Claims (13)

1. Lichtelement, insbes. in Form einer Fliese, Kachel oder dergl. mit einer lichtdurchlässigen bzw. durchscheinenden Oberseite aus Glas, Kunststoff oder dergleichen Material, einer widerstandsfesten unteren Trägerschicht, die mittels Fliesenkleber mit einem Bodenestrich oder einer Wand verbunden wird, einem Leuchtmittel zwischen transparenter Oberseite und fester Unterseite, und einem elektrisch mit einer Stromquelle verbundenen Leuchtmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
  • a) die Unterseite der Fliese eine Trägerplatte ist, auf der Leuchtdioden in flacher Bauform angeordnet sind,
  • b) die Leuchtdioden in einer Isolierschicht eingebettet sind, die von der Trägerplatte aufgenommen ist, und
  • c) die Isolierschicht nach außen bzw. oben durch eine transparente Glas- oder Kunststoffplatte abgedeckt ist.
2. Lichtelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte eine Metallplatte ist.
3. Lichtelement, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte eine Keramikplatte mit einer der Isolierschicht zugewandten Metallauflage bzw. einer metallisierten Auflage ist.
4. Lichtelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in die Isolierschicht eingebetteten Leuchtdioden über nach außen geführte, eingebettete Anschlussleiter mit einer elektrischen Speisequelle verbunden sind.
5. Lichtlement nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Zuordnungsstellen der LDEs die Metallschicht durch Ätzen entfernt ist und die LDEs mit Hilfe von Kontaktkleber an der Trägerplatte festgelegt sind.
6. Lichtelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die LEDs mittels Wärmeleitpaste an der Trägerplatte festgelegt sind.
7. Lichtelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte aus einem wärmeableitenden Material besteht.
8. Lichtelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die LEDs gleichförmig über die Fläche der Fliese verteilt angeordnet sind.
9. Lichtelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die LEDs in Form von Mustern, geometrischen Gebilden oder dergleichen dekorativen Formen angeordnet sind bzw. in unterschiedlichen Farben ausgelegt sind.

Lichtelement, insbesondere in Form einer Fliese oder dergl. nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite der Fliese eine Trägerplatte ist, die eine Folienleiterplatte mit elektrischen Leiterbahnen aufnimmt, dass zwischen zwei Leiterbahnen Leuchtdioden angelötet sind, dass die Leuchtdioden in eine Vergussmasse aus Kunstharz eingebettet sind, und dass mit der Kunstharzmasse eine die Fliesenoberfläche bildende Schicht bzw. Platte aus lichtdurchlässigem Material verbunden ist.
11. Lichtelement nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienleiterplatte gegen die Trägerplatte isoliert ist.
12. Lichtelement nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienleiterplatte an den Stellen, an denen eine Leuchtdiode angeordet ist, weggeätzt ist, und dass die Leuchtdiode mit der Trägerplatte über eine warme Leitpaste verbunden ist.
13. Lichtelement nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leuchtmittel eine Elektrolumineszenzfolie oder eine Display- Folie, z. B. ein 0-LED-Display nach Art eines Flachbildschirmes, ist.
