Abstract
一种仿真动植物珠宝加工方法,包括如下步骤,(1)采用塑形泥雕塑成仿真动植物形状,得到模具;(2)以步骤(1)得到的模具加工制得仿真动植物珠宝。制得的仿真动植物珠宝产品活灵活现,提高仿真动植物珠宝品质的同时简化加工流程,降低加工复杂度,从而大幅提高生产率。
Description
本申请要求于2018年3月13日提交中国专利局,申请号为201810202298.2,发明名称为“一种仿真动植物珠宝加工方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明属于珠宝加工技术领域,具体为一种仿真动植物珠宝加工方法。
现有技术中对于具有仿真动植物形状的珠宝加工时,会经过很多繁复的步骤,首先先绘制出草图,然后手工雕蜡起版,此步骤需要经验非常丰富工匠师傅参照设计的草图雕刻出蜡版,然后再经倒模、执模等操作完成珠宝的加工工作。其中,手工雕蜡起版这一步骤是首饰制作工艺中要求最高的工序,并且这一步直接决定着最终成品的仿真动植物是否活灵活现、最终加工制得的仿真动植物珠宝产品工艺是否上乘,在这个步骤中往往花费最多的时间和精力,为了保证仿真动植物珠宝的品质,此步骤必不可少,但同时使得生产率极大地降低,不适宜规模化的生产,并且使得生产成本居高不下。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中为了保证仿真动植物珠宝产品的品质,生产率却不能提高的缺陷,本发明提供了一种仿真动植物珠宝的加工方法,实现的目的为,使制得的仿真动植物珠宝产品活灵活现,提高仿真动植物珠宝品质的同时简化加工流程,降低加工复杂度,从而大幅提高生产率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:本发明提供的一 种仿真动植物珠宝加工方法,包括如下步骤,(1)采用塑形泥雕塑成仿真动植物形状,得到模具,
(2)以步骤(1)得到的模具加工制得仿真动植物珠宝。
采用这种塑形泥塑形得到的动植物图案模具更为柔和、生动、活灵活现,可采用3D喷蜡机也可采用手工塑形,降低操作难度又保证了产品质量,减少了加工珠宝产品的步骤,使高质量的珠宝产品加工更适宜规模化生产。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)包括如下步骤:
(21)将步骤(1)得到的模具放入烤箱,所述模具厚度为1-10cm,烤箱温度为90-130℃,烘烤时间为5-20min;
(22)经步骤(21)处理后的模具进行压制胶膜,所述胶膜材料为硅胶、橡胶中任意一种;
(23)将步骤(22)得到的胶膜进行注蜡,得到蜡模,用以加工珠宝。
所选择的烤箱温度和时间是为了使塑形泥模具固化成型,所选择的胶膜能够使塑形泥模具更好的拓在胶膜上,对胶膜进行注蜡除蜡得到蜡模后,胶膜可循环利用,降低生成成本又保证了产品的质量稳定性。
本发明采用上述技术方案,包括以下有益效果:使制得的仿真动植物珠宝产品活灵活现,提高仿真动植物珠宝品质的同时简化加工流程,降低加工复杂度,从而大幅提高生产率。
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。本发明没有特殊说明的,均采用的是现有技术,本发明中没有对工作条件参数做出特殊说明的,均是常温常压条件。
实施例一:本发明提供的一种仿真动植物珠宝加工方法,包括如 下步骤,
采用塑形泥雕塑成仿真动植物形状,得到模具,所用的塑形泥可以是德国VIVA DECOR工艺师改进的首饰泥,更为优选的是Khada深湖天然塑形泥,该塑形泥以天然陶土泥加以特殊配方,结合纯自然成型基质,呈现出最完美的3D立体塑形效果;
(2)以步骤(1)得到的模具加工制得仿真动植物珠宝。包括:
(21)将步骤(1)得到的模具放入烤箱,所述模具厚度为1cm,烤箱温度为90℃,烘烤时间为5min;
(22)经步骤(21)处理后的模具进行压制胶膜,所述胶膜材料为硅胶,图案比较细腻的饰品,用硅胶材质的胶膜进行压制图案的纹路可以更好的展现出来;
(23)将步骤(22)得到的胶膜进行注蜡,得到蜡模,用以加工珠宝。加工珠宝的后续方法与现有技术一致。
以下筛选出部分试验例,用以说明本发明在选择模具厚度、烤箱温度、烘烤时间、以及胶膜材质时是经过无数次如下试验最终筛选得到的,
经以上实验说明,在本发明选择模具厚度、烤箱温度、烘烤时间、胶膜材质时,并无一定的规律性,本发明上述参数的选择是做了无数次筛选试验得到的,最终筛选的模具厚度、烤箱温度、烘烤时间三种参数互相配合,使模具定型容易,具有良好的弹性,不出现裂纹,图案纹理细腻的饰品采用硅胶胶膜在制得饰品时,细腻的纹路清晰可 见,粗犷图案的饰品采用橡胶材质胶膜,图案能够全部拓印,最终制得的饰品和模具一致性高,活灵活现。
实施例二:本发明提供的一种仿真动植物珠宝加工方法,包括如下步骤,
采用塑形泥雕塑成仿真动植物形状,得到模具,所用的塑形泥可以是德国VIVA DECOR工艺师改进的首饰泥,更为优选的是Khada深湖天然塑形泥,该塑形泥以天然陶土泥加以特殊配方,结合纯自然成型基质,呈现出最完美的3D立体塑形效果;
(2)以步骤(1)得到的模具加工制得仿真动植物珠宝。包括:
(21)将步骤(1)得到的模具放入烤箱,所述模具厚度为10cm,烤箱温度为130℃,烘烤时间为20min;
(22)经步骤(21)处理后的模具进行压制胶膜,所述胶膜材料为橡胶,粗犷图案的饰品采用橡胶材质胶膜,图案能够全部拓印,最终制得的饰品和模具一致性高,活灵活现;
(23)将步骤(22)得到的胶膜进行注蜡,得到蜡模,用以加工珠宝。加工珠宝的后续方法与现有技术一致。
实施例三:本发明提供的一种仿真动植物珠宝加工方法,包括如下步骤,

(22)经步骤(21)处理后的模具进行压制胶膜,所述胶膜材料为橡胶,粗犷图案的饰品采用橡胶材质胶膜,图案能够全部拓印,最终制得的饰品和模具一致性高,活灵活现;
(23)将步骤(22)得到的胶膜进行注蜡,得到蜡模,用以加工 珠宝。加工珠宝的后续方法与现有技术一致。
实施例四:本发明提供的一种仿真动植物珠宝加工方法,包括如下步骤,

(22)经步骤(21)处理后的模具进行压制胶膜,所述胶膜材料为硅胶,图案比较细腻的饰品,用硅胶材质的胶膜进行压制图案的纹路可以更好的展现出来;
(23)将步骤(22)得到的胶膜进行注蜡,得到蜡模,用以加工珠宝。加工珠宝的后续方法与现有技术一致。
实施例五:本发明提供的一种仿真动植物珠宝加工方法,包括如下步骤,

(22)经步骤(21)处理后的模具进行压制胶膜,所述胶膜材料为橡胶,粗犷图案的饰品采用橡胶材质胶膜,图案能够全部拓印,最终制得的饰品和模具一致性高,活灵活现;
(23)将步骤(22)得到的胶膜进行注蜡,得到蜡模,用以加工珠宝。加工珠宝的后续方法与现有技术一致。

- 一种仿真动植物珠宝加工方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤,(1)采用塑形泥雕塑成仿真动植物形状,得到模具;(2)以步骤(1)得到的模具加工制得仿真动植物珠宝。
- 根据权利要求1所述的仿真动植物珠宝的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)包括如下步骤:(21)将步骤(1)得到的模具放入烤箱,所述模具厚度为1-10cm,烤箱温度为90-130℃,烘烤时间为5-20min;(22)经步骤(21)处理后的模具进行压制胶膜,所述胶膜材料为硅胶、橡胶中任意一种;(23)将步骤(22)得到的胶膜进行注蜡,得到蜡模,用以加工珠宝。
