在一些实施例中,所述同步轮的轴心线和所述第一圆锥齿轮的轴心线、所述卷簧轴的轴心线相互平行,所述第一圆锥齿轮的轴心线和所述第二圆锥齿轮的轴心线相互垂直。
在一些实施例中,所述同步轮和所述卷簧轴的数量为一个,所述卷簧的数量为多个,多个所述卷簧沿所述同步轮的轴心线和所述卷簧轴轴心线依次卷绕于所述同步轮和 / 或所述卷簧轴上。
在一些实施例中,所述同步轮和所述卷簧轴的数量均为多个且一一对应,多个所述同步轮沿左右方向依次设置,每个所述同步轮和对应的所述卷簧轴上卷绕有所述卷簧,左侧的所述第一圆锥齿轮和位于最左侧的同步轮相连,右侧的所述第二圆锥齿轮和位于最右侧的同步轮相连。
在一些实施例中,所述第一圆锥齿轮和所述同步轮通过圆柱齿轮相连接,所述同步轮上设置有一圈与所述圆柱齿轮相啮合的轮齿。
在一些实施例中,所述绕线组件包括固定座、可转动地设于所述固定座上的绕线轴及传动轴,所述传动轴和对应的所述第二圆锥齿轮相连接,所述传动轴穿设于所述绕线轴内且二者同轴,所述绕线轴的外壁沿所述传动轴的轴心线以逐渐向外的方式倾斜延伸,所述固定座的对应于所述绕线轴的外径较大的一端处开设有用于供拉绳穿过的穿线孔。
在一些实施例中,所述固定座上还开设有多个导线孔,多个所述导线孔开设在所述固定座的不同位置,且所述穿线孔位于所述导线孔和所述绕线轴的外壁之间。
本发明还采用如下技术方案:
一种收放式窗帘,包括帘体、带动帘体收放的拉绳,该收放式窗帘还包括所述的收放装置。
结合上述,本发明采用以上技术方案,相比现有技术具有如下优点:
在同步轮和第一圆锥齿轮三者的旁侧(如下侧或前侧)设置卷簧轴以和同步轮配合供卷簧卷绕和解卷,减少了同步轮的个数,从而减小了收放装置整体在左右方向上的齿轮,使得收放装置的结构较为紧凑。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域的技术人员理解。
本发明中述及左、右、前、后、上、下等方位词是以对收放装置及窗帘的惯常观察视角及为了叙述方便而定义的,如左、右、上、下分别对应于图 1 中纸面的左侧、右侧、上侧、下侧。
实施例 1
附图 1-6 示出了本发明的一种收放式窗帘,具体为一种收放式的罗马帘。参照附图 1-8 所示,收放式窗帘包括帘体 100 、带动帘体 100 收放的拉绳 200 及用于窗帘拉绳 200 收放的收放装置。拉绳 200 穿设在帘体 100 中且拉绳 200 的下端和帘体 100 的下端部固定连接、上端部和收放装置固定连接。帘体 100 上端连接有水平延伸的支架 300 ,收放装置包括支架 300 、安装在支架 300 上的同步轮组件 1 及绕线组件 3 。收放装置具体有如下三种设置方式:
A 、同步轮组件 1 为一个,同步轮组件 1 左侧与一个绕线组件 3 相连接,同步轮组件 1 右侧与另一个绕线组件 3 相连接;
B 、同步轮组件 1 为一个,同步轮组件 1 左侧和 / 或右侧与至少两个绕线组件 3 相连接;
C 、同步轮组件 1 为多个,绕线组件 3 也为多个,各同步轮组件 1 左右两侧分别与至少一个绕线组件 3 相连接,其中相邻两个同步轮组件 1 之间具有至少一个绕线组件 3 ;。
本实施例的收放装置即采用上述设置方式 A ,参见附图 1-6 。
参见图 5 所示,同步轮组件 1 包括同步轮 11 、分别位于同步轮 11 左右两侧的两个第一圆锥齿轮 15 及两个第二圆锥齿轮 16 。位于同一侧的第一圆锥齿轮 15 和第二圆锥齿轮 16 相互啮合,第二圆锥齿轮 16 的轴心线和同侧第一圆锥齿轮 15 的轴心线之间构成大于 0 的夹角,具体为相互垂直,第二圆锥齿轮 16 的轴心线沿左右方向水平延伸,第一圆锥齿轮 15 的轴心线沿前后方向水平延伸。同步轮 11 和第一圆锥齿轮 15 不同轴,且同步轮 11 的轴心线和第一圆锥齿轮 15 的轴心线相互平行,同步轮 11 和第一圆锥齿轮 15 通过圆柱齿轮 14 相连。具体地,同步轮 11 通过轮齿和该圆柱齿轮 14 相互啮合,该圆柱齿轮 14 和第一圆锥齿轮 15 同轴设置,具体到本实施例中,圆柱齿轮 14 和第一圆锥齿轮 15 一体注塑成型或一体铸造成型。本实施例中,第一圆锥齿轮 15 和第二圆锥齿轮 16 均为 90 度圆锥齿轮。
同步轮组件 1 还包括卷簧 12 以及设于同步轮 11 旁侧的卷簧轴 13 ,卷簧 12 两端分别固定连接于同步轮 11 和卷簧轴 13 以卷绕于同步轮 11 和 / 或卷簧轴 13 上,卷簧 12 在同步轮 11 上和卷簧轴 13 的卷绕方向相反,卷簧 12 沿顺时针方向卷绕于其中一个上,则沿逆时针方向卷绕于另一个上。优选地,两个第一圆锥齿轮 15 和同步轮 11 的外径相等,且沿一左右延伸的直线排列成线形,卷簧轴 13 位于该直线的旁侧,如图 1-6 所示的下侧。由于将卷簧轴 13 设置在同步轮 11 及第一圆锥齿轮 15 三者的旁侧,使得收放装置的结构较为紧凑,左右方向上的尺寸减小。
同步轮 11 、第一圆锥齿轮 15 、第二圆锥齿轮 16 、卷簧轴 13 分别可绕自身轴心线转动地设于同步轮组件 11 的安装座 10 内。其中,同步轮 11 通过上下两个轴承 17 分别可转动地连接于安装座 10 的上侧部和下侧部上,两个第二圆锥齿轮 16 则分别通过两个轴承 17 可转动地连接于安装座 10 的左侧部和右侧部上,以减小摩擦力。
同步轮 11 和卷簧轴 13 上下间隔设置且二者轴心线相互平行,二者均沿前后方向水平延伸。
在另一些实施方式中,同步轮和卷簧轴的数量均为一个,卷簧的数量可为多个,多个卷簧沿同步轮的轴心线和卷簧轴轴心线依次排列(即沿前后方向依次排列)地卷绕与同步轮和卷簧轴上。
在又一些实施方式中,同步轮组件包括沿左右方向依次设置的多组同步轮和卷簧轴,每组同步轮和卷簧轴由一个卷簧构成,每组的同步轮和卷簧轴上卷绕时有卷簧,左侧的第一圆锥齿轮和最左侧的同步轮通过圆柱齿轮连接,右侧的第一圆锥齿轮和最右侧的同步轮通过圆柱齿轮连接。同步轮和卷簧轴的组数依据实际帘体重量而相应设置。
参见图 6 所示,各绕线组件 3 分别包括固定设置在帘体 100 上端的固定座 31 、可转动地设于固定座 31 上的绕线轴 32 及传动轴 33 ,传动轴 33 和对应的第二圆锥齿轮 16 相连接,所有绕线组件的传动轴轴心线的延伸方向均一致。传动轴 33 穿设于绕线轴 32 内且二者同轴,绕线轴 32 的外壁沿传动轴 33 的轴心线以逐渐向外的方式倾斜延伸,拉绳 200 的上端部固定连接于绕线轴 32 外径较小的一端,固定座 31 的对应于绕线轴 32 的外径较大的一端处开设有供拉绳 200 穿过的穿线孔 310 。而若为上述方式 B 中,同步轮 11 同一侧若有多个绕线组件 3 ,则这三个绕线组件 3 的传动轴 3 可以是同一个轴,也可以是依次连接的三个轴。
同步轮 11 的转动轴心线和传动轴 33 的轴心线相互垂直,传动轴 33 的轴心线沿左右方向延伸。
固定座 31 上还开设有多个分别处于固定座不同位置的导线孔 311 ,穿线孔 310 位于导向孔 311 和绕线轴 32 的外壁之间,拉绳 200 的上端部依次自其中一个导线孔 311 、穿线孔 310 穿过后连接至绕线轴 32 外径较小的一端部上,拉绳 200 穿在不同的导线孔 311 时具有不同张紧力,可根据帘体重量调整拉绳 200 的张紧力。
传动轴 33 的截面为多边形,具体为正六边形,绕线轴 32 具有与该正六边形相匹配的孔,绕线轴 32 套设于传动轴 33 上。且第二圆锥齿轮 16 上也开设有与该正六边形相匹配的孔,绕线轴 32 的一端部插设在上述第二圆锥齿轮 16 的孔中,第二圆锥齿轮 16 、传动轴 33 、绕线轴 32 共轴。
支架 300 的上表面开设有一个沿窗帘左右方向延伸的限位槽 301 (如图 7 所示),限位槽 301 的中心线和传动轴 33 的轴心线的延伸方向一致,限位槽 301 为长方形槽,安装座 10 的下表面具有与限位槽 301 的宽度相配合的限位凸起 101 ,固定座 31 的下表面也具有与限位槽 301 的宽度相配合的限位凸起 312 ,安装座 10 和固定座 31 通过螺钉固定连接在支架 300 上,且各限位凸起 101 、 312 正好卡在该限位槽 301 内,使得安装后,所有的安装座 10 和固定座 31 都是沿限位槽 301 的中心线呈线形排列,避免传动轴 33 和传动组件 2 偏移。
该收放式窗帘的工作过程如下:向下拉帘体 100 ,拉绳 200 解卷,带动绕线轴 32 转动,传动轴 33 随之转动,通过第一圆锥齿轮和第二圆锥齿轮的配合将传动方向转换 90 度,同步轮 11 随之转动,卷簧 12 逐渐自同步轮 11 上解卷后反向卷绕到卷簧轴上或自卷簧轴上解卷后反向卷绕到同步轮上,发生形变具有弹性力,由于该弹性力不足以克服帘体 100 自身重力,帘体 100 处于拉开位置,如图 1 。
向上托或推帘体 100 ,即向帘体 100 施加一个较小的推力,该推力和卷簧 12 弹性力的合力足以克服帘体 100 自身重力,卷簧 12 复位,同步轮 11 反向转动,绕线轴 32 转动将拉绳 200 收卷,帘体 100 随之收卷,如附图 2 、 3 。
由于绕线轴 32 的外壁为斜面,在收卷时,先卷绕在绕线轴 32 上的线匝依次被后卷绕的线匝向前推,单层卷绕,避免了拉绳 200 层叠而发生的常绕或打结,收放顺畅;而且通过传动组件 2 转换传动方向,使得收放装置的布局合理、结构紧凑。
实施例 2
参见图 7 所示,本实施例与实施例 1 的区别在于:
同步轮组件 1 的数量为多个,绕线组件 3 的数量也相应多于两个,即收放装置依照上述方式 C 设置。
具体到本实施例中,各同步轮组件 1 的左右两侧分别设有一个绕线组件 3 ,其中位于两个同步轮组件 1 之间的绕线组件 3 的传动轴 33 的两端分别与这两个同步轮组件 1 的第二圆锥齿轮 16 相连接。
实施例 3
参见图 8 所示,本实施例与实施例 1 的区别在于:
同步轮 11 的转动轴心线、两个第一圆锥齿轮 15 的轴心线、卷簧轴 13 的轴心线均是竖直的,即沿上下方向延伸。卷簧轴 13 位于同步轮 11 的前侧。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,是一种优选的实施例,其目的在于熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明的精神实质所作的等效变换或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于窗帘拉绳收放的收放装置,其特征在于:包括一个或多个同步轮组件、分别位于所述同步轮组两侧的一个或多个绕线组件;
    所述同步轮组包括一个或多个同步轮、分别位于所述同步轮左右两侧的两个第一圆锥齿轮及两个第二圆锥齿轮,两个所述第一圆锥齿轮分别与所述同步轮相连,所述第二圆锥齿轮的轴心线和同侧所述第一圆锥齿轮的轴心线之间构成大于 0 的夹角,所述第二圆锥齿轮和同侧的所述第一圆锥齿轮相互啮合,所述同步轮组件还包括卷簧以及设于所述同步轮旁侧的一个或多个卷簧轴,所述卷簧的两端分别固定连接于所述同步轮和所述卷簧轴以卷绕于所述同步轮和 / 或所述卷簧轴;
    所述绕线部件和对应一侧的所述第二圆锥齿轮连接。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的收放装置,其特征在于:所述同步轮组包括安装座,所述同步轮、所述第一圆锥齿轮、所述第二圆锥齿轮、所述卷簧轴分别可转动地设于所述安装座上。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的收放装置,其特征在于:所述同步轮、所述第一圆锥齿轮、所述第二圆锥齿轮、所述卷簧轴分别通过轴承设于所述安装座上。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的收放装置,其特征在于:所述同步轮的轴心线和所述第一圆锥齿轮的轴心线、所述卷簧轴的轴心线相互平行,所述第一圆锥齿轮的轴心线和所述第二圆锥齿轮的轴心线相互垂直。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的收放装置,其特征在于:所述同步轮和所述卷簧轴的数量为一个,所述卷簧的数量为多个,多个所述卷簧沿所述同步轮的轴心线和所述卷簧轴轴心线依次卷绕于所述同步轮和 / 或所述卷簧轴上。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的收放装置,其特征在于:所述同步轮和所述卷簧轴的数量均为多个且一一对应,多个所述同步轮沿左右方向依次设置,每个所述同步轮和对应的所述卷簧轴上卷绕有所述卷簧,左侧的所述第一圆锥齿轮和位于最左侧的同步轮相连,右侧的所述第二圆锥齿轮和位于最右侧的同步轮相连。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的收放装置,其特征在于:所述第一圆锥齿轮和所述同步轮通过圆柱齿轮相连接,所述同步轮上设置有一圈与所述圆柱齿轮相啮合的轮齿。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的收放装置,其特征在于:所述绕线组件包括固定座、可转动地设于所述固定座上的绕线轴及传动轴,所述传动轴和对应的所述第二圆锥齿轮相连接,所述传动轴穿设于所述绕线轴内且二者同轴,所述绕线轴的外壁沿所述传动轴的轴心线以逐渐向外的方式倾斜延伸,所述固定座的对应于所述绕线轴的外径较大的一端处开设有用于供拉绳穿过的穿线孔。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的收放装置,其特征在于:所述固定座上还开设有多个导线孔,多个所述导线孔开设在所述固定座的不同位置,且所述穿线孔位于所述导线孔和所述绕线轴的外壁之间。
  10. 一种收放式窗帘,包括帘体、带动帘体收放的拉绳,其特征在于:该收放式窗帘还包括如权利要求 1-9 任一项所述的收放装置。
