Abstract

本发明提供一种锂电池热失控预警保护系统,包括:电压电流异常检测子系统,用于在锂电池充放电过程中实时采集锂电池两端的电压数据和通过锂电池的电流数据,判断电压数据和所述电流数据是否异常;当电压和/或电流异常时,停止充放电;温度异常检测子系统,用于在锂电池充放电过程中实时采集所述锂电池的温度,判断温度是否超过预先设置的温度阈值,当温度超过所述温度阈值时,发出温度异常报警;烟雾感应异常检测子系统,用于在锂电池充放电过程中实时探测是否有烟雾,当探测到烟雾时,启动报警和消防喷淋。通过三个子系统的协同作用,实现对锂电池热失控预警,有效避免因为热失控导致的不良后果。
