Abstract

Sistema basado en la instalación de detectores capacitivos y de otros tipos orientados a la detección de la posición de las manos agarrando el volante. Además de esto se colocarán detectores tanto en el mando principal de la consola central como en la palanca de cambio de velocidad. El sistema estará complementado con "Parámetros ventana" capaces de inhibir las funciones de aviso del dispositivo. El sistema avisará tanto al conductor, mediante pitidos, o mediante luces en caso de que el vehículo sea adaptado para personas con problemas de audición, y al mismo tiempo avisará al resto de usuarios de la vía mediante la activación de señales ópticas, tales como los intermitentes de avería para que presten atención en el caso de maniobras inesperadas del conductor en cuestión.

REIVINDICACIONES MODIFICADAS
recibidas por la oficina Internacional el 19 de octubre de 2019 (19.10.19)
1 - Sistema de detección de “Actividades de riesgo durante la conducción”, caracterizado por el uso de un sistema de detección de las manos agarrando el volante mediante el uso de señales binarias individuales electrónicamente procesadas, procedentes de detectores capacitivos para la detección de “Actividades de riesgo durante la conducción”.
2 - Sistema de detección de “Actividades de riesgo durante la conducción”, caracterizado por el uso de un sistema de detección de las manos agarrando el volante mediante el uso de señales binarias individuales electrónicamente procesadas procedentes de cualquier tipo de detectores para la detección de “Actividades de riesgo durante la conducción”.
3 - Sistema de aviso de “Actividades de riesgo durante la conducción” según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por la emisión de señales ópticas y/o sonoras para advertir al conductor de su falta de atención mientras conduce.
4 - Sistema de seguridad, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por el uso de señales lumínicas y/o sonoras como pudieran ser los intermitentes de avería, luces, claxon, etc, bien de uso común o bien dedicadas a tal fin, actualmente instaladas así como cualquier otro dispositivo futuro, que entrarían en funcionamiento cuando el conductor del vehículo se encuentre realizando “Actividades de riesgo durante la conducción”, permitiendo al resto de usuarios de la vía prestar atención a dicho vehículo ante una maniobra inadecuada y/o inesperada del conductor.
5- Sistema de seguridad, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por el uso de señales lumínicas y/o sonoras como pudieran ser los intermitentes de avería, luces, claxon, etc, bien de uso común o bien dedicadas a tal fin, actualmente instaladas así como cualquier otro dispositivo futuro, que entrarían en funcionamiento cuando el conductor del vehículo se encuentre realizando “Actividades de riesgo durante la conducción”, advirtiendo a las fuerzas responsables de la vía, Policía, etc, de la falta de atención del conductor del vehículo en cuestión. Facilitando la actuación de manera procedente ante dicho usuario y comportamiento.
6 - Sistema de seguridad, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por el uso de una
14 secuencia de “Hombre muerto” que obliga al conductor a realizar movimientos sincronizados de las manos para garantizar que no existe ningún dispositivo de sabotaje instalado en el volante.
7 - Sistema de seguridad, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por el uso de una secuencia de “Hombre muerto” que obliga al conductor a realizar una serie de movimientos predeterminados cada cierto periodo de tiempo, para controlar el cansancio y/o somnolencia y/o la falta de atención del conductor.
8 - Sistema de seguridad según la reivindicación número 1 , caracterizado por el uso de elementos visuales para ser aplicables en el caso de interactuar con personas con problemas de audición.
9 - Sistema de seguridad, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por la inhibición de la entrada en funcionamiento de las señales ópticas y/o sonoras y que utiliza parámetros ventana para la configuración de la inhibición mediante el control del giro del volante durante la conducción dentro de unos parámetros programables.
10 - Sistema de seguridad, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por ser un dispositivo portátil adaptable, para ser instalado en vehículos que no lo trajeran instalado de serie, compuesto, entre otros por electrodos debidamente protegidos y adheridos a la parte posterior del volante, centralitas, microprocesadores, elementos lumínicos y/o auditivos, etc, con la misma funcionalidad reflejada entra las reivindicaciones 1 y 9, ambas inclusive.
1 1 - Sistema de seguridad basado en cualquier sistema de control de la posición de las manos del conductor, caracterizado por el uso de señales lumínicas y/o sonoras como pudieran ser los intermitentes de avería, luces, claxon, etc, bien de uso común o bien dedicadas a tal fin, actualmente instaladas así como cualquier otro dispositivo futuro, que entrarían en funcionamiento cuando el conductor del vehículo se encuentre realizando “Actividades de riesgo durante la conducción”, advirtiendo a las fuerzas responsables de la vía, Policía, etc, de la falta de atención del conductor del vehículo en cuestión. Facilitando la actuación de manera procedente ante dicho usuario y comportamiento.
12 - Sistema de seguridad, según la reivindicación 1 1 , caracterizado por el uso de una secuencia de “Hombre muerto” que obliga al conductor a realizar movimientos
15 sincronizados de las manos para garantizar que no existe ningún dispositivo de sabotaje instalado en el volante.
13 - Sistema de seguridad, según la reivindicación 1 1 , caracterizado por el uso de una secuencia de “Hombre muerto” que obliga al conductor a realizar una serie de movimientos predeterminados cada cierto periodo de tiempo, para controlar el cansancio y/o somnolencia y/o la falta de atención del conductor.
14 - Sistema de seguridad según la reivindicación número 1 1 , caracterizado por la inhibición de la entrada en funcionamiento de las señales ópticas y/o sonoras y que utiliza parámetros ventana para la configuración de la inhibición mediante el control del giro del volante durante la conducción dentro de unos parámetros programables.
15 - Sistema de seguridad, según la reivindicación 1 1 , caracterizado por el uso de señales lumínicas y/o sonoras como pudieran ser los intermitentes de avería, luces, claxon, etc, de uso común o dedicadas a tal fin, actualmente instaladas o cualquier otro dispositivo futuro, orientado en el desempeño de dicha labor, que entrarían en funcionamiento cuando el conductor del vehículo se encuentre realizando“Actividades de riesgo durante la conducción”, permitiendo al resto de usuarios de la vía prestar atención a dicho vehículo ante una maniobra inadecuada y/o inesperada del conductor.
16 - Sistema de seguridad, según la reivindicación 1 1 , caracterizado por el uso de señales lumínicas y/o sonoras como pudieran ser los intermitentes de avería, luces, claxon, etc, de uso común o dedicadas a tal fin, actualmente instaladas o cualquier otro dispositivo futuro, orientado en el desempeño de dicha labor, que entrarían en funcionamiento cuando el conductor del vehículo se encuentre realizando“Actividades de riesgo durante la conducción”, permitiendo a la policía el control de dichas actividades y actuar de manera procedente ante dicho usuario y comportamiento.
17 - Sistema de seguridad, según la reivindicación 1 1 , caracterizado por ser un dispositivo portátil adaptable, para ser instalado en vehículos que no lo trajeran instalado de serie, compuesto, entre otros por elementos lumínicos y/o auditivos, etc, con la misma funcionalidad reflejada entra las reivindicaciones 1 1 y 16.
