一种挂脖式颈部按摩器,包括弹性臂(11)、第一手柄(12)、第二手柄(13)、电极组件(14)以及与电极组件电连接的电脉冲发生装置(15),该第一手柄及第二手柄固定地连接在该弹性臂的两侧,该电极组件设置在该弹性臂上,该电脉冲发生装置设置在该第一手柄内。该挂脖式颈部按摩器通过将电脉冲发生装置以及电池设置于第一手柄及第二手柄上,从而可将弹性臂将第一手柄及第二手柄连接,并通过弹性臂的形变来实现挂脖式颈部按摩器的佩戴,从而在不损坏电脉冲发生装置的前提下能很好地适应脖子的粗细。

挂脖式颈部按摩器
技术领域
本申请涉及一种颈部按摩器,尤其涉及一种挂脖式颈部按摩器。
背景技术
近年来,由于工作和不良生活习惯等原因,颈椎病的发病呈现出年轻化的趋势。现有颈部按摩器为佩戴于脖子上,该颈部按摩器包括设置有电脉冲发生装置以及电极组件的主体、左手柄和右手柄,左手柄和右手柄活动地连接于主体的两侧,即左手柄和右手柄可以以连接处为支点摆动,并通过在左手柄和右手柄与主体之间设置弹簧来提供夹持力。
在实现和使用上述颈部按摩器的时候,发明人发现现有技术存在如下问题:为不损坏电脉冲发生装置,现有的颈部按摩器的主体为刚性抗变形结构,因此,不能很好地适应脖子的粗细,从而造成电极组件往往不能很好地贴附皮肤并造成针刺痛感;另外,左手柄和右手柄与主体的连接处通常会夹到皮肤或头发等,使用不便;还有,弹簧的弹力通常较大且生硬,消费者长久佩戴后容易感到不适,尤其是颈动脉处。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种能够适应人体颈部粗细的挂脖式颈椎按摩仪。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种挂脖式颈部按摩器,包括弹性臂、第一手柄、第二手柄、电极组件以及与电极组件电连接的电脉冲发生装置,该第一手柄及第二手柄固定地连接在该弹性臂的两侧,该电极组件设置在该弹性臂上,该电脉冲发生装置设置在该第一手柄内。
可选地,所述弹性臂包括第一外壳以及与第一外壳相扣合的第一内壳,该第一手柄包括第二外壳以及与第二外壳相扣合的第二内壳,该第二手柄包括第三外壳以及与第三外壳相扣合的第三内壳,该第一外壳、第二外壳及第三外壳一体成型。
可选地,所述第一外壳、第二外壳及第三外壳的材质为塑胶。
可选地,所述第一外壳、第二外壳及第三外壳为不锈钢片。
可选地,所述第一手柄及第二手柄通过套环与弹性臂连接。
可选地,所述挂脖式颈部按摩器还包括与电脉冲发生装置电连接的电池,该电池设置在第二手柄内。
所述挂脖式颈部按摩器还包括与电脉冲发生装置电连接的电池,该电池设置在第一手柄内,该第二手柄内设置有配重块。
可选地,所述第一手柄包括第二外壳以及与第二外壳相扣合的第二内壳,该第二手柄包括第三外壳以及与第三外壳相扣合的第三内壳,该第二内壳及第三内壳的材质为塑胶。
可选地,所述第一手柄还包括硅胶套,该硅胶套贴附于第二内壳的外表面,第二手柄还包括另一硅胶套,该硅胶套贴附于第三内壳的外表面。
可选地,所述第二内壳的内表面贴附有海绵,该第三内壳的内表面贴附有海绵。
可选地,所述第二内壳的中部向内凹陷形成第一凹陷部以及位于该第一凹陷部两端的第一凸起部;第三内壳的中部向内凹陷形成第二凹陷部以及位于该第二凹陷部两端的第二凸起部。
可选地,所述弹性臂包括第一外壳以及与第一外壳相扣合的第一内壳,第一外壳与第一内壳其中一方开设凹槽,另一方设置凸起,凸起嵌设于凹槽内。
可选地,所述第一外壳与第一内壳之间还通过粘胶粘接。
可选地,所述弹性臂包括第一外壳以及与第一外壳相扣合的第一内壳,第一内壳的材质为硅胶。
可选地,所述弹性臂包括第一外壳以及与第一外壳相扣合的第一内壳,第一外壳与第一内壳之间填充有海绵。
可选地,所述电极组件呈长条形状,其沿弹性臂的延伸方向设置。
可选地,所述挂脖式颈部按摩器还包括控制器,该控制器磁性吸附于第一手柄或第二手柄上。
本申请提出的技术方案中,所述挂脖式颈部按摩器通过将电脉冲发生装置以及电池设置于第一手柄及第二手柄上,从而可将弹性臂将第一手柄及第二手柄连接,并通过弹性臂的形变来实现挂脖式颈部按摩器的佩戴,从而在不损坏电脉冲发生装置的前提下能很好地适应脖子的粗细,且一并借助第一手柄及第二手柄连通电脉冲发生装置以及电池的重量的向下作用使得电极组件良好舒适地贴附于颈部,不会造成针刺痛感;另外,还规避了现有技术左手柄和右手柄与主体的连接处通常会夹到皮肤或头发等的缺陷。另外,弹性臂的形变依赖的是其自身的形态变化,而非弹簧的较大且生硬的弹力,因此第一手柄及第二手柄整体夹持于脖子上的弹力更为柔和舒适。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本申请中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

另外,本申请各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提出一种挂脖式颈部按摩器。
请参照图1及图2所示的本申请挂脖式颈部按摩器的第一较佳实施方式,所述挂脖式颈部按摩器10包括弹性臂11、第一手柄12、第二手柄13、电极组件14以及与电极组件14电连接的电脉冲发生装置15。该第一手柄12及第二手柄13固定地连接在该弹性臂11的两侧。该电极组件14设置在该弹性臂11上。该电脉冲发生装置15设置在该第一手柄12内。为了便于操作,本实施方式还包括一个遥控装置16。该遥控装置16磁性吸附于第一手柄或第二手柄上,如此可防止遥控装置16丢失。
请一并参阅图3,所述弹性臂11包括第一外壳111以及与第一外壳111相扣合的第一内壳112。该第一外壳111与第一内壳112其中一方开设凹槽113,另一方设置凸起114,凸起114嵌设于凹槽113内,如此可以较容易地将第一外壳111与第一内壳112装配起来。为了使得第一外壳111与第一内壳112之间装配更为稳固,还可以在第一外壳111与第一内壳112之间通过粘胶进一步粘接在一起。在本实施方式中,该第一内壳112的材质为硅胶,采用硅胶制作,更为亲肤舒适,而且硅胶材质与皮肤接触相较于现有技术的塑胶材质,可以增大弹性臂11与人体颈部皮肤之间的摩擦力,利于挂脖式颈部按摩器10随着人体颈部的扭动而扭动,即挂脖式颈部按摩器10更加舒适且稳固地贴合于人体颈部上,有效解决了因电极组件14时不时脱离皮肤而造成的行业“针刺感”的老大难问题。另外,该第一外壳111与第一内壳112之间还可填充有海绵115,如此,可以让弹性臂11看起来更加饱满,也进一步增加了贴合皮肤的舒适感。
请一并参阅图4及图5,所述第一手柄12包括第二外壳121以及与第二外壳121相扣合的第二内壳122。在本实施方式中,该第二外壳121以及第二内壳122的材质均为塑胶。采用塑胶壳,可以较好地保护第一手柄12内的电脉冲发生装置15,避免在使用该挂脖式颈部按摩器10时,造成第一手柄12的变形从而损坏里面的电脉冲发生装置15。
所述第二手柄13包括第三外壳131以及与第三外壳131相扣合的第三内壳132,其内安装有电池17。在本实施方式中,该第三外壳131以及第三内壳132的材质均为塑胶。采用塑胶壳,可以较好地保护第二手柄13内的电池17,避免在使用该挂脖式颈部按摩器10时,造成第一手柄12的变形从而损坏里面的电池17。该电脉冲发生装置15和电池17的分别安装于第一手柄12及第二手柄13内,如此挂脖式颈部按摩器10的重量均衡,利于稳固佩戴。
为了增加贴附颈部时的舒适感,所述第一手柄12还包括硅胶套123,该硅胶套123的形状与第二内壳122的形状大致相当,其贴附于第二内壳122的外表面。同理,该第二手柄13还包括另一硅胶套133,该硅胶套133贴附于第三内壳133的外表面。进一步地,所述第二内壳122的内表面还可贴附有海绵124,即海绵124位于第二内壳122与电脉冲发生装置15之间,如此不仅可以起到缓冲保护电脉冲发生装置15的作用,还可增加贴附手感。同理,该第三内壳133的内表面同样可以贴附有海绵134。
在实际使用该挂脖式颈部按摩器10时,所述第二手柄13与第三手柄14一同作用夹持于人体颈部。为了避免第二手柄13与第三手柄14对颈部的颈动脉造成挤压,发明人特意将第二内壳122的中部设计成向内凹陷并形成第一凹陷部1221以及位于该第一凹陷部1221两端的第一凸起部1222。该第一凹陷部1221刚好用于避开颈动脉。同理,该第三内壳132的中部向内凹陷形成第二凹陷部1321以及位于该第二凹陷部1321两端的第二凸起部1322。
在本实施方式中,所述第一手柄12及第二手柄13与弹性臂11采取分体式设计,即第一手柄12及第二手柄13是通过套环18与弹性臂11连接。由于套环18的限位作用,当实际使用该挂脖式颈部按摩器10时,套环18可以防止第一手柄12及第二手柄13跟随弹性臂11而发生形变,如此可以保护第一手柄12及第二手柄13的电器元件免于遭受损坏。为了进一步增加第一手柄12及第二手柄13的刚性,电器元件如电脉冲发生装置15或电池17可以通过刚性支架125、135进行安装。
所述电极组件14呈长条形状,其沿弹性臂11的延伸方向设置,如此可以使得电极组件14更好地贴附于人体颈部,以防因电极组件时不时脱离皮肤而造成的行业“针刺感”的老大难问题。
组装该挂脖式颈部按摩器10时,首先将电脉冲发生装置15安装于第一手柄12内,将电池17安装于第二手柄13内;然后将第二外壳121与第二内壳122相扣合,将第三外壳131与第三内壳132相扣合;随后将第一外壳111与第一内壳112相扣合;最后将第一手柄12及第二手柄13通过套环18与弹性臂11连接起来。
使用该挂脖式颈部按摩器10时,手持第一手柄12及第二手柄13,并将两者张开一定角度,此时弹性臂11发生弹性形变;接着将第一手柄12及第二手柄13套接于脖子上,并使得弹性臂11上的电极组件与脖子贴附抵接;最后缓慢松开第一手柄12及第二手柄13,依靠着弹性臂11的回弹力,第一手柄12及第二手柄13整体夹持于脖子上,此时弹性臂11的具体回弹形状可以适应不同人脖子的粗细,如此电极组件14往往能很好地贴附皮肤,从而避免造成针刺痛感。需要指出的是,若尺寸合适,该弹性臂11可以完全恢复原状,即最终不会产生弹力,此时,第一手柄12及第二手柄13则不会夹持于脖子上,而整个挂脖式颈部按摩器10由于将电脉冲发生装置15以及电池17分别设置在第一手柄12及第二手柄13上,如此不仅避免弹性臂11的体积过于臃肿,更值得一提的是,整个挂脖式颈部按摩器10的元件分配合理带来的重量均衡,如此挂脖式颈部按摩器10完全可以依赖第一手柄12及第二手柄13连通电脉冲发生装置15以及电池17的重量的向下作用使得电极组件14良好舒适地贴附于颈部上。
所述挂脖式颈部按摩器10通过将电脉冲发生装置15以及电池17设置于第一手柄12及第二手柄13上,从而可采用弹性臂11将第一手柄12及第二手柄13连接,并通过弹性臂11的形变来实现挂脖式颈部按摩器10的佩戴,进而在不损坏电脉冲发生装置15的前提下能很好地适应脖子的粗细,且一并借助第一手柄12及第二手柄13连通电脉冲发生装置15以及电池17的重量的向下作用使得电极组件14良好舒适地贴附于颈部,在实际使用中不会造成针刺痛感;另外,还规避了现有技术左手柄和右手柄与主体的连接处通常会夹到皮肤或头发等的缺陷。海油,该弹性臂11的形变依赖的是其自身的形态变化,而非弹簧的较大且生硬的弹力,因此,第一手柄12及第二手柄13整体夹持于脖子上的弹力更为柔和舒适。
实施方式二:
请参阅图6所示的本申请挂脖式颈部按摩器的第二较佳实施方式,其与第一较佳实施方式的不同之处在于:该弹性臂21包括第一外壳211以及与第一外壳211相扣合的第一内壳212,该第一手柄22包括第二外壳221以及与第二外壳221相扣合的第二内壳222,该第二手柄23包括第三外壳231以及与第三外壳231相扣合的第三内壳232,该第一外壳211、第二外壳221及第三外壳231一体成型。该第一外壳211、第二外壳221及第三外壳231的材质为塑胶。虽然第一外壳211、第二外壳221及第三外壳231的材质为非常规意义的弹性形变材料,但是由于第一外壳211、第二外壳221及第三外壳231连接在一起大致呈C形,因此,该第一外壳211、第二外壳221及第三外壳231依然可以在一定程度实现弹性形变,尤其是弹性臂21的第一外壳211。
当然,虽然该第一外壳211、第二外壳221及第三外壳231一体成型,但是依然可以增加套环28,其作用跟第一实施方式的套环18类似。
可以理解,第一外壳211、第二外壳221及第三外壳231的材质也可以为不锈钢片等。
实施方式三:
请参阅图7所示的本申请挂脖式颈部按摩器的第三较佳实施方式,其与第一较佳实施方式的不同之处在于:该电脉冲发生装置15与电池17一同设置在该第一手柄12内,该第二手柄13内则设置有配重块19,配重块19的质量与电脉冲发生装置15与电池17的质量总和大致相当。如此依然可以保持整个挂脖式颈部按摩器10的重量均衡。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种挂脖式颈部按摩器,包括弹性臂、第一手柄、第二手柄、电极组件以及与电极组件电连接的电脉冲发生装置,该第一手柄及第二手柄固定地连接在该弹性臂的两侧,该电极组件设置在该弹性臂上,该电脉冲发生装置设置在该第一手柄内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述弹性臂包括第一外壳以及与第一外壳相扣合的第一内壳,该第一手柄包括第二外壳以及与第二外壳相扣合的第二内壳,该第二手柄包括第三外壳以及与第三外壳相扣合的第三内壳,该第一外壳、第二外壳及第三外壳一体成型。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述第一外壳、第二外壳及第三外壳的材质为塑胶。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述第一外壳、第二外壳及第三外壳为不锈钢片。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述第一手柄及第二手柄通过套环与弹性臂连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述挂脖式颈部按摩器还包括与电脉冲发生装置电连接的电池,该电池设置在第二手柄内。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述挂脖式颈部按摩器还包括与电脉冲发生装置电连接的电池,该电池设置在第一手柄内,该第二手柄内设置有配重块。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述第一手柄包括第二外壳以及与第二外壳相扣合的第二内壳,该第二手柄包括第三外壳以及与第三外壳相扣合的第三内壳,该第二内壳及第三内壳的材质为塑胶。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述第一手柄还包括硅胶套,该硅胶套贴附于第二内壳的外表面,第二手柄还包括另一硅胶套,该硅胶套贴附于第三内壳的外表面。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述第二内壳的内表面贴附有海绵,该第三内壳的内表面贴附有海绵。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述第二内壳的中部向内凹陷形成第一凹陷部以及位于该第一凹陷部两端的第一凸起部;第三内壳的中部向内凹陷形成第二凹陷部以及位于该第二凹陷部两端的第二凸起部。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述弹性臂包括第一外壳以及与第一外壳相扣合的第一内壳,第一外壳与第一内壳其中一方开设凹槽,另一方设置凸起,凸起嵌设于凹槽内。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述第一外壳与第一内壳之间还通过粘胶粘接。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述弹性臂包括第一外壳以及与第一外壳相扣合的第一内壳,第一内壳的材质为硅胶。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的挂脖式颈部按摩器,其中:所述弹性臂包括第一外壳以及与第一外壳相扣合的第一内壳,第一外壳与第一内壳之间填充有海绵。
