优选的,所述的片状结构的固定部表面开设与冷却风扇的形状相匹配的豁口,所述的冷却风扇安装固定在该豁口处;优选的,所述的固定部表面呈L形结构,冷却风扇为方形板状结构,其相邻的两侧边沿分别与L形结构的两内侧边沿通过紧固件连接固定。
优选的,所述的固定部表面位于所述豁口的边沿开设连接孔,以与冷却风扇通过紧固件连接固定。
进一步的,L形结构的固定部包括沿竖直方向延伸的竖直面和沿水平方向延伸的水平面,所述的连接部包括分别与所述的竖直面和水平面相连接的第一连接面和第二连接面,该第一连接面连接固定在骨架前部一侧的竖梁上,第二连接面连接固定在与该竖梁连接的加强件上,第一连接面和第二连接面之间的凸出的固定部的表面安装冷却风扇。
优选的,安装台包括局部凸起的避让部和呈平面设置的安装部,所述热泵系统包括压缩机,压缩机固定在所述安装台的安装部上。
在上述方案中,安装台对应其底部的第二衣物处理筒设置有凸出的避让部,该避让部的设计不利于压缩机的安装固定,因此本发明中,根据全新的安装台的结构适应性的改进了压缩机的安装结构,既保证了压缩机的固定稳定性也节约了安装台的安装空间。
优选的,第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒上下安装在骨架内,所述避让部为安装台对应第二衣物处理筒顶部的表面设置的上凸的拱形结构,拱形结构至少一边水平延伸形成所述安装部,压缩机固定在所述安装台的安装部上。
在上述方案中,安装台中部位置为了避让其底部的第二衣物处理设备设置为上凸的拱形结构,将安装台上位于拱形结构的一边设置为安装部,从而将压缩机安装在安装台 的边缘位置,既保证了对压缩机的固定稳定性,也充分利用了安装台上的安装空间。所述的安装部、拱形结构、第一衣物处理筒三者之间限定了容纳压缩机的空间。
优选的,拱形结构的至少一边水平延伸形成与骨架侧面平行延伸的安装部,所述的压缩机沿着安装部延伸的方向水平安装在安装台内或压缩机垂直于安装部延伸的方向,竖直的安装在安装台上。
在上述方案中,骨架包括固定衣物处理设备侧板的侧部框架,即构成上述所述的骨架侧面,所述的安装部的延伸方向与两个衣物处理筒的轴线相平行。
优选的,所述的压缩机通过固定板竖直的固定在安装台上。
在上述方案中,因为安装部位于安装台的边缘位置,即位于两个衣物处理筒之间的一侧,该处空间较大,足够将压缩机设置的固定在该空间内。且将压缩机竖直的固定在安装部上后,有利于节约安装部上的空间,安装部上还可用于安装其他装置或结构。
优选的,固定板包括板状本体和与板状本体固定连接的固定支脚,所述的固定支脚固定安装在安装台上将板状本体升起一定高度,所述的压缩机安装在所述的板状本体上;
在上述方案中,固定支脚将板状本体升起一定高度,从而将压缩机呈架空状安装,从而有利于压缩机的散热。
优选的,所述压缩机底部设置有底脚,所述板状本体上开设有连接孔,以与压缩机上的底脚通过紧固件连接固定,所述的固定支脚包括多个分别与板状本体连接的连接片,各连接片向板状本体顶部外侧弯折形成弯折面,各弯折面上开设连接孔以连接固定在安装台上。
在上述方案中,各固定支脚在板状本体周侧固定在安装部上,将固定在板状板体上的压缩机稳定的固定。
优选的,所述的板状本体为三角形结构,三角形结构的三个角处分别开设一连接孔,各连接孔分别与压缩机上的三个底脚相对应,以通过紧固件连接固定,所述的固定支脚包括分别与该三角形结构的三条边连接的连接片,各连接片分别向三角形结构的顶部外侧弯折形成弯折面,各弯折面上均设置连接孔,以通过紧固件连接固定在安装台上。
在上述方案中,将板状本体设置为三角形,既节约了空间,也具有较好的固定效果。
优选的,所述的压缩机的底脚高于其底端,所述板状本体的中部开设有避让孔,压缩机的底端抵在该避让孔上,避让孔支撑所述的压缩机。
在上述方案中,通过设置避让孔来支撑压缩机的底部,从而对压缩机具有较好的固定支撑效果,设置该避让口来支撑压缩机比通过平面结构支撑压缩机具有更好的稳定效果。
优选的,所述安装部上对应所述避让孔设置内凹结构,内凹结构的表面与压缩机的底端具有间隙。从而有利于压缩机散热。
优选的,所述的压缩机包括柱状的本体和设置在该本体一侧的储液罐,所述板状本体周侧的三个弯折面中有一弯折面长度短于另两个弯折面,用于在压缩机固定在板状本体上时,避让所述储液罐底端。
采用上述技术方案,本发明较现有技术的优势在于:
通过将骨架设置为相互独立的上下骨架,以实现对框架的部分进行可替换维修的目的;同时,将第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理分别对应安装于相应的骨架部分,以实现设备的模块化管理,令同一生产流水线可对仅具有第二衣物处理筒的设备、和同时具备 第一、第二衣物处理筒的设备进行生产,进而提升了设备的模块化程度、降低了生产成本。
同时,本发明结构简单,效果显著,适宜推广使用。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
实施例一
如图4至图6所示,本实施例中介绍了一种衣物处理装置的骨架结构,衣物处理装置包括骨架1,上下设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间设置有安装台3,所述安装台3与衣物处理装置的骨架1相固定安装。
通过在骨架中部固定安装一水平设置的安装台,以实现衣物处理装置的上下两个衣物处理筒分别对应安装于不同的底座上,进而保证了两个衣物处理筒可分别被有效支撑、固定安装的目的。还有,在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间设置用于对第一衣物处理筒进行支撑固定的安装台,将两个衣物处理筒隔离开来,令两个衣物处理筒的噪音震动背相互分隔,避免了共振,防止了机器运行时噪声过大、震动过于剧烈情况的发生。
本实施例中,所述骨架1包括水平放置的方形底座03,底座03的四个端角处分别设有一根向上竖直延伸的竖梁11,左右侧相邻两竖梁11分别经一中加强件04相连接,所述安装台3固定安装于中加强件04上。通过在骨架的左右两侧的中部分别设置中加强件,以为安装台提供一有效支撑平面,令安装台可靠的安装固定于骨架上。
本实施例中,安装台3为一水平延伸的片状结构,安装台3的左右两侧分别对应搭放于对应侧中加强件04上、并经螺钉相固定连接。
本实施例中,所述中加强件04为在一竖直面中沿水平方向延伸的条状板材,安装台3的左右侧壁分别与对应侧中加强件04的内侧壁对应贴合接触、并在对应贴合接触处经至少一个螺钉相固定连接。
本实施例中,中加强件04的中部设有向骨架内部凸出的支撑压型,支撑压型沿水平方向延伸,安装台3的侧部下壁对应搭置于支撑压型的上侧面处。通过在中加强件上设置两个相对凸出的压型,以实现安装台可方便的搭放于压型上侧面,达到了对安装台预定位安装的目的。
本实施例中,两中加强件04的前端分别设有向上竖直延伸的上竖梁05,上竖梁05的下端与中加强件04和/或安装台3相固定连接。
本实施例中,安装台3的前端安装有上筒前加强件26,上筒前加强件26还与两上竖梁05分别相固定连接;优选的,上筒前加强件26为自中部向两端分别向上弯曲的弧形板材,上筒前加强件26的中部与安装台3的前端中部相固定连接、上筒前加强件26的两端分别与对应侧的上竖梁05相固定连接。
本实施例中,上竖梁05由横断为“L”形的、竖直延伸的条状板材构成,上竖梁05的下端内侧与安装台3侧对应端角的外侧壁相对应贴合接触,上竖梁05的下端对应搭置于相应侧中加强件04上所设支撑压型上;优选的,上竖梁05与安装台3对应贴合接触处经至少一个螺钉相固定连接。
实施例二
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中介绍了一种衣物处理装置的骨架,衣物处理装置包括上下堆叠设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒;骨架1包括供第二衣物处理筒放置的下骨架101,下骨架101的顶部安装有向上延伸的上骨架102,所述第一衣物处理筒安装于上骨架102内。
通过将骨架设置为相互独立的上下骨架,以实现对框架的部分进行可替换维修的目的;同时,将第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理分别对应安装于相应的骨架部分,以实现设备的模块化管理,令同一生产流水线可对仅具有第二衣物处理筒的设备、和同时具备第一、第二衣物处理筒的设备进行生产,进而提升了设备的模块化程度、降低了生产成本。
如图1所示,本实施例中,下骨架101包括水平放置的方形底座03,底座03的四个端角处分别设有一根向上竖直延伸的竖梁11,至少一对相邻竖梁11之间经中加强件04相连接固定,以围成供第二衣物处理筒安装的框架结构;优选的,左右两侧的相邻竖梁之间分别经左中加强件和右中加强件相固定连接;进一步优选的,左中加强件和右中加强件相对称设置。
本实施例中,上骨架102包括靠近前侧左右两端设置的、向上竖直延伸的两根上竖梁05,两上竖梁05的下端均与下骨架101相固定连接,两上竖梁05的顶部分别连接有向后延伸的上加强件27。
本实施例中,上骨架102的上竖梁05下端与下骨架101的中加强件04和/或竖梁11上端相固定连接。
如图2所示,本实施例中,上竖梁05的下端与中加强件04和/或竖梁11上端相对应贴合接触并经钉相固定连接;优选的,上竖梁05的下端外侧与中加强件04的内侧相对应贴合,并在贴合接触处连接两个上下设置的螺钉,令上竖梁05与中加强件04相固定连接。通过将上竖梁的下端与中加强件贴合预定位后再经螺钉紧固装配连接,使得上竖梁与下骨架的装配稳固度和安装效率得到显著提升。
如图3所示,本实施例中,上竖梁05的顶端设有向后水平弯折的翻边50,上加强件27的端部对应贴合的搭放于翻边50上侧、并经螺钉相固定连接;优选的,上竖梁05由横断面呈“L”形的两条状侧板构成,分别为与骨架1前侧相对应平行或重合设置的前部侧板51、和与骨架1侧部相对应平行或重合设置的侧部侧板52;前部侧板51上端设有一水平延伸的豁口,侧部侧板52上端设有一水平延伸的折线,所述折线与豁口相平齐设置,令上竖梁05的上端绕折线向后弯折90度,上竖梁弯折部构成翻边50。
本实施例中,所述翻边50包括自上竖梁05前部侧板顶端向后水平弯折的水平翻边53,和自水平翻边侧部向下竖直弯折的竖直翻边54,所述竖直翻边54与上竖梁05侧部侧板52相对应贴合设置、并经铆接固定,上加强件27的端部搭放于水平翻边53上侧、并经螺钉相钉连接;优选的,水平翻边53的向后延伸长度大于上竖梁05侧部侧板52的水平宽度,以使水平翻边53的端部凸出上竖梁05设置、并供上加强件27搭置贴合。
本实施例中,上加强件27为截面呈“L”的条状结构,上加强件27的两侧内壁分别与水平翻边53上侧和竖直翻边54外侧相对应限位接触。通过将上加强件对应贴合设置于对应翻边处,以提升了上加强件的装配支撑点,令整个装置的稳固度得到显著提升。
本实施例中,下骨架101的后侧还设有中后加强件8,中后加强件8水平延伸、两端分别与后侧两竖梁11的上部相固定连接。
本实施例中,两上加强件27的后端分别与第一衣物处理筒的安装板28相连接,后固定板的下端与下骨架相固定连接。通过上述设置,以将上部仅具备烘干功能的第一衣物处理筒对应安装于上部骨架内,并保证了机体上部后侧的密封固定,令第一衣物处理筒的后固定板同时具备了连接加强件、构成部分骨架的功能。
实施例三
参见图7-图17所示,本实施例提供一种衣物处理装置,包括热泵系统、骨架1和安装在骨架1上的安装台3,所述热泵系统包括压缩机2和冷却风扇5,所述压缩机2安装在所述的安装台3上,所述的冷却风扇5固定在所述骨架1上且与所述压缩机2相对设置。
在上述方案中,考虑到安装台3内部空间较小的问题,将冷却风扇5固定在骨架1上,从而节约了安装台3上的安装空间,并且将冷却风扇5固定在骨架1上,冷却风扇5更靠近衣物处理设备的壳体,提高了通风效果,有利于对压缩机2进行降温。
优选的,所述骨架1包括用于固定衣物处理设备的侧板的侧部框架,所述的冷却风扇5固定在所述的侧部框架上。
在上述方案中,将冷却风扇5安装在骨架1的侧部框架上,则在衣物处理设备的壳体的侧板上开设通风口,而不需要在衣物处理设备的前板开设通风口,从而保留了整机前面板一体结构,使得前面板具有整体性,有利于前面板的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用。
优选的,所述的侧部框架包括两根竖直设置的竖梁11,两竖梁11之间连接有加强件12,所述的冷却风扇5固定在所述的加强件12和/或竖梁11上。
在上述方案中,骨架1的两侧分别设置有侧部框架,每一侧部框架上均设置有两竖梁11和连接两个竖梁11的加强件12,所述的冷却风扇5固定在骨架1一侧的加强件12上。
优选的,所述安装台3上位于所述加强件12的一侧设置有安装部32,所述的压缩机2固定在该安装部32上,所述的冷却风扇5固定在加强件12和/或竖梁11上且与所述的压缩机2相对设置。
在上述方案中,在安装台3位于加强件12的一侧设置安装部32,从而将压缩机2安装在安装台3的边缘位置上,既有利于冷却风扇5进行降温,也适用于安装台3的结构。
优选的,所述的冷却风扇5设置在加强件12上正对所述压缩机2设置;
或者,所述的冷却风扇5设置在加强件12上与压缩机2错位设置,所述冷却风扇5的吸风面正对压缩机2设置。
优选的,所述的骨架1内上下安装有第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,所述的安装台3固定在骨架1内位于第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间,所述的安装台3中部凸起避让第二衣物处理筒形成避让部31,安装台3上位于避让部31的一侧呈平面结构设置,形成安装部32,所述的压缩机2安装在该安装部32上,所述的冷却风扇5固定在骨架1上位于安装部32一侧的加强件12和/或竖梁11上。
在上述方案中,所述的加强件12还用于挂接连接第二衣物处理筒的弹簧组件,位于骨架1两侧的两个加强件12分别挂接第二衣物处理筒两侧的两个弹簧组件。该加强件12还用于与安装台连接固定。
优选的,所述冷却风扇5通过固定架13固定在骨架1上,所述固定架13包括安装冷却风扇5的固定部133和与加强件12和/或竖梁11连接固定的连接部,所述的固定部133向压缩机2倾斜设置,使其吸风面正对压缩机2设置。
在上述方案中,当冷却风扇5与压缩机2错位安装时,将固定架13上的固定部133向压缩机2倾斜设置,从而使得压缩机2在安装在该固定部133上后,其吸风面正对压缩机2设置。
优选的,固定架13的连接部位于固定部133的两侧,其一侧连接固定在加强件12上,另一侧固定在与所述加强件12相连接的前部竖梁上。
在上述方案中,为了实现对冷却风扇5的稳定固定,其固定架13与压缩机2错位安装,通过连接部分别连接至骨架1前部的竖梁11和与该竖梁11相连的加强件上,该结构可对冷却风扇5具有稳定的固定效果。
优选的,所述的固定架13为片状结构,片状结构的局部表面向压缩机2一侧倾斜凸出形成固定冷却风扇5的固定部133,骨架1上位于固定部133边沿的为连接部。
固定架13的连接部为片状结构,贴合固定在骨架1一侧的侧部框架上,并与该侧部框架的表面相平行,所述的固定部133也为片状结构,片状结构的表面朝向压缩机2倾斜设置,从而构成固定部133的表面与连接部的表面呈一定夹角设置,构成风扇在安装在固定部133上后,与骨架1侧部框架成3°夹角。
优选的,所述的片状结构的固定部133表面开设与冷却风扇5的形状相匹配的豁口,所述的冷却风扇5安装固定在该豁口处;优选的,所述的固定部133表面呈L形结构,冷却风扇5为方形板状结构,其相邻的两侧边沿分别与L形结构的两内侧边沿通过紧固件连接固定。
优选的,所述的固定部133表面位于所述豁口的边沿开设连接孔,以与冷却风扇5通过紧固件连接固定。
进一步的,L形结构的固定部133包括沿竖直方向延伸的竖直面和沿水平方向延伸的水平面,所述的连接部包括分别与所述的竖直面和水平面相连接的第一连接面131和第二连接面132,该第一连接面131连接固定在骨架1前部一侧的竖梁11上,第二连接面132连接固定在与该竖梁11连接的加强件12上,第一连接面131和第二连接面132之间的凸出的固定部133的表面安装冷却风扇5。
实施例二
参见图7-图18所示,本实施例二以另一个角度对本发明的衣物处理设备进行描述。该实施例二中的衣物处理设备同样也包括骨架1以及分别安装在该骨架1内的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,还包括热泵系统和安装台3,安装台3固定在骨架1上且位于第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间,安装台3包括局部凸起的避让部31和呈平面设置的安装部32,所述热泵系统包括压缩机2,压缩机2固定在所述安装台3的安装部32上。
在上述方案中,安装台3对应其底部的第二衣物处理筒设置有凸出的避让部31,该避让部31的设计不利于压缩机2的安装固定,因此本发明中,根据全新的安装台3的结构适应性的改进了压缩机2的安装结构,既保证了压缩机2的固定稳定性也节约了安装台3的安装空间。

优选的,所述的压缩机2的底脚22高于其底端,所述板状本体41的中部开设有避让孔43,压缩机2的底端抵在该避让孔43上,避让孔43支撑所述的压缩机2。
在上述方案中,通过设置避让孔43来支撑压缩机2的底部,从而对压缩机2具有较好的固定支撑效果,设置该避让口来支撑压缩机2比通过平面结构支撑压缩机2具有更好的稳定效果。

优选的,所述的压缩机2包括柱状的本体和设置在该本体一侧的储液罐21,所述板状本体41周侧的三个弯折面42中有一弯折面42长度短于另两个弯折面,用于在压缩机2固定在板状本体41上时,避让所述储液罐21底端。

  1. 一种衣物处理装置的骨架,衣物处理装置包括上下堆叠设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒;其特征在于:骨架包括供第二衣物处理筒放置的下骨架,下骨架的顶部安装有向上延伸的上骨架,所述第一衣物处理筒安装于上骨架内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理装置的骨架,其特征在于:下骨架包括水平放置的方形底座,底座的四个端角处分别设有一根向上竖直延伸的竖梁,至少一对相邻竖梁之间经中加强件相连接固定,以围成供第二衣物处理筒安装的框架结构;
    优选的,左右两侧的相邻竖梁之间分别经左中加强件和右中加强件相固定连接;
    进一步优选的,左中加强件和右中加强件相对称设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种衣物处理装置的骨架,其特征在于:上骨架包括靠近前侧左右两端设置的、向上竖直延伸的两根上竖梁,两上竖梁的下端均与下骨架相固定连接,两上竖梁的顶部分别连接有向后延伸的上加强件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理装置的骨架,其特征在于:上骨架的上竖梁下端与下骨架的中加强件和/或竖梁上端相固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种衣物处理装置的骨架,其特征在于:上竖梁的下端与中加强件和/或竖梁上端相对应贴合接触并经钉相固定连接;
    优选的,上竖梁的下端外侧与中加强件的内侧相对应贴合,并在贴合接触处连接两个上下设置的螺钉,令上竖梁与中加强件相固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理装置的骨架,其特征在于:上竖梁的顶端设有向后水平弯折的翻边,上加强件的端部对应贴合的搭放于翻边上侧、并经螺钉相固定连接;
    优选的,上竖梁由横断面呈“L”形的两条状侧板构成,分别为与骨架前侧相对应平行或重合设置的前部侧板、和与骨架侧部相对应平行或重合设置的侧部侧板;前部侧板上端设有一水平延伸的豁口,侧部侧板上端设有一水平延伸的折线,所述折线与豁口相平齐设置,令上竖梁的上端绕折线向后弯折90度,上竖梁弯折部构成翻边。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种衣物处理装置的骨架,其特征在于:所述翻边包括自上竖梁前部侧板顶端向后水平弯折的水平翻边,和自水平翻边侧部向下竖直弯折的竖直翻边,所述竖直翻边与上竖梁侧部侧板相对应贴合设置、并经铆接固定,上加强件的端部搭放于水平翻边上侧、并经螺钉相钉连接;
    优选的,水平翻边的向后延伸长度大于上竖梁侧部侧板的水平宽度,以使水平翻边的端部凸出上竖梁设置、并供上加强件搭置贴合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理装置的骨架,其特征在于:上加强件为截面呈“L”的条状结构,上加强件的两侧内壁分别与水平翻边上侧和竖直翻边外侧相对应限位接触。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的一种衣物处理装置的骨架,其特征在于:下骨架的后侧还设有中后加强件,中后加强件水平延伸、两端分别与后侧两竖梁的上部相固定连接;
    优选的,两上加强件的后端分别与第一衣物处理筒的后固定板相连接,后固定板的下端与下骨架相固定连接。
  10. 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:设有对衣物进行处理的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,安装有上述权利要求1至9任一所述的骨架。
  11. 一种衣物处理装置,包括热泵系统、骨架和安装在骨架上的安装台,所述热泵系统包括压缩机和冷却风扇,所述压缩机安装在所述的安装台上,其特征在于,所述的冷却风扇固定在所述骨架上且与所述压缩机相对设置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述骨架包括用于固定衣物处理设备的侧板的侧部框架,所述的冷却风扇固定在所述的侧部框架上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述的侧部框架包括两根竖直设置的竖梁,两竖梁之间连接有加强件,所述的冷却风扇固定在所述的加强件和/或竖梁上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述安装台上位于所述加强件的一侧设置有安装部,所述的压缩机固定在该安装部上,所述的冷却风扇固定在加强件和/或竖梁上且与所述的压缩机相对设置。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述的冷却风扇设置在加强件上正对所述压缩机设置;
    或者,所述的冷却风扇设置在加强件上与压缩机错位设置,所述冷却风扇的吸风面正对压缩机设置。
  16. 根据权利要求11-15任一所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述的骨架内上下安装有第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,所述的安装台固定在骨架内位于第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间,所述的安装台中部凸起避让第二衣物处理筒形成避让部,安装台上位于避让部的一侧呈平面结构设置,形成安装部,所述的压缩机安装在该安装部上,所述的冷却风扇固定在骨架上位于安装部一侧的加强件和/或竖梁上。
  17. 根据权利要求13-16任一所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述冷却风扇通过固定架固定在骨架上,所述固定架包括安装冷却风扇的固定部和与加强件和/或竖梁连接固定的连接部,所述的固定部向压缩机倾斜设置,使得冷却风扇的吸风面正对压缩机设置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,固定架的连接部位于固定部的两侧,其一侧连接固定在加强件上,另一侧固定在与所述加强件相连接的前部竖梁上。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述的固定架为片状结构,片状结构的局部表面向压缩机一侧倾斜凸出形成固定冷却风扇的固定部。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述的固定部表面呈L形结构,冷却风扇为方形板状结构,其相邻的两侧边沿分别与L形结构的两内侧边沿通过紧固件连接固定。
  21. 一种衣物处理装置,包括骨架以及分别安装在该骨架内的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,其特征在于,还包括热泵系统和安装台,安装台固定在骨架上且位于第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间,安装台包括局部凸起的避让部和呈平面设置的安装部,所述热泵系统包括压缩机,压缩机固定在所述安装台的安装部上。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒上下安装在骨架内,所述避让部为安装台对应第二衣物处理筒顶部的表面设置的上凸的拱形结构,拱形结构至少一边水平延伸形成所述安装部,压缩机固定在所述安装台的安装部上。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,拱形结构的至少一 边水平延伸形成与骨架侧面平行延伸的安装部,所述的压缩机沿着安装部延伸的方向水平安装在安装台内或压缩机垂直于安装部延伸的方向,竖直的安装在安装台上。
  24. 根据权利要求21-23任一所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述的压缩机通过固定板竖直的固定在安装台上。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,固定板包括板状本体和与板状本体固定连接的固定支脚,所述的固定支脚固定安装在安装台上将板状本体升起一定高度,所述的压缩机安装在所述的板状本体上。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述压缩机底部设置有底脚,所述板状本体上开设有连接孔,以与压缩机上的底脚通过紧固件连接固定,所述的固定支脚包括多个分别与板状本体连接的连接片,各连接片向板状本体顶部外侧弯折形成弯折面,各弯折面上开设连接孔以连接固定在安装台上。
  27. 根据权利要求25或26所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述的板状本体为三角形结构,三角形结构的三个角处分别开设一连接孔,各连接孔分别与压缩机上的三个底脚相对应,以通过紧固件连接固定,所述的固定支脚包括分别与该三角形结构的三条边连接的连接片,各连接片分别向三角形结构的顶部外侧弯折形成弯折面,各弯折面上均设置连接孔,以通过紧固件连接固定在安装台上。
  28. 根据权利要求25-27任一所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述的压缩机的底脚高于其底端,所述板状本体的中部开设有避让孔,压缩机的底端抵在该避让孔上,避让孔支撑所述的压缩机。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述安装部上对应所述避让孔设置内凹结构,内凹结构的表面与压缩机的底端具有间隙。
  30. 根据权利要求27-29任一所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述的压缩机包括柱状的本体和设置在该本体一侧的储液罐,所述板状本体周侧的三个弯折面中有一弯折面长度短于另两个弯折面,用于在压缩机固定在板状本体上时,避让所述储液罐底端。
