背景技术
由于不需要人工看管、能够全天候向消费者贩售商品、占地面积小及成本低等优势,自助售货设备得到广泛应用。
为了使得自助售货设备能够持续开展贩售工作,对自助售货设备的商品进行及时地配送和更新就显得尤为关键。
因此,如何设计一种能够对自助售货设备的商品调拨进行有效管理以保障自助售货设备的商品的及时配送和更新的方案,是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本公开实施例提供自助售货管理系统和方法,能够对自助售货设备的商品调拨进行有效管理,保障自助售货设备的商品的及时配送和更新。
为解决上述技术问题,本公开实施例提供以下技术方案:
第一方面,本公开实施例提供一种自助售货管理系统,所述自助售货管理系统包括:服务器、总仓管理模块、配送管理模块和至少一个自助售货设备;其中,
所述服务器被配置为在所述自助售货设备的商品库存数据触发预设的商品调拨条件后,向所述总仓管理模块发送总仓调拨指令;
所述总仓管理模块被配置为根据所述服务器发送的总仓调拨指令,对调拨商品进行出库或入库,并将对应的调拨商品数据上传至所述服务器;
所述配送管理模块被配置为根据所述服务器基于所述调拨商品数据发送的配送指令进行所述调拨商品的配送;

本公开实施例中,总仓调拨指令可以具体为总仓调拨出库指令或总仓调拨入库指令;相应地,所述调拨商品可以具体为调拨出库商品或调拨入库商品;所述调拨商品数据具体为调拨出库商品数据或调拨入库商品数据。
本公开实施例中,商品调拨条件由本领域技术人员根据实际需求进行设置。
可选地,商品调拨条件可以设置为:自助售货设备的商品库存数据中一类商品的库存量低于第一库存阈值,且总仓的商品库存数据中该类商品的库存量大于第二库存阈值。其中,所述第一库存阈值和所述第二库存阈值由本领域技术人员根据实际需求进行设置,例如,第一库存阈值为2,第二库存阈值为0。
这样,当自助售货设备104的商品库存数据中一类商品的库存量低于第一库存阈值,且总仓的商品库存数据中该类商品的库存量大于第二库存阈值,服务器101可以从该类商品中选取若干个调拨出库商品;并向总仓管理模块102发送总仓调拨出库指令。
可以理解的是,本公开实施例中,服务器101可以根据该类商品中各商品的保质期到期时长来选取若干个调拨出库商品。比如选取保质期到期时长小于第一设定时间阈值大于第二设定时间阈值的商品为调拨出库商品。
可选地,商品调拨条件可以设置为:自助售货设备的商品库存数据中存在保质期到期时长小于第三设定时间阈值的商品。
这样,当自助售货设备104的商品库存数据中一商品的保质期到期时长小于第三设定时间阈值,服务器101可以确定该商品为调拨入库商品;并向总仓管理模块102发送总仓调拨入库指令。
可选地,服务器101向总仓管理模块102发送总仓调拨入库指令之前,可以向自助售货设备104发送设备调拨出库指令。自助售货设备104根据调拨出库指令生成对应的下货任务,以供配送员根据自助售货设备104的下货任务进行调拨入库商品的下货。
可选地,服务器101向总仓管理模块102发送总仓调拨出库指令之后,可以向自助售货设备104发送设备调拨入库指令。自助售货设备104根据调拨入库指令生成对应的上货任务,以供配送员根据自助售货设备104的上货任务进行调拨出库商品的上货。
本公开实施例提供的自助售货管理系统,通过服务器对自助售货设备的商品库存数据的监控,对总仓管理模块、配送管理模块和自助售货设备进行统一管理,能够使得在自助售货设备的商品库存数据触发预设的商品调拨条件后,总仓管理模块、配送管理模块和自助售货设备按照服务器的不同指令来进行商品的调拨配送,从而使得自助售货设备的商品得到及时配送和更新。

本公开实施例中,所述总仓管理模块102还被配置为在对所述采购收货商品数据对应的采购商品进行入库的过程中,对入库的采购商品配置对应的电子标签。实际应用中,所述电子标签可以具体为RFID电子标签,RFID电子标签与采购商品的唯一码相互关联。
可以理解的是,采购入库商品数据可以包括但不限于;采购商品的唯一码、生产日期、保质期到期时长、库存位置和电子标签信息等数据。
在一种具体实施方式中,自助售货设备104还被配置为接收到消费者发起的开门请求后获取消费者信息并将所述消费者信息和所述开门请求转发至所述服务器101,在所述消费者信息通过所述服务器101的验证后接收所述服务器101发送的开门指令,并打开柜门;检测到柜门关闭后,进行商品自检以确定消费商品,并将对应的消费商品数据上传至所述服务器101。
相应地,所述服务器101还被配置为根据所述消费商品数据生成对应的付款信息,并将所述付款信息发送至所述消费者;根据所述消费商品数据更新所述自助售货设备104的商品库存数据。
在一种具体实施方式中,所述自助售货设备104还被配置为在所述自助售货设备对应的编码被扫描后确认接收到所述开门请求。
其中,自助售货设备对应的编码可以具体为预先设置的二维码。这样,消费者扫描自助售货设备的二维码后,自助售货设备确认接收到开门请求。
本公开实施例中,服务器101接收到自助售货设备104发送的消费者信息之后,可以根据所述消费者信息识别所述消费者是否为消费授权用户,若是,则所述消费者信息通过所述服务器101的验证。
其中,服务器101绑定了消费授权用户的支付账户,以便支持消费者购物的快捷支付。
实际应用中,自助售货设备104打开柜门后,消费者可以进行购物,选取消费商品之后关闭柜门。这样,自助售货设备104检测到柜门关闭后,可以进行商品自检,以确定消费者本次的消费商品,并将对应的消费商品数据上传至所述服务器101。

例如,自助售货设备104检测到柜门关闭后,可以根据商品的电子标签识别确定发生变更的电子标签,或基于图像识别确定发生变更的商品图像,或基于重量识别确定发生重量变更的商品货架,从而确定消费者本次 的消费商品。
可选地,自助售货设备104检测到柜门关闭后,还可以将扫描的各商品的电子标签信息上传至服务器101,以供服务器101基于电子标签识别确定出消费者本次的消费商品。
可选地,自助售货设备104检测到柜门关闭后,还可以将消费者购物相关图像上传至服务器101,以供服务器101基于图像识别确定出消费者本次的消费商品。

本公开实施例中,配送管理模块103对调拨商品的配送支持不同目的地的配送,包括:分配中心的配送、总仓的配送和自助售货设备的配送。其中,自助售货设备的配送还包括:分配中心到自助售货设备的配送,以及总仓到自助售货设备的配送。
实际应用中,可以预先针对不同的配送方式设置不同类型的配送指令。
可选地,配送管理模块103对调拨商品的配送支持集运类型的配送和 配送类型的配送。其中,集运类型的配送对应的目的地通常是分配中心;而配送类型的配送对应的目的地通常是自助售货设备的所在地。
可选地,配送管理模块103对调拨商品的配送还支持订单配送。在按照配送单进行配送时,将配送单中的调拨商品一起配送。

S320:总仓管理模块根据服务器发送的总仓调拨指令,对调拨商品进行出库或入库,并将对应的调拨商品数据上传至所述服务器;
S330:配送管理模块根据所述服务器基于所述调拨商品数据发送的配送指令进行所述调拨商品的配送;
S340:自助售货设备将配送员发起的开门请求转发至所述服务器,接收所述服务器发送的开门指令后打开柜门,以供所述配送员进行所述调拨商品的上货或下货;检测到柜门关闭后,即在所述调拨商品配送完成后, 进行商品自检以确定更新商品,并将对应的更新商品数据上传至所述服务器;
S350:所述服务器根据所述调拨商品数据,更新总仓的商品库存数据;根据所述更新商品数据,更新所述自助售货设备的商品库存数据。
在一种具体实施方式中,所述自助售货管理方法还包括:
采购模块根据所述服务器发送的采购订单进行采购商品的接收,并将接收的采购商品所对应的采购收货商品数据发送至所述总仓管理模块;
所述总仓管理模块对所述采购收货商品数据对应的采购商品进行入库,并将入库的采购商品对应的采购入库商品数据上传至所述服务器;
所述服务器根据所述采购入库商品数据,更新所述总仓的商品库存数据。
在一种具体实施方式中,所述自助售货管理方法还包括:
所述总仓管理模块还被配置为在对所述采购收货商品数据对应的采购商品进行入库的过程中,对入库的采购商品配置对应的电子标签。
在一种具体实施方式中,所述自助售货管理方法还包括:
所述自助售货设备接收到消费者发起的开门请求后获取消费者信息并将所述消费者信息和所述开门请求转发至所述服务器;
所述自助售货设备在所述消费者信息通过所述服务器的验证后接收所述服务器发送的开门指令,并打开柜门;
所述自助售货设备检测到柜门关闭后,进行商品自检以确定消费商品,并将对应的消费商品数据上传至所述服务器;
所述服务器根据所述消费商品数据生成对应的付款信息,并将所述付款信息发送至所述消费者;
所述服务器根据所述消费商品数据更新所述自助售货设备的商品库存数据。
在一种具体实施方式中,所述配送管理模块根据所述服务器基于所述调拨商品数据发送的配送指令进行所述调拨商品的配送,包括:
若所述配送指令具体为第一配送指令,则所述配送管理模块将所述调拨商品配送至指定的自助售货设备的所在地;
若所述配送指令具体为第二配送指令,则所述配送管理模块将所述调 拨商品配送至指定的分配中心;
若所述配送指令具体为第三配送指令,则所述配送管理模块将所述调拨商品从指定的分配中心配送至指定的自助售货设备的所在地;
若所述配送指令具体为第四配送指令,则所述配送管理模块将所述调拨商品从指定的自助售货设备的所在地配送至总仓所在地。
所述自助售货管理方法还包括:
所述总仓管理模块在对所述调拨商品进行入库的过程中,对所述调拨商品进行质量识别;若质量识别结果为正常商品,则将所述调拨商品存放在总仓的正品区域;若质量识别结果为残次商品,则将所述调拨商品存放在总仓的残品区域;并将所述调拨商品的质量识别结果上传至所述服务器;
所述服务器在更新所述总仓的商品库存数据的过程中对所述总仓的商品库存数据中的正品库存数据和残品库存数据进行更新。
在一种具体实施方式中,所述自助售货设备根据如下至少一种方式进行商品自检:
电子标签识别、图像识别、重量识别。
在一种具体实施方式中,所述总仓调拨指令具体为总仓调拨出库指令或总仓调拨入库指令;
相应地,所述调拨商品具体为调拨出库商品或调拨入库商品;
所述调拨商品数据具体为调拨出库商品数据或调拨入库商品数据。
在一种具体实施方式中,所述自助售货管理方法还包括:
所述服务器将所述调拨商品数据与所述更新商品数据进行比对,若存在差异,则进行告警。
在一种具体实施方式中,所述自助售货设备在所述自助售货设备对应的编码被扫描后确认接收到所述开门请求。
本公开提供的自助售货管理方法的实施例的处理流程可以参考上述自助售货管理系统中各部件的功能实现的详细描述,在此不再赘述。
本公开实施例提供的自助售货管理方法,通过服务器对自助售货设备的商品库存数据的监控,对总仓管理模块、配送管理模块和自助售货设备进行统一管理,能够使得在自助售货设备的商品库存数据触发预设的商品调拨条件后,总仓管理模块、配送管理模块和自助售货设备按照服务器的 不同指令来进行商品的调拨配送,从而使得自助售货设备的商品得到及时配送和更新。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种自助售货管理系统,其特征在于,所述自助售货管理系统包括:服务器、总仓管理模块、配送管理模块和至少一个自助售货设备;其中,
    所述服务器被配置为在所述自助售货设备的商品库存数据触发预设的商品调拨条件后,向所述总仓管理模块发送总仓调拨指令;
    所述总仓管理模块被配置为根据所述服务器发送的总仓调拨指令,对调拨商品进行出库或入库,并将对应的调拨商品数据上传至所述服务器;
    所述配送管理模块被配置为根据所述服务器基于所述调拨商品数据发送的配送指令进行所述调拨商品的配送;
    所述自助售货设备在所述调拨商品配送完成后进行商品自检以确定更新商品,并将对应的更新商品数据上传至所述服务器;
    所述服务器还被配置为根据所述调拨商品数据,更新总仓的商品库存数据;根据所述更新商品数据,更新所述自助售货设备的商品库存数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自助售货管理系统,其特征在于,所述自助售货管理系统还包括:采购模块;
    其中,所述采购模块被配置为根据所述服务器发送的采购订单进行采购商品的接收,并将接收的采购商品所对应的采购收货商品数据发送至所述总仓管理模块;
    所述总仓管理模块还被配置为对所述采购收货商品数据对应的采购商品进行入库,并将入库的采购商品对应的采购入库商品数据上传至所述服务器;
    所述服务器还被配置为根据所述采购入库商品数据,更新所述总仓的商品库存数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自助售货管理系统,其特征在于,所述总仓管理模块还被配置为在对所述采购收货商品数据对应的采购商品进行入库的过程中,对入库的采购商品配置对应的电子标签。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自助售货管理系统,其特征在于,
    所述自助售货设备还被配置为接收到消费者发起的开门请求后获取消费者信息并将所述消费者信息和所述开门请求转发至所述服务器,在所 述消费者信息通过所述服务器的验证后接收所述服务器发送的开门指令,并打开柜门;检测到柜门关闭后,进行商品自检以确定消费商品,并将对应的消费商品数据上传至所述服务器;
    所述服务器还被配置为根据所述消费商品数据生成对应的付款信息,并将所述付款信息发送至所述消费者;根据所述消费商品数据更新所述自助售货设备的商品库存数据。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自助售货管理系统,其特征在于,
    所述配送管理模块具体被配置为根据第一配送指令将所述调拨商品配送至指定的自助售货设备的所在地;
    根据第二配送指令将所述调拨商品配送至指定的分配中心;
    根据第三配送指令将所述调拨商品从指定的分配中心配送至指定的自助售货设备的所在地;
    根据第四配送指令将所述调拨商品从指定的自助售货设备的所在地配送至总仓的所在地。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自助售货管理系统,其特征在于,
    所述总仓管理模块还被配置为在对所述调拨商品进行入库的过程中,对所述调拨商品进行质量识别;根据正常商品的质量识别结果,将所述调拨商品存放在总仓的正品区域;根据残次商品的质量识别结果,将所述调拨商品存放在总仓的残品区域;并将所述调拨商品的质量识别结果上传至所述服务器;
    所述服务器还被配置为在更新所述总仓的商品库存数据的过程中对所述总仓的商品库存数据中的正品库存数据和残品库存数据进行更新。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的自助售货管理系统,其特征在于,所述自助售货设备根据如下至少一种方式进行商品自检:
    电子标签识别、图像识别、重量识别。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的自助售货管理系统,其特征在于,所述总仓调拨指令具体为总仓调拨出库指令或总仓调拨入库指令;
    相应地,所述调拨商品具体为调拨出库商品或调拨入库商品;
    所述调拨商品数据具体为调拨出库商品数据或调拨入库商品数据。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的自助售货管理系统,其特征在于,所 述服务器还被配置为将所述调拨商品数据与所述更新商品数据进行比对,并根据差异进行告警。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的自助售货管理系统,其特征在于,所述自助售货设备还被配置为在所述自助售货设备对应的编码被扫描后确认接收到所述开门请求。
  11. 一种自助售货管理方法,其特征在于,所述自助售货管理方法包括:
    服务器在自助售货设备的商品库存数据触发预设的商品调拨条件后,向总仓管理模块发送总仓调拨指令;
    总仓管理模块根据服务器发送的总仓调拨指令,对调拨商品进行出库或入库,并将对应的调拨商品数据上传至所述服务器;
    配送管理模块根据所述服务器基于所述调拨商品数据发送的配送指令进行所述调拨商品的配送;
    自助售货设备在所述调拨商品配送完成后进行商品自检以确定更新商品,并将对应的更新商品数据上传至所述服务器;
    所述服务器根据所述调拨商品数据,更新总仓的商品库存数据;根据所述更新商品数据,更新所述自助售货设备的商品库存数据。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的自助售货管理方法,其特征在于,所述自助售货管理方法还包括:
    采购模块根据所述服务器发送的采购订单进行采购商品的接收,并将接收的采购商品所对应的采购收货商品数据发送至所述总仓管理模块;
    所述总仓管理模块对所述采购收货商品数据对应的采购商品进行入库,并将入库的采购商品对应的采购入库商品数据上传至所述服务器;
    所述服务器根据所述采购入库商品数据,更新所述总仓的商品库存数据。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的自助售货管理方法,其特征在于,所述自助售货管理方法还包括:
    所述总仓管理模块还被配置为在对所述采购收货商品数据对应的采购商品进行入库的过程中,对入库的采购商品配置对应的电子标签。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的自助售货管理方法,其特征在于,所述 自助售货管理方法还包括:
    所述自助售货设备接收到消费者发起的开门请求后获取消费者信息并将所述消费者信息和所述开门请求转发至所述服务器;
    所述自助售货设备在所述消费者信息通过所述服务器的验证后接收所述服务器发送的开门指令,并打开柜门;
    所述自助售货设备检测到柜门关闭后,进行商品自检以确定消费商品,并将对应的消费商品数据上传至所述服务器;
    所述服务器根据所述消费商品数据生成对应的付款信息,并将所述付款信息发送至所述消费者;
    所述服务器根据所述消费商品数据更新所述自助售货设备的商品库存数据。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的自助售货管理方法,其特征在于,所述配送管理模块根据所述服务器基于所述调拨商品数据发送的配送指令进行所述调拨商品的配送,包括:
    所述配送管理模块根据第一配送指令将所述调拨商品配送至指定的自助售货设备的所在地;
    根据第二配送指令将所述调拨商品配送至指定的分配中心;
    根据第三配送指令将所述调拨商品从指定的分配中心配送至指定的自助售货设备的所在地;
    根据第四配送指令将所述调拨商品从指定的自助售货设备的所在地配送至总仓所在地。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的自助售货管理方法,其特征在于,所述自助售货管理方法还包括:
    所述总仓管理模块在对所述调拨商品进行入库的过程中,对所述调拨商品进行质量识别;根据正常商品的质量识别结果将所述调拨商品存放在总仓的正品区域;根据残次商品的质量识别结果将所述调拨商品存放在总仓的残品区域;并将所述调拨商品的质量识别结果上传至所述服务器;
    所述服务器在更新所述总仓的商品库存数据的过程中对所述总仓的商品库存数据中的正品库存数据和残品库存数据进行更新。
  17. 根据权利要求11-16任一所述的自助售货管理方法,其特征在于, 所述自助售货设备根据如下至少一种方式进行商品自检:
    电子标签识别、图像识别、重量识别。
  18. 根据权利要求11-16任一所述的自助售货管理方法,其特征在于,所述总仓调拨指令具体为总仓调拨出库指令或总仓调拨入库指令;
    相应地,所述调拨商品具体为调拨出库商品或调拨入库商品;
    所述调拨商品数据具体为调拨出库商品数据或调拨入库商品数据。
  19. 根据权利要求11-16任一所述的自助售货管理方法,其特征在于,所述自助售货管理方法还包括:
    所述服务器将所述调拨商品数据与所述更新商品数据进行比对,并根据差异进行告警。
  20. 根据权利要求11-16任一所述的自助售货管理方法,其特征在于,所述自助售货设备在所述自助售货设备对应的编码被扫描后确认接收到所述开门请求。
