片1顺时针旋转,螺旋叶片1旋转时,对料体仓6内料体产生向笔头方向的推力,料体顶开防溢滚珠52,使料体进入笔头直至毛刷55,操作者即可开始美妆操作;此时由于料体释出,料体仓内气压减小,空气由止逆阀进入料体仓,平衡料体仓气压。
在毛刷内料体足量时,放开开关25,低压电机2停止转动,进而螺旋叶片1停止旋转,螺旋叶片1对料体的推力消失,防溢滚珠在弹簧的力量下复位,封闭瓣膜,料体停止输出。
使用完毕后,使用者擦拭毛刷上多余残留料体,拧紧笔帽4保存。
如图2所示为本发明一种可持续供料的美妆笔的另一个实施例,实施例2;,实施例2与实施例1,结构大体相同,主要差异为螺旋叶片使用了整体外观为锥形的锥形螺旋叶片10,采用锥形螺旋叶片可以使接近笔头端料体推料压力增大,有利于料体的释放,其他原理及操作与实施例1相同。
如图3所示为本发明一种可持续供料的美妆笔的另一个实施例,实施例3;实施例3与实施例1,结构大体相同,主要差异为驱动机构去掉了电池、低压电机、减速齿轮组和开关,改为可旋转旋钮25,结构简化,去掉电力驱动,改为手动驱动;其他原理和实施例1相同。使用时,手动顺时针转动笔身尾部的可旋转旋钮,料体即可由螺旋叶片推出至笔头毛刷。
如图4所示为本发明一种可持续供料的美妆笔的另一个实施例,实施例4;实施例4与实施例1,结构大体相同,主要差异为螺旋叶片使用了整体外观为锥形的锥形螺旋叶片10,采用了手动驱动的可旋转旋钮25,节约生产成本,增加笔头端的推料压力,其他原理和实施例1相同。使用时,手动顺时针转动笔身尾部的可旋转旋钮,料体即可由螺旋叶片推出至笔头毛刷。
以上所有实施例,均采用左旋螺旋叶片,中轴按照图1、图2、图3、图4中旋转方向8顺时针旋转时,即可完成供料。若采用右旋螺旋叶片,则按照旋转方向8的反方向逆时针旋转中轴,即可完成供料。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,为毛刷和笔身一体化设计,避免毛刷和笔身分离造成的料体污染和浪费;使用电力或手动驱动笔身内螺旋叶片,推动料体释出至毛刷,可实现连续供料,增加操作者操作效率。
以上所述为本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其中所述美妆笔包括:笔身、笔头、笔帽,其特征是所述的笔身包括推料组件、驱动组件、料体仓以及止逆阀;笔头内有防溢组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述的推料组件主要由螺旋叶片和中轴组成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述的螺旋叶片是整体外观为圆柱形的圆柱形螺旋叶片或者整体外观为锥形的锥形螺旋叶片。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述的螺旋叶片是左螺旋叶片或右螺旋叶片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述的驱动组件主要由电池、驱动电机、电源开关组成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述的驱动组件为笔身尾部可旋转旋钮。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述电池包括纽扣电池或其他小体积电池。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述的驱动电机包括低压直流电机和减速齿轮组。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述电源开关位于笔身侧面,便于操作者按压的位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述料体仓内料体为水状、乳状、油状、膏状、

  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述笔头主要由防溢阀和毛刷组成。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述防溢阀,主要由瓣膜、防溢滚珠、弹簧组成。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述的止逆阀位于中轴上端,中轴由止逆阀中心穿过,固定于笔身内壁。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述笔头以螺纹结构或过盈方式与笔身结合。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可持续供料的美妆笔,其特征是,所述笔帽主要由螺纹结构或过盈方式与笔头结合。
