Abstract

La présente invention concerne une installation de travail en mer permettant de réaliser un travail stable même dans une région de grands fonds et apte à améliorer l'efficacité de travail. L'installation de travail en mer comprend trois colonnes (10), un pont (20) porté de manière relevable par rapport aux colonnes (10), et une grue (30) montée sur le pont (20). Le pont (20) est conçu sous la forme d'une structure flottante et comporte une partie pont principal (21) et une première partie d'extension (22) formée de façon à s'étendre à partir de la partie pont principal (21). La grue (30) est montée sur la première partie d'extension (22). L'installation de travail en mer est conçue par l'ajout de la première partie d'extension (22) et de la grue (30) à un appareil de forage à vérin retiré d'une installation de forage et d'un porte-à-faux. La première partie d'extension (22) est ajoutée à la partie pont principal (21) à l'aide d'une structure de support du porte-à-faux.
