实施例1提供了一种石质装饰板,参见图1,包括天然石质板1、瓷砖 4、光源2和可固化的透明胶水3;所述瓷砖4与天然石质板1的内表面粘贴在一起;所述天然石质板1的内表面设有若干第三凹雕9,第三凹雕9底部的石材厚度为1mm~3.5mm;所述若干第三凹雕9构成图案;所述第三凹雕9与所述瓷砖4之间形成空腔,在所述空腔内第三凹雕9侧填充所述可固化的透明胶水3;所述光源2置于所述空腔内,光源2与电线14连接;在所述空腔内的所述光源2不发光的情况下,所述图案不可见;在所述空腔内的所述光源2发光的情况下,所述图案才可见。
作为优选的,为了节约资源,也为了减轻瓷砖4整体重量,在所述瓷砖4上,与第三凹雕9对应处设有第二凹槽8,所述光源2置于该第二凹槽8内。或者,所述瓷砖4为与所述若干第三凹雕9相适应的若干个,其一一对应设于所述第三凹雕9的开口处。
实施例2提供了一种石质装饰板,其在实施例1的基础上进一步优化:参见图2,在所述可固化的透明胶水3与光源2之间设有颜料层11。当光源2不发光时,颜料不会因为紧贴第三凹雕9内表面而透出可见;当光源2发光时,颜料可以通过可固化的透明胶水3而展示彩色图案。
实施例3提供了一种石质装饰板,其在实施例2的基础上进一步优化:参见图3,在所述第三凹雕9与光源2之间设有可透光的彩色板12。当光源2发光时,瓷砖4展示出彩色图案,以便增加瓷砖4的视觉效果。
实施例4提供了一种石质装饰板,其在实施例2的基础上进一步优化,且与实施例3不同:参见图4,所述第三凹雕9内设有光致发光材料13;当所述空腔内的光源2不发光和/或第三凹雕9内的光致发光材料13没被激活发光的情况下,图案不可见;当所述空腔内的光源2发光和/或第三凹雕 9内的光致发光材料13被激活发光的情况下,图案才可见。
在上述实施例1~实施例4中,为了便于电线14的安设,所述瓷砖4上设有刻槽或钻孔,所述电线14通过刻槽或钻孔穿出后与电源连接。
在上述实施例1~实施例4中,所述天然石质板1的外表面为平面,可用自动抛光机进行常规的打磨抛光,高效,省工,效果好。
在上述实施例1~实施例4中,在所述第三凹雕9和/或第二凹槽8内设置发热单元,可使本石质装饰板提供热量。当本石质装饰板用于室内装饰时,可起地暖或墙暖的作用;当本石质装饰板用于室外装饰时,例如人行道路面等,可在寒冷天气起到融雪的作用。
实施例5提供了一种石质装饰板,参见图5和图6,包括天然石质板1、后面板5、光源2和可固化的透明胶水3;所述天然石质板1的外表面设有若干第一凹槽7或第一凹雕,所述天然石质板1的内表面为平面;所述天然石质板1的内表面与所述后面板5粘接;在所述后面板5上,靠近天然石质板1的一侧设有第二凹槽8,该第二凹槽8与天然石质板1的内表面形成空腔;全部或部分第一凹槽7或第一凹雕底部正对所述空腔内的天然石质板1内表面;所述第一凹槽7或第一凹雕的底部与正对的空腔内的天然石质板1内表面的距离为1mm至3mm;所述光源2置于所述空腔内;所述空腔内填充可固化的透明胶水3。
在白天使用时,第一凹槽7或第一凹雕可起到常规的标识作用;在夜晚或光线不好时,当空腔内的光源2开启,正对空腔内的石质板内表面的第一凹槽7或第一凹雕底部因具有较好的透光性可起到发光效果的标识作用。
根据所用天然石材的透光性不同,将第一凹雕或第一凹槽7的底部到天然石质板1的内表面的距离控制在1mm~3mm,是因为当把天然石质板1厚度加工成小于1mm时,加工难度增大,次品率增加,造成浪费;当天然石质板1厚度大于3mm时,就不具有透光性或透光效果不好,影响整个石质装饰板的质量。
在空腔内填充有可固化的透明胶水3的目的是保证在对天然石质板1进行加工和安装以及使用过程中,天然石质板1不易破碎。
将光源2设置在空腔内,不用增加天然石质装饰板的体积,而且保护了光源2,使光源2不易损坏。
因天然石质板1外表面的第一凹雕或第一凹槽7的底部才具有较好的透光性,而正常情况下第一凹雕或第一凹槽7底部不易受到磨损,从而增加天然石质装饰板的使用寿命。
作为实施例5中更具体的一种方案,所述后面板5是水泥板、烧制板、蜂窝板中的一种。第二凹槽8可预制在水泥板、烧制板、蜂窝板上,既保证天然石质板1结构的稳定,又提高了制作效率。
作为实施例5中更具体的一种方案,在所述第一凹槽7或第一凹雕,和/或,第二凹槽8内设置发热单元,可使本石质装饰板提供热量。当本石质装饰板用于室内装饰时,可起地暖或墙暖的作用;当本石质装饰板用于室外装饰时,例如人行道路面等,可在寒冷天气起到融雪的作用。
实施例6提供了一种石质装饰板,参见图7和图8,包括天然石质板1、光源2、可固化的透明胶水3;所述天然石质板1的外表面设有若干第一凹槽7或第一凹雕,所述天然石质板1的内表面设有一个或多个第三凹槽10 或第三凹雕;所述第三凹槽10或第三凹雕与所述第一凹槽7或第一凹雕相对应;所述第一凹槽7或第一凹雕的底部与正对的第三凹槽10或第三凹雕的底部之间的距离为1mm至3mm;所述光源2置于第三凹槽10或第三凹雕内,或者置于天然石质板1内表面外且正对第三凹槽10或第三凹雕;所述第三凹槽10或第三凹雕内填充可固化的透明胶水3。
在白天使用时,第一凹槽7或第一凹雕可起到常规的标识作用;在夜晚或光线不好时,当空腔内的光源2开启,正对第三凹槽10或第三凹雕底部的第一凹槽7或第一凹雕底部因具有较好的透光性可起到发光效果的标识作用。
将第一凹雕或第一凹槽7的底部与正对的第三凹槽10或第三凹雕的底部之间的距离控制在1mm~3mm,是因为当把天然石质板1厚度加工成小于1mm时,加工难度增大,次品率增加,造成浪费;当天然石质板1厚度大于3mm时,就不具有透光性或透光效果不好,影响整个石质装饰板的质量。
在第三凹槽10或第三凹雕内填充有可固化的透明胶水3的目的是保证在对天然石质板1进行加工和安装以及使用过程中,天然石质板1不易破碎。

实施例7提供了一种石质装饰板,参见图9,与实施例6所不同的是,所述天然石质板1的外表面设有一个第一凹雕,所述第一凹雕呈箭头形状,当然也可以是其他起标识作用的图案形状。
实施例8提供了一种石质装饰板,参见图10,包括天然石质板1、光源2、可固化的透明胶水3;所述天然石质板1的外表面设有若干第一凹槽7或第一凹雕,所述天然石质板1的内表面设有一个或多个第三凹槽10或第三凹雕;若干第一凹槽7或第一凹雕的底部正对一个第三凹槽10或第三凹雕的底部;所述第一凹槽7或第一凹雕的底部与正对的第三凹槽10或第三凹雕的底部之间的距离为1mm至3mm;所述光源2置于第三凹槽10或第三凹雕内,或者置于天然石质板1内表面外且正对第三凹槽10或第三凹雕;所述第三凹槽10或第三凹雕内填充可固化的透明胶水3。

实施例9提供了一种石质装饰板,参见图11和图12,包括天然石质板1、光源2、可固化的透明胶水3;所述天然石质板1的外表面设有第一凹槽7,所述第一凹槽7形成图案,在所述第一凹槽7内沿其内轮廓设有用于涂抹显色颜料的内轮廓涂层区14,在所述天然石质板1的外表面沿所述第一凹槽7的外轮廓设有用于涂抹显色颜料的外轮廓涂层区15;所述天然石质板1的内表面设有与所述第一凹槽7位置对应的第三凹槽10;所述天然石质板1还包括设于所述第三凹槽10内的光源2,及用于封闭所述第三凹 槽10的盖板6,所述盖板6与第三凹槽10之间形成空腔,所述第三凹槽10内填充可固化的透明胶水3。
天然石质板1外表面的第一凹槽7可以根据需要制成各式各样的图案,例如起导向作用的箭头图案,或是实现美观功能的花朵、脚丫等图案,本实施例提出的天然石质板1尤其适用于公共场所的地面铺设。由于天然石质板1可以采用各种通用材料制作,例如石材、木材、有机材料或是复合材料,许多材料本身存在天然花纹,这些花纹会影响人眼对天然石质板1外表面由第一凹槽7形成的图案的辨识,而本方案提出的用于涂抹显色颜料的内轮廓涂层区14及外轮廓涂层区15可以完美勾勒出第一凹槽7图案的轮廓,利于人眼轻松、快捷、准确地辨识图案。由于第三凹槽10与第一凹槽7是相向内陷,第三凹槽10的底面与第一凹槽7的底面间距很小,这样使得一般的天然石质板1材料均可实现一定的透光。实施主动发光时,只需点亮天然石质板1第三凹槽10内的光源2,天然石质板1外表面的第一凹槽7部分透光即呈现出与第一凹槽7形状相应的发光图案,在采光较差的环境中十分美观,并且透光柔和不刺眼,醒目易辨识。
实施例10提供了一种石质装饰板,其在实施例9的基础上进一步具体了:参见图12和图13,所述内轮廓涂层区14为所述第一凹槽7的底面边缘,或,所述内轮廓涂层区14为所述第一凹槽7的底面边缘及所述第一凹槽7的侧面。即增加了涂装面,提高图案轮廓的识别效果。以上两种图案内轮廓的涂装位置均为天然石质板1磨损盲区,极大延长了涂装的使用寿命。具体的,内轮廓涂层区14的宽度考虑保证识别的前提下尽量贴近第一凹槽7底面与侧面的交界处,例如内轮廓涂层区14的宽度可选择0.5~1cm。
实施例11提供了一种石质装饰板,其在实施例9的基础上进一步具体了:参见图14和图15,与实施例10不同的是,所述第一凹槽7内沿其内轮廓设有用于连接其底面与侧面的台阶16,该台阶16构成了位于天然石质板1外表面与第一凹槽7底面之间的一层中间面,可以用于涂抹显色颜料,相比于实施例1中颜料涂抹于第一凹槽7底部的方案来说,涂装不至于过低,影响人眼辨识,又能处于磨损盲区,不易被磨损。同样的,具体的涂装方式可以采用如下两种:所述内轮廓涂层区14为所述台阶16的表面,或,所述内轮廓涂层区14为所述台阶16的表面及所述第一凹槽7的侧面。
实施例12提供了一种石质装饰板,其在实施例9的基础上进一步具体了:参见图16和图17,与实施例10和实施例11不同的是,所述第一凹槽7内沿其内轮廓设有用于连接其底面与侧面的内环槽17,该内环槽17构成了位于天然石质板1外表面与第一凹槽7底面之间且低于第一凹槽7底面的一层面,同样可以用于涂抹显色颜料,本方案保证涂装的人眼辨识及不易磨损的前提下,相比于实施例1中颜料涂抹于第一凹槽7底部的方案来说,涂装更难被磨损;相比于实施例2中颜料涂抹于台阶16表面的方案来说,形成图案的第一凹槽7不需要做的过深,即第一凹槽7底部与天然石质板1外表面的落差可以做的很小,便于人员通行。同样的,具体的涂装方式可以采用如下两种:所述内轮廓涂层区14为所述内环槽17的表面,或,所述内轮廓涂层区14为所述内环槽17的表面及所述第一凹槽7的侧面。
在上述实施例9~实施例12中,所述天然石质板1的外表面沿所述第一凹槽7的外轮廓设有外环槽18,该外环槽18形成所述外轮廓涂层区15。 即使显色颜料避开易磨损面,涂抹于外环槽18内,极大延长了涂装的使用寿命。
在上述实施例9~实施例12中,在所述第一凹槽7,和/或,第三凹槽10内设置发热单元,可使本石质装饰板提供热量。当本石质装饰板用于室内装饰时,可起地暖或墙暖的作用;当本石质装饰板用于室外装饰时,例如人行道路面等,可在寒冷天气起到融雪的作用。
在上述实施例9~实施例12中,所述显色颜料为光致发光材料13,或掺混了光致发光材料13的颜料。
可以理解的是,在上述实施例9~实施例12中,第三凹槽10的形状和大小以可以覆盖第一凹槽7为佳。为提高透光性,并避免不必要的散光,所述第三凹槽10的形状与所述第一凹槽7相适应,即形状相同。为进一步地避免散光,所述第三凹槽10的侧面覆盖有遮光材料层,即将图案轮廓用遮光材料限制光的自由散发,这样,在光源2点亮时,发光图案的边界更为分明,图案更为清晰。
关于光源2的固定方式,可以采用如下两种方式,所述光源2与所述盖板6固定连接,或所述光源2固定于所述可固化的透明胶水3中。
在上述实施例6~实施例12中,所述盖板6是铝板、塑料板中的一种。可用螺丝、卡扣或粘贴的方式固定在石质板上并与石质板外表面齐平,重量轻,安装方便。
作为前述所有实施例的更具体的一种方案,所述可固化的透明胶水3中混有颜料,和/或,所述可固化的透明胶水3中混有光致发光材料13。
作为前述所有实施例的更具体的一种方案,所述可固化的透明胶水3 为环氧树脂胶粘剂、聚氨酯胶粘剂、不饱和聚酯树脂粘合剂中的一种。这种胶水可以保证天然石质板1在进行凹雕第一凹槽7的过程中,天然石质板1的结构稳定,尤其是透光面不易破损,实现透光面尽可能薄的雕刻工艺。在透明胶水3呈流态时将光源2按一定间距排布于所述第二凹槽或第二凹雕内,或是,第三凹槽10或第三凹雕9内,可以仅将光源2的灯头部分地嵌入透明胶水3中,也可以将光源2整体都嵌入透明胶水3中,留出电源线即可。待透明胶水3固化后,光源2得到稳定紧固。
作为前述所有实施例的更具体的一种方案,所述光源2通过电线14与电池或外接电源连接。
作为前述所有实施例的更具体的一种方案,所述光源2为紫外光源2或彩色光源,增加了本石质装饰板的观赏效果。
作为前述所有实施例的更具体的一种方案,所述光源2为发光二极管,所述光源2通过时间控制器控制其发光时间。
作为前述所有实施例的更具体的一种方案,所述天然石质板1为天然花岗岩材质。以使整个天然石质装饰板具有坚硬耐磨,适用于室外、地面等优点。

    所述瓷砖与天然石质板的内表面粘贴在一起;
    所述天然石质板的内表面设有若干第三凹雕,第三凹雕底部的石材厚度为1mm~3.5mm;
    所述若干第三凹雕构成图案;
    所述第三凹雕与所述瓷砖之间形成空腔,在所述空腔内第三凹雕侧填充所述可固化的透明胶水;
    所述光源置于所述空腔内,光源与电线连接;
    在所述空腔内的所述光源不发光的情况下,所述图案不可见;在所述空腔内的所述光源发光的情况下,所述图案才可见。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:在所述瓷砖上,与第三凹雕对应处设有第二凹槽,所述光源置于该第二凹槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述瓷砖为与所述若干第三凹雕相适应的若干个,其一一对应设于所述第三凹雕的开口处。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:在所述可固化的透明胶水与光源之间设有颜料层。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:在所述第三凹雕与光源之间设有可透光的彩色板。

  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:在所述第 一凹槽或第一凹雕,和/或,第二凹槽内设置发热单元。
  13. 一种石质装饰板,其特征在于:包括天然石质板、光源、可固化的透明胶水;
    所述天然石质板的外表面设有若干第一凹槽或第一凹雕,所述天然石质板的内表面设有一个或多个第三凹槽或第三凹雕;所述第三凹槽或第三凹雕与所述第一凹槽或第一凹雕相对应,或者若干第一凹槽或第一凹雕的底部正对一个第三凹槽或第三凹雕的底部;
    所述第一凹槽或第一凹雕的底部与正对的第三凹槽或第三凹雕的底部之间的距离为1mm至3mm;
    所述光源置于第三凹槽或第三凹雕内,或者置于天然石质板内表面外且正对第三凹槽或第三凹雕;
    所述第三凹槽或第三凹雕内填充可固化的透明胶水。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:在所述天然石质板的第三凹槽或第三凹雕的开口处设置有盖板,所述盖板与第三凹槽或第三凹雕之间构成空腔;所述光源设在空腔内。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:在所述第一凹槽或第一凹雕,和/或,第三凹槽或第三凹雕内设置发热单元。
  16. 一种石质装饰板,其特征在于:包括天然石质板、光源、可固化的透明胶水;
    所述天然石质板的外表面设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽形成图案,在所述第一凹槽内沿其内轮廓设有用于涂抹显色颜料的内轮廓涂层区,在所述天然石质板的外表面沿所述第一凹槽的外轮廓设有用于涂抹显色颜料的 外轮廓涂层区;
    所述天然石质板的内表面设有与所述第一凹槽位置对应的第三凹槽;所述天然石质板还包括设于所述第三凹槽内的光源,及用于封闭所述第三凹槽的盖板,所述盖板与第三凹槽之间形成空腔,所述第三凹槽内填充可固化的透明胶水。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述内轮廓涂层区为所述第一凹槽的底面边缘,或,所述内轮廓涂层区为所述第一凹槽的底面边缘及所述第一凹槽的侧面。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述第一凹槽内沿其内轮廓设有用于连接其底面与侧面的台阶;所述内轮廓涂层区为所述台阶的表面,或,所述内轮廓涂层区为所述台阶的表面及所述第一凹槽的侧面。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述第一凹槽内沿其内轮廓设有用于连接其底面与侧面的内环槽;所述内轮廓涂层区为所述内环槽的表面,或,所述内轮廓涂层区为所述内环槽的表面及所述第一凹槽的侧面。
  20. 根据权利要求16~19任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述天然石质板的外表面沿所述第一凹槽的外轮廓设有外环槽,该外环槽形成所述外轮廓涂层区。
  21. 根据权利要求16~20任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:在所述第一凹槽,和/或,第三凹槽内设置发热单元。
  22. 根据权利要求16~21任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述显 色颜料为光致发光材料,或掺混了光致发光材料的颜料。
  23. 根据权利要求16~22所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述第三凹槽的形状与所述第一凹槽相适应;所述第三凹槽的侧面覆盖有遮光材料层。
  24. 根据权利要求14~23所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述光源与所述盖板固定连接,或所述光源固定于所述可固化的透明胶水中。
  25. 根据权利要求14~24任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述盖板是铝板、塑料板中的一种。
  26. 根据权利要求1~25任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述可固化的透明胶水中混有颜料,和/或,所述可固化的透明胶水中混有光致发光材料。
  27. 根据权利要求1~26任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述可固化的透明胶水为环氧树脂胶粘剂、聚氨酯胶粘剂、不饱和聚酯树脂粘合剂中的一种。
  28. 根据权利要求1~27任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述光源通过电线与电池或外接电源连接。
  29. 根据权利要求1~28任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述光源为紫外光源或彩色光源。
  30. 根据权利要求1~29任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述光源通过时间控制器控制其发光时间。
  31. 根据权利要求1~30任一所述的石质装饰板,其特征在于:所述天然石质板为天然花岗岩材质。
