技术领域
本申请涉及挂烫机技术领域,特别涉及一种熨衣板组件以及应用该熨衣板组件的挂烫机。
背景技术
挂烫机也叫挂式熨斗、立式烫斗,就是能挂着烫衣服和布料的机器。挂烫机通过内部产生的灼热水蒸汽不断接触衣服和布料,达到软化衣服和布料纤维组织的目的,并通过“拉”、“压”、“喷”的动作平整衣服和布料,使衣服和布料完好如新。
目前,有些挂烫机会配备有熨衣板,有些熨衣板是相对支撑杆组件固定的,用户不能根据自己的需要任意调整角度,也有一些熨衣板虽然能够相对支撑杆组件转动,但是其操作比较繁琐。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种熨衣板组件,旨在实现任意调整熨衣板的角度并能对其进行定位的效果。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供的熨衣板组件,包括:熨衣板;
位置调节机构,所述位置调节机构包括:
支撑杆组件,所述支撑杆组件的一端与所述熨衣板转动连接,所述支撑杆组件设有第一铰接部;
滑动杆,所述滑动杆的一端与所述熨衣板转动连接;
滑接限位件,所述滑接限位件与所述第一铰接部铰接,并形成有供所述滑动杆穿过的滑槽,所述滑动杆于所述滑槽滑动或锁紧固定。
可选地,所述熨衣板的一表面至少设有第二铰接部和邻近所述第二铰接部的第三铰接部,所述支撑杆组件的上端与所述第二铰接部铰接,所述滑动杆的上端与所述第三铰接部铰接。
可选地,所述滑动杆的长度大于所述第二铰接部与所述第三铰接部之间的距离。
可选地,所述支撑杆组件包括第一杆段和与所述第一杆段连接的第二杆段,所述第一杆段与所述第二杆段呈夹角设置,所述第一杆段的上端与所述熨衣板铰接,所述第一铰接部设于所述第一杆段与所述第二杆段的连接处。

本申请的技术方案通过设置熨衣板和位置调节机构,并将支撑杆组件的一端与熨衣板转动连接,滑动杆的一端与熨衣板转动连接,并设置滑接限位件,将滑接限位件与第一铰接部铰接,并使滑接限位件与滑动杆滑动配合或锁紧固定,当需要对熨衣板进行翻转调节角度时,转动熨衣板,熨衣板围绕支撑杆组件的上端旋转,带动滑动杆于滑接限位件的滑槽中运动,改变滑接限位件与滑动杆上端之间的距离,以使的熨衣板角度翻转调节;当需要对熨衣板进行定位时,通过将滑接限位件和滑动杆相对锁紧,保持滑接限位件相对滑动杆与熨衣板的转接处的距离,以使熨衣板相对支撑杆组件静止,将熨衣板进行定位。如此,本申请的技术方案可以实现任意调整熨衣板的角度并能对其进行定位的效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅设置为解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本申请提出一种熨衣板组件100。
参照图1至图5,本申请技术方案提出的熨衣板组件100包括:熨衣板10;
位置调节机构30,该位置调节机构30包括:
支撑杆组件31,支撑杆组件31的一端与熨衣板10转动连接,支撑杆组件31设有第一铰接部311;
滑动杆33,滑动杆33的一端与熨衣板10转动连接;
滑接限位件35,滑接限位件35与第一铰接部311铰接,并形成有供滑动杆33穿过的滑槽351,滑动杆33于滑槽351滑动或锁紧固定。
本申请的技术方案通过设置熨衣板10和位置调节机构30,并将支撑杆组件31的一端与熨衣板10转动连接,滑动杆33的一端与熨衣板10转动连接,并设置滑接限位件35,将滑接限位件35与第一铰接部311铰接,并使滑接限位件35与滑动杆33滑动配合或锁紧固定,当需要对熨衣板10进行翻转调节角度时,转动熨衣板10,熨衣板10围绕支撑杆组件31的上端旋转,带动滑动杆33于滑接限位件35的滑槽351中运动,改变滑接限位件35与滑动杆33上端之间的距离,以使的熨衣板10角度翻转调节;当需要对熨衣板10进行定位时,通过将滑接限位件35和滑动杆33相对锁紧,保持滑接限位件35相对滑动杆33与熨衣板10的转接处的距离,以使熨衣板10相对支撑杆组件31静止,将熨衣板10进行定位。如此,本申请的技术方案可以实现任意调整熨衣板10的角度并能对其进行定位的效果。
在本申请的一实施例中,滑槽351可以与滑动杆33的部分滑动连接,或者还可以容置滑动杆33的全部杆体,只要能实现平稳的滑动连接,并方便用户控制熨衣板10翻转即可。
参照图5,在本申请的一实施例中,滑槽351的槽壁设有第一齿条(未图示),滑动杆33的外表面对应设有第二齿条331,滑动杆33穿入并穿过滑槽351时,第一齿条与第二齿条331啮合。通过齿条啮合的方式可以较好地使滑接限位件35和滑动杆33滑动配合或锁紧固定,从而方便用户对熨衣板10的角度进行翻转调整。当然还可以通过导轨组件(未图示)实现滑接限位件35和滑动杆33的滑动配合或锁紧固定。具体的,分别在滑槽351的槽壁和滑动杆33设置相互滑接配合的第一导轨(未图示)和第二导轨(未图示),并设置可活动限位导轨的卡接件(未图示),通过卡接件对导轨组件进行限位停止,从而实现保持滑接限位件35相对滑动杆33与熨衣板10的转接处的距离,从而实现对熨衣板10定位。
进一步地,熨衣板组件100还包括压合件(未图示),滑动限位件设有连通滑槽351的贯穿孔355,压合件滑动插接于贯穿孔355,并于伸入至滑槽351内时与第二齿条331抵接限位。用户通过按压压合件,改变压合件与滑动杆33的相对位置,从而通过压合件插入第二齿条331的齿牙之间,进而对滑动杆33实现卡接固定。如此,可以较好地保持滑接限位件35相对滑动杆33与熨衣板10的转接处的距离,从而实现对熨衣板10定位。可以理解的是,第二齿条331中齿牙的数量具有N个时,熨衣板10的调整角度也会对应有N个位置。当然,还可以通过压合件的一端直接抵接滑动杆33,通过抵接的摩擦力固定滑动杆33,此时不需要插接于第二齿条331也可实现固定滑动杆33。
进一步地,贯穿孔355为螺接孔,压合件为螺接件,螺接件穿过螺接孔抵持于滑动杆33。当压合件为螺接件,贯穿孔355为螺接孔时,压合件可以方便的抵接滑动杆33的任意位置,通过抵接的摩擦力固定滑动杆33,方便用户使用。
参照图4,在本申请的一实施例中,熨衣板10的一表面至少设有第二铰接部11和邻近第二铰接部11的第三铰接部13,支撑杆组件31的上端与第二铰接部11铰接,滑动杆33的上端与第三铰接部13铰接。通过第二铰接部11和第三铰接部13可以较好地实现熨衣板10与支撑杆组件31、滑动杆33转动连接,并且便于生产,方便用户使用。可以理解的是,该第二铰接部11和第三铰接部13可以与熨衣板10是一体设置,或者是分体设置的,一体设置便于生产,分体设置便于拆卸和更换,本实施例中采用一体设置方式,方便用户使用。
参照图1,进一步地,滑动杆33的长度大于第二铰接部11与第三铰接部13之间的距离。具体的,定义所述滑动杆33与熨衣板10转动连接处至滑动杆33与滑动限位件的滑动配合处的距离为L1,第二铰接部11与支撑杆组件31的转动连接处至第三铰接部13与滑动杆33的转动连接处的距离为L2, 该L1与L2的关系为:L1>L2。如此设置,可以使熨衣板10的调节角度较大,达到0至120度的范围,用户可以根据自身的需要进行对熨衣板10角度的调整。
进一步地,支撑杆组件31包括第一杆段313和与第一杆段313连接的第二杆段315,第一杆段313与第二杆段315呈夹角设置,第一杆段313的上端与熨衣板10铰接,第一铰接部311设于第一杆段313与第二杆段315的连接处。第一杆段313与第二杆段315呈夹角设置,使得熨衣板10在呈竖直状态时与竖直的第二杆段315能够相互平行,而避免与竖直的第二杆段315发生干涉。具体地,第一杆段313与第二杆段315之间的角度以及第一杆段313的长度不作具体限制,只要能够保证熨衣板10在旋转至竖直状态时能够尽可能靠近第二杆段315,却不与第二杆段315干涉即可,并且当熨衣板10处于水平位置时,将第一杆段313与第二杆段315呈夹角设置可以使熨衣板10的支撑结构更稳固,方便用户使用。将第一铰接部311设于所述第一杆段313与所述第二杆段315的连接处方便滑接限位件35与支撑杆组件31铰接,从而方便熨衣板10的旋转。
参照图5,进一步地,第二铰接部11包括由熨衣板10的表面凸设的第一凸耳111,第一凸耳111具有贯穿两侧的第一通孔1111;第一杆段313的上端凸设有第二凸耳3131,第二凸耳3131具有贯穿两侧的第二通孔3131a,熨衣板组件100还包括第一铰接轴50,第一铰接轴50穿过第一通孔1111和第二通孔3131a,将支撑杆组件31和熨衣板10铰接。具体的,该熨衣板组件100还包括第一铰接盖51,第一铰接轴50穿过第一通孔1111和第二通孔3131a后与第一铰接盖51配合固定,从而使支撑杆组件31和熨衣板10实现较好的转动连接。并且,如此设置方便用户的安装或更换零件,增加用户体验。可以理解的是,第三铰接部13与滑动杆33的配合也采用同样的方式,方便用户使用。
进一步地,第二通孔3131a的内壁形成有凹槽3131b,第一铰接轴50上凸设有与凹槽3131b适配的适配块53,当第一铰接轴50穿设第二通孔3131a和第一通孔1111时,适配块53卡入凹槽3131b内。
通过在第二通孔3131a的内壁形成有凹槽3131b,第一铰接轴50上凸设适配块53,使得第一铰接轴50穿设第一通孔1111和第二通孔3131a时,该适配块53能够卡插于凹槽3131b内,从而实现支撑杆组件31与第一铰接轴50的相对固定效果,方便熨衣板10的转动。
具体地,凹槽3131b可沿第二通孔3131a的内壁均匀分布有多个,同样地,第一铰接轴50的周向也均匀分布有与凹槽3131b数量等同的适配块53。另外,第一铰接轴50的一端凸设有凸帽,另一端与第一铰接轴50的第一铰接帽配合,以此来避免支撑杆组件31在第一铰接轴50周向上的窜动,进一步使熨衣板10的旋转和定位都具有较好的效果。
参照图4,进一步地,第一铰接部311包括贯穿支撑杆组件31的第三通孔3111,滑接限位件35凸设有第三凸耳353,第三凸耳353具有贯穿两侧的第四通孔3531,熨衣板组件100还包括第二铰接轴70,第四铰接轴穿过第三通孔3111和第四通孔3531,将滑接限位件35和支撑杆组件31铰接。具体的,该熨衣板组件100还包括第二铰接盖71,第二铰接轴70穿过第三通孔3111和第四通孔3531后与第二铰接盖71配合固定,从而使滑接限位件35和支撑杆组件31实现较好的转动连接。并且,如此设置方便用户的安装或更换零件,增加用户体验。当然,还可以在第一铰接部311设置插接槽3113,该插接槽3113与第三通孔3111连通,通过将第三凸耳353插接于插接槽3113中,再将第二铰接轴70穿过第三通孔3111和第四通孔3531,如此设置可以使滑接限位件35和支撑杆组件31的配合更稳定,方便用户使用。
进一步地,支撑杆组件31包括两个支撑杆体,两支撑杆体分别位于滑动杆33的两侧。如此设置可以使挂烫机的结构更稳定,从而方便用户使用。
本申请还提供以下实施例,从而实现用户能够根据自己的需求任意调整熨衣板的角度,并能对其进行定位的效果。
请结合参照图6至图9所示,实施例一,在本实施例中,熨衣板组件100包括一表面至少设有第二铰接部11和第三铰接部13的熨衣板10、支撑杆组件31及支撑调节组件(图中未标示);支撑杆组件31与第二铰接部11铰接,支撑调节组件包括一端与第三铰接部13铰接并形成第一铰接点的滑动杆33以及一端与支撑杆组件31铰接并形成第二铰接点的滑接限位件35,滑接限位件35与滑动杆33滑动配合;滑动杆33和滑接限位件35二者中的一个具有多个线性间隔排列的卡槽P133,另一个具有至少一个可适配卡入卡槽P133内的限位块P161;限位块P161与卡槽P133分离且滑接限位件35相对于滑动杆33滑动以使熨衣板10绕第二铰接部11翻转,限位块P161卡入卡槽P133,以使滑动杆33和滑接限位件35相互锁紧并限制熨衣板10翻转。
在熨衣板10的一表面至少凸设第二铰接部11和第三铰接部13,且第二铰接部11与支撑杆组件31铰接,以使熨衣板10能够相对支撑杆组件31转动而实现调整熨衣板10角度的效果。滑动杆33的一端与第三铰接部13铰接并形成第一铰接点,滑接限位件35与支撑杆组件31铰接并成第二铰接点,滑动杆33的另一端与滑接限位件35滑动连接,使得第一铰接点与第二铰接点能够相互靠近或者远离,进而实现调整第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间的距离的作用。支撑杆组件31与第二铰接部11铰接并形成第三铰接点,其与第一铰接点和第二铰接点三点组成不在同一平面内的三个铰接点。
当用户驱动熨衣板10转动时,从而必然会使得该夹角对应的第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间的长度发生变化,通过滑动杆33或滑接限位件35二者中的一个具有多个线性间隔排列的卡槽P133,另一个具有至少一个可适配卡入卡槽内的限位块P161,通过将限位块P161与卡槽P133分离,并且上述滑动杆33相对于滑接限位件35滑动以改变第一铰接点和第二铰接点的距离,使得熨衣板10满足绕第二铰接部11翻转的条件,从而实现了熨衣板10的旋转效果。
当限位块P161卡入滑动杆33的卡槽P133时,滑动杆33无法相对滑接限位件35滑动,进而使得第一铰接点与第二铰接点的距离为定长,从而无法使得熨衣板10相对第二铰接部11翻转,实现了熨衣板10的定位效果。
具体地,若卡槽P133具有N个时,熨衣板10的调整角度也会有N个档位。
本申请技术方案中限位块P161卡入卡槽P133内时,第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间长度不变,进而限制了熨衣板10的转动;当外力驱动限位块P161脱出卡槽P133时,第一铰接点与第二铰接点之间的长度可调,进而使熨衣板10的角度也得到调整。
进一步地,滑动杆33包括长条状设置的滑孔P131,滑孔P131的内壁凸设有多个卡块P132,多个卡块P132于滑孔P131的长度方向间隔排列,相邻卡块P132之间形成上述的卡槽P133,滑接限位件35至少部分容置于滑孔P131内,并可沿滑孔P131往复滑动,滑接限位件35位于滑孔P131内的部分凸设有限位块P161。
通过于滑动杆33的滑孔P131内至少部分容置有滑接限位件35,且第二构件位于滑孔P131内的部分凸设有限位块P161,滑孔P131内壁凸设有多个卡块P132。当滑接限位件35相对滑动杆33滑动且驱动限位块P161卡入相邻的卡块P132之间的卡槽P133内时,第一铰接点与第二铰接点之间的距离为定长,从而实现了熨衣板10的定位效果;当滑接限位件35相对滑动杆33滑动且驱动限位块P161脱离卡槽P133时,第一铰接点与第二铰接点之间的距离可以灵活变化,从而实现熨衣板10的旋转效果。滑接限位件35部分位于滑孔P131内,使得滑动杆33与滑接限位件35之间的连接作用更加稳固。
为了使滑接限位件35能够在滑动过程中始终处于滑孔P131内,卡块P132于滑孔P131内壁宽度上的投影尺寸小于滑孔P131内壁的宽度尺寸。这样使得外力驱动限位块P161脱开滑动杆33上的卡槽P133时,可以仍保持滑接限位件35位于滑动杆33的滑孔P131内。从限位块P161卡插于卡槽P133内的状态向限位块P161脱开卡槽P133的状态切换时,用户只需轻轻推动滑接限位件35,即可实现限位块P161脱开卡槽P133的效果,且该滑接限位件35仍位于滑孔P131内,滑孔P131的内壁避免了滑接限位件35脱离滑动杆33的情况出现。
进一步地,支撑调节组件还包括与滑接限位件35相对设置的后盖P180,后盖P180与支撑杆组件31铰接并与滑动杆33滑动连接。
通过设置与支撑杆组件31铰接的后盖P180,进一步避免了限位块P161在脱开卡槽P133的同时,滑接限位件35会从滑孔P131内掉落下来,后盖P180对滑接限位件35的运动起到限位的作用。另外,后盖P180与支撑杆组件31铰接,使得在后盖P180与支撑杆组件31铰接的同时,还能满足与其连接的滑动杆33相对支撑组件的转动效果;与支撑杆组件31铰接的后盖P180还与滑动杆33滑动连接,进而使得滑动杆33能够相对支撑杆组件31滑动,从而能够改变滑动杆33在支撑杆组件31与熨衣板10之间的长度。综合上述滑动杆33既能相对支撑杆组件31转动,又能相对支撑杆组件31滑动的前提,满足了熨衣板10能够任意调整角度的功能。
为了实现自动复位的功能,支撑调节组件还包括第一弹性件P190,第一弹性件P190一端抵接后盖P180,另一端抵接滑接限位件35,第一弹性件P190提供弹性力迫使限位块P161卡插于卡槽P133内。
通过将第一弹性件P190一端抵接后盖P180,另一端抵接滑接限位件35,使得用户驱动滑接限位件35向后盖P180靠近时,滑接限位件35上的限位块P161能够脱开滑动杆33上的卡槽P133,从而滑动杆33能够相对支撑杆组件31滑动,并能任意调整滑动杆33于熨衣板10及支撑杆组件31之间的长度,从而实现熨衣板10角度的调整的效果。
当用户撤除驱动力后,第一弹性件P190恢复形变,则第一弹性件P190驱动滑接限位件35远离后盖P180,从而使得滑接限位件35上的限位块P161再一次卡插于滑动杆33的滑槽内,以限制滑动杆33相对支撑杆组件滑动,实现熨衣板10的定位效果。
具体地,第一弹性件P190可以为弹簧或者弹片等结构。
当然,在其他实施例中,为了实现自动复位的效果,也可在滑动杆33和滑接限位件35上设置磁性件,或者滑动杆33和滑接限位件35本身均为磁性件。通过磁性作用,在自然状态下滑动杆33与滑接限位件35相吸,以止挡滑动杆33相对滑接限位件35的滑动作用;用户通过推动滑动杆33或滑接限位件35,使得滑接限位件35脱开滑动杆33,并实现滑动杆33能相对滑接限位件35滑动而灵活调整第一铰接点与第二铰接点之间的距离,进而满足熨衣板10的转动效果。
进一步地,支撑调节组件还包括与后盖P180固定连接的前盖P170,滑接限位件35夹设于前盖P170和后盖P180之间,前盖P170上开设有穿设孔P171,滑接限位件35朝前盖P170的一侧凸设有凸块P162,凸块P162穿设于穿设孔P171。
通过设置与后盖P180固定连接的前盖P170,且将滑接限位件35夹设于前盖P170和后盖P180之间,使得前盖P170对滑接限位件35的内部进行有效保护和防尘。另外,前盖P170上开设有穿设孔P171,滑接限位件35朝前盖P170的一侧凸设有凸块P162,凸块P162穿设与穿设孔P171内,使得用户在对限位块P161进行驱动时,只需通过驱动滑接限位件35上的凸块P162即可实现,而且前盖P170上的穿设孔P171对凸块P162的运动具有导向作用,以保证用户能有效地驱动凸块P162以实现限位块P161卡插或脱开卡槽P133的效果。
为了使支撑调节组件各部分的结构更加紧凑和稳固,滑接限位件35前盖P170朝后盖P180凸设有连接柱,滑接限位件35和后盖P180均具有连接孔,连接柱穿设连接孔。
在前盖P170朝后盖P180的方向凸设连接柱,滑接限位件35和后盖P180均具有连接孔,通过连接柱穿设连接孔实现了三者之间的连接作用,且能保证滑接限位件35能够沿连接柱滑动以靠近后盖P180,并使得限位块P161脱开卡槽P133,实现熨衣板10的角度调整效果;或者滑接限位件35沿连接柱滑动以远离后盖P180,并使限位块P161卡插于卡槽P133内,限制熨衣板10的转动,实现熨衣板10的定位效果。
具体地,连接柱也可设置在后盖P180上,同时前盖P170和滑接限位件35均具有连接孔,通过连接柱穿设连接孔,实现前盖P170、滑接限位件35和后盖P180的连接效果。连接柱也可设置于滑接限位件35分别朝向前盖P170和后盖P180的相对的两侧,同时前盖P170和后盖P180均具有连接孔,通过连接柱穿设连接孔,实现前盖P170、滑接限位件35和后盖P180的连接效果。
请结合参照图10至图16所示,实施例二,在本实施例中,该熨衣板组件100包括一表面至少凸设有第二铰接部11和第三铰接部13的熨衣板10、支撑杆组件31及支撑调节组件,支撑杆组件31与第二铰接部11铰接,支撑调节组件包括与第三铰接部13铰接并形成第一铰接点的滑动杆33,以及与支撑杆组件31铰接并形成第二铰接点的滑接限位件35;滑接限位件35具有第一贯穿部Q141,滑动杆33穿设第一贯穿部Q141并与滑接限位件35滑动连接;滑动杆33和滑接限位件35二者中的一个具有沿长度方向间隔设置的若干卡槽P133,另一个具有至少一个可适配卡入卡槽P133的限位块P161。
在熨衣板10的一表面至少凸设第二铰接部11和第三铰接部13,与支撑调节组件中的滑动杆33的一端与第三铰接部13铰接并形成有第一铰接点,支撑调节组件中的滑接限位件35与支撑杆组件31铰接并形成有第二铰接点,支撑杆组件31与第二铰接部11铰接并形成第三铰接点,其中不在同一条直线上的第一铰接点、第二铰接点和第三铰接点组成一个三角形结构,第一铰接点与第三铰接点之间的距离以及第二铰接点和第三铰接点之间的距离为定长。滑接限位件35上开设有供滑动杆33穿设的第一贯穿部Q141,从而使得滑动杆33能够相对滑接限位件35滑动,进而能够调整第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间的距离;此时若改变第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间的距离,熨衣板10能够相对第二铰接部11翻转。若保持第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间的距离不变,则无法实现熨衣板10相对第二铰接部11翻转的效果。
滑动杆33和滑接限位件35二者中的一个具有沿长度方向间隔设置的若干卡槽P133,二者中的另一个具有至少一个可适配卡入卡槽P133的限位块P161,使得限位块P161卡插于卡槽P133内时,滑动杆33无法相对滑接限位件35滑动,此时第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间的距离为定长,则三个铰接点中两两之间的连线长度均为定长,即组成了一个三条边恒定不变的三角形,此时熨衣板10无法相对第二铰接部11翻转,因而实现了熨衣板10的定位效果。
当限位块P161脱开滑杆的卡槽P133时,滑动杆33恢复可相对滑接限位件35滑动的作用,则第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间的距离可灵活调整,从而可以驱动熨衣板10相对第二铰接部11翻转,因而实现了熨衣板10的旋转效果。
具体地,卡槽P133可朝向熨衣板10,也可背离熨衣板10。当卡槽P133设置有N个时,熨衣板10角度的调整具有N个档位。
本申请技术方案将限位块P161卡插于卡槽P133时,第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间长度不变,限制了熨衣板10的转动;当外力驱动限位块P161脱出卡槽P133时,第一铰接点和第二铰接点的距离可调,使得熨衣板10的角度得到调整。
进一步地,请具体参照图12和图13所示,卡槽P133开设于滑动杆33,限位块P161凸设于第一贯穿部Q141的内壁,并朝卡槽P133延伸,限位块P161间隔设置有多个。
在滑动杆33上开设卡槽P133,在第一贯穿部Q141的内壁凸设朝卡槽P133延伸的限位块P161,使得用户可通过驱动滑接限位件35相对滑动杆33滑动,实现限位块P161卡入卡槽P133,以使熨衣板10定位的效果;或者实现限位块P161脱离卡槽P133,以使熨衣板10旋转的效果。
本申请滑动杆33为长条状,滑接限位件35为中空的块状,并且滑动杆33与第一贯穿部Q141为松配合,即第一贯穿部Q141的孔径要大于滑动杆33的外径,使得滑接限位件35可相对滑动杆33可实现沿滑动杆33长度方向上的滑动的同时,还可朝垂直滑动杆33的长度方向运动。当用户驱动滑接限位件35朝垂直滑动杆33的长度方向运动,且凸设于第一贯穿部Q141内壁的限位块P161卡插于滑动杆33的卡槽P133内时,该限位块P161限制了滑动杆33相对滑接限位件35的滑动,则第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间的距离被固定,无法驱动熨衣板10相对第二铰接部11转动,进而实现了熨衣板10的定位效果。
当用户驱动滑接限位件35朝垂直滑动杆33的长度方向运动,且凸设于第一贯穿部Q141内壁的限位块P161脱离滑动杆33的卡槽P133时,滑接限位件35可相对滑动杆33可实现沿滑动杆33长度方向上的滑动,则第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间的距离长度可以灵活调整,通过调整其长度,实现了熨衣板10相对第二铰接部11翻转角度的调整,进而实现了熨衣板10的旋转效果。
另外,限位块P161间隔设置有多个,使得限位块P161在与卡槽P133配合时,能够增强二者之间的卡合作用,从而提高熨衣板10的定位效果。
为了实现自动复位效果,请结合参照图10至图13所示,支撑调节组件还包括第二弹性件Q170以及后盖P180,后盖P180部分插入滑接限位件35内并开设有与第一贯穿部Q141连通的第二贯穿部Q151,滑动杆33穿设第一贯穿部Q141和第二贯穿部Q151;第二弹性件Q170一端抵接滑接限位件35的侧壁,另一端抵接于后盖P180;第二弹性件Q170提供弹性力迫使限位块P161卡插于卡槽P133内。
将后盖P180部分安装于第一贯穿部Q141内,且后盖P180具有贯穿相对两侧面的第二贯穿部Q151,通过将第二贯穿部Q151与第一贯穿部Q141连通,使得滑动杆33能同时穿设第一贯穿部Q141和第二贯穿部Q151,以实现滑动杆33相对滑接限位件35和后盖P180的滑动效果;通过将第二弹性件Q170的一端抵接滑接限位件35的侧壁,另一端抵接后盖P180,使得用户在驱动滑接限位件35的侧壁朝后盖P180方向运动时,限位块P161脱开滑杆上的卡槽P133,从而使得第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间的距离可以灵活调整,实现熨衣板10相对第二铰接部11的转动效果。

为了便于操控,请结合参照图10和图11所示,后盖P180插入滑接限位件35内的部分凸设有凸起部Q152,凸起部Q152凹陷形成有导向槽Q153,第二弹性件Q170一端容置于导向槽Q153内,另一端抵接滑接限位件35。
后盖P180插入滑接限位件35内的部分凸设有凸起部Q152,凸起部Q152凹陷形成有导向槽Q153,第二弹性件Q170一端容置于导向槽Q153内,另一端抵接滑接限位件35,使得滑接限位件35在第二弹性件Q170的弹性驱动下相对滑动杆33滑动时,导向槽Q153的设置为其运动方向提供了导向作用,提高了熨衣板10定位状态和旋转状态切换时的效率和质量。
请具体参照图13所示,滑接限位件35与凸起部Q152相对的一侧向外凸设形成有凸块P162,凸块P162内形成有连通第一贯穿部Q141的容置槽,容置槽的底壁凸设有导向柱Q144,第二弹性件Q170一端抵接导向槽Q153的底壁,另一端套设于导向柱Q144外并与容置槽的底壁抵接。
通过在容置槽的底壁凸设导向柱Q144,第二弹性件Q170一端抵接导向槽Q153的底壁,另一端套设于导向柱Q144外,使得第二弹性件Q170被较好的固定限位,形变过程中不易移位,使得整个结构更稳固。同时在按压凸块P162进行解锁滑动杆33和滑接限位件35的固定连接时,凸起部Q152可卡入凸块P162内的容置槽内,如此使得滑接限位件35在垂直于滑动杆33的长度方向上相对滑动杆33运动时具有良好的导向作用,保证了滑动的稳定性,从而使得熨衣板10的定位和旋转效率更高,效果更好。
为了对支撑调节组件的核心部件进行保护,请参照图10至图13所示,支撑调节组件还包括与后盖P180固定连接,并与支撑杆组件31铰接的前盖P170,前盖P170的中部具有穿设孔P171。
通过前盖P170与后盖P180固定连接,使得前盖P170与后盖P180成为一个整体,前盖P170与支撑杆组件31铰接,实现后盖P180与支撑杆组件31的铰接作用,进而实现了整个支撑调节组件与支撑杆组件31的铰接作用。另外,前盖P170的中部具有穿设孔P171,凸块P162穿设该穿设孔P171,使得用户驱动滑接限位件35相对滑动杆33滑动时,滑接限位件35的运动具有导向作用,并且前盖P170对滑接限位件35和后盖P180具有保护作用,防止落入灰尘或异物而影响锁紧组件对熨衣板10的控制效果。
进一步地,为了使前盖P170与后盖P180固定连接时具有良好的密封效果,前盖P170具有滑动杆33穿设的过孔,该过孔与第一贯穿部Q141和第二贯穿部Q151连通。同时后盖P180可设有与前盖P170配合的安装板,前盖P170和安装板的二者之一凸设有连接柱,二者之另一具有连接孔,通过连接柱穿设连接孔,实现前盖P170与后盖P180的固定连接。安装板上具有铰接孔,通过连接轴穿设铰接孔实现后盖P180和前盖P170均与支撑杆组件31铰接的效果。
参照图17至图22,实施例三,在本实施例中,熨衣板组件100包括熨衣板10和支撑杆组件31,熨衣板10的一表面至少设有第二铰接部11和第三铰接部13,支撑杆组件31与第二铰接部11转动连接;
滑动杆33,该滑动杆33的一端与第三铰接部13转动连接,滑动杆33沿其轴向间隔设置有多个卡槽P133;
滑接限位件35,该滑接限位件35包括:
滑套R30,该滑套R30与支撑杆组件31转动连接,滑套R30套接于滑动杆33,且滑套R30与滑动杆33滑动配合,滑套R30还设有第五通孔R31,第五通孔R31的一端与卡槽P133连通;
限位块P161,该限位块P161可移动地容置于第五通孔R31,并插接于卡槽P133;
压紧件R70,该压紧件R70与滑套R30活动连接,并压合于限位块P161背离卡槽P133的一端,使限位块P161相对卡槽P133可移动或插接固定;
压紧件R70相对于滑套R30滑动,使限位块P161于第五通孔R31内运动,并脱离于卡槽P133,从而使滑套R30和滑动杆33相对滑动,以使熨衣板10能绕第二铰接部11翻转;或者,压紧件R70相对于滑套R30滑动,使限位块P161插接固定于卡槽P133,将滑套R30和滑动杆33相互锁紧,限制熨衣板10翻转。
本申请的实施例三技术方案通过在熨衣板10的表面设置第二铰接部11和第三铰接部13,将支撑杆组件31与第二铰接部11转动连接,滑动杆33的一端与第三铰接部13转动连接,滑套R30与支撑杆组件31转动连接,当需要对熨衣板10进行翻转调节角度时,压紧件R70相对于滑套R30滑动,使限位块P161于第五通孔R31内运动,并脱离于卡槽P133,从而使滑套R30和滑动杆33相对滑动,以使熨衣板10能绕第二铰接部11翻转;当需要对熨衣板10进行定位时,驱动压紧件R70,使限位块P161插接固定于卡槽P133,使滑套R30和滑动杆33相互锁紧,限制熨衣板10翻转,由于设置了多个卡槽P133,限位块P161插接于不同的卡槽P133时,熨衣板10可以定位于支撑杆组件31的任意角度。如此,可以实现任意调整熨衣板10的角度并能对其进行定位的效果。
可以理解的是,压紧件R70压合限位块P161时,限位块P161插接固定于卡槽P133,并将滑套R30和滑动杆33相互锁紧;压紧件R70错开限位块P161时,限位块P161可渝第五通孔R31内活动,并脱离于卡槽P133。在本申请的一实施例中,可以通过在限位块P161背离卡槽P133的一端设置第一磁体(未图示),在第五通孔R31背离卡槽P133的一侧设置第二磁体(未图示),压紧件R70位于第一磁体和第二磁体之间,压紧件R70滑动错开,使第一磁体和第二磁体相互吸引,而带动限位件脱离卡槽P133。当然还可以采设置为卡槽P133与限位块P161插接于卡槽P133的一端设置同性磁极的磁体,压紧件R70滑动错开限位块P161时,限位块P161被斥力推离卡槽P133。
参照图20,在本申请的一实施例中,卡槽P133的槽壁和限位块P161插接于卡槽P133的一端,至少一具有导斜面R51,使滑套R30与滑动杆33相对滑动时,限位块P161自导斜面R51向远离卡槽P133的方向运动。通过设置导斜面R51,使得压紧件R70错开限位块P161时,驱动滑动杆33,使限位块P161可以由导斜面R51,向远离卡槽P133的方向运动,从而使熨衣板10的角度可以调节。可以理解的是,在限位块P161或卡槽P133二者之一设置卡槽P133均可实现限位块P161可以由导斜面R51,向远离卡槽P133的方向运动,以及,于卡槽P133设置时,导斜面R51应从卡槽P133的底壁延伸;于限位块P161设置时,导斜面R51的高度应大于卡槽P133的高度。
进一步地,卡槽P133的槽壁和限位块P161插接于卡槽P133的一端均设有导斜面R51。采用二者均设置导斜面R51可以很方便地在压紧件R70错开限位块P161时,限位块P161通过滑动杆33的运动,沿导斜面R51离开卡槽P133,从而使熨衣板10的角度可以调节。
参照图20至图22,在本申请的一实施例中,滑套R30的外侧还设有容置壳R33,容置壳R33与滑套R30共同形成容置腔R331,第五通孔R31连通容置腔R331和卡槽P133,压紧件R70朝向限位块P161的一侧还设有让位槽R71,压紧件R70可活动地容置于容置腔R331内,使让位槽R71正对第五通孔R31,或使让位槽R71错开第五通孔R31。设置容置腔R331方便对压紧件R70进行容置固定,方便用户操作。并且在本实施例中,采用压紧件R70抵接容置壳R33的设置,如此可以使压紧件R70压合限位块P161时,使限位块P161很好地卡持于卡槽P133,从而使熨衣板10的定位效果良好。以及,设置让位槽R71可以节省压紧件R70的运动距离,使机构的响应速度加快,并且使熨衣板组件100的安装更紧凑,方便熨衣板10旋转定位。
参照图20,进一步地,让位槽R71的槽侧壁呈倾斜设置,且/或,限位块P161邻近让位槽R71的一端具有倒角。倾斜设置以及设置倒角,均是为了在对熨衣板10定位时,压紧件R70对容置于让位槽R71内的限位块P161挤压时,限位块P161可以较好的从让位槽R71运动至卡槽P133,方便定位。
参照图20和图21,进一步地,熨衣板组件100还包括第三弹性件R20和按钮R90,第三弹性件R20容置于容置腔R331内,第三弹性件R20的一端抵接容置壳R33,另一端抵接压紧件R70,容置壳R33还设有第三贯穿部R333,按钮R90可移动地插设于第三贯穿部R333,并抵接于压紧件R70,并带动压紧件R70于容置腔R331内运动。设置第三弹性件R20方便对压紧件R70进行弹性复位,当用户驱动按钮R90时,按钮R90带动压紧件R70运动,使让位槽R71正对第五通孔R31,使所述限位块P161于所述第五通孔R31内运动,并脱离于所述卡槽P133,从而使所述滑套R30和所述滑动杆33相对滑动,以使所述熨衣板10能绕所述第二铰接部11翻转;调整完毕后,弹性复位件驱动压紧件R70运动,使让位槽R71错开第五通孔R31,从而限位块P161向卡槽P133运动,当限位块P161插接固定于所述卡槽P133,将所述滑套R30和所述滑动杆33相互锁紧,限制所述熨衣板10翻转。
进一步地,压紧件R70背离第三弹性件R20的一侧还设有导向部R73,按钮R90抵接于导向部R73。设置导向部R73使按钮R90可以于不同的方向驱动压紧件R70,方便熨衣板10旋转定位,并且使熨衣板组件100的安装更紧凑。
参照图17至图21,在本申请的一实施例中,熨衣板组件100还包括前盖P170,前盖P170罩盖容置壳R33,并与滑套R30固定连接,前盖P170还设有穿设孔P171,按钮R90包括主体部R91和自主体部R91延伸的压合部R93,主体部R91可移动地插接于穿设孔P171,压合部R93可移动地插设于第三贯穿部R333,并抵接于压紧件R70。设置前盖P170方便对按钮R90进行安装,并且可以对容置壳R33和容置腔R331内的第三弹性件R20和压紧件R70进行保护,方便熨衣板10旋转定位。前盖P170可以通过卡扣或螺接件与滑套R30固定连接,只要能较好地固定即可。
参照图17至图19、图21,在本申请的一实施例中,支撑杆组件31包括至少一第一杆段313、至少一第二杆段315和第三杆段317,一第一杆段313的一端与第二铰接部11转动连接,另一端与一第二杆段315固定连接,第一杆段313和第二杆段315的连接处还设有安装孔234,第三杆段317插接于安装孔234内,滑套30还设有第三凸耳353,第三凸耳353具有贯穿两侧的第四通孔3531,第三杆段317插接于第四通孔3531,将滑套30与支撑杆组件31转动连接。设置第一杆段313、第二杆段315、第三杆段317使熨衣板10的旋转和定位更平稳。
本申请还提出一种挂烫机(未图示),该挂烫机包括熨衣板组件100,该熨衣板组件100包括:熨衣板10;
位置调节机构30,该位置调节机构30包括:

    滑动杆,所述滑动杆的一端与所述熨衣板转动连接;
    滑接限位件,所述滑接限位件与所述第一铰接部铰接,并形成有供所述滑动杆穿过的滑槽,所述滑动杆于所述滑槽滑动或锁紧固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的熨衣板组件,其中,所述熨衣板的一表面至少设有第二铰接部和邻近所述第二铰接部的第三铰接部,所述支撑杆组件的上端与所述第二铰接部铰接,所述滑动杆的上端与所述第三铰接部铰接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的熨衣板组件,其中,所述滑动杆的长度大于所述第二铰接部与所述第三铰接部之间的距离。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的熨衣板组件,其中,所述支撑杆组件包括第一杆段和与所述第一杆段连接的第二杆段,所述第一杆段与所述第二杆段呈夹角设置,所述第一杆段的上端与所述熨衣板铰接,所述第一铰接部设于所述第一杆段与所述第二杆段的连接处。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的熨衣板组件,其中,所述第二铰接部包括由所述熨衣板的表面凸设的第一凸耳,所述第一凸耳具有贯穿两侧的第一通孔;所述第一杆段的上端凸设有第二凸耳,所述第二凸耳具有贯穿两侧的第二通孔,所述熨衣板组件还包括第一铰接轴,所述第一铰接轴穿过所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔,将所述支撑杆组件和所述熨衣板铰接。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的熨衣板组件,其中,所述第一铰接部包括贯穿支撑杆组件的第三通孔,所述滑接限位件凸设有第三凸耳,所述第三凸耳具有贯穿两侧的第四通孔,所述熨衣板组件还包括第二铰接轴,所述第二铰接轴穿过所述第三通孔和所述第四通孔,将所述滑接限位件和所述支撑杆组件铰接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的熨衣板组件,其中,所述滑槽的槽壁设有第一齿条,所述滑动杆的外表面对应设有第二齿条,所述滑动杆穿入并穿过所述滑槽时,所述第一齿条与所述第二齿条啮合。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的熨衣板组件,其中,所述熨衣板组件还包括压合件,所述滑接限位件设有连通所述滑槽的贯穿孔,所述压合件滑动插接于所述贯穿孔,并于伸入至所述滑槽内时与所述第二齿条抵接限位。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的熨衣板组件,其中,所述贯穿孔为螺接孔,所述压合件为螺接件,所述螺接件穿过所述螺接孔抵持于所述滑动杆。
  10. 如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的熨衣板组件,其中,所述支撑杆组件包括两个支撑杆体,两所述支撑杆体分别位于所述滑动杆的两侧。
  11. 一种挂烫机,其中,包括熨衣板组件,该熨衣板组件包括如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的熨衣板组件。
