一种基于虚拟现实、可进行远程诊疗精神治疗的监控方法,医生或精神治疗师可以透过治疗系统为病人进行远程虚拟现实精神治疗,配上VR眼镜及生理反馈传感器,配合能捕捉使用者全身动作的镜头传感器,就可以在虚拟环境中进行精神治疗,治疗师可以就着患者生理指标变化进行监测,并控制场景变化以加强治疗成效,同时可转换到人工智能监测和控制,诊治完毕后,系统会整理和分析治疗数据,做出评估报告,非常便利。

本发明涉及一种监控方法,具体是一种基于虚拟现实、可进行远程诊疗精神治疗的监控方法。
背景技术
世界卫生组织预料抑郁症将于2020年跃升为人类第二位杀手,多国专家认为精神病会成为全球最多人患上的疾病。在中国,每八个之中,就有一个患有精神健康问题,2014年至2016年,中国患有抑郁、焦虑、酗酒和痴呆等精神疾病的人增加了25%。据前不久的一项统计,这些病患总计1.73亿人。其中,只有20%能得到治疗,也有患因羞耻感不敢求医。患者不能自主控制因其精神健康和情绪状态,逐渐导致严重不良后果,如导致严重精神疾病,自杀等,影响个人、家庭生活,给社会带来沉重的经济负担。
传统的精神治疗需要面对面,通常一名治疗师同时只能指导一名患者的治疗,许多时在精神治疗过程中也没有实际生理数据得到,主要靠治疗师去评估病人状态,同时,治疗过程相对单调,不容易引起患者的兴趣。故此,市场需要更有效和便利治疗师和患者的治疗方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于虚拟现实、可进行远程诊疗精神治疗的监控方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种基于虚拟现实、可进行远程诊疗精神治疗的监控方法,包括如下步骤:(1)在手机或计算机上安装虚拟现实精神治疗系统;(2)初次治疗时治疗系统会问患者一些问题来分析病人情况或按治疗师按需要设定一些问题内来分析病人现况;(3)治疗师按患者状况或治疗系统分析结果的建议选择合适治疗场景和场景次序;(4)治疗系统通过3D建模技术产生相应场景模型及3D虚拟动画人物;(5)患者带上可携式生理反馈传感器通过蓝牙传输模块和治疗系统连接,并戴上VR眼镜,配合能捕捉使用者全身动作的镜头传 感器,便可进入虚拟环境中进行精神治疗。
作为本发明进一步的方案:在治疗中,系统会监测和记录患者生理变化,包括心跳、血压、眼球运动、呼吸率、心率变异率等。
作为本发明进一步的方案:治疗师能够同歩看到患者所见场景和患者体征生理变化,治疗系统场景和事件能够按治疗师或系统根据每阶段治疗结果预先设定而进行,同时也能够让治疗师实时改变场景和控制事件操作,并有配以指示模块以指示病人特定的行动内容,亦能够加音乐治疗以深化治疗效果。
作为本发明进一步的方案:整个治疗过程的数据能够被记录。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:治疗完毕后,治疗系统会整理和分析整个疗程数据或治疗前后数据分别并出评估报告。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明中,医生或精神治疗师可以透过治疗系统为病人进行远程虚拟现实精神治疗,配上VR眼镜及生理反馈传感器,加上配合能捕捉使用者全身动作的镜头传感器就可以在虚拟环境中进行精神治疗,无需手持控制器,无需在身上、脚、足或其他部位带上其他传感器,治疗师可以就着患者生理指标变化进行监测,并控制场景变化以加强治疗成效,诊治完毕后,系统会整理和分析治疗数据,做出评估报告,非常便利。除精神治疗外,本发明技术更可以应用在舒缓疼痛的干预治疗,老退化症的怀 和现实导向治疗。
