Description

一种多段水溶管道封堵器 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种多段水溶管道封堵器及其管道封堵方法。
背景技术:
目前,输送天然气、石油等易燃易爆物质的管道,在使用一段时间以后,因为管道的腐蚀,需要进行更换和维修,更换和维修时需要进行焊接动火作业。在焊接动火作业时,如果不能有效的对易燃易爆物质进行隔离,就会发生重大的爆炸和燃烧事故。以往对管道进行封堵的方式主要有:(1)黄油封堵法也称黄油墙:这种方法是在需要维修的管道两端推入一定量的黄油,形成一个黄油柱,以起到封堵隔离的作用,缺点是需要操作工人在短时间内完成焊接动火作业,否则黄油会塌落失效,黄油不能够取出残留在管道内会污染管道,不能够承受压力,如压力突破黄油就会造成事故。因为黄油墙不能承受压力,所以在施工前需要使用大量的水和氮气对管道的危险气体进行置换。(2)橡胶球封堵法也称清管球:这种方法是在需要维修的管道两端各放置一个可充气的橡胶隔离球,配合黄油墙一起,起到封堵隔离的作用,操作完成后需要将隔离球取出,缺点是必须能够取出橡胶隔离球,在取出的过程中,需要破坏掉橡胶隔离球,损坏脱落的橡胶残渣会对管道造成污染同时还会对管道上的仪表造成堵塞。因为这种方法同样不能承受压力,所以在施工前需要使用大量的水和氮气对管道的危险气体进行置换。(3)冷冻封堵法:这种方法是在需要更换的管道内部冲满水,使用冷冻设备在管道内冷冻两段冰柱,以此起到封堵的作用,缺点是操作前需要大量的准备工作,需要耗费大量的资源,如果在高温的季节需要很长的冷冻时间,而在寒冷的区域,操作完成后冰柱需要很长时间才可以彻底融化,造成资源上的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多段水溶管道封堵器,以解决输送天然气、石油等易燃易爆物质运输管道的维修问题。本发明提供的一种多段水溶管道封堵器,包括封挡部,所述封挡部的横截面为圆形,还包括设置于一侧的承压部,所述封挡部与所述承压部的邻接处还设置有密封胶,承压部的侧面设置有用于容纳所述密封胶的容纳部,所述封挡部、密封胶和承压部均由水溶性材料制成。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述封挡部和所述承压部的连接处设置有密封胶,所述密封胶由水溶性材料制成。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述密封胶为沿管道内壁环绕设置的环状,所 述承压部或所述封挡部与管道内壁相邻接的侧面设置有容纳部,所述密封胶可容纳于所述容纳部内。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述容纳部为所述承压部的外侧面与管道邻接处设置有多个可容纳水溶性密封胶的凹槽。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述封挡部与管道内壁相邻接的侧面设置有胶带。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述承压部设置为一端封闭、另一端开口形成内部中空,所述中空部分形成圆台状、蜂窝状或柱状。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述承压部的外侧面设置有可变形的柔性或弹性外延。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述柔性或弹性外延自所述承压部的侧面向外伸出,并与所述承压部的轴向形成夹角,所述夹角为0-90度。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述柔性或弹性外延由多个高度不同的凸起组合而成,所述凸起为由靠近所述封挡部一侧向另外一侧依次升高。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述承压部为多个承压部分段组合而成,所述承压部的外侧面设置有与内侧面相连通的通孔。
作为本发明实施方式的进一步改进,所述承压部为内部中空的圆柱体,所述圆柱体的侧面设置有沿圆柱体侧面凸起设置的环状体。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
(1)规范输送天然气、输送危险化学品、输送石油等危险管道在更换和维修时,制定安全的施工操作规范。缩短动火作业的时间,提高生产效率。
(2)多段水溶管道封堵器和所需的辅助材料均使用可溶解的材料制成,可以彻底分解,无需取出,不会污染和堵塞管道,可生物降解不会污染环境;
(3)操作使用简单,无需额外动力,操作人员手工就可以快速完成安装,减少前期大量的准备工作,节省资源;
(4)产品本身强度高,受力均匀,耐受压力能力强,有效杜绝事故的发生,提高危险的管道在施工的时的安全性。
(5)产品以整套维修包的方式包装,从管道的清洁到安装完成所使用的相关辅助材料统一打包到一个包装内,让使用变得更加方便。

如图1-5所示,本发明涉及的多段水溶管道封堵器,包括一由水溶材料制成的封挡部、密封胶、圆柱形承压部组成。管道内压力首先推动封挡部,止流板受力后挤压密封胶,密封胶受挤压填满承压部中间的圆台体状孔,然后流到承压部外侧的环状凹槽的容纳部,形成多个密封圈。借此提高产品的密封性能。
封挡部与管道内壁接触的侧面,设置有用于与管道粘接的胶带。
承压部外侧设有与推入方向形成倒刺形状的柔性或弹性外延,可以推入,管道内压 力出现,向后推动承压部时,承压部的边缘逆向于管壁,增加了摩擦力。承压性就得到了提高。承压部由多个承压部分段配件组合装配而成,每间隔几个倒刺柔性或弹性环状结构会有一个与内部相通的环状凹槽。承压部内部是中空部分,一端开口另一端封闭。
所述承压部边缘为突起的环状体的多层环状柔性或弹性,呈倒刺状,倒刺推入管道时顺向,取出时是逆向。承压部内部为圆台体状的中空部分。每隔几个环状设有一个凹槽,凹槽与内部中空部分通过通孔相连通,承压部内部为圆台体状中空设计。承压部倒刺顺时针风向开口,逆时针方向封闭。
所述封挡部是圆盘状,与管道内壁接处的侧面设有带有粘性的胶带。
所述密封胶为圆柱状流体。
所述封堵器的在管道维修过程中的使用,具体步骤如下:
(1)通过冷切割将旧管道待更换或维修处割除;
(2)使用清洁擦拭布将步骤(1)中割除处两侧的旧管道内壁清洁至无油污状态;
(3)根据焊接时焊口产生的温度传导,到产品的温度小于80℃,确定位置先将封挡部安装在管道内。
(4)将密封胶紧贴封挡部。
(5)推入按照顺序依次推入承压部。
(6)将管道的另一端也按照以上步骤做好。
(7)向步骤(1)中割除处推入新管道;
(8)将新管道与旧管道焊接相连。
本发明采用上述方案,具有如下优点:
(1)规范输送天然气、输送危险化学品、输送石油等危险管道在更换和维修时,制定安全的施工操作规范。缩短动火作业的时间,提高生产效率。
(2)多段水溶管道封堵器和所需的辅助材料均使用可溶解的材料制成,可以彻底分解,无需取出,不会污染和堵塞管道,可生物降解不会污染环境;

  1. 一种多段水溶管道封堵器,其特征在于:包括封挡部,所述封挡部的横截面为圆形,还包括设置于一侧的承压部,所述封挡部与所述承压部的邻接处还设置有密封胶,承压部的侧面设置有用于容纳所述密封胶的容纳部,所述封挡部、密封胶和承压部均由水溶性材料制成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多段水溶管道封堵器,其特征在于:所述密封胶为沿管道内壁环绕设置的环状,所述封挡部与管道内壁相邻接的侧面也设置有容纳部,所述密封胶可容纳于所述容纳部内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多段水溶管道封堵器,其特征在于:所述容纳部为所述承压部的外侧面与管道邻接处设置有多个可容纳水溶性密封胶的凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多段水溶管道封堵器,其特征在于:所述封挡部与管道内壁相邻接的侧面设置有胶带。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多段水溶管道封堵器,其特征在于:所述承压部设置为一端封闭、另一端开口形成内部中空,所述中空部分形成圆台状、蜂窝状或柱状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多段水溶管道封堵器,其特征在于:所述承压部的外侧面设置有可变形的柔性或弹性外延。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多段水溶管道封堵器,其特征在于:所述柔性或弹性外延自所述承压部的侧面向外伸出,并与所述承压部的轴向形成夹角,所述夹角为0-90度。
