一种可发光的数码产品保护壳 技术领域
本发明涉及数码产品配件,尤其是一种可发光的数码产品保护壳。
背景技术
数码产品是人们日常生活中不可缺少的物品,许多用户还喜欢为自己的数码产品装上保护壳。比如在手机上装上一个手机保护壳,用于防护和装饰。一些手机保护壳还利用手机上的闪光灯发出的光线直接照射到透明保护壳上,使得保护壳发光。但是目前的保护壳发光亮度不均匀,也无法控制发光的区域,并且颜色也不能够改变和控制。
发明内容
针对上述所提及的问题,本发明提供了一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,使得保护壳达到发光亮度均匀的目的。
本发明提供的一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,其包括一设置在数码产品上的支架(101),所述支架(101)上设有透明导光片(103);所述支架(101)和透明导光片(103)之间还设有反光片(102);所述透明导光片(103)上覆盖有保护壳(104),所述保护壳(104)对应于数码产品光源处设有可滑动或翻转的保护壳盖片(105)。
优选地,所述透明导光片(103)背面设有凹凸点、白色印刷点或能够对光线产生折射和反射作用的纹路。
优选地,所述透明导光片(103)正面为磨砂面,或所述透明导光片(103)正面设置半透明材料。
优选地,所述透明导光片(103)的侧面包覆有胶片或胶纸。
优选地,所述透明导光片(103)的侧面包覆的胶片或胶纸为白色或银色。
优选地,所述保护壳盖片(105)设有凸台(107)。
优选地,所述凸台(107)为锥形凸台。
优选地,所述保护壳(104)设有透光区域。
优选地,所述保护壳(104)的透光区域设有可更换的透明彩色胶片。
优选地,所述透明导光片(103)对应于数码产品光源处设有可更换的透明彩色胶片或透明凸台。
本发明通过采用导光片对光线产生漫反射和折射,再经过导光片背面的白色反光材料反射出来,使得整个导光片均匀、柔和发光,极大地提高了用户体验。本发明还通过设置在保护壳上的透光区域,从而将光线引导并控制在保护壳发光的位置和形状。另外,本发明还可以达到控制和改变保护壳发光颜色的效果。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,其包括一设置在数码产品100上的支架101,支架101上设有透明导光片103;支架101和透明导光片103之间还设有反光片102:透明导光片103上覆盖有保护壳104,保护壳104对应于数码产品光源106处设有可滑动或翻转的保护壳盖片105。
本发明的数码产品包括手机、掌上电脑等产品。本发明首先在数码产品的光源(如闪光灯)区域设置有一个可以滑动的盖片或翻转的盖片。当打开盖片后,露出手机的摄像头和闪光灯,手机具有正常的拍照和闪光灯功能;当闭合上盖片后,闪光灯所发出的光线就被密闭在保护壳104的透明导光片103内部。
在优选的实施例中,透明导光片103背面设有凹凸点、白色印刷 点、或能够对光线产生折射和反射作用的纹路,正面为磨砂面或设置半透明材料。透明导光片103背面的凹凸点、白色印刷点可以是细小均匀的,也可以是其他形式设置的纹路,同样具有一定的导光和反射效果。透明导光片103的大小根据产品需要,其材料可以采用高透光率的有机玻璃PMMA、或透明的聚碳酸酯PC材料或是玻璃等透明材料。
当数码产品100的光源106发光时,所发出的光线成为密闭的透明导光片103的光源。经过透明导光片103背面细小均匀的凹凸点对光线产生漫反射和折射,达到柔和光线和均匀亮度的目的。再经过透明导光片103背面的白色反光片102反射出来,使整个导光片发光,亮度均匀。透明导光片103背面的白色反光片102可以采用光亮的白色PET胶片,或类似的白色纸张。
在优选的实施例中,透明导光片103的侧面包覆有胶片或胶纸。透明导光片103的侧面包覆的胶片或胶纸可以为白色或银色。透明导光片103的侧面包覆有白色或者银色的胶纸,其材料可以采用白色的PET胶片或银箔纸等,其作用是防止透明导光片103的边缘泄露光线,并将边缘的光线反射回来,以达到反射光线、密闭光线和均匀亮度的目的。
在优选的实施例中,保护壳盖片105还设有凸台107。数码产品100的光源106发光时,光线经过凸台107的反射,沿着透明导光片103传播,进一步提高了发光的均匀度。在进一步优选的方式中,凸台的形状可以设置为锥形的,光线经过锥形凸台的反射,可以使得发光的均匀度更佳。
在优选的实施例中,保护壳104设有透光区域。保护壳104的材料可以为透明或半透明的PC、ABS、PMMA、TPU或PP等塑胶材料,当其内部的透明导光片103在光源106发光时,透明或半透明的保护壳104会因此而发光。此时可以在保护壳104上设置需要透光的区域,例如图案、图形以及商标等。从而达到将闪光灯的光线引导并控制在保护壳发光的位置和形状。
在优选的实施例中,透明导光片103对应于数码产品光源106 处设有可更换的透明彩色胶片,还可根据产品需求选择性的设置透明凸台。在透明导光片103的对应于数码产品光源106的区域设置一个可以更换的透明彩色胶片或透明彩色凸台,光源106发出的白色光线透过透明彩色胶片或透明彩色凸台后,将变成彩色胶片或凸台的颜色,从而达到改变保护壳发光的颜色的目的。同样,也可以在保护壳104需要发光的图案、图形以及商标区域,设置一个可以更换的半透明彩色胶片,从而使发光区域呈现出彩色。彩色胶片的材料优选为透明的PC或PET薄片,印刷半透明的颜色。而透明彩色凸台的材料可以采用透明的有机玻璃PMMA、聚碳酸酯PC或TPU材料等,均可以达到控制和改变颜色的效果。
需要说明的是,本发明的保护范围并不仅仅限于本说明书所列举的实施方式,所有对实施例的简单替换或更改,都应当属于本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,其特征在于,其包括一设置在数码产品上的支架(101),所述支架(101)上设有透明导光片(103);所述支架(101)和透明导光片(103)之间还设有反光片(102);所述透明导光片(103)上覆盖有保护壳(104),所述保护壳(104)对应于数码产品光源处设有可滑动或翻转的保护壳盖片(105)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,其特征在于,所述透明导光片(103)背面设有凹凸点、白色印刷点或能够对光线产生折射和反射作用的纹路。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,其特征在于,所述透明导光片(103)正面为磨砂面,或所述透明导光片(103)正面设置半透明材料。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,其特征在于,所述透明导光片(103)的侧面包覆有胶片或胶纸。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,其特征在于,所述透明导光片(103)的侧面包覆的胶片或胶纸,为白色或银色。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,其特征在于,所述保护壳盖片(105)设有凸台(107)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,其特征在于,所述凸台(107)为锥形凸台。
  8. 如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,其特征在于,所述保护壳(104)设有透光区域。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种可发光的数码产品保护壳,其特征在于,所述保护壳(104)的透光区域设有可更换的透明彩色胶片。
  10. 如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的一种可发光的数码产品保护 壳,其特征在于,所述透明导光片(103)对应于数码产品光源处设有可更换的透明彩色胶片或透明凸台。
