一种中药颗粒计量装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医药生产技术领域,尤其是一种中药颗粒计量装置。
背景技术
国内外对中药颗粒化研究主要表现在两个方面。一是中药煮散,即把中药饮片粉碎成具有一定粒度的颗粒,以提高煎出效率,增加疗效,节约中药资源。二是单味或复方浓缩浸膏颗粒,即用现代科学技术,结合炮制、药剂、植物化学和近代其他科研成果,将单味中药或传统经典复方直接提取、浓缩成浸膏,再加工成颗粒剂,供患者直接服用。
目前,中药的生产过程已经实现了规范化和标准化,在中药颗粒的处方配药过程中,除了传统手抓、戥秤的方式外,还采用了自动的计量装置进行配药。如申请号为201520725251.6的中国实用新型装置,公开一种防粘结的中药颗粒计量器包括拨料盘、固定下料盖和下料驱动盖,拨料盘和下料驱动盖分别套装在固定下料盖的内外两侧,拨料盘和下料驱动盖之间固定连接且能绕着中心轴线转动,在拨料盘、固定下料盖和下料驱动盖上分别开设有数量相同的存料孔、计量孔和下料孔,存料孔和下料孔的孔径比计量孔大,下料驱动盖转动时能够使存料孔与计量孔相连通或者计量孔和下料孔相连通。该计量器与下料容器配合使用,通过存料孔、计量孔和下料孔之间的错位连通进行定量下料。虽然能满足定量下药的基本需求,但是在实际的使用过程中,还存在如下问题:1、由于中药颗粒是先落入计量孔,以填满计量孔为一个计量单位,在转动至与下料孔连通时,在重力作用下掉落,正常情况下并不会出现什么问题,但有时会受到惯性及中药颗粒相互之间挤压的影响,当连通下料孔时,中药颗粒全部或一部分还是结块堵塞在计量孔内,如此便导致计量不准确,影响处方效果。2、中药颗粒在转动过程中,从存料孔-计量孔-下料孔转移的,而拨料盘、固定下料盖在连接后之间还存在间隙,由于中药颗粒较为微小,会进入到前述间隙中,随着进入间隙的颗粒越来越多,会堵住间隙,容易出现卡死损坏的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种结构紧凑、计量准确的中药颗粒计量装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种中药颗粒计量装置,包括同轴线安装的拨料盘、固定下料盖和下料驱动盖,拨料盘和下料驱动盖分别套装在固定下料盖的内外两侧,拨料盘和下料驱动盖之间固定连接且能绕着中心轴线转动,在拨料盘、固定下料盖和下料驱动盖上分别开设有数量相同的存料孔、计量孔和下料孔,存料孔和下料孔的孔径比 计量孔大,下料驱动盖转动时能够使存料孔与计量孔相连通,或者使计量孔和下料孔相连通,其特征在于:在所述拨料盘上还设有下料防堵结构,所述下料防堵结构包括底壳、压块支架、防堵压块、弹簧和与底壳相配合的封盖,所述底壳固定在所述拨料盘上且与所述存料孔相错,在所述底壳内且在所述下料孔正上方开设有拨料孔,每个拨料孔内设有一个所述防堵压块,所述压块支架设置在底壳内且与所述防堵压块固定连接,所述弹簧套装在所述压块支架中心上且悬空端与所述封盖接触,所述防堵压块底面边缘设有圆形倒角,在所述弹簧的作用下,防堵压块可穿过拨料孔与所述固定下料盖的内底面接触,在所述下料驱动盖转动过程中,所述防堵压块的圆形倒角部分可滑入和滑出到所述计量孔中。
进一步地,本发明一种中药颗粒计量装置还包括有标签支架,所述RFID标签支架由中空的架体和与架体配合的顶盖构成,架体固定在所述下料防堵结构的封盖上。

本发明的有益效果是:结构紧凑,与下料容器配合使用,具有防尘防潮且计量准确的优点。
具体的,通过设置了下料防堵结构,在弹簧作用下,防堵压块可接触在固定下料盖的内底面上滑动。下药转动过程中,中药颗粒经存料孔进入计量孔中,当计量孔、下料孔对齐时,防堵压块的圆形倒角部分滑入计量孔中,碰撞计量孔内的中药颗粒,使其向下运动,由下料孔排出。避免出现中药颗粒卡在计量孔内的情况。另外,由于防堵压块是接触接触面滑动的,残留在部件连接间隙中的中药颗粒会随着防堵压块移动,落入计量孔中,保证计量结果的准确性且避免出现部件卡死等现象。

如图1-4所示,本发明一种中药颗粒计量装置,包括同轴线安装的拨料盘1、固定下料盖2和下料驱动盖3。其中,拨料盘1和下料驱动盖3分别套装在固定下料盖2的内外两侧,拨料盘1和下料驱动盖3之间固定连接且能绕着中心轴线转动。在拨料盘1、固定下料盖2和下料驱动盖上分别开设有数量相同的存料孔11、计量孔21和下料孔31,存料孔11和下料孔31的孔径比计量孔21的孔径大,下料驱动盖3转动时能够使存料孔11与计量孔21相连通,或者计量孔21和下料孔31相连通。

所述压块支架42设置在底壳内且与所述防堵压块43固定连接。所述弹簧44套装在所述压块支架42中心上且悬空端与所述封盖45接触。所述防堵压块43底面边缘设有圆形倒角,在所述弹簧44的作用下,防堵压块43的底面可穿过拨料孔与所述固定下料盖2的内底面接触,在所述下料驱动盖3转动过程中,所述防堵压块43的圆形倒角部分可滑入和滑出到所述计量孔21中。
进一步地,本发明一种中药颗粒计量装置还包括有一标签支架5,所述标签支架5由中空的架体51和与架体配合的顶盖52构成,架体51固定在所述下料防堵结构的底壳41上。通过设置标签支架5,能够将RFID放置在中空的架体51内,可供下料装置识别验证。
进一步地,所述存料孔11、计量孔21、下料孔31、拨料孔46均设有6个。
所述底壳41呈“*”形且与所述拨料盘一体成型。“*”形的底壳41外侧与拨料盘之间形成6个存料腔室47,每个存料腔室47的底面上设有一个所述存料孔11。
进一步地,所述压块支架42和防堵压块43一体成型。
本实施例中,上述固定下料盖2的底面中心还开设有安装通孔22,上述计量孔21沿着安装通孔22的边缘外侧均布设置。上述下料驱动盖3的底面上设有与安装孔22大小相适 应的圆形凸缘32,圆形凸缘32内开设有多边形卡槽33和设置在底面中心上的安装柱34。拨料盘1底面上设有与多边形卡槽33相配合的多边形卡缘13,安装时,拨料盘1的多边形卡缘13与多边形卡槽33配合后,由一闯过封盖45、拨料盘1的螺丝固定在安装柱34上。
进一步地,上述固定下料盖2内底面上开设有第一环形导流槽23,下料驱动盖3内底面上开设有第二环形导流槽35。在固定下料盖2的外侧底面上设有第一环形卡缘24,第一环形卡缘24能够卡在第二环形导流槽35内;在拨料盘1的下表面上设有卡在第一环形导流槽23内的第二环形卡缘14。上述存料孔11开设在拨料盘1的第二环形卡缘14的区域内,计量孔21开设在环形导流槽23内,下料孔31开设在环形导流槽35内。通过设置第一环形导流槽23、第二环形导流槽35,能使药物颗粒的移动轨迹限制在环形导流槽内,避免外散阻碍转动。
进一步地,上述固定下料盖2的内侧壁上设有安装螺纹25,外侧壁上设有定位防转耳板26和均布在外侧壁上的防滑筋条27。上述下料驱动盖3外侧壁上设有旋转卡位筋条36。
本发明使用时,将固定下料盖2与下料容器的下料口螺纹连接,倒扣后使固定下料盖2上的定位防转耳板26卡紧固定在外设漏料装置的工位上,并使旋转卡位筋条36插入到外设漏料装置的旋转驱动部件的卡槽中,由伺服电机驱动旋转,当存料孔11与计量孔21相连通时,下料容器内的药物颗粒落到计量孔21中,进一步转动时,当计量孔21、下料孔31对齐连通时,防堵压块43的圆形倒角部分滑入计量孔21中,碰撞计量孔内的中药颗粒,使其向下运动,由下料孔31落下。重复旋转下料,直至完成下料量;伺服电机停止转动。
由于计量孔21开设在中间层的固定下料盖2上,工作时这部分固定不动,由固定连接绕中心轴转动的拨料盘和下料驱动盖做相对运动,保证了转动的平稳性,使中药颗粒的计量的更加准确性。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种中药颗粒计量装置,包括同轴线安装的拨料盘、固定下料盖和下料驱动盖,拨料盘和下料驱动盖分别套装在固定下料盖的内外两侧,拨料盘和下料驱动盖之间固定连接且能绕着中心轴线转动,在拨料盘、固定下料盖和下料驱动盖上分别开设有数量相同的存料孔、计量孔和下料孔,存料孔和下料孔的孔径比计量孔大,下料驱动盖转动时能够使存料孔与计量孔相连通,或者使计量孔和下料孔相连通,其特征在于:在所述拨料盘上还设有下料防堵结构,所述下料防堵结构包括底壳、压块支架、防堵压块、弹簧和与底壳相配合的封盖,所述底壳固定在所述拨料盘上且与所述存料孔相错,在所述底壳内且在所述下料孔正上方开设有拨料孔,每个拨料孔内设有一个所述防堵压块,所述压块支架设置在底壳内且与所述防堵压块固定连接,所述弹簧套装在所述压块支架中心上且悬空端与所述封盖接触,所述防堵压块底面边缘设有圆形倒角,在所述弹簧的作用下,防堵压块可穿过拨料孔与所述固定下料盖的内底面接触,在所述下料驱动盖转动过程中,所述防堵压块的圆形倒角部分可滑入和滑出到所述计量孔中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的中药颗粒计量装置,其特征在于:还包括有RFID标签支架,所述标签支架由中空的架体和与架体配合的顶盖构成,架体固定在所述下料防堵结构的封盖上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的中药颗粒计量装置,其特征在于:所述存料孔、计量孔和下料孔均设有6个,所述底壳呈“*”形且与所述拨料盘一体成型。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项权利要求所述的中药颗粒计量装置,其特征在于:所述压块支架和防堵压块一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的中药颗粒计量装置,其特征在于:所述固定下料盖的底面中心开设有安装通孔,所述计量孔沿着安装通孔的边缘外侧均布置;下料驱动盖的底面上设有与安装孔大小相适应的圆形凸缘,圆形凸缘内开设有多边形卡槽和设置在底面中心上的安装柱,拨料盘底面上设有与多边形卡槽相配合的多边形卡缘,拨料盘的中心通过螺丝固定在安装柱上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的中药颗粒计量装置,其特征在于:所述固定下料盖和下料驱动盖内底面上均开设有环形导流槽,所述固定下料盖外侧底面和拨料盘下表面上分别设有与卡在相应环形导流槽内的环形卡缘,所述存料孔开设在拨料盘的环形卡缘内,所述计量孔和下料孔开设在对应的环形导流槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的中药颗粒计量装置,其特征在于:所述固定下料盖的内侧壁上设有安装螺纹,外侧壁上设有定位防转耳板,所述下料驱动盖外侧壁上设有旋转卡位筋条。
