本实用新型涉及清洗桶可升降的拖把清洗装置,属于清洁用品技术领域。
背景技术
公开(公告)号CN107456180A公开的挤压平板拖把清洁工具,包括拖把桶和平板拖把,所述平板拖把包括拖把杆和活动连接在所述拖把杆上的平板拖把头,所述的平板拖把头上设有擦拭物,所述的拖把桶具有独立的挤水区和独立的清洗区,所述的挤水区与清洗区分别位于两个不同的位置;所述拖把桶上安装有捋口挤压装置,清洗和挤水时将所述的平板拖把头旋转至可进行清洗和挤水的状态,且所述的平板拖把头与拖把杆之间可通过定位装置使该平板拖把头保持清洗和挤水状态;拖地时所述的平板拖把头脱离所述定位装置的控制从而旋转至拖地状态。
上述技术方案在清洗拖把时,拖把需要从清洗区换到挤水区,换位时拖把的水液极易外溅,从而造成地板的二次污染。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,从而提供一种结构设计合理,可实现清洗和挤水的清洗桶可升降的拖把清洗装置。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:清洗桶可升降的拖把清洗装置,包括刮水刀、大容器、小容器和设置在大容器和小容器之间的升降机构,小容器通过升降机构相对大容器升降;所述小容器处于低位时,大容器的水位高于小容器的入水口;所述小容器处于高位时,大容器的水位低于小容器的入水口;所述刮水刀设置在大容器或/和小容器。
进一步说,所述小容器设置在大容器内。
进一步说,所述小容器通过软管连通大容器。
进一步说,所述升降机构包括相对大容器固定设置的斜坡、设置在小容器的滑柱,滑柱设置在斜坡。
进一步说,所述小容器的开口端设有刮水刀和出水口,刮水刀与水平线夹角为钝角,刮水刀设置在出水口处。
进一步说,所述小容器设有滑槽,所述刮水刀两端设在滑槽,滑槽斜向是所述拖把设置 在靠近滑槽的低位侧。
进一步说,所述小容器的开口端具有膨大开口的斜面,出水口设置在该斜面,刮水刀设置在出水口处的上方。
进一步说,所述斜坡绕大容器循环起伏设置。

本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:本实用新型在使用时,拖把位于同一区域位置就可实现清洗和挤干,相比现有技术不需要换位,因此具有操作便利,清洁高效等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本实用新型的解释而本实用新型并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
如图1至图6所示,本实施例所述清洗桶可升降的拖把清洗装置,包括大容器1、小容器2、刮水刀3和设置在大容器1和小容器2之间的升降机构,小容器2通过升降机构相对大容器1升降;所述小容器2设有入水口20,所述小容器2处于低位时,大容器1的水位高于小容器2的入水口20,此时大容器1向小容器2灌水;所述小容器2处于高位时,大容器1的水位低于小容器2的入水口20,此时大容器1停止向小容器2灌水;小容器2此时为清洗桶,拖把头4在小容器2浸泡清洗,而后拖把头4再经刮水刀3刮水可清除拖把头4的水液,所述刮水刀3设置在大容器1或小容器2。
作为优选,本实施例所述小容器2设置在大容器1内。小容器2处于低位时,大容器1的水直接经入水口20注入小容器2。
本实施例所述升降机构包括相对大容器1固定设置的斜坡11、设置在小容器2的滑柱22, 滑柱22设置在斜坡11,滑柱22沿斜坡11轨迹移动,所述小容器2旋转时滑柱22沿斜面滑动而升降。使用者,将拖把头4伸入小容器2,通过操作拖把杆可驱使小容器2旋转,从而实现小容器2的升降。
本实施例所述小容器2的开口端设有刮水刀3和出水口20’,刮水刀3与水平线夹角α为钝角,即刮水刀3相对水平向倾斜,拖把头4向下移动时,在刮水刀3的上方面,水沿刮水刀3的上方面流淌至出水口20’处,该结构可加速排水。
本实施例所述小容器2设有滑槽21,所述刮水刀3两端设在滑槽21,滑槽21斜向是所述拖把设置在靠近滑槽21的低位侧。当拖把头4向下移动时,刮水刀3沿滑槽21向下移动,顺势压紧拖把头4挤水;当拖把头4向上移动时,刮水刀3受拖把头4摩擦带动沿滑槽21上行,拖把头4可清洗上拉。
本实施例所述小容器2的开口端具有膨大开口的斜面,入水口20设置在该斜面,刮水刀3设置在出水口20’处的上方。设置斜面后,使刮水刀3与出水口20’在竖直向具有层次,经刮水刀3流淌的水至上而下流入出水口20’。另外需要说明的是,作为本实施中所述出水口20’和入水口20处于不同部位,必要时也可设置在同一部位。
本实施例所述斜坡11绕大容器1循环起伏设置。小容器2旋转为循环时,所述小容器2可以顺势循环升降。
本实施例所述斜坡11是斜槽。所述斜槽具有上下两条挡边,上方的挡边对滑柱22限位作用。
本实施例在使用时,小容器2处于低位时大容器1向小容器2灌水,而后,操作拖把杆使小容器2旋转,小容器2上升至高位,拖把头4吸取小容器2内的水,拖把头4与刮水刀3相对移动,刮水刀3刮除拖把头4水液,从而实现挤干。
实施例2
本实用新型另一实施方式是,小容器2通过软管连通大容器1的入水口20。小容器2处于低位时,大容器1的水通过软管注入小容器2,采用该结构时,小容器2可设置在大容器1旁侧。

    所述小容器处于低位时,大容器的水位高于小容器的入水口;所述小容器处于高位时,大容器的水位低于小容器的入水口;
    所述刮水刀设置在大容器或/和小容器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洗桶可升降的拖把清洗装置,其特征是,所述小容器设置在大容器内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的清洗桶可升降的拖把清洗装置,其特征是,所述小容器通过软管连通大容器。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的清洗桶可升降的拖把清洗装置,其特征是,所述升降机构包括相对大容器固定设置的斜坡、设置在小容器的滑柱,滑柱设置在斜坡。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的清洗桶可升降的拖把清洗装置,其特征是,所述小容器的开口端设有刮水刀和出水口,刮水刀与水平线夹角为钝角,刮水刀设置在出水口处。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的清洗桶可升降的拖把清洗装置,其特征是,所述小容器设有滑槽,所述刮水刀两端设在滑槽,滑槽斜向是所述拖把设置在靠近滑槽的低位侧。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的清洗桶可升降的拖把清洗装置,其特征是,所述小容器的开口端具有膨大开口的斜面,出水口设置在该斜面,刮水刀设置在出水口处的上方。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的清洗桶可升降的拖把清洗装置,其特征是,所述斜坡绕大容器循环起伏设置。
