按上述方案,所述基体板的两侧分别设置一块天然石质板,且每个天然石质板上均设有多个镂空部,镂空处设有可透光的石质填充块;两块天然石质板上的镂空部为完全相对、部分错开或完全错开;并且基体板的两侧分别具有与接近的天然石质板对应的凹槽。从而营造出双面装饰效果。
按上述方案,天然石质板由多个天然石质块拼接而成,可以充分利用边角余料,节约了石材资源。
本发明的有益效果在于:
根据所用石材的透光性不同,将天然石质板的厚度控制在1mm至3.5mm,是因为当把天然石材厚度加工成小于1mm时,加工难度增大、次品率增加,视觉效果上石质感不强;当天然石材厚度大于3.5mm时,光源从石材后侧照射的图案显示不细腻、不清晰;
通过把天然石质板与基体板进行粘贴固定,可以保证在将天然石质板加工成 1mm至3.5mm以及进一步打磨抛光的过程中,天然石质板不易破碎;
将天然石质板的厚度控制在1mm至3.5mm,既保证了石质板的外表面为天然石质板,又具有发光展示图案功能,而且不需要使用价格很高、透光性较好的天然石材做原料,选材更广泛,成本大大降低;
将天然石质板的厚度控制在1mm至3.5mm,无需采用厚天然石质板,节省了宝贵的石材资源;
基体板上设置凹槽,无需在天然石质板上进行雕刻,加工工序简单,加工时间短;
利用凹槽的空间安设光源,既增添了发光功能又不增加体积。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
参见图1,一种石质板,其包括基体板1、天然石质板2、光源3。基体板1上预制有多个凹槽11,多个凹槽11构成图案。天然石质板2的厚度为1mm至3.5mm,其内表面和外表面均为平面。基体板1设有凹槽面的一侧与天然石质板2的内表面粘贴固定在一起,且凹槽11与天然石质板2之间形成空腔4。光源3置于空腔4内,光源3连接的电线6通过预制线管5与电源连接。所述光源3可为发光二极管。
在空腔4内的光源3不发光的情况下,图案不可见;在空腔4内的光源发光的情况下,图案通过天然石质板可见。
优选地,所述基体板1上,对应凹槽11的位置处设有用于安装光源的预留孔12;换言之,在设有预留孔12的情况下,可先将天然石质板2与基体板1固定,此时不安装光源3,以避免光源3在固定天然石质板2与基体板1的过程中遭到损毁。
优选地,与光源3连接的电线6通过基体板1上的刻槽或开孔穿出后与电源开关或/和时间控制器连接,时间控制器控制光源周期性发光;光源可外接电源,增加其实用性,使光源更持久的发光,以确保装饰效果;具体而言,时间控制器主要是用于控制紫外光源来激发凹槽内的光致发光材料,例如,时间控制器可以设置为通电5秒,再断电15分钟(光致发光材料被激发而发光),而后再通电5秒,依此类推,周而复始。由于通电时间相较于断电时间非常短,即大部分时间无需通电,因此非常省电,有效地节约了能源且降低了使用成本。
再优选地,作为可替换的方案,还可以在凹槽11内安装导光条或发光条,光源3可以设置在天然石质板2的周边且与凹槽11连通的位置处,这样一来,可以通过导光条将光源发出的光导入到凹槽11内,由于光源3位于天然石质板2的周边,因此便于更换光源3,且导光条或发光条可使得凹槽11内的光更均匀,避免出现光斑。
需要说明的是,除了光源,本发明还可以使用其他体积小的光源。
此外,优选地,可在凹槽11内设置加热单元(图中未详示),并对加热单元做防水处理。通过在凹槽11内设置加热单元,可以大大扩展天然石材面板的使用用途,例如可用于地面或餐桌等,增加使用者的舒适性。
所述天然石质板2上可以具有多个镂空部,且镂空部内设有可透光的石质填 充块,所有可透光的石质填充块形成图案;所述基体板上设有与镂空部相对应的凹槽,凹槽内设有光源或用于安装光源的预留孔,所述光源通过电源线与电源开关或/和时间控制器连接,这样设置的优势在于凹槽内设置的光源的发光可以直接从镂空部处的石质填充块透出。此外,可以在基体板1的两侧分别设置一块天然石质板2,且每个天然石质板上均设有多个镂空部21,镂空处设有可透光的石质填充块;两块天然石质板上的镂空部可以呈现出完全相对(如图1B所示)、部分错开或完全错开(如图1C所示),并且基体板1的两侧分别具有与接近的天然石质板对应的凹槽11。从而营造出双面装饰效果。
再例如,天然石质板2还可以由多个天然石质块拼接而成,可以充分利用边角余料,节约了石材资源,大大节约成本。
实施例2
参见图2,与实施例1所不同的是,在空腔4内的天然石质板2上涂覆有可固化的透明胶7,以保证天然石质板2在包括打磨抛光的加工过程中不易破碎。
实施例3
参见图3,与实施例1所不同的是,空腔4内,在天然石质板2与光源3之间设有透明板8;在透明板8上,光源3侧,设有光致发光材料9;在透明板8上,天然石质板2侧,设有颜料10;当空腔4内的光源3不发光和/或透明板8上的光致发光材料9没被激活发光的情况下,图案不可见;当空腔4内的光源3发光和/或透明板8上的光致发光材料9被激活发光的情况下,图案可见。
实施例4
参见图4,与实施例2所不同的是,空腔4内,在可固化的透明胶7与光源3之间设有透明板8;在透明板8上,光源3侧,设有光致发光材料9;在透明板8上,天然石质板2侧设有颜料10;当空腔4内的光源3不发光和/或透明板8上的光致发光材料9没被激活发光的情况下,图案不可见;当空腔4内的光源3发光和/或透明板8上的光致发光材料9被激活发光的情况下,图案可见。
实施例5
与实施例2所不同的是:在可固化的透明胶与光源之间设有可透光的彩色板。当光源发光时,石质板展示出彩色图案,以便增加石质板的视觉效果。
本发明中,发光二极管可以为紫外发光二极管,该紫外发光二极管通过时间控制器控制其发光时间,用来激活光致发光材料,利用光致发光材料的发光来展 示图案,省电又增添了视觉效果。发光二极管也可以为彩色发光二极管,让图案展示彩色效果。
本发明中,可固化的透明胶为环氧树脂胶粘剂、聚氨酯胶粘剂、不饱和聚酯树脂粘合剂中的一种。基体板是水泥板、烧制板、蜂窝板中的一种。
本发明还提供一种石质板的制造方法,其主要包括以下步骤:
步骤1:在基体板上设置有凹槽(以及线槽或线孔);
步骤2:在凹槽内安装有光源或者用于安装光源的预留孔,光源连接电源线,电源线通过线槽或线孔穿出;
步骤3:将基体板设有凹槽的一侧通过粘胶与天然石质板的内表面粘贴;
步骤4,当粘胶固化后,将天然石质板的厚度控制在1mm~3.5mm的范围内,可具体可采用锯切或控厚的方式实现该厚度;
步骤5:对天然石质板的外表面进行抛光,完成石质板的制造。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果在于:根据所用石材的透光性不同,将天然石质板的厚度控制在1mm至3.5mm,是为了在不开光源(光源)的情况下,石质板外表看起来就是一块普通的天然石质装饰板,只有在光源发光时,图案才展示可见,增加了观赏性;通过把天然石质板与基体板进行粘贴固定,可以保证在将天然石质板加工成1mm至3.5mm以及进一步打磨抛光的过程中,天然石质板不易破碎;并且将天然石质板的厚度控制在1mm至3.5mm,既保证了石质板的外表面为天然石质板,又具有发光展示图案功能,而且不需要使用价格很高、透光性较好的天然石材做原料,选材更广泛,成本大大降低;将天然石质板的厚度控制在1mm至3.5mm,无需采用厚天然石质板,节省了宝贵的石材资源;基体板上设置凹槽,无需在天然石质板上进行雕刻,加工工序简单,加工时间短;利用凹槽的空间安设光源,既增添了发光功能又不增加体积。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

Claims (35)

  1. 一种石质板,其特征在于:包括基体板、天然石质板以及光源;
    所述基体板上设有至少一个凹槽;所述至少一个凹槽构成图案;
    所述天然石质板的厚度为1mm至3.5mm;
    所述基体板设有凹槽的一侧与天然石质板的内表面粘贴固定;
    所述凹槽与天然石质板之间形成空腔;
    所述光源置于空腔内,该光源与电线连接;
    在空腔内的光源不发光的情况下,图案不可见;在空腔内的光源发光的情况下,图案通过天然石质板可见。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的石质板,其特征在于:在空腔内,天然石质板与光源之间设有透明板;在透明板上设有光致发光材料;或者,在透明板朝向光源的一侧设有光致发光材料,在透明板朝向天然石质板的一侧设有颜料;当空腔内的光源不发光并且透明板上的光致发光材料没被激活发光的情况下,图案不可见;当透明板上的光致发光材料被激活发光的情况下,图案通过天然石质板可见。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的石质板,其特征在于:在空腔内的天然石质板上涂覆有可固化的透明胶。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的石质板,其特征在于:在可固化的透明胶与光源之间设有可透光的彩色板。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的石质板,其特征在于:在空腔内,在可固化的透明胶与光源之间设有透明板;在透明板上设有光致发光材料;或者,在透明板朝向光源的一侧设有光致发光材料,在透明板上朝向天然石质板的一侧设有颜料;当空腔内的光源不发光并且透明板上的光致发光材料没被激活发光的情况下,图案不可见;当透明板上的光致发光材料被激活发光的情况下,图案通过天然石质板可见。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的石质板,其特征在于:所述天然石质板的内表面和外表面均为平面。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的石质板,其特征在于:所述基体板上预制有线管,所述电线通过所述线管连接控制器和电源。
  8. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的石质板,其特征在于:所述基体板 是水泥板、烧制板、蜂窝板中的一种;所述凹槽预制在水泥板、烧制板、蜂窝板上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的石质板,其特征在于:所述光源为发光二极管。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的石质板,其特征在于:所述发光二极管为彩色发光二极管或紫外发光二极管,所述紫外发光二极管通过时间控制器控制其发光时间。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的石质板,其特征在于:所述可固化的透明胶为环氧树脂胶粘剂、聚氨酯胶粘剂、不饱和聚酯树脂粘合剂中的一种。
  12. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的石质板,其特征在于:所述基体板上对应凹槽的位置处设有用于安装光源的预留孔。
  13. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的石质板,其特征在于:与光源连接的电线穿过基体板后与电源开关或/和时间控制器连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的石质板,其特征在于:在凹槽内安装导光条或发光条,光源或电源线设置在天然石质板的周边且与凹槽连通的位置处。
  15. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的石质板,其特征在于:在凹槽内设置加热单元。
  16. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的石质板,其特征在于:所述天然石质板上具有多个镂空部,且镂空部内设有可透光的石质填充块,所有可透光的石质填充块形成图案;所述基体板上的凹槽与所述镂空部对应设置。
  17. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的石质板,其特征在于:所述基体板的两侧分别设置一块天然石质板,且每个天然石质板上均设有多个镂空部,镂空处设有可透光的石质填充块;两块天然石质板上的镂空部为完全相对、部分错开或完全错开;并且基体板的两侧分别具有与接近的天然石质板对应的凹槽。
  18. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的石质板,其特征在于:天然石质板由多个天然石质块拼接而成。19、一种石质板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤1:在基体板上设置有至少一个凹槽;
    步骤2:在凹槽内安装有光源或者用于安装光源的预留孔,光源连接电源线, 电源线通过线槽或线孔穿出;
    步骤3:将基体板设有凹槽的一侧通过粘胶与天然石质板的内表面粘贴,所述凹槽与天然石质板之间形成空腔;
    步骤4,当粘胶固化后,将天然石质板的厚度加工为1mm~3.5mm;
    步骤5:对天然石质板的外表面进行抛光,完成石质板的制造。
  19. 根据权利要求19所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:在空腔内,天然石质板与光源之间设有透明板;在透明板上设有光致发光材料;或者,在透明板朝向光源的一侧设有光致发光材料,在透明板朝向天然石质板的一侧设有颜料;当空腔内的光源不发光并且透明板上的光致发光材料没被激活发光的情况下,图案不可见;当透明板上的光致发光材料被激活发光的情况下,图案通过天然石质板可见。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:在空腔内的天然石质板上涂覆有可固化的透明胶。
  21. 根据权利要求21所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:在可固化的透明胶与光源之间设有可透光的彩色板。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:在空腔内,在可固化的透明胶与光源之间设有透明板;在透明板上设有光致发光材料;或者,在透明板朝向光源的一侧设有光致发光材料,在透明板上朝向天然石质板的一侧设有颜料;当空腔内的光源不发光并且透明板上的光致发光材料没被激活发光的情况下,图案不可见;当透明板上的光致发光材料被激活发光的情况下,图案可见。
  23. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述天然石质板的内表面和外表面均为平面。
  24. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述基体板上预制有线管,所述电线通过所述线管连接控制器和电源。
  25. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述基体板是水泥板、烧制板、蜂窝板中的一种;所述凹槽预制在水泥板、烧制板、蜂窝板上。
  26. 根据权利要求26所述的石质板,其特征在于:所述光源为发光二极管。
  27. 根据权利要求27中任一项所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:所 述发光二极管为彩色发光二极管或紫外发光二极管,所述紫外发光二极管通过时间控制器控制其发光时间。
  28. 根据权利要求21所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述可固化的透明胶为环氧树脂胶粘剂、聚氨酯胶粘剂、不饱和聚酯树脂粘合剂中的一种。
  29. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述基体板上对应凹槽的位置处设有用于安装光源的预留孔。
  30. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:与光源连接的电线穿过基体板后与电源开关或/和时间控制器连接。
  31. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:在凹槽内安装导光条或发光条,光源或电源线设置在天然石质板的周边且与凹槽连通的位置处。
  32. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:在凹槽内设置加热单元。
  33. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述天然石质板上具有多个镂空部,且镂空部内设有可透光的石质填充块,所有可透光的石质填充块形成图案;所述基体板上的凹槽与所述镂空部对应设置。
  34. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述基体板的两侧分别设置一块天然石质板,且每个天然石质板上均设有多个镂空部,镂空处设有可透光的石质填充块;两块天然石质板上的镂空部为完全相对、部分错开或完全错开;并且基体板的两侧分别具有与接近的天然石质板对应的凹槽。
  35. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的石质板的制造方法,其特征在于:天然石质板由多个天然石质块拼接而成。
