Description

一种防漏的热饮杯盖 技术领域
本发明属于热饮杯盖领域,具体涉及一种防漏的热饮杯盖。
背景技术
目前,针对热饮杯盖的设计有多种,最常见的在杯盖上设有插管孔,然后将吸管插入杯体内,即可饮用,或者在杯盖上形成有可闭合和打开的饮用口,饮用时,直接打开饮用口,即可饮用。
然而,针对热饮,如咖啡,其在杯盖上设有气孔和饮用口,其中气孔主要是泄出内部热压,防止杯盖与杯体脱离的作用,但是在外送的过程中,由于咖啡的晃动,导致咖啡容易自气孔中漏出杯盖,从而造成购买者的抱怨和投诉,故,不仅增加了外送的难度,而且还可能影响了咖啡的销售。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种改进防漏的热饮杯盖,其在确保气孔通畅的前提下,彻底杜绝杯中热饮自泄压气孔处泄漏的现象发生,不仅便于外送,而且还能够改变杯盖的造型,更人性化的被消费者接受和青睐,更容易吸引消费者。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种防漏的热饮杯盖,其包括盖体、设置在盖体上的饮用口,特别是,在盖体上还形成有接漏腔,热饮杯盖还包括盖设在接漏腔上的封盖,其中封盖与接漏腔之间形成有能够盛装泄漏热饮的空间,且接漏腔与封盖上分别设有第一通孔和第二通孔,该第一通孔与第二通孔相连通、且相错位设置。
优选地,接漏腔自盖体向内凹陷设置,第一通孔位于接漏腔的底部。
根据本发明的一个具体实施和优选方面,接漏腔的底部自中部向下凹陷设置,且在凹陷的最低位置还设有回流孔,当热饮泄漏至所述接漏腔时,能够自所述的回流孔流回杯内。
优选地,回流孔位于第一通孔的下方,且与第二通孔错位设置;第一通孔位于凹陷的一侧,且向凹陷的中心方向延伸设置。便于第一通孔和第二通孔进行避开,彻底防止泄漏。
或者,接漏腔的底部自中部向上拱起设置,第一通孔位于拱起部位。
优选地,在拱起部分的一侧或两侧最低位置处还设有回流孔,当热饮泄漏至接漏腔时,能够自回流孔流回杯内。
优选地,回流孔与第二通孔错位设置。
根据本发明的又一个具体实施和优选方面,封盖包括与接漏腔相匹配的塞头、自塞头的周边贴合在盖体上表面的连接边,其中塞头的底部与接漏腔之间形成能够盛装泄漏热饮的空间。
优选地,塞头与接漏腔向盖体内凹陷,且塞头的底部水平设置或者自中部向上拱起设置,第二通孔位于塞头的底部。
优选地,当塞头的底部自中部向上拱起时,拱起的顶部与连接边齐平设置,第二通孔位于拱起的一侧,且向拱起的中心方向延伸设置。因此,不仅将第一通孔和第二通孔的位置进行错开,而且两个孔的延伸方向也是不同的,进而彻底的防止泄漏。同时,在封盖的造型上,明显增强了杯盖美观性,进而更人性化的被消费者接受和青睐。
本发明在确保气孔通畅的前提下,彻底杜绝杯中热饮自泄压气孔处泄漏的现象发生,不仅便于外送,而且还能够改变杯盖的造型,更人性化的被消费者接受和青睐,更容易吸引消费者。

具体实施方式
如图1至图7所示,本实施例涉及的防漏的热饮杯盖,其包括盖体1、设置在盖体1上的饮用口2,其中在盖体1上还形成有接漏腔10,热饮杯盖还包括 盖设在接漏腔10上的封盖11,其中封盖11与接漏腔10之间形成有能够盛装泄漏热饮的空间,且接漏腔10与封盖11上分别设有第一通孔a和第二通孔b,该第一通孔a与第二通孔b相连通、且相错位设置。
具体的,接漏腔10自盖体1向内凹陷设置,封盖11包括与接漏腔10相匹配的塞头110、自塞头110的周边贴合在盖体1上表面的连接边111,其中塞头110的底部与接漏腔11之间形成能够盛装泄漏热饮的空间,第一通孔a位于接漏腔10的底部,第二通孔b设置在塞头110的底部。
接漏腔10的底部样式有两种,一种是自中部向内凹陷(如图3所示);另一种是自中部向上拱起(图中未显示,但不难想到)。
结合图3所示,当接漏腔10的底部呈凹陷状时,在凹陷的最低位置还设有回流孔c,当热饮泄漏至接漏腔10时,能够自回流孔c流回杯内。
回流孔c位于第一通孔a的下方,且与第二通孔b错位设置。
具体的,第一通孔a位于凹陷的一侧,且向凹陷的中心方向延伸设置。便于第一通孔a和第二通孔b进行避开,彻底防止泄漏。
当接漏腔的底部呈拱起状时,接漏腔的底部自中部向上拱起设置,第一通孔位于拱起部位。
在拱起部分的一侧或两侧最低位置处还设有回流孔,当热饮泄漏至接漏腔时,能够自回流孔流回杯内。
回流孔与第二通孔错位设置。
本例中,所采用接漏腔10的底部呈凹陷状。
同时,封盖11的样式有也有两种,一种是拱起底;另一种是平底。
如图4和图5所示,塞头110的底部自中部向上拱起设置,第二通孔b位于塞头110的底部。
具体的,拱起的顶部与连接边111齐平设置,第二通孔b位于拱起的一侧,且向拱起的中心方向延伸设置。因此,不仅将第一通孔a和第二通孔b的位置进行错开,而且两个孔的延伸方向也是不同的,进而彻底的防止泄漏。同时,在封盖的造型上,明显增强了杯盖美观性,进而更人性化的被消费者接受和青睐。
如图6和图7所示,塞头110的底部呈水平设置,第二通孔b位于塞头110的底部。
此外,本例中,接漏腔10与封盖11形成一个彻底防泄漏单元,且防泄漏单元与引用口2位于盖体1的相对两侧。
最后,本例中,接漏腔10与封盖11呈椭圆形,且椭圆的长轴与饮用口的长度方向平行,使得外形更佳的大方。
综上所述,本实施例,在确保热饮能够自通孔泄压的前提下,将两个通孔和回流孔完全错开,然后再通过回流孔的设计,将泄漏至接漏腔内的热饮流回杯内,从而杜绝杯中热饮自泄压气孔处泄漏的现象发生,便于外送;同时通过防泄漏单元的造型设计,增强了杯盖美观性,从而更人性化的被消费者接受和青睐,更容易吸引消费者。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种防漏的热饮杯盖,其包括盖体、设置在所述盖体上的饮用口,其特征在于:在所述的盖体上还形成有接漏腔,所述的热饮杯盖还包括盖设在所述接漏腔上的封盖,其中所述封盖与所述接漏腔之间形成有能够盛装泄漏热饮的空间,且所述接漏腔与所述的封盖上分别设有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述的第一通孔与所述第二通孔相连通、且相错位设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的接漏腔自所述盖体向内凹陷设置,所述的第一通孔位于所述的接漏腔的底部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防漏的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述接漏腔的底部自中部向下凹陷设置,且在凹陷的最低位置还设有回流孔,当热饮泄漏至所述接漏腔时,能够自所述的回流孔流回杯内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防漏的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的回流孔位于所述第一通孔的下方,且与所述第二通孔错位设置;所述第一通孔位于所述凹陷的一侧,且向凹陷的中心方向延伸设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的防漏的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的接漏腔的底部自中部向上拱起设置,所述的第一通孔位于拱起部位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防漏的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:在拱起部分的一侧或两侧最低位置处还设有回流孔,当热饮泄漏至所述接漏腔时,能够自所述的回流孔流回杯内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防漏的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的回流孔与所述第二通孔错位设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述的封盖包括与所述接漏腔相匹配的塞头、自所述塞头的周边贴合在所述盖体上表面的连接边,其中所述的塞头的底部与所述接漏腔之间形成能够盛装泄漏热饮的空间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防漏的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述塞头与所述接漏腔向所述盖体内凹陷,且所述塞头的底部水平设置或者自中部向上拱起设置,所述的第二通孔位于所述的塞头的底部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防漏的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:当所述塞头的底部自中部向上拱起时,拱起的顶部与所述连接边齐平设置,所述的第二通孔位于拱起的一侧,且向拱起的中心方向延伸设置。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏的热饮杯盖,其特征在于:所述接漏腔与封盖的截面均呈椭圆形,且椭圆的长轴与所述饮用口的长度方向平行设置。
