Abstract

本創作係為一種無拉繩捲簾結構，主要由捲簾固定座、軸管控制器及鬆緊調整器和簾布定位器所組成；利用軸管控制器套設軸管固設於捲簾固定座上，控制簾布之向下垂放及向上捲收，並透過兩軸管套筒內配設軸承，令軸管帶動簾布之施力更為省力；另利用鬆緊調整器和簾布定位器經由調整盤之調整，改變簾布昇降之速度及鎖定簾布遮陽之位置；據此，而在其整體施行使用上更增實用功效者。

Description

無拉繩捲簾結構
本創作係有關一種無拉繩捲簾結構，特別係指一種在使用上可直接拉動捲簾，即能方便控制捲簾垂放或向上推動進行捲收至鎖定位置，並使得在操作使用上更為省力，且在使用上更具安全性之捲簾機構。
按目前一般之捲簾結構，其主要係將窗簾布捲繞於轉軸上，且在轉軸上設有一控制器，再透過一珠鍊繩繞設於控制器上，藉由拉動該珠鍊繩以經由該控制器帶動該轉軸順時針轉或逆時針轉，進而控制該窗簾布的上升或下降。
由於該珠鍊繩係為一環狀體，極易造成孩童把玩珠鍊繩纏繞於頸部，受到該珠鍊繩纏繞造成窒息危險發生，故市場上逐漸因安全問題而限制珠鍊繩之使用。
因此，業者為改善此安全問題，特別研發出一種無拉繩捲簾結構，該無拉繩捲簾結構主要係設一軸管供捲簾進行捲繞，軸管並透過一嵌掣件嵌接一彈性元件，利用彈性元件之收合及鬆放，控制捲簾之垂放或向上捲收；由於彈性元件之鬆緊度會影響捲簾之拉動施力，操作者在操作上常感到相當費力，造成使用上的不便。
再者，傳統無拉繩捲簾結構，茲因透過彈性元件之彈力作為 捲簾捲收之動力，因此速度的控制往往是急速捲收，除造成使用上之危險外，更使配件相互碰撞，造成損害。
此外，捲簾之定位更是傳統無拉繩捲簾所未具備之一項效能，由於傳統無拉繩捲簾經由彈性元件之彈力向上捲收，一經鬆放，通常捲收至最高點，並無法依需求將捲簾停止至所需位置進行遮陽，皆是傳統無拉繩捲簾具有之缺失。
緣是，創作人有鑑於此，針對現有無拉繩捲簾之缺失予以研究改良，提供一種無拉繩捲簾結構，以期達到更佳實用價值性之目的者。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種無拉繩捲簾結構，其主要係在使用上可直接以較省力之力量拉動捲簾，且能方便控制捲簾垂放或向上推動捲收至所鎖定之位置，並可調整彈簧之捲收鬆緊，令捲簾之捲收形成緩和狀態，使得不僅在其操作使用上更具簡易便利性，且在使用上更具安全性。
為達成上述目的，本創作提供之無拉繩捲簾結構，其主要包含有捲簾固定座、軸管控制器及鬆緊調整器和簾布定位器；其中該捲簾固定座，其設有固定框架，於該固定框架兩側設有固定托架，該固定托架內側端面固設有軸座，於該軸座前凸設有組接部，用以分別組接鬆緊調整器及簾布定位器；該鬆緊調整器係包含一調整盤及一軸座，該軸座前端凸設有組接部，該組接部用以組接該軸管控制器；該軸管控制器，係套設於該捲簾固定座之軸管內，包括一套設有軸承之插接部及一設置有排擋凹槽之轉子和一組接部，該組接部一端螺牙部並套接於一轉桿及套設於轉桿外圍 之彈簧，於該彈簧一端活動套設有嵌掣件，該嵌掣件供與該軸管內緣嵌掣結合定位；另轉桿之一端設有緩衝器，且與該軸管內緣嵌掣結合定位，用以緩和簾布捲收之速度；該簾布定位器，其亦套設於該捲簾固定座之軸管內，包含一調整螺桿，一螺設於調整螺桿上之嵌掣件，以及一由活動片及固定片組合之鎖定件；該鎖定件後端並套設一緩衝彈簧，穿設過一軸管套筒與組接部組接，該組接部之外圍另設有一軸承，套設於軸管套筒內，提供潤滑旋動獲得省力效果；又組接部末端係套接於調整盤，用以調整鎖定件之位置，控制簾布之定位。

請參閱第1、2圖所示，本創作包含捲簾固定座1、軸管控制器2及鬆緊調整器3和簾布定位器4所組成；其中：該捲簾固定座1，其設有固定框架100，於該固定框架兩側設有固定托架10、11，該固定托架10、11內側端面固設有軸座12(如第3圖)，於該軸座12前端凸設有組接部13，可用於結合一調整盤14，該調整盤14能供調整轉動該組接部13，控制彈簧20之鬆緊，形成一鬆緊調整器3；於兩固定托架之軸座12皆套設有軸管套筒15，於該軸管套筒15內則容設軸管控制器2；該軸管控制器2(參閱第4圖)，係包含一套設有軸承30之插接部31及一設有排檔凹槽32之轉子33和一組接部34，透過組接部34一端之螺牙座35供軸管控制器2之彈簧20及轉桿21組接；又彈簧20末端活動套接有一嵌掣件22，而轉桿21末端則套固一緩衝器23，該嵌掣件22與緩衝器23供與該軸管5內緣嵌掣結合定位(如第5圖)。
該簾布定位器4(參閱第6圖所示)，包含一調整螺桿40，一螺設於調整螺桿40上之嵌掣件41以及一鎖定件42，該鎖定件42具有一活動片43及固定片44，其中固定片44後方並套設一緩衝彈簧45，穿設過一軸管套筒450與一組接部46結合，該組接部46外圍另套設有一軸承47，提供潤滑旋動，使軸管套筒450旋轉更為順暢，操作更為省力(如第6圖)；又組接部46末端另套接於一調整盤48之組接部49，利用調整盤48調整鎖定件42活動片43之位置，供鎖定簾布向上捲收之高度(參閱第7圖)。
請參閱第8圖所示，欲使用遮陽效果時，透過本創作軸承之 輔助裝設，即可輕拉下擺6向下垂放，獲得省力之效果，此時，轉子即產生停止之作用，使簾布立即停在所需之位置。若欲令簾布向上捲收，即再向下拉動簾布，使檔桿順著排檔凹槽而移位，解除止檔之型態，此時，簾布7受彈簧之拉力，緩衝器23之緩衝，緩慢的向上捲收直至定點而定位(如第9圖)。
如第10圖所示，係使用者欲將簾布鎖定在任何位置時，即利用簾布定位器4之調整盤48調整鎖定件42活動片43鎖定之位置，先將簾布7調整垂放至鎖定位後，再向下垂放簾布7至遮陽位置進行遮陽，欲不遮陽時，僅需拉動簾布7，該簾布7即可捲收至定位，達到定點遮陽之效果(如第11圖)。
當使用者覺得簾布捲收速度過慢或過快，即藉由調整盤調整彈簧之鬆緊度，令簾布受較緊或較鬆的彈簧驅動產生較緩或較快之捲收，獲得安全使用之效果者。

Claims (1)

  1. 一種無拉繩捲簾結構，包括：一捲簾固定座，其設有固定框架，於該固定框架兩側設有固定托架，該固定托架內側端面固設有軸座，於該軸座前凸設有組接部，用以組接一鬆緊調整器及一簾布定位器；一軸管控制器，係套設於該捲簾固定座之軸管內，包括一供套設軸承之插接部及一設置有排擋凹槽之轉子和一組接部，該組接部一端螺牙部並套接於一轉桿及套設於轉桿外圍之彈簧，於該彈簧一端活動套設有嵌掣件，該嵌掣件供與該軸管內緣嵌掣結合定位；另轉桿之一端設有緩衝器，且與該軸管內緣嵌掣結合定位；一鬆緊調整器，係包含一調整盤及一軸座，該軸座前端凸設有組接部，該組接部用以組接該軸管控制器，調整軸管控制器彈簧之鬆緊；一簾布定位器，其亦套設於該捲簾固定座之軸管內，包含一調整螺桿，一螺設於調整螺桿上之嵌掣件，以及一鎖定件；該鎖定件後端並套設一緩衝彈簧，穿設過一軸管套筒與組接部組接；又組接部末端係套接於調整盤，用以調整鎖定件之位置，控制簾布之定位；其特徵在於：該軸管控制器之插接部及簾布定位器之組接部分別套設有一軸承，且容設於軸管套筒，藉此提供軸管潤滑旋動作用，穫得省力效果。
