进一步,本体上盖设置有凸出的压板结构,上盖与装配面相扣合,所述洗涤剂盛放装置夹持在压板结构与支架结构的支撑部之间;优选的,洗涤剂盛放装置的开口处设有向外水平弯折的翻边,上盖扣合后,翻边被夹持在压板结构与支撑部之间。上盖的压板结构将洗涤剂盛放装置锁定在本体的容纳腔中,洗涤剂投放装置随洗涤水流进行翻转运动的过程中,洗涤剂盛放装置不会在容纳腔中发生移动,洗涤剂从洗涤剂盛放装置的开口流出,并最终经洗涤剂投放装置上的出液口流入洗涤桶中。
进一步,所述洗涤剂盛放装置的外周与本体构成容纳腔的内壁之间均相距一定间隔。
进一步,所述洗涤剂盛放装置内部设置有虹吸装置,所述虹吸装置包括虹吸柱与虹吸帽,所述虹吸帽套装在虹吸柱上,虹吸帽的底部与洗涤剂盛放装置底部相连通,虹吸帽的顶部密封设置并与虹吸柱的顶部相连通,所述虹吸柱的底部连接有洗涤剂投放管路,洗涤剂投放管的另一端穿出本体与外部相连通,以对洗涤剂进行投放。洗涤剂投放装置放置于洗涤桶中,洗涤水流在虹吸装置作用下快速进入洗涤剂盛放装置中,对洗涤剂进行充分稀释或溶解,并能在短时间内将稀释或溶解后的洗涤剂经洗涤剂投放管路进行投放,使得洗涤剂盛放装置中的洗涤剂利用效率高,提高用户体验。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种洗衣机,包括上述所述的洗涤剂投放装置,在洗涤衣物时,将所述洗涤剂投放装置放置于洗涤桶内部,洗涤剂投放装置随洗涤水流进行翻转运动,实现对洗涤剂的投放。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、洗涤剂投放装置结构简单,便于加工制造。
2、本发明中洗涤剂投放装置的表面布置有多个出液口,出液口既提供洗涤剂流入洗涤桶内的通路,也可使洗涤桶中的洗涤水流通过出液口进入洗涤剂投放装置内部,并进行冲刷,保证了洗涤剂能够充分稀释或溶解后进入洗涤桶内。
3、洗涤剂投放装置中设置支架结构与压板结构,使得洗涤剂盛放装置被稳固的夹持在容纳腔内部,在洗涤剂投放装置随洗涤水流进行翻转运动时,洗涤剂盛放装置不会产生位移,从而避免了洗涤剂盛放装置与上盖发生碰撞,影响洗涤剂投放装置的使用寿命,并且也保证了洗涤剂能够顺利的进行投放。
4、洗涤剂盛放装置内部设置虹吸装置,洗涤剂投放装置在使用的过程中,洗涤水流在虹吸装置的作用下快速进入洗涤剂盛放装置中,对洗涤剂进行稀释或溶解,并能在短时间内将稀释后的洗涤剂经投放管路进行投放,使得洗涤剂盛放装置中的洗涤剂利用效率高,且对洗涤剂排放较为彻底,提高用户体验。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1、图2、图3、图5所示,本发明实施例中介绍了一种洗涤剂投放装置,包括本体1,本体1中空形成容纳腔,所述本体1开口处设置有装配面9,所述上盖2可开合的覆盖在装配面9上,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12同轴套装于本体1内部,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12与容纳腔相连通,所述本体1表面布置有多个将容纳腔与外界相连通的出液口7。
本实施例中,所述装配面9上开设有本体开口,洗涤剂盛放装置12通过本体开口同轴套装于容纳腔中;所述装配面9上布置有多个通孔8,所述通孔8连通装配面两侧的容纳腔。在洗涤剂投放装置翻转运动过程中,洗涤剂盛放装置中的洗涤剂通过通孔扩散至本体的容纳腔中。
本实施例中,所述洗涤剂投放装置为球型。
本实施例中,所述上盖2与本体1通过卡接式和/或螺纹式连接,以使上盖2扣接在装配面9上。
如图1所示,本实施例中,所述上盖2与本体1通过卡接式连接,所述上盖2底部边缘一侧与本体1之间呈可旋转连接,上盖底部边缘的另一侧则设置有卡爪3,所述装配面9上设置有与上盖卡爪3相匹配卡接的凹槽4;优选的,所述上盖底部边缘布置多个卡爪3,所述装配面9上布置有多个与上盖卡爪3相匹配卡接的凹槽4。
如图2所示,本实施例中,所述上盖2与本体1之间通过螺纹式连接,所述上盖2底部 设置有凸出的上盖螺纹10,所述本体1上设置有与上盖螺纹10相匹配连接的本体螺纹11。
如图3所示,本实施例中,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12的一侧开设有开口,洗涤剂盛放装置12开口处设有向外水平弯折的翻边13,所述翻边13与所述支架结构6的支撑部相搭接;所述洗涤剂盛放装置12还设置有把手14,把手14的两端分别连接至所述翻边13的两对立侧,且可绕连接处旋转;优选的,把手14为半圆弧形,且弧形把手14的顶端落在翻边13上。洗涤剂盛放装置放置于本体内部时,把手落在翻边上,使得洗涤剂盛放装置放置于本体内部后结构更严密,并且用户通过把手对洗涤剂盛放装置进行提取或放置,用户添加洗涤剂更加方便。
本实施例中,所述容纳腔中设置有支架结构6,洗涤剂盛放装置12经支架结构6安装于容纳腔内,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12的外周与本体1构成容纳腔的内壁之间均相距一定间隔;所述支架结构6为一端与本体1相固定连接、另一端设有供洗涤剂盛放装置12支撑安装的支撑部,以支撑洗涤剂盛放装置12;优选的,支架结构6上设有多处连通口,所述连通口将支架结构6内外两侧相连通,使自开口流出洗涤剂盛放装置12的洗涤剂自连通口流入容纳腔内。
本实施例中,所述上盖2设置有凸出的压板结构5,上盖2与本体1扣合后,洗涤剂盛放装置12的翻边13被夹持在压板结构5与支架结构6支撑面之间。洗涤剂投放装置随洗涤水流发生翻转时,洗涤剂盛放装置不会发生移动,洗涤剂从洗涤剂盛放装置的开口流出,并经支架结构的连通口进入洗涤剂投放装置的容纳腔中,并经本体与上盖表面设置的出液口流入洗涤桶中。
实施例二
如图3、图4a、图4b所示,本发明实施例中介绍了另一种洗涤剂投放装置,包括本体1,所述本体1中空形成容纳腔,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12同轴套装于本体1内部,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12与容纳腔相连通,所述本体1的表面布置有多个将容纳腔与外界相连通的出液口7。
本实施例中,洗涤剂投放装置为圆柱型。
本实施例中,所述本体1设置有装配面9,所述装配面9上布置有多个通孔8,所述上盖2与本体1连接后,通孔8将装配面9两侧的容纳腔相连通,所述装配面9设置有本体开口,本体开口与洗涤剂盛放装置开口相对应同侧共轴设置。
本实施例中,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12的一侧设有开口,洗涤剂盛放装置12开口处设有向外水平弯折的翻边13;所述洗涤剂盛放装置12还设置有把手14,把手12两端可活动的连 接至所述翻边13的两对立侧,把手14为半圆弧形;优选的,弧形把手14的顶端落在翻边12上。
本实施例中,所述容纳腔中设置有支架结构6,所述支架结构6为一端与本体1相固定连接、另一端设有供支撑部,洗涤剂投放装置的翻边13搭接在支撑部上;优选的,支架结构6以及本体1一体成型设置。
本实施例中,所述上盖2可开合的覆盖在本体1上,所述上盖2与本体1通过卡接式或螺纹式连接。
如图4a所示,本实施例中,所述上盖2与本体1之间通过卡接式连接,所述本体沿开口侧壁的外周间隔布置有多个卡爪3,所述上盖2的侧壁外周间隔布置有多个与卡爪3相匹配卡接的凹槽4。
如图4b所示,本实施例中,所述上盖2与本体1通过螺纹式连接,沿所述上盖2沿侧壁内侧设置有上盖螺纹10,所述本体沿开口外侧壁设置有与上盖螺纹10相匹配连接的螺纹11。
本实施例中,所述上盖设置有凸出的压板结构5,上盖2与本体1连接后,洗涤剂盛放装置12的翻边13被夹持在支撑部与压板结构之间。将洗涤剂盛放装置经压板结构夹持在支架结构上,防止洗涤剂盛放装置在洗涤剂投放装置翻转时发生移动,影响用户使用体验。
实施例三
如图6a、图6b、图7所示,本实施例中介绍了一种洗涤剂投放装置,包括本体1和上盖2,所述上盖2与本体1连接形成容纳腔,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12与本体1一体成型,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12与容纳腔相连通,所述本体1与上盖2表面布置有多个将容纳腔与外界连通的出液口7。
本实施例中,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12同轴设置于所述本体1内部,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12的外周与本体1构成容纳腔的内壁之间均相距一定间隔。
本实施例中,所述本体1上端部设置有装配面9,所述装配面9与洗涤剂盛放装置12的开口处于同一水平面,所述上盖2可开合的装配到装配面9上,所述装配面9上布置有多个通孔8,所述通孔8连通装配面9两侧的容纳腔。在洗涤剂投放装置翻转的过程中,洗涤剂盛放装置中的洗涤剂流出,经通孔进入容纳腔,并通过出液口流入洗涤桶中。
本实施例中,所述上盖2与本体1之间通过卡接式或螺纹式连接。
如图7所示,本实施例中,所述洗涤剂盛放装置12内部设置有虹吸装置,所述虹吸装置 包括虹吸柱15与虹吸帽16,所述虹吸帽16套装在虹吸柱15上,虹吸帽16的底部与洗涤剂盛放装置12底部相连通,虹吸帽16的顶部密封设置并与虹吸柱15的顶部相连通,所述虹吸柱15的底部连接有洗涤剂投放管路17,洗涤剂投放管17的另一端穿出本体与外部相连通,以对洗涤剂进行投放。洗涤桶中的洗涤水流可在虹吸装置作用下经出液口进入洗涤剂盛放装置中,对洗涤剂进行稀释或溶解,并能在短时间内将稀释后的洗涤剂经投放管路进行投放,使得洗涤剂盛放装置中的洗涤剂利用效率高,排放较为彻底,提高用户体验。
本实施例中,所述洗涤剂投放装置为球型和/或圆柱型。
实施例四
如图1至图5所示,本实施例中介绍了一种实施例一或实施例二所述的一种洗涤剂投放装置的使用方法,在洗涤剂衣物时,将洗涤剂投放装置放置于洗衣机的洗涤桶中,洗涤剂投放装置随洗涤水流进行翻转运动,洗涤剂从洗涤剂盛放装置中流出,从而实现对洗涤剂的投放。
本实施例中,当用户需要洗涤衣物时,用户可将洗涤剂盛放装置12从本体1内取出,根据衣物量的多少将对应计量的洗涤剂添加至洗涤剂盛放装置12中,洗涤剂盛放装置12中可放置固体洗涤剂、液体洗涤剂以及消毒液体等的任一种。
本实施例中,洗涤剂投放装置随水流发生翻转,洗涤剂盛放装置12的开口朝下时,洗涤剂从洗涤剂盛放装置12中流出,经支架结构6上的连通口进入容纳腔,并经洗涤剂投放装置表面的出液口7流入洗涤桶中;同时洗涤桶中的洗涤水流经出液口7进入洗涤剂盛放装置12,对洗涤剂进行稀释或溶解;优选的,洗涤剂盛放装置中的洗涤剂还经通孔8流入容纳腔中。洗涤桶中的水流对洗涤剂投放装置内部进行冲刷,避免了洗涤剂残留,使得洗涤剂的投放效率高。
本实施例中,洗涤剂投放装置随水流发生翻转时与衣物接触摩擦,洗涤剂投放装置对衣物进行揉搓,进一步的提高了衣物的洁净度。
实施例五
如图6a、图6b、图7所示,本实施例中介绍了一种实施例三所述的一种洗涤剂投放装置的使用方法,在洗涤衣物时,将洗涤剂投放装置放置于洗衣机的洗涤桶中,在虹吸装置的作用下,洗涤桶内的水流进入洗涤剂盛放装置12中,对洗涤剂进行稀释或溶解,并通过洗涤剂投放管路17将稀释或溶解后的洗涤剂投放至洗涤桶中;同时,洗涤剂投放装置随水流翻转运 动的过程中,洗涤水流经出液口进入洗涤剂投放装置内部,并对洗涤剂投放装置内部进行冲刷,避免了洗涤剂残留,使得洗涤剂的投放效率较高。将虹吸装置设置于洗涤剂投放装置内部使洗涤剂稀释速度快,且投放效率较高。
本实施例中,当用户需要洗涤衣物时,打开洗涤剂投放装置的上盖2,用户可根据衣物量的多少将对应计量的洗涤剂添加至洗涤剂盛放装置12中,洗涤剂盛放装置12中可放置固体洗涤剂、液体洗涤剂以及消毒液体等的任一种。
本实施例中,在洗衣机洗涤的过程中,洗涤剂投放装置在随水流翻转过程中与衣物接触摩擦,洗涤剂投放装置对衣物进行揉搓,进一步的提高了衣物的洁净度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗涤剂投放装置,其特征在于:包括本体,本体中空形成容纳腔,所述容纳腔中设置有洗涤剂盛放装置,所述洗涤剂盛放装置与容纳腔相连通,所述本体表面布置有多个将容纳腔与外界相连通的出液口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤剂投放装置,其特征在于:所述本体一侧设有装配面,装配面上开设有本体开口,洗涤剂盛放装置通过本体开口同轴套装于容纳腔中,本体的上盖可开合的扣接在装配面上;
    优选的,洗涤剂盛放装置与本体一体成型设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种洗涤剂投放装置,其特征在于:所述装配面上还设置有多个通孔,所述通孔使装配面两侧的容纳腔相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种洗涤剂投放装置,其特征在于:所述洗涤剂盛放装置一侧设有开口,洗涤剂盛放装置中的洗涤剂从开口流出至容纳腔中;
    优选的,开口与本体开口相对应同侧共轴设置,令用户打开上盖后可经本体开口、开口向洗涤剂盛放装置内添加洗涤剂;
    进一步优选的,开口与装配面之间相距一定间隙,使自开口流出的洗涤剂可经间隙流入容纳腔内。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗涤剂投放装置,其特征在于:所述容纳腔中设置有支架结构,洗涤剂盛放装置经支架结构安装于容纳腔内。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种洗涤剂投放装置,其特征在于:所述支架结构为一端与本体相固定连接、另一端设有供洗涤剂盛放装置支撑安装的支撑部,以支撑洗涤剂盛放装置;
    优选的,支架结构上设有多处连通口,所述连通口将支架结构内外两侧相连通,使自开口流出洗涤剂盛放装置的洗涤剂自连通口流入容纳腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种洗涤剂投放装置,其特征在于:本体上盖设置有凸出的压板结构,上盖与装配面相扣合,所述洗涤剂盛放装置被夹持在压板结构与支架结构的支撑部之间;
    优选的,洗涤剂盛放装置的开口处设有向外水平弯折的翻边,上盖扣合后翻边被夹持在压板结构与支撑部之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种洗涤剂投放装置,其特征在于:所述洗涤剂盛放装置的外周与本体构成容纳腔的内壁之间均相距一定间隔。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗涤剂投放装置,其特征在于:所述洗涤剂盛放装置内部设置有虹吸装置,所述虹吸装置包括虹吸柱与虹吸帽,所述虹吸帽套装在虹吸柱上,虹吸帽的底部与洗涤剂盛放装置底部相连通,虹吸帽的顶部密封设置并与虹吸柱的顶部相连通,所述虹吸柱的底部连接有洗涤剂投放管路,洗涤剂投放管的另一端穿出本体与外部相连通,以对洗涤剂进行投放。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-9任一所述的洗涤试剂投放装置,在洗涤衣物时,将所述洗涤剂投放装置放置于洗涤桶内部,洗涤剂投放装置随洗涤水流进行翻转运动,实现对洗涤剂的投放。
