Abstract
자동차, 항공기, 선박 및 각종 산업용 기계 내연기관의 내에 공기 와류발생기를 설치하여 흡배기 되는 공기를 와류로 만들어 공기의 흐름을 고속으로 유도하여 흡배기효율을 높일 수 있는 다중회오리 바람 생성이 가능한 본 발명의 와류 발생기는 내연기관에 흡입되는 공기가 와류를 형성하도록 흡기관 내부에 공기의 흐름방향으로 형성되는 몸통부(100)와 상기 몸통부의 외주면에 복수개 결합되는 날개부(140)로 형성되어진 와류 발생기로서, 상기 몸통부(100)는 중공의 원통형 또는 중공의 다각기둥이며, 상기 몸통부(100)의 외주면에 몸통부(100)의 길이방향으로 복수개의 장공의 결합홈(110)이 형성되되, 상기 장공의 결합홈(110)은 상기 몸통부(100)의 길이방향에 대해 경사지게 형성되며 상기 날개부(140)는 상기 장공의 결합홈(110)에 결합되는 일측단과 상기 장공의 결합홈(110)에 결합되는 않는 타측단으로 형성되며, 상기 몸통부(100)를 시계 방향 또는 반 시계 방향으로 감싸도록 형성된다.
