Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage électroluminescent organique dans lequel les défauts dus à un courant de fuite sont réduits. Ce dispositif d'affichage électroluminescent organique comprend : un substrat ; une pluralité de pixels positionnés sur le substrat ; une électrode inférieure disposée pour chaque pixel de la pluralité de pixels ; un banc agencé entre des électrodes inférieures adjacentes et définissant la pluralité de pixels ; une couche de matériau organique disposée sur le dessus de l'électrode inférieure et du banc ; une électrode supérieure disposée sur la couche de matériau organique ; et une couche d'absorption de lumière disposée sur l'électrode supérieure. Une section d'absorption qui absorbe la lumière émise par la couche de matériau organique est formée dans une partie de la couche d'absorption de lumière qui, dans une vue en plan, chevauche le banc.
