  • a horizontal adjustment is possible by means of the adjusting screw 351 situated in the locking projection 353 of the hinge lever 35 perpendicularly relative to the rotation axis A of the hinge arrangement, wherein an access to this adjusting screw is provided by the adjusting opening 345 in the locking element 34.
  • Screwing in or screwing out of this adjusting screw 351 induces a pressure on the retaining surface 338 of the clamping member 33 or on the retaining surface 342 of the locking element 34, and thus causes an appropriate displacement of the tongue 352 along the mounting openings 354 in the slot 331 of the clamping member 33.

  • Rotating the adjusting bolt 3614 causes inducing a pressure by this bolt on one of the retaining surfaces 365a, 365b and thus displacing the adjusting bracket 31 relative to the underlay 361 along the longitudinal mounting openings 311 on the bolts of the loose mounting screws 32.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un agencement de charnière (1), en particulier un agencement caché de charnière, comprenant un premier élément de charnière (2) relié de manière articulée à un second élément de charnière (3) pourvu d'un levier de charnière (35) et d'un élément de serrage (33) qui est fixé à un support de réglage (31) et pourvu d'une fente (331), ledit levier de charnière (35) étant inséré dans ladite fente (331), dans la direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation (A) de l'agencement de charnière (1) et comprenant en outre un moyen de montage (335) permettant de monter ledit levier de charnière (35) dans ledit élément de serrage (33), ledit support de réglage (31) étant pourvu d'ouvertures traversantes de montage (311) dans lesquelles sont incorporées des vis de montage (32) pour la fixation dudit support de réglage (31) sur une sous-couche (361). Pour simplifier le montage de châssis de porte ou de fenêtre et pour simplifier le réglage du serrage d'un châssis (5) par rapport à un cadre (4) après le montage du châssis (5), ladite sous-couche (361) comporte un bloc de réglage en saillie (3612) situé dans une ouverture de réglage (312) dudit support de réglage (31) et pourvu d'une ouverture traversante de réglage (3613) s'étendant le long de la direction sensiblement perpendiculaire par rapport à l'axe de rotation (A) de l'agencement de charnière, un boulon de réglage (3614) pourvu d'un moyen d'application de couple étant vissé dans ladite ouverture de réglage (3613), ledit support de réglage (31) étant pourvu de surfaces de retenue (365a, 365b) coopérant avec les extrémités dudit boulon de réglage (3614) et au moins une desdites surfaces de retenue (365a, 365b) est pourvue d'une ouverture de réglage d'accès (366) permettant d'appliquer un outil audit moyen d'application de couple dudit boulon de réglage (3614).
