具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
实施例一
请参阅图1、图2,本发明的实施例一提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括壳体10、可伸缩地收容于壳体10内的雾化器20、安装在雾化器20上的活动组件30以及与雾化器20电性连接的电源装置40,使用时,雾化器20在电源装置40的电驱动作用下加热烟液生成烟雾以供用户使用。
壳体10包括第一壳体11以及分别可拆卸地安装在第一壳体11相对两端的第二壳体12和第三壳体13。第一壳体11大致呈两端贯通的筒状结构,第一壳体11的内腔左右隔设形成有第一容腔111和第二容腔112,第二壳体12安装在第一壳体11的下端,且同时关闭第一容腔111和第二容腔112的底部,第三壳体13安装在第一壳体11的上端,且关闭第二容腔112的顶部。具体地,雾化器20可伸缩地收容在第一容腔111内,雾化器20与第一容腔111的腔壁滑动连接,且能够由第一容腔111的开口端伸出或缩回,电源装置40收容在第二容腔112 内。可以理解地,由于雾化器20与电源装置40左右分列在壳体10内,缩短了电子烟的整体长度,使得电子烟方便携带及存放。
雾化器20包括雾化壳21、分别安装在雾化壳21相对两端的顶盖组件22和底座组件23以及收容在雾化壳21内的雾化头(图未示出)。
请再次参阅图2,雾化壳21大致呈两端贯通的筒状结构,本实施方式中,顶盖组件22包括可拆卸地安装在雾化壳21上端的顶盖221,顶盖221呈两端贯通的柱状结构,底座组件23包括可拆卸地安装在雾化壳21下端的底座231以及安装在底座231上的第一电极232,底座231两端贯通,底座231的上端向上延伸,穿过雾化壳21的内腔后与顶盖221可拆卸地连接,使得雾化壳21、顶盖221与底座231三者相对固定,此时,雾化壳21、顶盖221与底座231三者围成的空腔构成用于存储烟液的储液腔210,用户拆卸顶盖组件22,将储液腔210打开时便可进行注液操作。
雾化头收容在底座231内,且与第一电极232电性连接。底座231上对应储液腔210开设有进液孔(图未标),使得雾化头的侧壁与储液腔210液体连通,以便于烟液进入至雾化头内被雾化成烟雾。底座231上靠近第一电极232处开设有通气孔(图未标),第一壳体11上对应通气孔开设有进气孔(图未标),外部空气通过进气孔、通气孔进入雾化头内,与生成的烟雾混合,而雾化头的顶部通过底座231的上部与顶盖221气体连通,以便于空气与烟雾的混合物经由顶盖221进入至用户口中。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,顶盖组件22包括顶盖221以及安装在顶盖221上的烟嘴,用户通过烟嘴吸食烟雾。
本实施方式中,底座组件23还包括可拆卸地安装在底座231下部的第一磁性件233,具体地,第一磁性件233呈两端贯通的环状结构,第一磁性件233通过螺纹连接套设在底座231的外部。
活动组件30安装在雾化器20的底部且能够在第一容腔111内沿第一容腔111的轴向滑动,以此带动雾化器20由第一容腔111内伸出或回缩至第一容腔111内,活动组件30包括活动座31、电极座32、第二电极33、第二磁性件34、第一支架35、推杆36以及弹性件37。
请同时参阅图3,活动座31大致呈两端贯通的筒状结构,电极座32安装在活动座31的内部,第二电极33安装在电极座32上,且第二电极33的上端贯穿电极座32的顶部后与第一电极232接触并电性连接,第二电极33的下端通过导线与电源装置40电性连接,以实现电源装置40电驱动雾化头工作。第二磁性件34夹设在电极座32的外壁与活动座31的内壁之间,且与第一磁性件233对应设置。第一磁性件233与第二磁性件34磁性连接从而实现雾化器20与活动组件30可拆卸的连接关系,且当两者连接时,通过沿第一容腔111的轴向活动活动组件30,雾化器20可在活动组件30的带动下相对壳体10伸缩移动。本实施方式中,第一磁性件233与第二磁性件34均为磁铁。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一磁性件233和第二磁性件34中的一个具有磁性即可,另一个由能够被磁性吸附的材料制成,例如,可以是铁、钴、镍中的至少一种。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一磁 性件233与第二磁性件34还可以省略,此时,底座231与活动座31通过螺纹连接或卡接等方式连接亦可实现雾化器20与活动组件30的可拆卸连接关系,此处不作限制。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,雾化器20与活动组件30还可以是固定连接。
第一支架35收容于活动座31的内部且位于电极座32的下方,推杆36的一端贯穿活动座31的侧壁后与第一支架35可拆卸地连接。第一壳体11的侧壁上沿第一壳体11的轴向对应推杆36开设有连通第一容腔111的导槽113,推杆36远离第一支架35的一端伸出导槽113。用户沿导槽113推动推杆36时,活动座31在推杆36的带动下沿第一容腔111的轴向滑动,进而使得雾化器20能够在活动组件30的带动下沿第一容腔111的轴向伸缩移动。为了便于推动推杆36,推杆36远离第一支架35的一端设置有防滑部(图未示出),可以理解地,所述防滑部包括但不限于凸起、凹槽等。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一支架35、推杆36可以省略,活动座31的侧壁上对应导槽113凸设有伸出导槽113的凸起,该凸起用作推杆36。
弹性件37弹性抵持在第一容腔111的腔壁与活动座31的外壁之间,由此,活动座31远离弹性件37的一侧紧贴在第一容腔111的腔壁上,一方面可提升用户推动推杆36的手感,另一方面也可以避免活动座31自由向下滑落,从而影响用户使用。同时,活动座31的侧壁上开设有固定槽311,弹性件37安装在固定槽311内,可有效避免弹性件37与活动座31脱离。本实施方式中,弹性件37为不锈钢弹片,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,弹性件37还可以是诸如弹簧等具有弹性和刚性的元件,此处不作限制。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,弹性件37还可以省略,此时,只需在完成雾化器20的调节之后,将螺栓、螺钉等紧固件穿过第一壳体11后抵顶在活动座31上,从而将活动座31压紧在第一腔室111的腔壁上即可。
请再次参阅图3,当用户需要向储液腔210内注入烟液时,向上推动推杆36,进而带动活动座31向上滑动,此时,雾化器20在活动组件30的带动下向上移动,当推杆36抵持在导槽113的上端时,雾化器20至少部分伸出第一容腔111,至此,雾化器20处于伸出状态。对于处于伸出状态的雾化器20,用户可以进行注液操作。在本实施方式中,储液腔210的注液口为雾化壳21的上端开口,顶盖组件22为注液件,当雾化器20处于伸出状态时,顶盖组件22完全露出,用户可直接将顶盖组件22拆下,进行注液。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,还可以进一步增加注液难度,以加强儿童防护效果。具体地,可以将注液口设置在雾化器20的侧部或者底部,当雾化器20处于伸出状态时,用于关闭或打开注液口的注液件并未暴露于壳体10外,或者,注液件暴露于壳体10外的部分较少,用户难以操作。用户需要先向上推动推杆36,使得雾化器20处于伸出状态,再通过雾化器20伸出壳体10的部分将雾化器20自壳体10取出后,才可将注液件打开,以实现注液功能。
请参阅图4,当不使用雾化器20时,用户向下推动推杆36,进而带动活动座31向下滑动,此时,雾化器20在活动组件30的带动下向下移动,当推杆36抵持在导槽113的下端时,雾化器20完全回缩至第一容腔111内,至此,雾化器20处于缩回状态,用户无法将储液腔 210打开,进而无法实现注液操作。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,只要使得雾化器20处于缩回状态时,注液件至少部分位于第一容腔111内,使得儿童无法打开注液件,防止儿童接触到储液腔210内的烟液即可,雾化器20处于缩回状态时,雾化器20的其他部分是否在第一容腔111内,此处不做限制。
综上,当雾化器20不使用时,雾化器20完全回缩至第一容腔111内,能够避免儿童轻易打开储液腔210,防止儿童接触甚至误食烟液的情况发生,起到了儿童防护功能。同时,壳体10能够对雾化器20及电源装置40起到防护作用,避免损坏。
另外,请参阅图3、图4,本发明的电子烟还包括开关装置50以及点烟装置60。开关装置50、点烟装置60以及活动组件30三者相互配合,当滑动活动组件30至活动组件30与开关装置50分离时,点烟装置60被解锁,即,此时操作点烟装置60能够使得电源装置40与雾化器20之间的电路处于导通状态,从而电源装置40能够向雾化器20供电以驱动雾化器20工作雾化烟液。当滑动活动组件30至活动组件30与开关装置50相抵持时,点烟装置60被锁定,即,无论是否操作点烟装置60,电源装置40与雾化器20之间的电路均处于断开状态。
请参阅图5,在本实施方式中,电子烟还包括控制板61。雾化器20、电源装置40、开关装置50以及点烟装置60均与控制板61电性连接。当滑动活动组件30至活动组件30与开关装置50分离时,开关装置50产生触发信号,并将触发信号反馈给控制板61。当控制板61接收到触发信号时,控制板61解锁点烟装置60。处于解锁状态的点烟装置60可以在用户的操作下产生启动信号,并反馈给控制板61。当控制板61接收到启动信号时,控制板61控制雾化器20启动,即,控制雾化器20与电源装置40之间的电路导通。当滑动活动组件30至活动组件30与开关装置50抵持时,触发信号中断,控制板61锁定点烟装置60。点烟装置60可以是开关,也可以是气流传感器。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,还可以是雾化器20、电源装置40、开关装置50以及点烟装置60四者串联,省略控制板61。当滑动活动组件30至活动组件30与开关装置50分离时,开关装置50闭合,点烟装置60被解锁,操作点烟装置60使得点烟装置60也闭合时,电源装置40与雾化器20之间的电路处于导通状态。当滑动活动组件30至活动组件30与开关装置50相抵持时,开关装置50断开,显然,此时无论操作点烟装置60至闭合还是断开状态,电源装置40与雾化器20之间的电路均处于断开状态。开关装置50和点烟装置60均是具有通/断作用的开关。
开关装置50位于活动组件30的下方且设置在第一容腔111的内部。本实施方式中,开关装置50固定安装在第二壳体12上,活动座31的底部对应开关装置50向下凸设有抵持部312。开关装置50为一弹簧开关,且该弹簧开关在自然状态下处于闭合状态,即雾化器20的顶部伸出,且抵持部312未推抵开关装置50时,开关装置50闭合,产生触发信号。当用户将雾化器20回缩至第一容腔111内,且活动座31上的抵持部312推抵开关装置50时,此时, 开关装置50处于断开状态,开关装置50产生的触发信号中断。

点烟装置60、控制板61均位于电源装置40的上方且设置在第二容腔112的内部,由此使得电子烟的结构更加紧凑,也方便了用户点烟操作。
请再次参阅图1、图2,为了固定控制板61以及点烟装置60,本发明的电子烟还包括收容在第二容腔112内的第二支架70以及可拆卸地安装在第二支架70上的第一固定件80。第二支架70大致呈两端贯通的筒状结构,第一固定件80卡接在第二支架70的一侧,使得第一固定件80部分卡嵌在第二支架70的外壁与第二容腔112的腔壁之间,从而将第二支架70固定在第二容腔112内。控制板61竖直插装在第二支架70上,点烟装置60包括按压部(图未标)和设置在控制板61上的电子开关(图未标),按压部的一端依次贯穿第一壳体11及第二支架70后与电子开关对应。综上,当用户使用雾化器20时,雾化器20至少部分伸出壳体10的外部,同时,点烟装置60被解锁,用户按压点烟装置60便可启动雾化器20;当用户未使用雾化器20时,雾化器20完全缩回至壳体10的内部,同时,点烟装置60被锁定,此时,即便是按压点烟装置60,也无法启动雾化器20,能够有效防止儿童误触点烟装置60从而启动雾化器20的情况发生,起到了安全防护作用。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,活动组件30还可以省略,导槽113对应雾化器20设置在第一壳体11的侧壁上,用户通过导槽113直接拨动雾化器20,同样能够使得雾化器20于第一容腔111内上下滑动,以实现雾化器20的伸缩功能。对应的,抵持部312对应开关装置50直接设置在雾化壳21的底部,只需通过拨动雾化器20,使得抵持部312推抵开关装置50或与开关装置50分离即可。
本发明提供的电子烟,当雾化器20至少部分伸出壳体10外部的同时,点烟装置60被解锁,用户触发点烟装置60可正常使用;当雾化器20完全缩回至壳体10内部的同时,点烟装置60被锁定,即便是用户操作点烟装置60,雾化器20也无法工作,避免了儿童轻易打开储 液腔210接触甚至吸食烟液的情况发生,同时也避免了儿童误触发点烟装置60而启动雾化器20的情况发生,起到了儿童防护功能。可以理解地,本实施例中的防止点烟装置60误触发的结构,还可以应用到使用其他类型的发烟物质(例如,烟膏、烟丝)的电子烟中。
本发明提供的电子烟,雾化器20与壳体10相配合,需要将雾化器20至少部分滑出壳体10外,才能使用雾化器20。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,雾化器20可以不与壳体10相配合,例如,雾化器20始终裸露于壳体10外,只要使得雾化器20与抵持部312联动,通过活动雾化器20带动抵持部312活动,从而使得抵持部312与开关装置50之间的配合关系在第一配合关系和第二配合关系之间切换即可。当抵持部312与开关装置50处于第一配合关系时,开关装置50产生触发信号,或者开关装置50闭合,从而使得点烟装置60被解锁;当抵持部312与开关装置50处于第二配合关系时,开关装置50的触发信号中断,或者开关装置50断开,从而使得点烟装置60被锁定。第一配合关系是指抵持部312与开关装置50相抵持,第二配合关系是指抵持部312与开关装置50相分离。或者,第一配合关系是指抵持部312与开关装置50相分离,第二配合关系是指抵持部312与开关装置50相抵持。根据雾化器20与电子烟主体的连接方式不同,活动雾化器20的方式也不同,活动雾化器20的方式包括但不限于翻转、滑动、平移。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,还可以通过其他方式来解锁或锁定点烟装置60。例如,开关装置50可以省略,电子烟还包括一个与雾化器20联动的分隔件(图未示出),当雾化器20处于缩回状态时,分隔件位于按压部和电子开关之间,此时,点烟装置60处于锁定状态,用户操作按压部,按压部只能抵持分隔件,无法触发电子开关,当雾化器20处于伸出状态时,分隔件自按压部和电子开关之间移出,此时,点烟装置60处于解锁状态,用户操作按压部,按压部抵持电子开关,电子开关产生启动信号。
实施例二
请参阅图6、图9,本发明实施例二提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括壳体10、可伸缩地收容于壳体10内的雾化器20a、安装在雾化器20a上的活动组件30以及与雾化器20a电性连接的电源装置40,使用时,雾化器20a在电源装置40的电驱动作用下加热烟液生成烟雾,烟雾供用户使用。
壳体10包括相互连接的第一壳体11和第二壳体12,第一壳体11和第二壳体12共同构成一中空的腔体结构,即,壳体10内形成有一空腔。所述空腔的腔顶壁由部分第一壳体11构成,所述空腔的腔底壁由部分第二壳体12构成,所述空腔左右隔设形成有第一容腔111和第二容腔112。具体地,雾化器20a可伸缩地收容在第一容腔111内,壳体10的第一壳体11上对应雾化器20a设置有与第一容腔111连通的开口(图未标出),雾化器20a能够由所述开口伸出或缩回,电源装置40收容在第二容腔112内。由于雾化器20a与电源装置40左右分列在壳体10内,从而缩短了电子烟的整体长度,方便用户携带及存放。同时,壳体10能够对雾化器20a及电源装置40起到防护作用,避免损坏。另外,壳体10上开设有与第二容腔 112连通的散热孔(图未标出),用于将电源装置40工作时产生的热量导出至壳体10外的外部大气中。
本实施方式中,第一壳体11和第二壳体12卡接后通过螺栓再次紧固连接,提升了第一壳体11和第二壳体12之间的连接稳定性。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一壳体11和第二壳体12之间还可仅通过卡接或螺栓、螺钉等紧固件连接的方式可拆卸的连接,或者第一壳体11和第二壳体12为一体成型结构,以方便加工生产。
此外,壳体10还包括收容于第一容腔111内且与所述开口对应的套管14,套管14大致呈两端贯通的筒状结构,具体地,雾化器20a沿套管14的轴向可滑动地设置,使得雾化器20a可伸缩的收容在套管14内。此外,套管14的内壁上沿套管14的轴向间隔开设有两个凹槽141,即两个凹槽141处于同一直线的上、下位置。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,套管14与第二壳体12为一体成型结构,或套管14可省略,此时,凹槽141设置在第一容腔111的腔壁上。
雾化器20a包括雾化壳21、收容于雾化壳21内部的通气管25以及安装在雾化壳21一端的底座组件23。
雾化壳21大致呈下端具有开口的中空筒状结构,底座组件23包括安装在雾化壳21下端开口内的底座231以及分别安装在底座231上的发热件(图未示出)、导液件(图未示出)、第一电极接触236和第二电极接触234。雾化壳21的顶部开设有出烟口211,通气管25的上端与雾化壳21的顶部连接并与出烟口211相连通,通气管25的下端与底座231连接或者与发热件连接,底座231大致呈上端具有开口的中空筒状结构,底座231、雾化壳21及通气管25之间形成的空腔形成有用于存储烟液的储液腔210。雾化壳21由透明或半透明材料制成,第二壳体12上开设有可视窗口(图未标出),使得用户可通过所述可视窗口透过雾化壳21观察储液腔210内的烟液量。此外,雾化壳21的侧壁上开设有与储液腔210连通的注液口212,注液口212上安装有用作注液件的密封塞(图未示出),当用户将雾化器20a从壳体10内取出时,拆卸下所述密封塞,可经由注液口212向储液腔210内注入烟液,可以理解地,所述密封塞可以由硅胶或橡胶等密封材料制成。
本实施方式中,通气管25的下端与底座231连接,所述发热件与所述导液件相互接触设置且均收容于通气管25的下端内,所述发热件缠绕在所述导液件的外部,通气管25下端的相对两侧各设置有一个与储液腔210连通的进液孔251,所述导液件的两端穿过进液孔251后伸入至储液腔210内并与储液腔210相连通。或者,通气管25下端的相对两侧各设置有一个与储液腔210连通的导液孔(图未标出),所述导液件的两端位于通气管25内且对应所述导液孔设置,储液腔210内的烟液通过所述导液孔流入通气管25内被所述导液件吸收。所述发热件上具有两个电极,所述发热件的一个电极与第一电极接触236电性连接,所述发热件的另一个电极与第二电极接触234电性连接,当第一电极接触236与第二电极接触234通电后,能够使得所述发热件通电工作进而加热所述导液件上吸收的烟液,使烟液雾化生成烟雾, 烟雾依次通过通气管25及出烟口211进入至用户口中。本实施方式中,所述发热件为发热丝,所述导液件为棉花。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,所述导液件的材料还可以是纤维、多孔陶瓷、多孔石墨等。
此外,底座231由橡胶材料制成,提升底座231与雾化壳21之间密封性的同时,也对第一电极接触236与第二电极接触234之间起到电性隔离的作用。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,底座231还可以由硅胶等密封绝缘材料制成。本实施方式中,底座组件23还包括第二固定件235,第二固定件235呈片状结构。雾化壳21下端的内壁上设置有阶梯平台(图未标出),第二固定件235收容于雾化壳21内且第二固定件235的上端面与所述阶梯平台相抵持,底座231安装在雾化壳21的下端内且与第二固定件235的下端面相抵持,从而对底座231的安装起到限位作用。同时,通气管25的下端穿过第二固定件235后与底座231连接,为了实现储液腔210内的烟液通过第二固定件235而被所述导液件吸收,第二固定件235上开设有与储液腔210连通的通孔241,工作时,储液腔210内的烟液流过通孔241后被所述导液件吸收。
本实施方式中,底座组件23还包括第一磁性件233,第一磁性件233大致呈两端贯通的环状结构,第一磁性件233套设在底座231的外部或套设在雾化壳21的下端外。
此外,雾化壳21的侧壁上对应底座231开设有与底座231的内腔连通的进气孔(图未标出),外部气体由所述进气孔进入雾化器20a内,与生成的烟雾混合后经由通气管25流出。同时,所述进气孔设置在雾化壳21的侧壁上,底座231上用于连通所述进气孔和底座231内腔的通气孔(图未标出)对应设置在底座231的侧壁上,如此,即使烟液进入到底座231的内腔中,也可有效避免烟液由底座231的底部泄漏的情况发生。此外,由所述进气孔和所述通气孔构成的进气通道沿雾化器20a的径向设置,而由通气管25的内腔、出烟口211构成的出烟通道沿雾化器20a的轴向设置,如此,进气通道与出烟通道相垂直,增加了抽吸阻力,可以防止大颗粒烟液由于抽吸过猛而被吸入用户口中。
活动组件30安装在雾化器20a的底部且能够沿套管14的轴向可滑动地收容于套管14内,以此带动雾化器20a活动进而使得雾化器20a从壳体10内伸出或回缩至壳体10内,具体地,活动组件30包括活动座31、第一极柱321、第二极柱322、第二磁性件34、第三支架351、推杆36、弹性件37及锁止件38。
活动座31大致呈中空的筒状结构,且能够沿套管14的轴向于套管14内活动。第一极柱321和第二极柱322均安装在活动座31上,具体地,第一极柱321的上端贯穿活动座31的顶部后与第一电极接触236接触并电性连接,第二极柱322的上端贯穿活动座31的顶部后与第二电极接触234接触并电性连接,第一极柱321的下端及第二极柱322的下端分别与电源装置40的正、负极电性连接,进而实现电源装置40向所述发热件供电的功能。第二磁性件34安装在活动座31的上端面,并能够与第一磁性件233磁性连接,通过第一磁性件233与第二磁性件34的磁性连接关系实现了雾化器20a与活动组件30可拆卸的连接关系,且当二 者连接时,通过活动活动座31能够带动雾化器20a相对壳体10移动。本实施方式中,第一磁性件233与第二磁性件34均为磁铁。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一磁性件233与第二磁性件34还可以省略,此时,底座231与活动座31通过螺纹连接或卡接等方式连接亦可实现雾化器20a与活动组件30的可拆卸连接关系,此处不作限制。还可理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,雾化器20a与活动组件30还可以固定连接。
活动座31的侧壁上沿活动座31的径向开设有固定槽311,固定槽311与活动座31的内腔相连通。第三支架351大致呈一端具有开口的中空筒状结构,第三支架351固定安装在固定槽311内,且第三支架351的开口端沿活动座31的径向朝向远离活动座31的方向设置。弹性件37的一端与第三支架351的封闭端连接,弹性件37的另一端连接锁止件38,锁止件38在弹性件37的弹力作用下能够与套管14上的凹槽141锁止,进而使得活动组件30与套管14之间相互锁定而保持固定,避免活动组件30自由向下滑落。具体地,当锁止件38与位于下方的凹槽141锁止时,雾化器20a完全回缩在壳体10的内部;当锁止件38与位于上方的凹槽141锁止时,雾化器20a至少部分伸出至壳体10的外部。并且,当锁止件38与其中任意一个凹槽141锁止时,用户用力移动活动组件30,能够使得锁止件38与当前的凹槽141相脱离,并与另外一个凹槽141相锁止,进而使得锁止件38能够于两个凹槽141之间移动。
综上,通过锁止件38与凹槽141的锁止关系,一方面可实现活动组件30与套管14的固定关系,另一方面,也对雾化器20a是否伸出或回缩到位起到提醒作用,方便用户操作,同时,当锁止件38与凹槽141相脱离时,锁止件38在弹性件37的弹力作用下与套管14的内壁相抵持,进而提升了用户滑动活动组件30时的手感。本实施方式中,弹性件37为弹簧,锁止件38为钢珠。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,弹性件37还可以是诸如薄不锈钢片、铜制弹片等具有刚性和弹性的元件,此处不作限制。还可以理解地,第三支架351还可以省略,此时,固定槽311为盲孔,弹性件37的一端与固定槽311的槽底壁连接,同样能够达到上述效果,且结构更加简单,也更易于生产。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,弹性件37及锁止件38还可均省略,此时,只需在完成雾化器20a的调节之后,将螺栓、螺钉等紧固件穿过壳体10后抵顶在活动座31上,从而将活动座31压紧在套管14的内壁上即可。
请同时参阅图8、图9,推杆36的一端贯穿第二壳体12后与活动座31连接,第二壳体12的侧壁上沿雾化器20a的移动方向对应推杆36开设有连通第一容腔111的导槽113,推杆36远离活动座31的一端伸出导槽113暴露于壳体10外。用户沿导槽113推动推杆36时,活动座31在推杆36的带动下沿套管14的轴向移动,进而使得雾化器20a能够在活动组件30的带动下沿第一容腔111的轴向移动。为了便于推动推杆36,推杆36远离活动座31的一端设置有防滑部(图未示出),可以理解地,所述防滑部包括但不限于凸起、凹陷槽等。本实施方式中,推杆36由对应导槽113凸设在活动座31上的凸起形成,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,推杆36还可以通过螺纹连接、卡接等方式与活动座31可拆卸地连接。
请参阅图7、图10,当用户需要向储液腔210内注入烟液时,向上推动推杆36,进而带动活动座31向上滑动,此时,雾化器20a在活动组件30的带动下向上移动,当推杆36抵持在导槽113的上端时,锁止件38与上方的凹槽141锁止,雾化器20a至少部分伸出第一容腔111,至此,雾化器20a处于伸出状态。当密封塞在雾化器20a处于伸出状态下并未裸露出来时,用户需通过雾化器20a上伸出的部分进一步将雾化器20a取出,进而取下所述密封塞,才能够通过注液口212进行注液操作;而当密封塞在雾化器20a处于伸出状态下已经裸露出来时,用户无需取出雾化器20a,直接取下所述密封塞进行注液操作即可。
请参阅图6、图10,当用户不使用雾化器20a时,用户向下推动推杆36,进而带动活动座31向下滑动,此时,雾化器20a在活动组件30的带动下向下移动,当推杆36抵持在导槽113的下端时,锁止件38与位于下方的凹槽141相锁止,雾化器20a完全回缩至第一容腔111内,至此,雾化器20a处于缩回状态,用户无法将注液口212打开,进而无法实现注液操作。并且,雾化器20a处于缩回状态时,电子烟整体的长度缩短,由此,可以方便用户携带;出烟口211位于第一容腔111内,可以防止被污染,使得用户使用时更加卫生。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,雾化器20a还包括可拆卸地连接在雾化壳21上端的顶盖组件(图未示出),此时,注液口212设置在雾化壳21的顶端上并与储液腔210相连通,所述顶盖组件盖设在注液口212上,当雾化器20a处于伸出状态时,所述顶盖组件完全露出,用户可直接将所述顶盖组件卸下,进行注液。
综上,无论处于上述的哪种情况,用户必须先通过推动活动组件30使得雾化器20a处于伸出状态的情况下才能够进一步实现注液操作,注液操作难度增加,避免了儿童轻易打开注液口212进而接触甚至误食烟液的情况发生,起到了儿童防护的作用。
请参阅图9-图11,本发明的电子烟还包括开关装置50以及点烟装置60,其中,开关装置50安装在活动组件30的活动座31上,且开关装置50部分伸出活动座31外,开关装置50伸出活动座31外的部分能够卡入凹槽141内或与套管14的内壁相抵持。套管14的内壁构成一抵持部。开关装置50、点烟装置60以及活动组件30三者相互配合,具体地,请参阅图10,开关装置50伸出活动座31外的部分位于锁止件38的上方,当滑动活动组件30使得开关装置50在活动组件30的带动下与位于上方的凹槽141脱离进而与套管14的内壁相抵持时,点烟装置60被解锁,即,此时操作点烟装置60能够使得电源装置40驱动雾化器20a工作以雾化烟液。请参阅图9,当滑动活动组件30至开关装置50卡入位于上方的凹槽141内时,点烟装置60被锁定,即,无论是否操作点烟装置60,电源装置40与雾化器20a之间的电路均处于断开状态。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,还可以是开关装置50伸出活动座31外的部分位于锁止件38的下方,当滑动活动组件30至开关装置50卡入位于下方的凹槽141内时,点烟装置60被解锁;当滑动活动组件30至开关装置50在活动组件30的带动下与位于下方的凹槽141脱离进而与套管14的内壁相抵持时,点烟装置60被锁定。
本实施方式中,电子烟还包括控制板61。雾化器20a、电源装置40、开关装置50以及 点烟装置60均与控制板61电性连接。向上滑动活动组件30至雾化器20a处于伸出状态时,开关装置50脱离位于上方的凹槽141与套管14的内壁相抵持(即,开关装置50与抵持部抵持),或者,开关装置50卡入位于下方的凹槽141内(即,开关装置50与抵持部分离),开关装置50处于触发状态,此时,开关装置50产生触发信号,并将触发信号反馈给控制板61。当控制板61接收到触发信号时,控制板61解锁点烟装置60。处于解锁状态的点烟装置60可以在用户的操作下进入触发状态,即,在用户的操作下产生启动信号,并反馈给控制板61。当控制板61接收到启动信号时,控制板61控制雾化器20a启动,即,控制雾化器20a与电源装置40之间的电路导通。向下滑动活动组件30至雾化器20a处于缩回状态时,开关装置50卡入位于上方的凹槽141内(即,开关装置50与抵持部分离),或者,开关装置50脱离位于下方的凹槽141与套管14的内壁相抵持(即,开关装置50与抵持部抵持),使得开关装置50的触发信号中断,控制板61锁定点烟装置60。请再次参阅图6、图7,本实施方式中,点烟装置60安装在壳体10的外壁上,且为一按压式开关。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,点烟装置60还可以是一传感器。例如,雾化器20a上设置有感应通道(图未示出),通气管25的内腔以及出烟口211连通构成出烟通道,烟雾经由所述出烟通道进入至用户口中,所述感应通道通过底座231与所述出烟通道相连通,点烟装置60设置在所述感应通道内,此时,做为点烟装置60的所述传感器在用户抽吸时产生启动信号,所述传感器可以是气压传感器,其感应到所述感应通道内气压变化时产生启动信号,或者,所述传感器可以是气流传感器,其感应到所述感应通道内气流变化时产生启动信号。又例如,所述传感器是压力传感器,靠近出烟口211设置,当用户抽吸时,用户的嘴唇压迫所述传感器使得所述传感器产生启动信号。与实施例一相比,不同之处在于,与雾化器联动设置的部件不同,具体地,在本实施例中,雾化器20a与开关装置50联动设置,通过活动雾化器20a带动开关装置50活动,使得抵持部与开关装置50在第一配合关系和第二配合关系之间切换。
在本实施方式中,由开关装置50产生触发信号使得点烟装置60被解锁。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,还可以是点烟装置60产生触发信号使得开关装置50被解锁。具体地,当用户按压点烟装置60时,点烟装置60产生触发信号,并将触发信号反馈给控制板61。当控制板61接收到触发信号时,控制板61解锁开关装置50。此时,用户通过将雾化器20a移动至伸出状态时,开关装置50进入待触发状态,产生启动信号。因此,只要使得满足开关装置50以及点烟装置60同时处于触发状态的条件才能使得雾化器20a与电源装置40之间的电路导通即可。开关装置50和点烟装置60中的一个在触发状态时产生触发信号,另一个在触发状态时产生启动信号。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,控制板61还可省略,此时,雾化器20a、电源装置40、开关装置50以及点烟装置60四者串联。当滑动活动组件30至雾化器20a处于伸出状态时,开关装置50闭合,此时,点烟装置60也闭合时,电源装置40与雾化器20a之间的电路处于导通状态。当滑动活动组件30至雾化器20a处于回缩状态时,开关装置50断开,此时,无论操作点烟装置60至闭合还是断开状态,电源装置40与雾化器20a之间的电路均处于断开状态。可以理解地,开关装置50和点烟装置60均是具有通/断作用的开关。可 以理解地,在该种实施方式下,开关装置50处于触发状态是指开关装置50处于闭合状态,点烟装置60处于触发状态是指点烟装置60处于闭合状态。满足开关装置50以及点烟装置60同时处于触发状态的条件才能使得雾化器20a与电源装置40之间的电路导通。另外,可以理解地,用户可以先操作点烟装置60使得点烟装置60处于触发状态,然后再滑动活动组件30至雾化器20a处于伸出状态,使得开关装置50也处于触发状态。即,对于开关装置50和点烟装置60的触发时间的先后不做限定。
在本实施方式中,开关装置50包括一弹簧开关,当雾化器20a至少部分伸出壳体10外时,该弹簧开关能够与位于上方的凹槽141相脱离进而在套管14内壁的抵持作用下处于闭合状态,以产生触发信号。当用户完全将雾化器20a回缩至壳体10的内部时,该弹簧开关卡入位于上方的凹槽141内,该弹簧开关在弹力作用下复位(即,处于自然状态下)断开,此时,该弹簧开关处于断开状态,使得触发信号中断。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,还可以是开关装置50在自然状态下处于闭合状态,当开关装置50脱离凹槽141进而被套管14的内壁抵持时处于断开状态。具体地,当雾化器20a至少部分伸出壳体10外时,开关装置50卡入位于下方的凹槽141内,开关装置50处于闭合状态,进而产生触发信号,点烟装置60被解锁,当雾化器20a完全回缩至壳体10内时,开关装置50脱离位于下方的凹槽141并在套管14内壁的抵持作用下处于断开状态,进而使得触发信号中断,点烟装置60被锁定。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,还可以是开关装置50处于断开状态时产生触发信号,而处于闭合状态时,触发信号中断。
本实施方式中,开关装置50位于锁止件38的上方,当滑动活动组件30至锁止件38锁止于下方的凹槽141内时,此时,雾化器20a完全回缩在壳体10的内部,开关装置50卡入上方的凹槽141内而处于断开状态;当滑动活动组件30至锁止件38锁止于上方的凹槽141内时,此时,雾化器20a至少部分伸出壳体10的外部,开关装置50在套管14内壁的抵持作用下处于闭合状态。
综上,当用户使用雾化器20a时,需要使得雾化器20a至少部分伸出壳体10的外部,才能使得点烟装置60被解锁,进而用户按压点烟装置60才能启动雾化器20a;当用户未使用雾化器20a时,雾化器20a完全回缩至壳体10的内部,使得点烟装置60被锁定,此时,即便是按压点烟装置60,也无法启动雾化器20a,能够有效防止儿童误触点烟装置60从而启动雾化器20a的情况发生,起到了安全防护作用。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,活动组件30还可以省略,导槽113对应雾化器20a设置在壳体10的侧壁上,用户通过导槽113直接拨动雾化器20a,同样能够使得雾化器20a于第一容腔111内上下滑动,以实现雾化器20a的伸缩功能。对应的,开关装置50安装在雾化器20a的外部,只需通过拨动雾化器20a,使得开关装置50在雾化器20a的带动下卡入凹槽141内或脱离凹槽141后被套管14的内壁抵持即可。
此外,开关装置50在雾化器20a的带动下卡入位于下方的凹槽141时与壳体10之间形成第一配合关系,开关装置50在雾化器20a的带动下与壳体10的内壁相抵持时与壳体10之间形成第二配合关系,或者,开关装置50在雾化器20a的带动下与壳体10的内壁相抵持时与壳体10之间形成第一配合关系,开关装置50在雾化器20a的带动下卡入位于上方的凹槽141时与壳体10之间形成第二配合关系,由上述可知,当雾化器20a至少部分伸出壳体10外时,开关装置50于所述第一配合关系切换至所述第二配合关系,从而进入触发状态。
本发明实施例二提供的电子烟,当雾化器20a至少部分伸出壳体10外部的同时,点烟装置60被解锁,用户启动点烟装置60可正常使用;当雾化器20a完全回缩至壳体10内部的同时,点烟装置60被锁定,即便是用户操作点烟装置60,雾化器20a也无法工作,避免了儿童轻易打开储液腔210接触甚至误食烟液的情况发生,同时也避免了儿童误触发点烟装置60而启动雾化器20a的情况发生,起到了儿童防护作用。
实施例三
请参阅图12,本发明实施例三提供的电子烟相较于实施例二的电子烟的区别就在于:本实施方式的电子烟中的雾化器20b结构不同,具体地,表现为所述发热件与所述导液件的布置方式不同。
本实施方式中,所述发热件大致呈“T”字形的中空管状结构,所述发热件包括相互连接的大口端(图未示出)和小口端(图未示出),所述大口端位于所述小口端的上方,所述发热件套设在通气管25的下端,所述小口端收容于底座231的内腔中,所述大口端位于所述第二固定件235与底座231之间,所述导液件夹设于所述大口端与第二固定件235之间并与第二固定件235上的通孔241相连通。本实施方式中,所述发热件为陶瓷发热体,通电工作时,该陶瓷发热体产生热量进而雾化所述导液件吸收的烟液进而生成烟雾,烟雾在用户抽吸作用下穿过陶瓷发热体后流入通气管25,最终被用户吸食。
本实施例中未提及的其他零部件及连接关系与实施例二相同,此处不再赘述。
实施例四
请参阅图13,本发明实施例四提供的电子烟相较于实施例一的电子烟的区别就在于:本实施方式的电子烟中的雾化器20c结构不同,具体地,表现为所述发热件与所述导液件的布置方式不同。
本实施方式中,通气管25下端的侧壁上开设有进液孔251,进液孔251与储液腔210及通气管25的内腔均连通,所述导液件包覆在所述发热件的外部且与进液孔251相连通。使用时,储液腔210内的烟液通过进液孔251进入通气管25的内腔被所述导液件吸收后,在所述发热件的加热作用下被雾化生成烟雾。
本实施例中未提及的其他零部件及连接关系与实施例二相同,此处不再赘述。
综上,通过改变通气管25和底座231的结构及连接方式可分别实现横发发热丝、T形陶瓷发热丝或竖发发热丝等多种方式的发热结构工作的目的,进而能够适应多种不同结构雾化器的安装。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括壳体以及雾化器,所述雾化器可伸缩地收容于所述壳体内,所述雾化器包括储液腔、与所述储液腔连通的注液口以及用于打开或关闭所述注液口的注液件,所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外时或所述雾化器自所述壳体取出时,所述注液件暴露于所述壳体外,从而可通过操作所述注液件打开所述注液口对所述储液腔进行注液操作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器与所述壳体滑动连接,滑动所述雾化器,使得所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外,或使得所述雾化器缩回所述壳体内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括活动组件,所述活动组件包括收容于所述壳体内的活动座及安装在所述活动座上的推杆,所述活动座与所述雾化器连接,所述壳体上开设有导槽,所述推杆的一端伸出所述导槽暴露于所述壳体外,所述推杆可沿所述导槽滑动,并通过所述活动座带动所述雾化器滑动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述活动座的侧壁上开设有固定槽,所述固定槽内安装有弹性件,所述弹性件弹性抵持在所述活动座与所述壳体之间。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述活动组件还包括第一支架,所述第一支架收容于所述活动座内,所述推杆的一端与所述第一支架连接,所述推杆远离所述第一支架的一端贯穿所述活动座的侧壁后伸出所述导槽暴露于所述壳体外。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器上设置有第一磁性件,所述活动组件还包括设置在所述活动座上的第二磁性件,通过所述第一磁性件与所述第二磁性件的磁性连接,使得所述活动座与所述雾化器连接。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器上设置有第一电极,所述活动组件上设置有第二电极,当所述活动座与所述雾化器连接时,所述第一电极与所述第二电极电性连接。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括上端具有开口的雾化壳以及安装在所述雾化壳的上端开口上的顶盖组件,所述储液腔设置在所述雾化壳内,所述雾化壳的上端开口构成所述注液口,所述顶盖组件构成所述注液件。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述顶盖组件伸出所述壳体外时,通过拆卸所述顶盖组件可打开所述雾化壳的上端开口。
  10. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述壳体内设置有第一容腔和位于所述第一容腔一侧的第二容腔,所述雾化器可伸缩地收容于所述第一容腔内,所述电子烟还包括电源装置,所述电源装置收容于所述第二容腔内,所述电源装置与所述雾化器电性连接。
  11. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括壳体、雾化器、电源装置以及点烟装置, 所述雾化器可伸缩地收容于所述壳体内,当所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外时,所述点烟装置被解锁,操作所述点烟装置能够使得所述雾化器与所述电源装置之间的电路导通,当所述雾化器缩回至所述壳体内时,所述点烟装置被锁定,所述点烟装置对所述雾化器与所述电源装置之间的电路的导通操作失效。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括开关装置以及抵持部,所述开关装置设置在所述壳体内,所述抵持部与所述雾化器联动,当所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外时,所述抵持部在所述雾化器的带动下与所述开关装置分离,当所述雾化器缩回至所述壳体内时,所述抵持部在所述雾化器的带动下与所述开关装置抵持,或者,当所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外时,所述抵持部在所述雾化器的带动下与所述开关装置抵持,当所述雾化器缩回至所述壳体内时,所述抵持部在所述雾化器的带动下与所述开关装置分离。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括开关装置以及抵持部,所述抵持部设置在所述壳体内,所述开关装置与所述雾化器联动,当所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外时,所述开关装置在所述雾化器的带动下与所述抵持部分离,当所述雾化器缩回至所述壳体内时,所述开关装置在所述雾化器的带动下与所述抵持部抵持,或者,当所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外时,所述开关装置在所述雾化器的带动下与所述抵持部抵持,当所述雾化器缩回至所述壳体内时,所述开关装置在所述雾化器的带动下与所述抵持部分离。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括控制板,所述雾化器、电源装置、点烟装置以及开关装置均与所述控制板电性连接,当所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外时,所述开关装置产生触发信号并反馈给所述控制板,当所述控制板接收到所述触发信号时,所述控制板解锁所述点烟装置。
  15. 如权利要求12或13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器、电源装置、点烟装置以及开关装置四者串联,所述点烟装置和所述开关装置均是具有通/断作用的开关,所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外时,所述开关装置闭合。
  16. 如权利要求12或13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器与所述壳体滑动连接,滑动所述雾化器,使得所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外,或使得所述雾化器缩回所述壳体内。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括活动组件,所述活动组件包括收容于所述壳体内的活动座及安装在所述活动座上的推杆,所述活动座与所述雾化器连接,所述壳体上开设有导槽,所述推杆的一端伸出所述导槽暴露于所述壳体外,所述推杆可沿所述导槽滑动,并通过所述活动座带动所述雾化器滑动。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述抵持部设置在所述活动座上,且所述抵持部位于所述开关装置的上方。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述活动座的侧壁上开设有固定槽,所 述固定槽内安装有弹性件,所述弹性件弹性抵持在所述活动座与所述壳体之间。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器上设置有第一磁性件,所述活动组件还包括设置在所述活动座上的第二磁性件,通过所述第一磁性件与所述第二磁性件的磁性连接,使得所述活动座与所述雾化器连接。
  21. 如权利要求11-13任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述壳体内设置有第一容腔和位于所述第一容腔一侧的第二容腔,所述雾化器可伸缩地收容于所述第一容腔内,所述电源装置收容于所述第二容腔内,所述电源装置与所述雾化器电性连接。
  22. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括雾化器、电源装置、开关装置、点烟装置以及抵持部,所述抵持部与所述开关装置相配合,所述雾化器与所述抵持部联动设置,通过活动所述雾化器带动所述抵持部活动,从而使得所述抵持部与所述开关装置之间的配合关系在第一配合关系和第二配合关系之间切换,或者,所述雾化器与所述开关装置联动设置,通过活动所述雾化器带动所述开关装置活动,从而使得所述抵持部与所述开关装置之间的配合关系在第一配合关系和第二配合关系之间切换,当所述抵持部与所述开关装置处于所述第一配合关系时,所述点烟装置被解锁,操作所述点烟装置能够使得所述雾化器与所述电源装置之间的电路导通,当所述抵持部与所述开关装置处于所述第二配合关系时,所述点烟装置被锁定,所述点烟装置对所述雾化器与所述电源装置之间的电路的导通操作失效。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括控制板,所述雾化器、电源装置、点烟装置以及开关装置均与所述控制板电性连接,当所述抵持部与所述开关装置处于所述第一配合关系时,所述开关装置产生触发信号并反馈给所述控制板,当所述控制板接收到所述触发信号时,所述控制板解锁所述点烟装置。
  24. 如权利要求22所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器、电源装置、点烟装置以及开关装置四者串联,所述点烟装置和所述开关装置均是具有通/断作用的开关,当所述抵持部与所述开关装置处于所述第一配合关系时,所述开关装置闭合。
  25. 如权利要求22-24任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述抵持部与所述开关装置处于所述第一配合关系是指所述抵持部与所述开关装置相抵持,所述抵持部与所述开关装置处于所述第二配合关系是指所述抵持部与所述开关装置相分离,或者,所述抵持部与所述开关装置处于所述第一配合关系是指所述抵持部与所述开关装置相分离,所述抵持部与所述开关装置处于所述第二配合关系是指所述抵持部与所述开关装置相抵持。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括壳体,所述雾化器可伸缩地收容于所述壳体内,当所述抵持部与所述开关装置处于所述第一配合关系时,所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外,当所述抵持部与所述开关装置处于所述第二配合关系时,所述雾化器缩回至所述壳体内。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器与所述壳体滑动连接,滑动 所述雾化器,使得所述雾化器至少部分伸出所述壳体外,或使得所述雾化器缩回所述壳体内。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括活动组件,所述活动组件包括收容于所述壳体内的活动座及安装在所述活动座上的推杆,所述活动座与所述雾化器连接,所述壳体上开设有导槽,所述推杆的一端伸出所述导槽暴露于所述壳体外,所述推杆可沿所述导槽滑动,并通过所述活动座带动所述雾化器滑动。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述抵持部设置在所述活动座上,所述开关装置设置在所述壳体内,且所述抵持部位于所述开关装置的上方。
  30. 如权利要求28所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器上设置有第一磁性件,所述活动组件还包括设置在所述活动座上的第二磁性件,通过所述第一磁性件与所述第二磁性件的磁性连接,使得所述活动座与所述雾化器连接。
  31. 如权利要求22-24任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括壳体,所述壳体内设置有第一容腔和位于所述第一容腔一侧的第二容腔,所述雾化器可伸缩地收容于所述第一容腔内,所述电源装置收容于所述第二容腔内,所述电源装置与所述雾化器电性连接。
