本申请要求申请日为2018年04月11日、申请号为201810320782.5的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开涉及洗衣机技术领域,例如涉及一种洗衣机的减振结构及洗衣机。
背景技术
相关技术中的滚筒洗衣机包括设置为收容衣物并旋转洗涤的内筒以及收容内筒并与洗衣机外壳固定的外筒。所述外筒位于内筒与洗衣机外壳之间,所以内筒旋转时产生的振动会经外筒传递给整个洗衣机,造成洗衣机的振动并产生噪音以及移位。所以在洗衣机的机械结构中,需要在外筒和外壳之间设置减振器。
相关技术中,洗衣机的减振器通常在安装时受到限制,导致减震器的安装难度增大,同时存在由于减振器未安装到最佳位置,从而不能达到最优的减振效果的问题;并且减振器在不同容量或不同系列的产品上无法通用,需针对不同容量或不同系列的产品设计不同的减振器,造成设计成本以及生产成本的增加。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种洗衣机的减振结构及洗衣机,能够实现减振器的安装位置灵活调节,降低减震器的安装难度,确保减振器的减振效果,实现减振器的通用性。
一种洗衣机的减振结构,包括减振器、滑块和滑轨,所述减振器的一端与所述滑块相连,所述滑块可沿所述滑轨滑动。
一种洗衣机,包括以上所述的洗衣机的减振结构。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种洗衣机的减振结构,该减振结构包括减振器11、滑块12和滑轨13,所述减振器11的一端与所述滑块12相连,所述滑块12可沿所述滑轨13滑动。通过滑块12和滑轨13的设置使得在安装减振器11时能够灵活地对减振器11的安装位置进行调节,降低了减震器11的安装难度,同时能够将减震器11安装至最佳位置,确保了减振器11处于最佳减振状态,并且还实现了减振器11的通用性,降低了设计成本及生产成本。
在一实施例中,所述滑轨13与所述滑块12之间可以采用螺旋传动,螺旋传动的优势在于采用较小的转矩就能产生较大的轴向推力,并且运动准确性高、工作平稳及无噪音。在其他实施例中,如图3所示,所述滑轨13与所述滑块12之间设置有自锁装置40,滑块12在滑轨13上滑动到位后,自锁装置40能够实现滑块12与滑轨13之间的自锁,滑块12稳定地支撑住减振器11。
在一实施例中,所述滑块12与所述滑轨13之间设置有阻尼减振层,阻尼减振层能够吸收一部分振动能量,进一步增强了减振结构的减振性能。
在一实施例中,所述减振器11与水平面呈非零夹角设置。所述减振器11的端部设置有连接块14,所述滑块12上端间隔设置有两个连接板15,所述连接块14位于两个所述连接板15之间,且所述连接板15与所述连接块14之间通过紧固件16连接。
如图2所示,本实施例还提供一种洗衣机,包括以上所述的洗衣机的减振结构10。在一实施例中,所述减振器11的上端与所述洗衣机的外筒20连接,所述滑轨13设置于所述洗衣机的外壳30上。减振机构10在安装时,首先将滑轨13固定于洗衣机的外壳30上,然后根据外筒20的容量或型号调节滑块12在滑轨13上的位置,进而使减震器11与外筒的连接位置得到调节,调节至最佳状态后,将 减震器11与外筒20固定连接即可。
在一实施例中,所述外筒20上设置有与所述减振器11连接的连接部21;所述外壳30上设置有连接所述滑轨13的加强件31。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的减振结构,包括减振器(11)、滑块(12)和滑轨(13),其中,所述减振器(11)的一端与所述滑块(12)相连,所述滑块(12)可沿所述滑轨(13)滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的减振结构,其中,所述滑轨(13)与所述滑块(12)之间采用螺旋传动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机的减振结构,还包括设置于所述滑轨(13)与所述滑块(12)之间的自锁装置(40)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的减振结构,还包括设置于所述滑块(12)与所述滑轨(13)之间的阻尼减振层。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的减振结构,其中,所述减振器(11)与水平面呈非零夹角设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机的减振结构,还包括设置于所述减振器(11)的端部的连接块(14),设置于所述滑块(12)上端并间隔设置的两个连接板(15),及紧固件(16),所述连接块(14)位于两个所述连接板(15)之间,且所述连接板(15)与所述连接块(14)之间通过所述紧固件(16)连接。
  7. 一种洗衣机,包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的洗衣机的减振结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,还包括外筒(20)及外壳(30),其中,所述减振器(11)远离所述滑块(12)的上端与所述外筒(20)连接,所述滑轨(13)设置于所述外壳(30)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机,其中,所述外筒(20)包括与所述减振器(11)连接的连接部(21)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机,还包括设置于所述外壳(30)上且与所述滑轨(13)连接的加强件(31)。
