Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for the production of individualized mixtures for a therapeutic and / or cosmetics comprising the steps of automated skin analysis with a skin analyzer, sending data from the skin analyzer to a central control unit, generating operation commands from the data sent to the control unit and producing the individualized mixture by executing the operation commands through an apparatus for producing an individualized mixture, and a system for carrying out the method.
  • Every skin type has its own individual characteristics. For optimal care, care products that are adapted to the individual skin type are therefore necessary. In order to achieve true individualization, a large number of basic substances and an even higher number of active ingredients are needed (more than 100 in total). Individualization at this level can therefore not be achieved with small all-in-one products already known from the prior art, all of which are designed for use in a shop. However, the production of completely individualized care products has hitherto been very cost-intensive, since a corresponding automated production does not yet exist and each product must be mixed by hand. At the same time, manual production does not allow the required precision of the mixture. Tolerances of 20% must be accepted, poor mixing relatively common.
