本发明属于热饮杯盖领域,具体涉及一种防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖。
背景技术
目前,针对热饮杯盖的设计有多种,最常见的在杯盖上设有插管孔,然后将吸管插入杯体内,即可饮用,或者在杯盖上形成有可闭合和打开的饮用口,饮用时,直接打开饮用口,即可饮用。
然而,针对热饮,如咖啡,其在杯盖上设有气孔和饮用口,其中气孔主要是泄出内部热压,防止杯盖与杯体脱离的作用,但是在外送的过程中,由于咖啡的晃动,导致咖啡容易自气孔中漏出杯盖,从而造成购买者的抱怨和投诉,故,不仅增加了外送的难度,而且还可能影响了咖啡的销售。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种改进的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其在确保气孔通畅的前提下,彻底杜绝杯中热饮自泄压气孔处泄漏的现象发生,同时在不泄漏的前提下,通过旋转的打开方式,可多次打开或闭合饮用口,为饮用者提供方便,此外,不仅便于外送,而且还能够改变杯盖的造型,更人性化的被消费者接受和青睐,更容易吸引消费者。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其包括盖体,该盖体上设有饮用口、排气孔、及接漏腔,其中排气孔位于接漏腔上,该接漏腔上还设有能够将泄漏至接漏腔的热饮回流至热饮杯内的回流孔,热饮杯盖还包括将接漏腔闭合的封盖、与封盖相连接且能够将饮用口闭合的塞盖,其中封盖能够绕着接漏腔的中心转动设置,且封盖上设有与排气孔相连通并将位于接漏腔内的热气泄出盖体外的泄气孔。
优选地,接漏腔位于盖体的中部,且自盖体的上表面向内凹陷设置,回流孔和排气孔均位于接漏腔凹陷的底部。
根据本发明的一个具体实施和优选方面,接漏腔的底部自中部向下凹陷设置,回流孔位于排气孔的下方。
优选地,回流孔位于凹陷的最低位置,排气孔位于凹陷的一侧,且向凹陷的中心方向延伸设置。也就是说,排气孔是倾斜设置的,便于泄气和减少自排气孔处泄漏的概率。
具体的,泄气孔的延伸方向与排气孔的延伸方向相交设置。也就是说,两个孔的延伸方向也是不同的,进而彻底的防止泄漏(只排热气)。同时,在封盖的造型上,明显增强了杯盖美观性,进而更人性化的被消费者接受和青睐。
根据本发明的又一个具体实施和优选方面,在接漏腔的侧壁上设有环形卡槽轨,封盖包括塞入接漏腔且具有与接漏腔相连通空腔的封盖本体、设置在封盖本体周边并向外突出与环形卡槽轨匹配的配合块、以及位于封盖本体上将接漏腔顶部盖合的盖面板,其中封盖通过配合块转动设置在环形卡槽轨上。
具体的,配合块有多个,且绕着封盖本体的周向均匀分布,不仅卡的牢固,而且转动起来不易脱轨。
根据本发明的又一个具体实施和优选方面,在盖面板上还设有自盖面板的底部向下延伸的挡板,当封盖定位在接漏腔上时,挡板自底部与接漏腔底部全面贴合且将接漏腔内部区域隔开形成第一区间和第二区间,泄气孔位于第一区间,排气孔和回流孔位于第二区间,其中位于第二区间内的热气能够流向第一区间,且自泄气孔排出;位于第二区间内的热饮或泡沫在挡板拦截下,无法流动至第一区间。进一步的防止热饮的泄漏,同时也便于接漏腔内的热饮回流至杯内。
具体的,挡板两侧部与封盖本体的内侧壁之间形成有供热气流通的通道,位于第二区间内的热气自两侧的通道处流动至第一区间。
根据本发明的又一个具体实施和优选方面,盖体上设有环形凸出部,饮用口位于环形凸出部上,热饮杯盖还包括用于将封盖与塞盖相连接的连接件,其中封盖、塞盖、及连接件一体成型,连接件呈阶梯状,且在阶梯处设有便于塞盖翻折打开的折槽。通过折槽的设计,使得塞盖打开时候不影响封盖的闭合。
优选地,饮用口自环形凸出部上表面向内凹陷设置,其口部对应设置在凹陷的底部,且在饮用口的侧壁上设有卡槽,塞盖包括塞入凹陷部分且与连接件相连接的塞体、设置在塞体侧边与卡槽相匹配的楔形卡块。
具体的,饮用口呈长条形,卡槽有两个,且位于长条形的两端部,楔形卡块与卡槽一一对应设置,或者只有一个也是可以的。
进一步的,塞盖还包括设置在塞体上且冒出环形凸出部的盖边,且在塞体上还设有提示用于打开塞盖的指示标识。如常见的指示箭头。至于盖边的设计,主要便于操控打开。
更进一步的,盖边的外端部向下弯折并自下折边贴合在环形凸出部的外侧壁上或者卷绕呈柱条状。这样不会形成障碍,防止外送过程意外的碰触,而使得塞盖被打开。
盖边的外端部向内卷绕呈柱条状,从而便于塞盖的打开。
此外,本申请中,杯盖的整体造型上,明显增强了美观性,进而更人性化的被消费者接受和青睐。
由于以上技术方案的实施,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:

如图1至图3所示,本实施例涉及的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其包括盖体1,该盖体1上设有饮用口10、排气孔11、及接漏腔12,其中排气孔11位于接漏腔12上,该接漏腔12上还设有能够将泄漏至接漏腔12的热饮回流至热饮杯内的回流孔12a,热饮杯盖还包括将接漏腔12闭合的封盖2、与封盖2相连接且能够将饮用口10闭合的塞盖3,其中封盖2能够绕着接漏腔12的中心转动设置,且封盖2上设有与排气孔11相连通并将位于接漏腔12内的热气泄出盖体1外的泄气孔20。
如图4至图6所示,接漏腔12位于盖体1的中部,且自盖体1的上表面向内凹陷设置,回流孔12a和排气孔11均位于接漏腔12凹陷的底部。
接漏腔12的底部自中部向下凹陷设置,也就是所谓的弧形底;回流孔12a位于排气孔11的下方。
回流孔12a位于凹陷的最低位置,排气孔11位于凹陷的一侧,且向凹陷的中心方向延伸设置。也就是说,排气孔11是倾斜设置的,便于泄气和减少自排气孔11处泄漏的概率。
泄气孔20的延伸方向与排气孔11的延伸方向相交设置。也就是说,两个孔的延伸方向也是不同的,进而彻底的防止泄漏(只排热气)。同时,在封盖的造型上,明显增强了杯盖美观性,进而更人性化的被消费者接受和青睐。
在接漏腔12的侧壁上设有环形卡槽轨120,封盖2包括塞入接漏腔12且具有与接漏腔12相连通空腔的封盖本体21、设置在封盖本体21周边并向外突出与环形卡槽轨120匹配的配合块22、以及位于封盖本体21上将接漏腔12顶部盖合的盖面板23,其中封盖2通过配合块22转动设置在环形卡槽轨120上。
具体的,配合块22有多个,且绕着封盖本体21的周向均匀分布,不仅卡的牢固,而且转动起来不易脱轨。
盖体1上设有环形凸出部13,饮用口10位于环形凸出部13上,热饮杯盖还包括用于将封盖2与塞盖3相连接的连接件4,其中封盖2、塞盖3、及连接件4一体成型,连接件4呈阶梯状,且在阶梯处设有便于塞盖3翻折打开的折 槽5。通过折槽5的设计,使得塞盖3打开时候不影响封盖2的闭合。
具体的,连接件4包括与盖面板23齐平连接的第一连接部41、贴合在环形凸出部13上表面与塞盖3连接的第二连接部42、用于将第一连接部41和第二连接部42相连通的第三连接部43,其中第二连接部42位于第一连接部41的侧上方,即第三连接部43倾斜设置或者竖直设置。
本例中,折槽5设置在第一连接部41和第三连接部43之间的连接处。
结合图4至图8,饮用口10自环形凸出部13上表面向内凹陷设置,其口部对应设置在凹陷的底部,且在饮用口10(凹陷部分)的侧壁上设有卡槽10a,塞盖3包括塞入饮用口10且与连接件4相连接的塞体30、设置在塞体30侧边与卡槽10a相匹配的楔形卡块31、设置在塞体30上且冒出环形凸出部13的盖边32。
具体的,饮用口10呈长条形,卡槽10a有两个,且位于长条形的两端部,楔形卡块31与卡槽10a一一对应设置,或者只有一个也是可以的。
同时,在塞体30上还设有提示用于打开塞盖3的指示标识33。如常见的指示箭头。至于盖边32的设计,主要便于操控打开。
同时,本例中盖边32的外端部向下弯折并自下折边贴合在环形凸出部13的外侧壁上(图中未显示,但不难想到)。这样不会形成障碍,防止外送过程意外的碰触,而使得塞盖3被打开。

然后,本例中,如图9至图11所示,在封盖2上设有挡板3,该挡板6的目的就是:保证泄气孔20能够正常泄气的前提下,阻隔接漏腔12内的热饮或泡沫自泄气孔20处泄漏。
具体的,在盖面板23上还设有自盖面板23的底部向下延伸的挡板6,当封盖2定位在接漏腔12上时,挡板6自底部与接漏腔12底部全面贴合且将接漏腔12内部区域隔开形成第一区间a1和第二区间a2,泄气孔20位于第一区间a1,排气孔11和回流孔12a位于第二区间a2,其中位于第二区间a2内的热气能够流向第一区间a1,且自泄气孔20排出;位于第二区间a2内的热饮或泡沫在挡板6拦截下,无法流动至第一区间a1。进一步的防止热饮的泄漏,同时也便于接漏腔内的热饮回流至杯内。
具体的,挡板6两侧部与封盖本体21的内侧壁之间设有供热气流通的通道7,位于第二区间a2内的热气自两侧的通道7处流动至第一区间a1。
本例中,通道7的宽度1.5mm左右。
此外,本例中,接漏腔12上排气孔和回流孔还可以是同一个孔。
综上所述,本实施例的杯盖具有以下优势:
1、通过排气孔和泄气孔的连通,能够将热气泄出,防止杯盖的脱落;
2、通过接漏腔和回流孔以及封盖的设置,将可能发生泄漏的热饮再回流杯体内,彻底解决外送泄漏的难题;
3、由封盖、塞盖的一体设置,当塞盖打开时,即可旋转封盖,使得塞盖与饮用口错开,进而便于饮用;当暂时不需要饮用时,可旋转封盖由塞盖与饮用口对齐,然后闭合,操作便捷,同时塞盖在运动过程中也不会影响封盖防止泄漏的性能;
4、杯盖的整体造型上美观、大方,进而更人性化的被消费者接受和青睐;
5、由挡板将接漏腔内分隔成气体可以连通,液体或泡沫不可流通的两个区间,进一步防止热饮自泄气孔处泄漏的现象发生,同时缩小接漏腔内盛装热饮或泡沫的空间,进而便于热饮的回流。

  1. 一种防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其包括盖体,该所述盖体上设有饮用口和排气孔,其特征在于:在所述的盖体上还形成有的接漏腔,所述的排气孔位于所述接漏腔上,所述的接漏腔上还设有能够将泄漏至所述接漏腔的热饮回流至热饮杯内的回流孔,所述的热饮杯盖还包括将所述接漏腔闭合的封盖、与所述的封盖相连接且能够将所述的饮用口闭合的塞盖,其中所述的封盖能够绕着所述接漏腔的中心转动设置,且所述的封盖上设有与所述排气孔相连通并将位于接漏腔内的热气泄出所述盖体外的泄气孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的接漏腔位于所述盖体的中部,且所述接漏腔的底部自中部向下凹陷设置,所述的回流孔位于所述排气孔的下方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的回流孔位于凹陷的最低位置,所述的排气孔位于所述凹陷的一侧,且向凹陷的中心方向延伸设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:在所述的接漏腔的侧壁上设有环形卡槽轨,所述的封盖包括塞入所述接漏腔且具有与接漏腔相连通空腔的封盖本体、设置在所述封盖本体周边并向外突出与所述环形卡槽轨匹配的配合块、以及位于所述封盖本体上将所述接漏腔顶部盖合的盖面板,其中所述封盖通过所述配合块转动设置在所述环形卡槽轨上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:在所述的盖面板上还设有自所述盖面板的底部向下延伸的挡板,当所述封盖定位在所述接漏腔上时,所述的挡板自底部与所述接漏腔底部全面贴合且将所述接漏腔内部区域隔开形成第一区间和第二区间,所述的泄气孔位于第一区间,所述的排气孔和回流孔位于第二区间,其中位于第二区间内的热气能够流向所述第一区间,且自所述泄气孔排出;位于所述第二区间内的热饮或泡沫在所述的挡板拦截下,无法流动至所述第一区间。
  6. 根据权利要5所述的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的挡板两侧部与所述封盖本体的内侧壁之间设有供热气流通的通道,位于所述第二区间内的热气自两侧的所述通道处流动至所述第一区间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的盖体上设有环形凸出部,所述的饮用口位于环形凸出部上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的热饮杯盖还包括用于将所述封盖与所述塞盖相连接的连接件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的封盖、塞盖、及所述连接件一体成型,所述的连接件呈阶梯状,且在阶梯处设有便于所述塞盖翻折打开的折槽。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的饮用口自所述环形凸出部上表面向内凹陷设置,该口部对应设置在凹陷的底部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:在所述饮用口的侧壁上还设有卡槽,所述塞盖包括塞入凹陷部分且与所述连接件相连接的塞体、设置在所述塞体侧边与所述卡槽相匹配的楔形卡块。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的防漏且便于打开的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述塞盖还包括设置在所述的塞体上且冒出所述环形凸出部的盖边,且在所述塞体上还设有提示用于打开所述塞盖的指示标识。
