본 발명의 구체예들에 따른 화장품 케이스는 화장품 케이스 용기와 리필 용기에 각각 조명부를 장착시킴으로써, 사용자의 안면에 다양한 각도로 빛을 비출 수 있으므로 사용자의 편의성을 향상시킨다.
또한, 리필 용기를 이중 구조로 형성함으로써 서로 다른 종류의 화장 물질들을 하나의 리필 용기에 수용하게 함으로써 사용자 편의성을 향상시킨다.
또한, 리필 용기의 배면에 광확산 컬러 채널부를 적용하여 화장품 케이스 용기로부터 나오는 빛을 확산시킴과 동시에 사용자들의 선호에 따른 컬러를 부여하게 함으로써, 사용자들 각각에 커스터마이징 가능한 화장품 케이스를 제공할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명한다. 하기의 설명은 본 발명을 구체적인 예시를 들어 기술하는 것으로 이해되어야 하며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상이 하기의 설명에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 그리고 첨부된 도면은 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위해 제공되는 것으로, 본 발명의 기술적 사상이 첨부된 도면에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 화장품 케이스에서 화장품 케이스 용기(100)와 리필 용기(200)를 분리하여 도시한 사시도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 화장품 케이스(이하, 화장품 케이스라고 함)는 화장품 케이스 용기(100)와, 화장품 케이스 용기(100)의 내측에 삽탈되는 리필 용기(200)를 포함한다.
화장품 케이스 용기(100)는 화장품 케이스의 외관을 이루는 케이스이다. 화장품 케이스 용기(100)는 제1 몸체(110)와, 제1 몸체(110)를 덮는 형태로 제1 몸체(110)와 힌지 결합하는 제1 상부커버(120)를 포함할 수 있다. 일 구체예에 있어서 제1 상부커버(120)는 제1 몸체(110)와 제1 힌지부재(10)를 통해 힌지 결합할 수 있다. 제1 상부커버(120)의 저면 테두리의 일 지점에는 제1 돌기(120a)가 형성되며, 제1 돌기(120a)와 상응되는 제1 몸체(110)의 일 지점에는 제1 돌기(120a)와 탈착 가능하도록 결합홈(110a)이 형성된다. 결합홈(110a)에는 누름부재(미도시)가 형성되어 있어서, 사용자가 제1 상부커버(120)를 개방하고자 하여 상기 누름부재를 누르면 제1 돌기(120a)가 결합홈(110a)으로부터 이탈하여 제1 상부커버(120)가 개방된다. 반대로 사용자가 제1 상부커버(120)를 폐쇄하고자 하여 제1 상부커버(120)의 위에서 외력을 주면 제1 돌기(120a)가 결합홈(110a)에 수용되어 제1 상부커버(120)가 제1 몸체(110)를 완전히 덮어 화장품 케이스 용기(100)가 폐쇄된다.
제1 상부 커버(120)의 내부 저면에는 거울(121)이 장착될 수 있다.
제1 몸체(110)는 용기 형태를 가지며, 내부가 비어 있다. 제1 몸체(110)는 리필 용기(200)를 내측의 리필용기 수용부(112)에 수용할 수 있다. 제1 몸체(110)의 저면에는 제1 조명부가 장착된다.
관련하여 도 2는 도 1의 화장품 케이스에서 화장품 케이스 용기(100)를 도시한 사시도이다. 도 2를 참조하면, 상기 제1 조명부는 조명 역할을 한다. 상기 제1 조명부는 제1 몸체(110)의 저면에 매립되는 인쇄회로기판(미도시)과, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 연결되어 제1 몸체(110)의 저면에 노출되는 1 이상의 발광다이오드(111)와, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 연결되어 발광다이오드(111)를 점멸시키고 제1 몸체(110)의 상부 테두리의 일 지점에 노출되는 스위치(115)를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 인쇄회로기판, 발광다이오드(111), 스위치(115)를 포함하는 제1 조명부의 구성은 공지된 조명 구성과 동일 또는 유사하므로 구체적인 설명은 생략한다. 상기 인쇄회로기판은 제1 몸체(110)의 저면과 배면 사이의 공간(사용자의 눈에 보이지 않음)에 매립될 수 있다. 발광다이오드(111)는 상기 인쇄회로기판에 연결되고, 제1 몸체(110)의 저면에 형성되고 발광다이오드(111)의 형상에 상응하는 홀(미표기)을 통해 외부로 노출될 수 있다(사용자의 눈에 보임). 예컨대 도 2에서는 발광다이오드(111)를 곡률을 갖는 타원형으로 도시하고 있으며, 발광다이오드(111)의 형태가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
스위치(115)의 형태는 특정되지 않는다. 일 구체예에 있어서, 스위치(115)는 버튼식으로 형성될 수 있다. 일 구체예에 있어서, 스위치(115)는 제1 몸체(110)의 상부 테두리의 일 지점에 형성되는 홀(미표기)에 돌출되는 돌기형으로 형성될 수 있다. 이 경우 사용자가 손으로 스위치(115)를 제1 방향으로 움직이면 발광다이오드(111)가 점등되고, 상기 제1 방향의 반대 방향인 제2 방향으로 움직이면 발광다이오드(111)가 점멸될 수 있다. 일 구체예에 있어서, 스위치(115)는 터치스위치 일 수 있다. 이 경우 사용자가 스위치(115)에 손가락을 대거나 스위치(115)에 손가락을 근접시키면 발광다이오드(111)가 점등되고, 같은 동작을 반복하면 발광다이오드(111)가 점멸될 수 있다. 터치스위치의 원리 등은 공지된 기술 내용을 적용 가능하므로 구체적인 설명은 생략하도록 한다. 한편, 본 명세서에 첨부된 도면에 도시되지는 않았으나 제1 조명부는 상기 인쇄회로기판에 전원을 공급하는 배터리(미도시)를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 배터리는 상기 인쇄회로기판과 근접하게 배치되어, 상기 인쇄회로기판과 함께 제1 몸체(110)의 저면과 배면 사이의 공간(사용자의 눈에 보이지 않음)에 매립될 수 있다. 경우에 따라 사용자가 상기 배터리를 교체할 수 있도록 제1 몸체(110)의 저면에는 배터리 커버(117)가 형성될 수 있다. 배터리 커버(117)가 개방되면 상기 배터리가 외부로 노출된다. 사용자는 배터리 커버(117)를 개방하여 배터리를 교환하고 다시 배터리 커버(117)를 닫을 수 있다.
제1 몸체(110)의 내부 측벽에는 광을 반사시키는 반사 필름이 코팅되거나 광 반사 기능을 갖는 물질이 코팅 내지 도포될 수 있다. 일 구체예에 있어서, 제1 몸체(110)의 내부 측벽은 크롬 코팅이 될 수 있다.
제1 몸체(110)의 상부 테두리의 일 지점에는 리필 용기(200)의 제2 힌지부재(20)를 안착시키기 위한 안착홈(110b)이 형성될 수 있다. 안착홈(110b)의 형성 위치는 특정되지 않는다. 다만, 리필 용기(200)가 화장품 케이스 용기(100)와 결합하였을 때 서로 간섭하는 것을 방지하기 위해, 제1 몸체(110)의 저면 중앙 지점을 기준으로 안착홈(110b)이 위치하는 방향은 제1 상부커버(120)가 위치하는 방향과 90°내지 270°범위를 이루는 것이 바람직하다. 더욱 구체적으로, 안착홈(110b)은 제1 몸체(110)의 저면 중앙 지점을 기준으로 안착홈(110b)이 위치하는 방향은 제1 상부커버(120)가 위치하는 방향과 대략 90°또는 대략 270°가 되는 것이 바람직하다.
다시 도 1을 참조하면, 리필 용기(200)는 화장품 케이스 용기(100) 내부에 삽탈되는 것으로, 화장 물질을 수용한다. 사용자는 화장 물질이 소진되면 리필 용기(200)는 폐기하고 새로운 리필 용기를 구매하여 사용할 수 있다.
리필 용기(200)는 광투과성 물질로 형성된다. 즉, 리필 용기(200)는 투명 재질이거나 반투명 재질로 형성된다. 따라서 리필 용기(200)가 화장품 케이스 용기(100)에 삽입되어 있을 때, 화장품 케이스 용기(100)의 제1 조명부로부터 나오는 조명빛이 리필 용기(200)를 투과하여 외부에 시인될 수 있다. 이 때 상기 제1 조명부로부터 나오는 조명빛이 사용자에게 직접 조사되는 것이 아니라 리필 용기(200)를 투과하여 간접적으로 조사되므로, 사용자의 눈부심을 방지할 뿐더러 은은한 조명빛으로 인해 보다 고급스러운 느낌을 줄 수 있다. 광투과성 물질의 예로는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리이미드(PI), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 폴리카보네이트(PC) 등이 있으며, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 3은 도 1의 화장품 케이스에서 리필 용기(200)를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 1 및 도 3을 참조하면, 리필 용기(200)는 제2 몸체(210)와, 제2 몸체(210)를 덮는 형태로 제2 몸체(210)와 힌지 결합하는 제2 상부커버(220)와, 제2 상부커버(220)와 힌지 결합하는 제3 상부커버(230)를 포함할 수 있다. 일 구체예에 있어서, 제2 상부커버(220)는 제2 몸체(210)와 제2 힌지부재(20)를 통해 힌지 결합할 수 있다. 그리고 제3 상부커버(230)는 제2 상부커버(220)와 제3 힌지부재(30)를 통해 힌지 결합할 수 있다. 제2 상부커버(220)의 저면 테두리의 일 지점에는 제2 돌기(220a)가 형성되며, 제2 돌기(220a)와 상응되는 제2 몸체(210)의 일 지점에는 제2 돌기(220a)와 탈착 가능하도록 결합홈(210a)이 형성된다 .또한 도면에 잘 나타나 있지는 않으나 제2 돌기(220a)와 상응하는 제2 상부커버(220)의 상부 부분은 사용자가 손으로 파지하기 쉽도록 소정 정도 돌출된 형태를 가질 수 있다. 사용자가 제2 상부커버(220)를 개방하고자 할 때에는 제2 상부커버(220)의 상기 돌출된 부분을 손으로 잡고 제2 상부커버(220)를 위로 들어 올려 개방할 수 있다. 반대로 사용자가 제2 상부커버(220)를 폐쇄하고자 하여 제2 상부커버(220)의 위에서 외력을 주면 제2 돌기(220a)가 결합홈(210a)에 수용되어 제2 상부커버(220)가 제2 몸체(210)를 완전히 덮어 리필 용기(200)가 폐쇄된다.
제2 몸체(210)는 용기 형태를 가지며, 화장 물질을 제1 화장물질 수용부(211)에 수용할 수 있다. 상기 화장 물질은 제1 화장물질 수용부(211)에 바로 수용될 수 있으며, 또는 제1 화장물질 수용부(211)의 크기, 형태와 상응하는 별도의 용기(미도시)에 화장 물질이 수용되고, 상기 용기가 제1 화장물질 수용부(211)에 끼움 결합되는 형태를 취할 수도 있다.
제2 상부커버(220)는 용기 형태를 가지며, 내부면은 구획벽(221)에 의해 1 이상의 부분으로 구획될 수 있다. 다만, 설명의 편의를 위해 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 제2 상부커버(220)가 구획벽(221)에 의해 두 부분으로 구획된 경우를 중심으로 설명한다. 도 3에 도시된 것과 같이 세로 방향으로 형성된 구획벽(221)에 의해 제2 상부커버(220)의 내부면은 두 부분으로 구획될 수 있다. 편의상 도 3에서 제2 조명부가 장착되지 않은 왼쪽 구획 부분을 제1 구획 공간(a)라 하고, 제2 조명부가 장착되는 오른쪽 구획 공간을 제2 구획 공간(b)이라 칭하기로 한다. 제1 구획 공간(a)은 내부가 비어 있을 수 있다. 한편, 구획벽(221)의 폭은 제2 상부커버(220)의 폭보다 클 수 있다. 즉 구획벽(221)의 일부분이 제2 상부커버(220)의 위쪽으로 돌출된 형태를 가질 수 있다.
상기 제2 조명부는 조명 역할을 한다. 상기 제2 조명부는 제2 구획 공간(b)에 배치되는 인쇄회로기판과, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 연결되어 제2 구획 공간(b)의 저면에 배치되는 1 이상의 발광다이오드(222)와, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 연결되어 발광다이오드(222)를 점멸시키고, 구획벽(221) 표면에 노출되는 스위치(226)를 포함할 수 있다. 스위치(226)는 구획벽(221) 표면에 노출되어 있다가 외력에 의해 구획벽(221) 내부로 인입되고, 상기 외력이 해제되면 다시 구획벽(221) 표면으로 노출되는 형태를 가질 수 있다(예를 들어 탄성부재를 이용함). 그리고 스위치(226)가 구획벽(221) 표면에 노출되어 있을 때 발광다이오드(222)가 점등되고, 스위치(226)가 구획벽(221) 내부로 인입되었을 때 발광다이오드(222)가 점멸되도록 할 수 있다. 이러한 상기 제2 조명부의 구성은 상술한 제1 조명부의 구성과 동일 또는 유사하므로 중복 설명은 생략하도록 한다. 한편, 미관을 위해 제2 구획 공간(b)의 내부 표면(저면 및 측면)은 불투과성 물질(예컨대 필름)로 코팅될 수 있다. 또한, 리필 용기(200)는 제2 구획 공간(b)의 상부를 덮는 커버 부재(227)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 일 구체예에 있어서, 커버 부재(227)는 제2 구획 공간(b)을 덮도록 제2 상부커버(220)의 테두리에 결합될 수 있고, 구획벽(221)이 제2 상부커버(220)의 위쪽으로 돌출된 부분의 폭과 커버 부재(227)의 두께는 상응할 수 있다. 즉, 구획벽(221)의 상부면과 커버 부재(227)의 상부면은 일치할 수 있다.
커버 부재(227)는 광투과성을 갖는 소재로 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 커버 부재(227)는 투명 재질이거나 반투명 재질로 형성된다. 따라서 제2 조명부로부터 나오는 조명빛이 사용자에게 직접 조사되는 것이 아니라 커버 부재(227)를 투과하여 간접적으로 조사되므로, 사용자의 눈부심을 방지할 뿐더러 은은한 조명빛으로 인해 보다 고급스러운 느낌을 줄 수 있다. 커버 부재(227)를 이루는 광투과성 물질의 예로는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리이미드(PI), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 폴리카보네이트(PC) 등이 있으며, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 제2 구획 공간(b)의 내부 측벽에는 광을 반사시키는 반사 필름이 코팅되거나 광 반사 기능을 갖는 물질이 코팅 내지 도포될 수 있다. 일 구체예에 있어서, 제2 구획 공간(b)의 내부 측벽은 크롬 코팅이 될 수 있다.
제3 상부커버(230)는 제2 상부커버(220)의 내부면의 제1 구획 공간(a)을 덮는 형태로 형성된다. 일 구체예에 있어서, 도 3에서와 같이 제1 구획 공간(a)이 반원 형태를 갖는 경우, 제3 상부커버(230)는 제1 구획 공간(a)의 형태에 상응하도록 마찬가지로 반원 형태를 가질 수 있다. 제2 조명부가 장착되지 않은 제1 구획 공간(a)이 복수 개 있을 수도 있으며, 제1 구획 공간(a)에 각각 대응하도록 제3 상부커버(230)가 복수개가 장착될 수 있다. 또는 제1 구획 공간(a) 전체의 형태에 상응하는 형태를 갖는 제3 상부커버(230)의 내부면에 제1 구획 공간(a)의 구획벽들과 상응하는 돌기 형태의 구획선들이 마련될 수도 있다. 또한 일 구체예에 있어서, 구획벽(221)이 제2 상부커버(220)의 위쪽으로 돌출된 부분의 폭과 제3 상부커버(230)의 두께는 상응할 수 있다. 즉, 구획벽(221)의 상부면과 폐쇄되었을 때의 제3 상부커버(230)의 상부면은 일치할 수 있다.
제3 상부커버(230)는 용기 형태를 가지며, 화장 물질을 제2 화장물질 수용부(231)에 수용할 수 있다. 제2 화장물질 수용부(231)에 수용되는 화장 물질은 제1 화장물질 수용부(211)에 수용되는 화장 물질과 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다. 제1,2 화장물질 수용부(211,231)에 수용되는 화장 물질이 상이한 경우, 사용자는 리필 용기(200)에 서로 다른 종류의 화장 물질들을 수용할 수 있으므로 사용자 편의성이 향상될 수 있다. 또한 제1 구획 공간(a)이 아닌 제3 상부커버(230)에 화장 물질을 수용함으로써, 리필 용기(200)를 폐쇄시켰을 때 상기 화장 물질이 제3 상부커버(230)의 저면에 의해 지지되므로 보다 안정적으로 수용될 수 있다.
한편, 제3 상부커버(230)가 닫힐 때에는 제3 상부커버(230)의 측부가 구획벽(221) 표면에 노출된 스위치(226)를 누를 수 있다. 이를 위해 스위치(226)는 구획벽(221)이 제2 상부커버(220)의 위쪽으로 돌출된 부분에 형성될 수 있다. 이에 따라 제3 상부커버(230)를 닫았을 경우에는 스위치(226)가 눌려 구획벽(221) 내부로 인입됨으로써 발광다이오드(222)가 점멸되고, 제3 상부커버(230)를 개방하였을 때에는 스위치(226)의 가압이 해제되어 구획벽(221) 표면에 다시 노출됨으로써 발광다이오드(222)가 점등되도록 할 수 있다. 즉, 사용자가 제3 상부커버(230)를 개방하면 발광다이오드(222)는 자동으로 점등될 수 있다.
도 4는 도 3에 도시된 리필 용기(200)의 배면을 도시한 도면이다. 도 4를 참조하면, 리필 용기(200)의 제2 몸체(210)는 하부(배면) 테두리를 따라 형성되는 홈부(212)와, 홈부(212)에 끼움 결합되어 화장품 케이스 용기(100)에 형성된 상기 제1 조명부로부터 조사되는 광을 확산시키고 상기 광에 색상을 부여하는 광확산 컬러 채널부(212)를 포함할 수 있다. 광확산 컬러 채널부(212)는 홈부(212)에 끼움 결합되는 것으로, 필요에 따라 교체도 가능하다.
광확산 컬러 채널부(212)는 채널(또는 파이프) 형상으로 형성되고, 광투과성 및 광확산성을 가지는 소재로 형성될 수 있다. 일 구체예에 있어서, 광확산 컬러 채널부(212)는 아크릴, 염화비닐수지 등의 광투과성과 광확산성을 갖는 소재로 형성되고 표면에는 채색 안료가 도포될 수 있다. 채색 안료의 예로는 산화제2철(Fe2O3)을 포함하는 적색 안료, 헥사이아노철(Ⅱ)산철(Ⅲ)칼륨[Fe7(CN)18(H2O)x]을 포함하는 청색 안료, 크롬산납(PbCrO4)을 포함하는 황색 안료와, 산화크로뮴(Cr2O3)을 포함하는 녹색 안료와, 망가니즈(Mn)를 포함하는 자색 안료, 사산화삼철(Fe3O4)을 포함하는 흑색 안료 등이 있으며, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 도 4에서 광확산 컬러 채널부(212)는 홈부(212)의 일부에만 끼워져 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않고 홈부(212) 전체에 끼워질 수 있다. 또한, 서로 다른 채색 안료가 도포된 복수의 광확산 컬러 채널부(212)가 홈부(212)에 끼워질 수도 있다.
리필 용기(200)를 화장품 케이스 용기(100)에 결합시킨 후에 화장품 케이스 용기(100)의 제1 몸체(110) 저면에 위치한 발광다이오드(111)를 점등시키면, 발광다이오드(111)로부터 조사되는 조명빛이 리필 용기(200)를 투과할 때에 배면에 위치된 광확산 컬러 채널부(212)를 거치면서 광확산 되고 나아가 광확산 컬러 채널부(212)에 도포된 채색 안료의 색상에 따라 색을 띠게 된다. 사용자는 자신의 선호에 맞는 색상을 갖는 광확산 컬러 채널부(212)를 선택할 수 있으며(예컨대 광확산 컬러 채널부가 가지는 색상에 따라 리필 용기를 선택하거나 광확산 컬러 채널부를 교체 가능함), 이에 따라 사용자들 각각에 커스터마이징 가능한 화장품 케이스를 제공할 수 있다.
도 5는 도 1의 화장품 케이스에서 화장품 케이스 용기(100)에 리필 용기(200)가 결합된 모습을 도시한 사시도이다. 도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 케이스는 화장품 케이스 용기(100)에 장착된 제1 조명부로부터 조명빛이 조사되고, 리필 용기(200)에 장착된 제2 조명부로부터 조명빛이 조사될 수 있다. 사용자가 화장품 케이스 용기(100)를 한 손으로 파지하여 안면에 가까이 두고 있는 경우, 제1 조명부로부터 조사된 조명빛은 사용자의 안면의 아랫 방향에서 사용자의 안면을 비추게 된다. 그리고 사용자가 리필 용기(200)의 제2 상부커버(220)를 개방하고, 다시 제3 상부커버(230)를 개방하면 상기 제2 조명부로부터 조명빛이 조사될 수 있다. 이 때, 사용자는 제2 상부커버(220)의 각도를 조절하면서 제2 조명부로부터의 조명빛을 사용자의 안면에 다양한 각도로 비출 수 있다. 즉, 사용자의 안면에 두 방향에서의 조명빛이 조사되는 바, 사용자는 다양한 각도로 안면에 조명빛을 비출 수 있으므로 사용자의 화장 편의성이 크게 높아진다. 또한, 리필 용기(200)는 상술한 것처럼 이중 구조로 되어 있어 2 이상의 화장 물질을 수용할 수 있는 바, 사용자가 복수의 화장품 케이스를 가지고 다닐 필요가 없어 사용자 편의성이 높아진다. 나아가 화장품 케이스 용기(100)의 제1 조명빛으로부터 조사되는 조명빛은 리필 용기(200)의 배면에 위치한 광확산 컬러 채널부(212)를 통해 광확산되고 나아가 색을 띠게 되므로, 사용자는 자신의 선호 색상을 선택하여 개성을 표출할 수 있다.
이상, 본 발명의 구현예들에 대하여 설명하였다. 그러나 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 범위 내에서 기술의 구체적 적용에 따른 단순한 설계변경, 일부 구성요소의 생략, 단순한 용도의 변경 등 본 발명을 다양하게 변형할 수 있을 것이며, 이러한 변형 역시 본 발명의 권리범위 내에 포함됨은 자명하다.

본 발명의 구체예들에 따른 화장품 케이스는 화장품 케이스 용기와 리필 용기에 각각 조명부를 장착시킴으로써, 사용자의 안면에 다양한 각도로 빛을 비출 수 있으므로 사용자의 편의성을 향상시킨다.
또한, 리필 용기를 이중 구조로 형성함으로써 서로 다른 종류의 화장 물질들을 하나의 리필 용기에 수용하게 함으로써 사용자 편의성을 향상시킨다.
또한, 리필 용기의 배면에 광확산 컬러 채널부를 적용하여 화장품 케이스 용기로부터 나오는 빛을 확산시킴과 동시에 사용자들의 선호에 따른 컬러를 부여하게 함으로써, 사용자들 각각에 커스터마이징 가능한 화장품 케이스를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 화장품 케이스 용기와, 상기 화장품 케이스 용기의 내측에 삽탈되는 리필 용기를 포함하는 화장품 케이스이고,
    상기 화장품 케이스 용기는 상기 리필 용기가 내측에 수용되며 저면에는 제1 조명부가 장착되는 제1 몸체와, 상기 제1 몸체를 덮는 형태로 상기 제1 몸체와 힌지 결합하는 제1 상부커버를 포함하고,
    상기 리필 용기는 광투과성 물질로 형성되며 상기 제1 몸체에 수용되는 제2 몸체와, 상기 제2 몸체를 덮는 형태로 상기 제2 몸체와 힌지 결합하며 내부면이 구획벽에 의해 1 이상의 부분으로 구획되는 제2 상부커버와, 상기 제2 상부커버 내부면의 구획 공간들 중 일부인 제1 구획 공간을 덮는 형태로 상기 제2 상부커버와 힌지 결합하는 제3 상부커버와, 상기 제1 구획 공간과 다른 제2 구획 공간에 장착되는 제2 조명부를 포함하는 화장품 케이스.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 리필 용기의 제2 몸체는, 상부에 형성되어 화장 물질을 수용하는 제1 화장물질 수용부와, 하부 테두리를 따라 형성되는 홈부와, 상기 홈부에 끼움 결합되어 상기 제1 조명부로부터 조사되는 광을 확산시키고 상기 광에 색상을 부여하는 광확산 컬러 채널부를 포함하는 화장품 케이스.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 리필 용기의 제3 상부커버의 내측에는 화장 물질을 수용하는 제2 화장물질 수용부가 형성되는 화장품 케이스.
  4. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 화장품 케이스 용기의 제1 상부커버 내측에는 거울이 부착되는 화장품 케이스.
  5. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 제1 조명부는, 상기 제1 몸체에 매립되는 인쇄회로기판과, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 연결되어 상기 제1 몸체의 저면에 노출되는 1 이상의 발광다이오드와, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 연결되어 상기 발광다이오드를 점멸시키고 상기 제1 몸체의 테두리에 노출되는 스위치를 포함하는 화장품 케이스.
  6. 청구항 5에 있어서,
    상기 제2 조명부는, 상기 제2 구획 공간에 배치되는 인쇄회로기판과, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 연결되는 1 이상의 발광다이오드와, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 연결되어 상기 발광다이오드를 점멸시키고 상기 구획벽 표면에 노출되는 스위치와, 상기 제2 구획 공간을 덮는 광투과성 물질의 커버 부재를 포함하는 화장품 케이스.
