Description

防虫防鼠装置及具有其的空调室内机 技术领域
本发明涉及空调设备领域,具体而言,涉及一种防虫防鼠装置及具有其的空调室内机。
背景技术
近年来,由于经济的快速发展和城市化进程加快,大气污染日趋严重。PM2.5浓度的增加,直接导致灰霾天气频发和雾中有毒、有害物质的大幅增加,已严重威胁着人类的身体健康。在这种情况下,常规的家用舒适性空调已不能满足人们的需要,健康、舒适、环保已成为现代空调发展的目标。
对于普通空调,为保证其空调效果,要求空调房间必须封闭,其结果是室内的微尘、烟雾、细菌、病毒、废气不断增加,氧气含量不断降低,空气质量越来越差。
目前,具有新风功能的空调器已经逐渐普及,新风功能的空调室内机需要与室外连通从而将新风引入并将污风排出,而在实际工作中,老鼠、虫子容易通过新风和污风通道进入室内,影响室内环境。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种防虫防鼠装置及具有其的空调室内机,以至少解决现有技术中的带有新风功能的空调器容易使老鼠和虫子等进入室内的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的第一个方面,提供了一种防虫防鼠装置,包括:壳体;隔板,设置在壳体的内腔以将壳体的内腔分隔为进风区和排风区;进风格栅,设置在壳体的外壁上并将进风区与室外大气连通;排风格栅,设置在壳体的外壁上并将排风区与室外大气连通;其中,壳体上开设有与进风区连通的进风口以及与排风区连通的排风口;进风口用于与空调室内机的新风装置的新风进口连通以将室外新风通过进风格栅引入新风装置内;排风口用于与空调室内机的新风装置的污风出口连通以将新风装置内的污风通过排风格栅排向室外大气。
进一步地,壳体包括:底板,底板包括相对设置的第一底边、第二底边以及连接第一底边和第二底边的第三底边,进风格栅的底边和排风格栅的底边分别与第一底边和第二底边一一对应地连接;侧板,侧板相对的两个侧边分别与进风格栅的一个侧边以及排风格栅的一个侧边连接,侧板的底边与第三底边连接;进风口和排风口均开设在侧板上。
进一步地,壳体还包括:盖板,进风格栅、排风格栅以及侧板围成壳体的敞口,盖板盖设在敞口上。
进一步地,进风格栅和排风格栅的顶边均为弧形边,盖板具有与进风格栅和排风格栅的顶边形状相匹配的两条弧形侧边,盖板通过两条弧形侧边与进风格栅和排风格栅的顶边一一对应地连接。
进一步地,壳体具有导流结构,导流结构的至少部分位于壳体的内腔内,以将由进风格栅进入的新风导入进风口内,和/或将由排风口流出的污风导流至排风格栅。
进一步地,防虫防鼠装置包括:第一导流板,与进风格栅相邻并与进风口相对,以将由进风格栅进入的新风导入进风口内。
进一步地,壳体包括位于进风格栅和排风格栅之间的侧板,进风口和排风口均开设在侧板上;第一导流板具有相对设置的第一侧边和第二侧边,第一侧边与进风格栅的侧边连接,第二侧边与隔板的一个侧边相连接;第一侧边与侧板之间的间距大于第二侧边与侧板之间的间距。
进一步地,防虫防鼠装置包括:第二导流板,与排风格栅相邻并与排风口相对,以将由排风口流出的污风导流至排风格栅。
进一步地,壳体包括位于进风格栅和排风格栅之间的侧板,进风口和排风口均开设在侧板上;第二导流板具有相对设置的第三侧边和第四侧边;第三侧边与排风格栅的侧边连接,第四侧边与隔板的一个侧边相连接;第三侧边与侧板之间的间距大于第四侧边与侧板之间的间距。
进一步地,壳体具有位于进风格栅和排风格栅之间的侧板,防虫防鼠装置包括:第三导流板,设置在进风口处,第三导流板具有相对设置的第一导流边和第二导流边,第一导流边与进风格栅连接,第二导流边与侧板连接,以将由进风格栅进入的新风导流至进风口处。
进一步地,壳体具有位于进风格栅和排风格栅之间的侧板,防虫防鼠装置包括:第四导流板,设置在排风口处,第四导流板具有相对设置的第三导流边和第四导流边,第三导流边与排风格栅连接,第四导流边与侧板连接,以将由排风口流出的污风导流至排风格栅。
进一步地,防虫防鼠装置还包括:防水板,防水板的两端分别与进风格栅和排风格栅连接,防水板中部的高度高于防水板两端的高度,以将进入壳体内腔内的水分通过进风格栅和排风格栅排出。
进一步地,防虫防鼠装置还包括:两个防虫网,两个防虫网分别一一对应地设置在进风格栅和排风格栅上,以阻挡蚊虫进入进风区或排风区。
根据本发明的第二个方面,提供了一种空调室内机,包括新风装置,空调室内机还包括防虫防鼠装置,防虫防鼠装置通过室外接管与新风装置连通,防虫防鼠装置为上述的防虫防鼠装置。
应用本发明技术方案的防虫防鼠装置,包括:壳体、隔板、进风格栅和排风格栅;隔板设置在壳体的内腔以将壳体的内腔分隔为进风区和排风区;进风格栅设置在壳体的外壁上并 将进风区与室外大气连通;排风格栅设置在壳体的外壁上并将排风区与室外大气连通;其中,壳体上开设有与进风区连通的进风口以及与排风区连通的排风口;进风口用于与空调室内机的新风装置的新风口连通以将室外新风通过进风格栅引入空调室内机的新风装置的新风口;排风口用于与空调室内机的新风装置的污风口连通以将新风装置内的污风通过排风格栅排向室外大气。从而能够保证将新风正常引入空调室内机以及将污风由空调室内机排出的同时,通过进风格栅和排风格栅有效阻挡老鼠通过新风管道或污风管道进入室内,通过防虫过滤网组织蚊虫等进入室内。解决了现有技术中带有新风功能的空调器容易使老鼠和虫子等进入室内的问题。

本发明提供了一种防虫防鼠装置,请参考图1至图7,该防虫防鼠装置包括:壳体10;隔板20,设置在壳体10的内腔以将壳体10的内腔分隔为进风区11和排风区12;进风格栅30,设置在壳体10的外壁上并将进风区11与室外大气连通;排风格栅40,设置在壳体10的外壁上并将排风区12与室外大气连通;其中,壳体10上开设有与进风区11连通的进风口13以及与排风区12连通的排风口14;进风口13用于与空调室内机110的新风装置的新风进口连通以将室外新风通过进风格栅30引入新风装置内;排风口14用于与空调室内机110的新风装置的污风出口连通以将新风装置内的污风通过排风格栅40排向室外大气。
本发明中的防虫防鼠装置包括壳体10、隔板20、进风格栅30以及排风格栅40,隔板20设置在壳体10的内腔以将壳体10的内腔分隔为进风区11和排风区12,进风格栅30设置在壳体10的外壁上并将进风区11与室外大气连通,排风格栅40设置在壳体10的外壁上并将排风区12与室外大气连通;由于壳体10上开设有与进风区11连通的进风口13以及与排风区12连通的排风口14,且进风口13用于与空调室内机110的新风装置的新风进口连通以将室外新风通过进风格栅30引入新风装置内,排风口14用于与空调室内机110的新风装置的污风出口连通以将新风装置内的污风通过排风格栅40排向室外大气。这样,可以保证将新风正常引入空调室内机以及将污风由空调室内机排出的同时,通过进风格栅和排风格栅有效阻挡老鼠通过新风管道或污风管道进入室内,从而解决了现有技术中带有新风功能的空调器容易使老鼠和虫子等进入室内的问题。
优选地,隔板20设置在进风格栅30和排风格栅40之间并与进风格栅30和排风格栅40均平行。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,壳体10包括:底板15,底板15包括相对设置的第一底边、第二底边以及连接第一底边和第二底边的第三底边,进风格栅30的底边和排风格栅40的底边分别与第一底边和第二底边一一对应地连接;侧板16,侧板16相对的两个侧边分别与进风格栅30的一个侧边以及排风格栅40的一个侧边连接,侧板16的底边与第三底边连接;进风口13和排风口14均开设在侧板16上。
本实施例通过使壳体10包括底板15和侧板16,并通过使底板15包括相对设置的第一底边、第二底边以及连接第一底边和第二底边的第三底边,进风格栅30的底边和排风格栅40的底边分别与第一底边和第二底边一一对应地连接,侧板16相对的两个侧边分别与进风格栅30的一个侧边以及排风格栅40的一个侧边连接,侧板16的底边与第三底边连接;进风口13和排风口14均开设在侧板16上,可以比较方便形成壳体10的内腔结构,进而保证新风和污风的正常流通。
由于进风格栅30、排风格栅40以及侧板16围成壳体10的敞口,这样,便可以利用该敞口对壳体10的内腔进行操作,又由于需要对该敞口进行遮挡,以防止老鼠和虫子进入该壳体10的内墙,如图1和图2所示,壳体10还包括:盖板17,进风格栅30、排风格栅40以及侧板16围成壳体10的敞口,盖板17盖设在敞口上。
为了实现进风格栅30、排风格栅40与盖板17之间的配合,如图1和图2所示,进风格栅30和排风格栅40的顶边均为弧形边,盖板17具有与进风格栅30和排风格栅40的顶边形状相匹配的两条弧形侧边,盖板17通过两条弧形侧边与进风格栅30和排风格栅40的顶边一一对应地连接。
优选地,盖板17包括主板体171,两条弧形侧边为主板体171的两条侧边,主板体171的两条侧边分别与进风格栅30的顶边、排风格栅40的顶边连接。
为了对壳体10内的新风和污风进行导流,壳体10具有导流结构,导流结构的至少部分位于壳体10的内腔内,以将由进风格栅30进入的新风导入进风口13内,和/或将由排风口14流出的污风导流至排风格栅40。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,防虫防鼠装置包括:第一导流板172,与进风格栅30相邻并与进风口13相对,以将由进风格栅30进入的新风导入进风口13内。优选地,第一导流板172为弧形板。沿第一导流板172的弧形延伸方向,第一导流板172的一端与进风格栅30,第一导流板172的另一端与隔板20远离侧板16的一端连接。优选地,第一导流板172与主板体171连接。第一导流板172与主板体171一体成型。
在本实施例中,壳体包括位于进风格栅30和排风格栅40之间的侧板16,进风口13和排风口14均开设在侧板16上;第一导流板172具有相对设置的第一侧边和第二侧边,第一侧边与进风格栅30的侧边连接,第二侧边与隔板20的一个侧边相连接;第一侧边与侧板16之间的间距大于第二侧边与侧板16之间的间距。这样,便于第一导流板172的导流作用。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,防虫防鼠装置包括:第二导流板173,与排风格栅40相邻并与排风口14相对,以将由排风口14流出的污风导流至排风格栅40。优选地,第二导流板173为弧形板。沿第二导流板173的弧形延伸方向,第二导流板173的一端与进风格栅30,第二导流板173的另一端与隔板20远离侧板16的一端连接。优选地,第二导流板173与主板体171连接。第二导流板173与主板体171一体成型。
在本实施例中,壳体包括位于进风格栅30和排风格栅40之间的侧板16,进风口13和排风口14均开设在侧板16上;具体地,在侧板16上有用于与室外接管130连接的接管连接头120,接管连接头120的内腔分隔为两个部分作为进风口13和排风口14。第二导流板173具有相对设置的第三侧边和第四侧边;第三侧边与排风格栅40的侧边连接,第四侧边与隔板20的一个侧边相连接;第三侧边与侧板16之间的间距大于第四侧边与侧板16之间的间距。这样,便于第二导流板173的导流作用。
在本实施例中,如图1、图3、图5和图6所示,壳体10具有位于进风格栅30和排风格栅40之间的侧板16,防虫防鼠装置包括:第三导流板50,设置在进风口13处,第三导流板50具有相对设置的第一导流边和第二导流边,第一导流边与进风格栅30连接,第二导流边与侧板16连接,以将由进风格栅30进入的新风导流至进风口13处。优选地,第三导流板50为弧形板。通过设置第三导流板50,可以比较方便地将由进风格栅30进入的新风导流至进风口13处。
在本实施例中,如图1、图3、图5和图6所示,壳体10具有位于进风格栅30和排风格栅40之间的侧板16,防虫防鼠装置包括:第四导流板60,设置在排风口14处,第四导流板60具有相对设置的第三导流边和第四导流边,第三导流边与排风格栅40连接,第四导流边与侧板16连接,以将由排风口14流出的污风导流至排风格栅40。优选地,第四导流板60为弧形板。通过设置第四导流板60,可以比较方便地将由排风口14流出的污风导流至排风格栅40。
此时,第一导流板、第二导流板、第三导流板和第四导流板构成导流结构。
在本实施例中,如图4所示,防虫防鼠装置还包括:防水板70,防水板70的两端分别与进风格栅30和排风格栅40连接,防水板70中部的高度高于防水板70两端的高度,以将进入壳体10内腔内的水分通过进风格栅30和排风格栅40排出。通过设置防水板70,可以比较方便地将进入壳体10内腔内的水分通过进风格栅30和排风格栅40排出。
优选地,防水板70为拱形板体,由防水板70的两端向防水板70中部的方向,防水板70表面高度逐渐增高。
为了提高防虫效果,如图1、图3至图6所示,防虫防鼠装置还包括:两个防虫网100,两个防虫网100分别一一对应地设置在进风格栅30和排风格栅40上,以阻挡蚊虫进入进风区11或排风区12。
在本实施例中,进风格栅30和排风格栅40均包括:多条竖向筋条80,多条竖向筋条80相互平行并间隔设置;多条横向挡板90,多条横向挡板90相互平行并间隔设置且多条横向挡板90与多条竖向筋条80垂直交叉。
具体地,横向挡板90具有朝向壳体10内腔的内侧边缘以及朝向室外大气的外侧边缘;其中,外侧边缘的高度低于内侧边缘的高度。
本发明还提供了一种空调室内机,包括新风装置,如图7所示,空调室内机还包括防虫防鼠装置140,防虫防鼠装置140通过室外接管130与新风装置连通,防虫防鼠装置140为上述的防虫防鼠装置。
本发明中的空调室内机包括新风装置和防虫防鼠装置140,可以在保证对室内换新风的同时,防止老鼠和虫子进入室内。
可见,本发明中的防虫防鼠装置解决了如下技术问题:
1、解决老鼠易进入室内的问题;
2、解决虫子易进入室内的问题;
3、解决新风阻力大的问题;
4、解决雨水倒流的问题。
本发明通过设计一种外罩组件防虫防鼠装置,解决了老鼠、虫子进入室内的隐患问题和、风阻较大,以及雨水倒流的问题。
本发明中的防虫防鼠装置通过一种格栅结构防止老鼠进入新风风口通道,本发明中的防虫防鼠装置为一种可以减小风阻,避免新风、污风短路的装置,本发明中的防虫防鼠装置为一种防止雨水倒流的装置。
本发明中的防虫防鼠装置为空调器的防虫防鼠防雨导风装置,室外接管130穿过墙壁连接室外的外罩组件防虫防鼠装置,即实现防虫防鼠装置与室内的空调器的新风装置的连接。新风从防虫防鼠装置的新风进气格栅进入沿着接管室外接管130新风进气一侧进入室内新风通道,污风沿着接管污风排气一侧从防虫防鼠防雨导风装置污风排气格栅排出。外罩组件通过膨胀螺钉与墙体固定。
从图1至7中可看出,防虫防鼠装置由盖板、防虫网左、外罩和防虫网右组成。防虫网左,防虫网右通过定位柱与外罩配合,外罩上的卡扣将防虫网左,防虫网右固定。接着将盖板放在外罩壳体上,用螺钉固定。
盖板中间有盖板止口和盖板导流结构,外罩有外罩中间隔板,外罩格栅,外罩导流结构,外罩防雨弧形结构。格栅有格栅水平筋条和格栅竖直筋条。
本发明中的防虫防鼠装置减小风阻,避免新风、污风短路的实现方式如下:
新风从新风格栅进入,通过接管接入室内,污风通过接管,从排风格栅排出。盖板止口和中间隔板配合,将新风和污风隔开避免短路。导流结构和隔板配合形成新风和污风的导流结构,减小风阻。同时,格栅水平筋条呈一定角度,将新风导入,污风导出,也有减小风阻的作用。
本发明中的防虫防鼠装置防止雨水倒流,又防鼠的实现方式如下:
格栅水平筋条呈一定角度(类似于百叶窗结构),从图2和图5中可以看到,正对着新风格栅看,看不到格栅水平筋条之间的间隙,可以防止雨水进入,也可以防止老鼠进入。格栅竖直筋条起加强作用,避免格栅破裂。即使雨水从百叶窗结构格栅进入,外罩防雨弧形结构防水板也会使雨水流出,进而避免雨水流入接管。
外罩格栅可以防止老鼠进入,但是不能防止虫子进入。防虫网左,防虫网右可以有效防虫。防虫网左,防虫网右各有两个定位孔,与外罩两侧的定位柱配合,将防虫网左,防虫网右推到底后,外罩卡扣可以将防虫网左、防虫网右固定。拆卸时只需从反方向抽出即可。
综上,防虫防鼠防雨导风装置特有的外罩格栅不仅起到防鼠作用,同时和外罩防雨弧形结构配合可以起到防雨水倒流作用。中间隔板达到进风和出风分流的作用,避免新风、污风短路。防虫网可以挡住昆虫进入新风和污风的通道,达到防虫目的。外罩导流结构和盖板导流结构配合形成新风和污风的导流结构,减小风阻。

    壳体(10);
    隔板(20),设置在所述壳体(10)的内腔以将所述壳体(10)的内腔分隔为进风区(11)和排风区(12);
    进风格栅(30),设置在所述壳体(10)的外壁上并将所述进风区(11)与室外大气连通;
    排风格栅(40),设置在所述壳体(10)的外壁上并将所述排风区(12)与室外大气连通;
    其中,所述壳体(10)上开设有与所述进风区(11)连通的进风口(13)以及与所述排风区(12)连通的排风口(14);所述进风口(13)用于与空调室内机(110)的新风装置的新风进口连通以将室外新风通过所述进风格栅(30)引入所述新风装置内;所述排风口(14)用于与所述空调室内机(110)的新风装置的污风出口连通以将所述新风装置内的污风通过所述排风格栅(40)排向室外大气。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)包括:
    底板(15),所述底板(15)包括相对设置的第一底边、第二底边以及连接所述第一底边和所述第二底边的第三底边,所述进风格栅(30)的底边和所述排风格栅(40)的底边分别与所述第一底边和所述第二底边一一对应地连接;
    侧板(16),所述侧板(16)相对的两个侧边分别与所述进风格栅(30)的一个侧边以及所述排风格栅(40)的一个侧边连接,所述侧板(16)的底边与所述第三底边连接;所述进风口(13)和所述排风口(14)均开设在所述侧板(16)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)还包括:
    盖板(17),所述进风格栅(30)、排风格栅(40)以及所述侧板(16)围成所述壳体(10)的敞口,所述盖板(17)盖设在所述敞口上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述进风格栅(30)和所述排风格栅(40)的顶边均为弧形边,所述盖板(17)具有与所述进风格栅(30)和所述排风格栅(40)的顶边形状相匹配的两条弧形侧边,所述盖板(17)通过两条弧形侧边与所述进风格栅(30)和所述排风格栅(40)的顶边一一对应地连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)具有导流结构,所述导流结构的至少部分位于所述壳体(10)的内腔内,以将由所述进风格栅(30)进入的新风导入所述进风口(13)内,和/或将由所述排风口(14)流出的污风导流至所述排风格栅(40)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述防虫防鼠装置包括:
    第一导流板(172),与所述进风格栅(30)相邻并与所述进风口(13)相对,以将由所述进风格栅(30)进入的新风导入所述进风口(13)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)包括位于所述进风格栅(30)和所述排风格栅(40)之间的侧板(16),所述进风口(13)和所述排风口(14)均开设在所述侧板(16)上;所述第一导流板(172)具有相对设置的第一侧边和第二侧边,所述第一侧边与所述进风格栅(30)的侧边连接,所述第二侧边与所述隔板(20)的一个侧边相连接;所述第一侧边与所述侧板(16)之间的间距大于所述第二侧边与所述侧板(16)之间的间距。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述防虫防鼠装置包括:
    第二导流板(173),与所述排风格栅(40)相邻并与所述排风口(14)相对,以将由所述排风口(14)流出的污风导流至所述排风格栅(40)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)包括位于所述进风格栅(30)和所述排风格栅(40)之间的侧板(16),所述进风口(13)和所述排风口(14)均开设在所述侧板(16)上;所述第二导流板(173)具有相对设置的第三侧边和第四侧边;所述第三侧边与所述排风格栅(40)的侧边连接,所述第四侧边与所述隔板(20)的一个侧边相连接;所述第三侧边与所述侧板(16)之间的间距大于所述第四侧边与所述侧板(16)之间的间距。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)具有位于所述进风格栅(30)和所述排风格栅(40)之间的侧板(16),所述防虫防鼠装置包括:
    第三导流板(50),设置在所述进风口(13)处,第三导流板(50)具有相对设置的第一导流边和第二导流边,所述第一导流边与所述进风格栅(30)连接,所述第二导流边与所述侧板(16)连接,以将由所述进风格栅(30)进入的新风导流至所述进风口(13)处。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)具有位于所述进风格栅(30)和所述排风格栅(40)之间的侧板(16),所述防虫防鼠装置包括:
    第四导流板(60),设置在所述排风口(14)处,所述第四导流板(60)具有相对设置的第三导流边和第四导流边,所述第三导流边与所述排风格栅(40)连接,所述第四导流边与所述侧板(16)连接,以将由所述排风口(14)流出的污风导流至所述排风格栅(40)。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述防虫防鼠装置还包括:
    防水板(70),所述防水板(70)的两端分别与所述进风格栅(30)和所述排风格栅(40)连接,所述防水板(70)中部的高度高于所述防水板(70)两端的高度,以将进入所述壳体(10)内腔内的水分通过所述进风格栅(30)和所述排风格栅(40)排出。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的防虫防鼠装置,其特征在于,所述防虫防鼠装置还包括:
    两个防虫网(100),两个所述防虫网(100)分别一一对应地设置在所述进风格栅(30)和所述排风格栅(40)上,以阻挡蚊虫进入所述进风区(11)或所述排风区(12)。
  14. 一种空调室内机,包括新风装置,其特征在于,所述空调室内机还包括防虫防鼠装置(140),所述防虫防鼠装置(140)通过室外接管(130)与所述新风装置连通,所述防虫防鼠装置(140)为权利要求1至13中任一项所述的防虫防鼠装置。
