背景技术
电线、信号线等是空调器的重要组成部分,关系着空调的启停运转,以及各种控制功能的实现。常规空调器的电线混乱的摆放在电控盒内,需专门有个工位去理线,由于电线的混乱,插线和闭合电控盒盖的生产效率都十分低下。且容易导致卡线、压线等现象,增加品质隐患。因此出现了电线的集成端子。
特别针对上下底座可拆卸连接的空调器,其中一部分线连于可拆的底座,但是装配时,存在接线端子装配不准的问题,容易将接线端子内的针头碰断、碰弯。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型旨在提出一种安装结构,以保证第二接线端子的装配精度,提高第二接线端子的接线精准性,避免第二接线端子内的针头碰断、碰弯。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种安装结构,应用于接线装置,所述接线装置包括第二接线端子,所述第二接线端子通过所述安装结构安装于第一底座,所述安装结构包括安装主体、固定扣和定位件,所述安装主体与所述第二接线端子连接,所述固定扣和所述定位件的一端用于连接于所述第一底座,所述固定扣穿过所述安装主体并扣合于所述安装主体,所述定位件穿过所述安装主体。
进一步地,所述安装主体上开设有安装孔和定位孔,所述固定扣穿过所述安装孔并扣合于所述安装主体的侧面,所述定位件穿过所述定位孔。
进一步地,所述安装主体为两个,两个所述安装主体分别设置于所述第二接线端子相对的两侧,并且每个所述安装主体上至少开设有一个所述安装孔和至少一个所述定位孔。
进一步地,所述固定扣包括多个卡勾,每个所述卡勾的一端上均设置第 三止挡面,所述第三止挡面朝向所述第一底座设置,多个所述卡勾能穿过所述安装主体以使所述第三止挡面能抵持于所述安装主体的侧面,多个所述卡勾远离所述第三止挡面的一端均用于连接于所述第一底座。
进一步地,所述卡勾包括弹性连接部和抵持部,所述弹性连接部的一端用于连接于所述第一底座,所述抵持部连接于所述弹性连接部的另一端,并且所述第三止挡面设置于所述抵持部靠近所述弹性连接部的一侧,所述抵持部远离所述弹性连接部的一侧为斜面。
进一步地,多个所述弹性连接部沿圆周方向排列,并且多个所述弹性连接部间隔设置,多个所述抵持部分别凸设于多个所述弹性连接部相互远离的一侧,以使多个所述第三止挡面分别位于多个所述弹性连接部相互远离的一侧。
进一步地,所述安装结构还包括弹性件,所述弹性件绕设于多个弹性连接部外侧,并且所述弹性件抵持于所述第一底座和所述安装主体之间。

本实用新型的另一目的在于提出一种空调,以保证第二接线端子的装配精度,提高第二接线端子的接线精准性,避免第二接线端子内的针头碰断、碰弯。

第一实施例
请参阅图1,本实施例中提供了一种接线装置1,其能便于电控盒的引线,并且便于安装,拆装方便。其中,接线装置1包括第一端子组件2和第二端子组件3,其中第一端子组件2用于连接于电控盒,第二端子组件3用于连接于第一底座(图未示),并且第一端子组件2连接于第二端子组件3以实现接线的连接,便能将电控盒于第一底座中的电子元件连接,实现电路的导通。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,第一底座位空调下底座。应当理解,在其他实施例中,第一底座也可以是空调上底座,也或者第一底座可以是其他电器元件壳体所包含的底座。
请结合参阅图1和图2,第一端子组件2包括第一接线端子4和第一滑动结构6,第一接线端子4用于连接于电控盒,以通过第一接线端子4对电控盒内部引出的接线进行导向,使得电控盒内部引出的接线能避免出现接线混乱以及压线的情况发生。另外,第一滑动结构6连接于第一接线端子4的侧面。第二端子组件3包括第二接线端子5和第一导向结构7,其中,第一导向结构7连接于第二接线端子5的侧面。第一滑动结构6连接于第一导向结构7,并且第一滑动结构6能相对于第一导向结构7沿第一方向移动,即第一接线端子4能通过第一滑动结构6相对于第一导向结构7沿第一方向的滑动连接于第二接线端子5,即能通过第一导向结构7对第一滑动结构6的导向便于第一接线端子4连接于第二接线端子5。
需要说明的是,其中,第一接线端子4和第二接线端子5上均开设有沿 第一方向延伸的接线孔8,通过第一导向结构7对第一滑动结构6沿第一方向的导向,使得第一接线端子4在沿第一方向移动并连接于第二接线端子5时,能避免第一接线端子4或者第二接线端子5对接线孔8中的引线造成剪力,即能在不影响引线的情况下,提高了第一接线端子4和第二接线端子5之间的安装效率,并且能方便于第一接线端子4和第二接线端子5之间的连接。其中,在本实施例中,第一底座上具有用于设置安装结构31的平面(图未标),其中第一方向垂直于该平面。
其中,第一滑动结构6包括沿第一方向延伸的第一导向块9,第一导向块9连接于第一接线端子4的侧面。沿第一方向延伸的第一导向块9能配合于第一导向结构7,并且相对第一导向结构7沿第一方向滑动,以使得第一接线端子4能相对第二接线端子5沿第一方向移动至连接于第二接线端子5。
在本实施例中,第一接线端子4大致为四棱柱形。另外,第一导向块9为多个,并且多个第一导向块9分别连接于第一接线端子4相对的两个侧面,并且,第一导向块9沿第一方向自第一接线端子4的远离第一底座的一端朝向第一接线端子4的另一端延伸。进一步地,第一导向块9的远离第一底座的一端的厚度沿其延伸方向逐渐减小,即第一导向块9在与第一导向结构7相配合时首先接触第一导向结构7的一端,以使得第一导向块9的其中一个端面形成斜面或者曲面,以便于第一导向块9与第一导向结构7之间的配合。在本实施例中,第一导向块9为两个,两个第一导向块9分别设置于第一接线端子4相对设置的两个侧面,并且两个第一导向块9均设置于相对应的侧面的中线位置。
另外,第一导向结构7包括容置主体10和开设在容置主体10上的第一滑槽13,容置主体10连接于第二接线端子5并与第一接线端子4相对应,第一接线端子4能相对于容置主体10沿第一方向移动至抵持于第二接线端子5,第一导向块9则能伸入第一滑槽13内部并相对于第一滑槽13沿第一方向滑动。其中,通过容置主体10对第一接线端子4的导向以及通过第一滑槽13对第一导向块9的导向,使得第一接线端子4与第二接线端子5之间的连接导向更方便快捷,极大程度上简化了第一接线端子4和第二接线端 子5之间的连接难度。
在本实施例中,容置主体10内部开设有沿第一方向延伸的导向空间12,第二接线端子5设置于容置主体10并且位于导向空间12的其中一端。第一接线端子4能伸入导向空间12内部并沿导向空间12滑动至抵持于第二接线端子5,即能通过导向空间12对第一接线端子4进行导向。另外,导向空间12远离第二接线端子5的端部的口径沿远离第二接线端子5的方向逐渐增大,即容置主体10远离第二接线端子5的端部的口径大于容置主体10靠近第二接线端子5一端的口径,以便于第一接线端子4的对位,使得第一接线端子4能轻易地伸入导向空间12内部。
进一步地,容置主体10的外侧设置有多个加强筋15,多个加强筋15间隔设置于容置主体10远离第二接线端子5端部相对于导向空间12的侧面,即加强筋15设置于容置主体10口径较大的一端,并且加强筋15连接于容置主体10的外侧,使得第一接线端子4在伸入导向空间12内部时对容置主体10造成的冲击力能通过加强筋15承受,保证容置主体10的强度,延长容置主体10的使用寿命。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,容置主体10适配于第一接线端子4,即容置主体10的截面的轮廓线围成的形状大致为矩形,使得第一接线端子4能稳定地容置于导向空间12内部。另外,多个加强筋15设置于容置主体10上相对设置的其中两个侧面,而第一滑槽13则开设于另外两个侧面。
容置主体10的侧面设置有多个包容部11,多个第一滑槽13分别形成于多个包容部11内部,并且多个第一滑槽13均连通于容置主体10内部。即,在本实施例中,多个包容部11分别设置于容置主体10相对的两个侧面,并且包容部11设置于容置主体10的外侧。第一滑槽13开设于包容部11内部,并且第一滑槽13贯穿容置主体10的周壁连通于导向空间12,以使得当第一接线端子4伸入导向空间12内部时,连接于第一接线端子4的第一导向块9能伸入第一滑槽13内部并沿第一滑槽13滑动。进一步地,在本实施例中,容置主体10远离第二接线端子5的端部与多个包容部11相对应处开设有导向口14,导向口14贯穿容置主体10的周壁并连通于第二滑槽24,使得第一接线端子4在伸入导向空间12时,能通过导向口14对第一导 向块9进行导向,以便于第一导向块9伸入第一滑槽13内部。
在本实施例中,包容部11与第一导向块9相对应,即,包容部11为两个,两个包容部11分别设置于容置主体10上相对的两个侧面,即包容部11设置于容置主体10上相邻于容置主体10设置加强筋15的两个侧面。并且包容部11设置于相对应的侧面的中线位置,以便于第一接线端子4与导向空间12配合时便于第一导向块9伸入第一滑槽13内部,便于导向空间12对第一接线端子4的导向以及第一滑槽13对第一导向块9的导向。
在第一接线端子4需要连接于第二接线端子5时,将第一接线端子4伸入导向空间12,并将第一导向块9对位于导向口14,以使得第一接线端子4通过导向口14伸入第一滑槽13,沿第一方向移动第一接线端子4,即能将第一接线端子4伸入导向空间12,并能将第一导向块9伸入第一滑槽13。移动第一接线端子4至抵持于第二接线端子5即能完成第一接线端子4和第二接线端子5之间的连接。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,第一滑动结构6与第一接线端子4一体成型,第一导向结构7与第二接线端子5一体成型。应当理解,在其他实施例中,第一滑动结构6也可以是通过其他方式连接于第一接线端子4,例如焊接或者粘接等。同理,在其他实施例中第一滑动结构6也可以是通过其他方式连接于第二接线端子5,例如焊接或者粘接等。
请结合参阅图2、图3和图4,另外,接线装置1还包括承载体18,承载体18用于连接于电控盒。第一端子组件2还包括第二滑动结构17,第二滑动结构17连接于第一接线端子4的侧面,并且第二滑动结构17沿第二方向延伸。第二滑动结构17与承载体18相配合,以使得第一接线端子4通过第二滑动结构17与承载体18的配合连接于电控盒。其中,第二滑动结构17包括多个沿第二方向延伸的第二导向块19,多个第二导向块19连接于第一接线端子4的侧面。而承载体18上开设有与多个第二导向块19相对应的多个第二滑槽24,第二导向块19能伸入第二滑槽24内部并相对第二滑槽24沿第二方向移动。即能通过第二滑槽24对多个第二导向块19的导向将第一接线端子4连接于电控盒。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,第二方向垂直于第一方向。
另外,第一端子组件2还包括锁止卡扣25,锁止卡扣25设置于第一接线端子4的侧面,并且锁止卡扣25位于第二滑动结构17沿第二方向的一侧。另外,承载体18上还设置有与锁止卡扣25相适配的扣合部29,扣合部29位于第二滑槽24的其中一端,锁止卡扣25能沿第一方向移动至卡合于扣合部29。即,其中当第一接线端子4通过第二导向块19沿第二滑槽24移动时带动锁止卡扣25沿第二方向移动,当锁止卡扣25卡合于扣合部29时,第一接线端子4则稳固地连接于电控盒。
需要说明的是,其中第二滑动结构17、承载体18、锁止卡扣25和扣合部29共同形成导向安装结构16,即导向安装结构16包括承载体18、第二滑动结构17、锁止卡扣25和扣合部29。即,第一接线端子4通过导向安装结构16连接于电控盒,以简化第一接线端子4和电控盒之间的连接难度。
在本实施例中,扣合部29连接于承载体18的一侧,第二滑动结构17和锁止卡扣25均连接于第一接线端子4,并且锁止卡扣25位于第二滑动结构17的一侧,第二滑动结构17与承载体18滑动连接,并且第二滑动结构17能相对所述承载体18滑动至锁止卡扣25扣合于扣合部29。以使得通过锁止卡扣25和扣合部29之间的配合实现第一接线端子4和电控盒之间稳固地连接。
其中,多个第二导向块19分别连接于第一接线端子4上相邻于第一接线端子4上设置第一导向块9的侧面的相对的两个侧面,并且多个第二导向块19靠近于垂直于第一接线端子4上设置第一导向块9的侧面的侧边设置。在本实施例中,设置于第一接线端子4同一侧第二导向块19为两个,两个第二导向块19分别设置于上述侧边的两端,并且两个第二导向块19沿第二方向排列。
承载体18包括承载主体20和两个导向体21。其中承载主体20具有相对设置的第一侧和第二侧,承载主体20的第一侧用于连接于电控盒,其中连接方式可以是一体成型、焊接或者扣合等方式,在本实施例中采用一体成型的方式。两个导向体21则相对设置于承载主体20的第二侧,其中,两个导向体21之间具有间距,第二滑动结构17则在两个导向体21之间的间隙中滑动。其中,第二滑槽24开设于两个导向体21相互靠近的侧面,位于第 一接线端子4相对设置的两侧的多个第二导向块19则能分别伸入两个导向体21上的第二滑槽24中并相对第二滑槽24滑动。两个导向体21之间的距离于第一接线端子4的设置第二导向体21的两个侧面之间的距离相适配,即两个导向体21之间的距离与第一接线端子4的厚度相适配,以使得第一接线端子4能在两个导向体21之间稳定地滑动。
导向体21包括导向部22和多个限位部23,其中导向部22的一侧连接于承载主体20,并且导向部22沿第二方向延伸。多个限位部23则设置于导向部22的另一侧,并且多个限位部23沿第二方向排列,其中,承载主体20、导向部22和多个限位部23共同形成第二滑槽24。
在本实施例中,多个限位部23分别与多个第二导向块19相对应,多个第二导向块19能相对第二滑槽24滑动至位于相对应的限位部23和承载主体20之间。即,在本实施例中,限位部23和第二导向块19的数量均为两个,两个限位部23分别设置于导向部22的两端,以使得两个第二导向块19在沿第二滑槽24滑动至导向体21的端部时,能使得两个第二导向块19能分别位于两个限位部23和承载主体20之间,能通过限位部23限制第二导向块19脱离第二滑槽24。
另外,扣合部29连接于承载主体20,并且扣合部29位于导向部22沿第二方向上的其中一端。锁止卡扣25连接于第一接线端子4,并且锁止卡扣25位于第二导向块19沿第二方向上的其中一侧。使得第一接线端子4在相对两个导向体21滑动至导向体21的端部时,便于设置于第一接线端子4上的锁止卡扣25卡合于设置于导向部22上的扣合部29。
扣合部29远离导向部22的一端设置有第一止挡面30,并且第一止挡面30朝向第二方向,锁止卡扣25上设置有朝向第二导向块19的第二止挡面26,第一止挡面30能抵持于第二止挡面26以使得扣合部29卡合于锁止卡扣25。
其中,在本实施例中,扣合部29为两个,两个扣合部29分别连接于两个导向部22的端部,并且两个扣合部29朝向远离导向部22的方向延伸。另外,两个扣合部29之间的距离沿第二方向逐渐减小。以使得两个扣合部29相互靠近的侧面形成两个斜面,以便于锁止卡扣25扣合于扣合部29。
同理,锁止卡扣25的数量于扣合部29的数量相对应,即锁止卡扣25为两个,两个锁止卡扣25分别设置于第一导向块9的两侧。其中,锁止卡扣25包括连接部27和楔形部28,连接部27的一端连接于第一接线端子4,楔形部28连接于连接部27远离第一接线端子4的一端,并且楔形部28远离连接部27的一侧为斜面,第二止挡面26设置于楔形部28靠近连接部27的一侧。即,两个楔形部28分别凸设于两个连接部27相互远离的侧面。
当锁止卡扣25沿第二方向移动至扣合部29时,楔形部28上的斜面与扣合部29上的斜面相贴合,当锁止卡扣25继续沿第二方向移动则使得连接部27产生弹性形变,两个连接部27则相互靠近,以使得楔形部28能绕过扣合部29。当楔形部28绕过扣合部29时,通过连接部27的弹性回复力使得楔形部28弹回并使得第一止挡面30抵持于第二止挡面26,即完成了锁止卡扣25和扣合部29之间的扣合。
请结合参阅图5、图6和图7,接线装置1还包括安装结构31,其中安装结构31连接于第二接线端子5,并且第二接线端子5通过安装结构31连接于第一底座。安装结构31包括安装主体32、固定扣33、弹性件35和定位件34,安装主体32与第二接线端子5连接。固定扣33和定位件34的一端用于连接于第一底座。固定扣33能穿过安装主体32并扣合于安装主体32,弹性件35靠近固定扣33设置并且弹性件35用于抵持于第一底座和安装主体32之间,以通过弹性件35的弹力使得固定扣33稳定地扣合于安装主体32。定位件34穿过安装主体32,其中定位件34用于第二接线端子5连接于第一底座时起定位作用,通过定位件34的定位作用提高第二接线端子5的定位精准性,保证第二接线端子5能连接于适当的位置。另外,能通过弹性件35消除第二接线端子5和第一接线端子4之间的连接误差,能通过弹性件35自动调节公差,减小由于用户安装不准产生的公差,避免第二接线端子5和第一接线端子4插接不到位导致针头碰弯的情况。
在本实施例中,安装主体32上开设有安装孔36和定位孔37,固定扣33穿过安装孔36扣合于安装主体32的侧面。定位件34则穿过定位孔37,以通过定位件34和定位孔37的配合实现安装主体32的定位。
进一步地,安装主体32为两个,两个安装主体32分别设置于第二接线 端子5相对的两侧,并且每个安装主体32上至少开设有一个安装孔36和至少一个定位孔37,即通过设置于第二接线端子5相对的两侧上的安装主体32连接于相对应的固定扣33和相对应的定位孔37,便能提高第二接线端子5与第一底座之间的连接稳定性。在本实施例中,每个安装主体32上均开设有一个安装孔36和一个定位孔37。
另外,固定扣33包括多个卡勾38,多个卡勾38的一端上均设置有朝向卡勾38另一端的第三止挡面41,卡勾38能穿过安装主体32以使得第三止挡面41抵持于安装主体32的侧面,即能使得卡勾38卡合于安装主体32。卡勾38远离第三止挡面41的一端则用于连接于第一底座。在本实施例中,多个卡勾38均穿过安装孔36,并且卡勾38穿过安装孔36的部分抵持于安装主体32的侧面以使得卡勾38卡合于安装主体32。
卡勾38包括弹性连接部39和抵持部40,弹性连接部39的一端用于连接于第一底座,抵持部40连接于弹性连接部39的另一端,并且第三止挡面41设置于抵持部40靠近弹性连接部39的一侧,抵持部40远离弹性连接部39的一侧为斜面。即,在本实施例中,通过抵持部40靠近弹性连接部39的一侧抵持于安装主体32,以实现卡勾38卡合于安装主体32。
另外,在本实施例中,多个弹性连接部39之间间隔设置并围成圆形。多个抵持部40分别凸设于多个弹性连接部39相互远离的一侧,以使得多个第三止挡面41分别位于多个弹性连接部39相互远离的一侧。在本实施例中,多个弹性连接部39相互远离的侧面所形成的圆与安装孔36的孔径相适配,以使得弹性连接部39穿过安装孔36时能贴合于安装孔36的内周壁,便能通过凸设于弹性连接部39的抵持部40卡合于安装主体32。另外,抵持部40远离弹性连接部39的一侧为斜面,并且多个抵持部40上的多个斜面均朝向多个弹性连接部39相互远离的一侧,以使得多个卡勾38在需要伸入安装孔36内部时,由抵持部40上设置的斜面抵持于安装孔36的孔壁,继续将卡勾38向安装孔36内伸入,通过安装孔36孔壁对抵持部40的抵持使得多个弹性连接部39产生弹性形变并相互靠近,便能使得抵持部40穿过安装孔36,当多个抵持部40穿过安装孔36之后,通过弹性连接部39的弹性回复力使得抵持部40回复到原始的位置,便能使得第三止挡面41抵持于安装 主体32的侧面,即实现了卡勾38卡合于安装主体32。
在本实施例中,卡勾38为两个,两个卡勾38相对设置,即其中两个弹性连接部39伸入安装孔36内部时,两个弹性连接部39分别位于安装孔36中心的两侧,并且两个抵持部40分别凸设于两个弹性连接部39相互远离的侧面。
另外,弹性件35绕设于多个弹性连接部39外侧,即弹性件35套设于固定扣33以使得安装主体32安装于固定扣33时能通过弹性件35抵持于安装主体32和第一底座之间,通过固定扣33向弹性件35提供导向,使得弹性件35能稳定地向安装主体32提供弹性力,以使得弹性件35稳定有效地向安装主体32提供纠正安装公差的作用。在本实施例中,弹性件35采用弹簧。
定位件34包括多个定位柱42,多个定位柱42的一端用于连接于第一底座,多个定位柱42的高度均大于固定扣33的高度。以使得安装主体32在通过定位柱42和固定扣33安装于第一底座时,能先通过多个定位柱42的定位,便于固定扣33伸入安装孔36,能提高安装主体32与固定扣33之间的装配效率。
另外,定位柱42远离第一底座的一端开设有圆倒角,即定位柱42远离第一底座的端部朝远离第一底座的方向直径逐渐减小,以便于定位柱42伸入定位孔37中,便于定位柱42对于安装主体32的定位。
进一步地,安装结构31还包括多个筋片52,多个筋片52间隔设置于固定扣33和定位件34的端部,并且多个筋片52用于连接于第一底座。即,在固定扣33和定位件34连接于第一底座时,多个筋片52则连接于固定扣33和第一底座,或者多个筋片52连接于定位件34和第一底座,以通过筋片52加强固定扣33与第一底座之间的连接稳定性,以及加强定位件34和第一底座之间的连接稳定性。
请结合参阅图8和图9,第二端子组件3还包括接线头和防护盖板43,接线头连接于第二接线端子5远离第一接线端子4的一端,以通过接线头引出连接线。防护盖板43内部具有容置空间47,防护盖板43盖设于第二接线端子5并使得接线头容置于容置空间47内部,防护盖板43上开设有与定 位件34相适配的定位连接件51,定位件34连接于定位连接件51以来接于防护盖板43。
即,在本实施例中,防护盖板43包括盖板主体44和定位连接件51。盖板主体44用于盖设于第二接线端子5,并使得第二接线端子5容置于盖板主体44内部,即能使得接线头容置于盖板主体44内部。定位连接部48连接于盖板主体44,并且定位连接部48用于与定位件34连接。
容置空间47开设于盖板主体44内部,容置空间47用于容置第二接线端子5以及接线头。并且定位连接部48设置于容置空间47内部,以简化防护盖板43的结构。
其中,盖板主体44包括顶板45和多个侧板46,多个侧板46分别连接于顶板45的多个侧边,即多个侧板46和顶板45共同围成容置空间47,多个侧板46远离顶板45的一侧用于抵接于第一底座,并且顶板45的其中一个侧板46处形成开口,以便于第二接线端子5通过开口伸入容置空间47。其中,在本实施例中,顶板45的形状与第二接线端子5和安装主体32形成的整体形状相适配,以使得盖板主体44将第二接线端子5和安装主体32容置于容置空间47内部,保证防护盖板43能有效地向第二接线端子5和安装主体32提供保护作用,避免水渍落到第二接线端子5或者安装主体32上。
另外,多个侧板46于顶板45的连接处设置有圆弧过渡段,以避免用户在拆装防护盖板43时对用户造成伤害。
在本实施例中,定位连接部48设置于顶板45靠近容置空间47的一侧,并且定位连接部48用于抵接于定位件34。即,当盖板主体44盖设于第二接线端子5时,定位连接部48在容置空间47内部与伸出安装主体32的定位件34之间相互抵接,以实现盖板主体44的定位,以便于盖板主体44的连接。
另外,防护盖板43还包括定位连接件51,定位连接件51穿过定位连接部48并用于连接于定位件34,以使得盖板主体44能通过定位连接件51和定位件34之前的配合稳定地盖设于第二接线端子5。
在本实施例中,定位连接部48内部具有安装空间49,并且定位连接部 48远离顶板45的端面上开设有定位连接孔50,安装空间49通过定位连接孔50连通于容置空间47,以使得定位连接件51能穿过定位连接孔50以便于定位连接件51于定位件34之间的连接。
进一步地,安装空间49远离容置空间47的一端沿远离容置空间47的方向口径逐渐增大,以便于定位连接件51伸入安装空间49内部。能提高定位连接件51的装配效率。另外,定位连接孔50的口径小于安装空间49的口径,以使得定位连接件51连接于定位件34时能通过将定位连接部48压持于定位件34上,保证盖板主体44能稳定地盖合于第二接线端子5。
另外,需要说明的是,在本实施例中,定位连接件51采用螺钉,将螺钉穿过定位连接孔50并将螺钉旋入定位件34中,便能通过螺钉的螺帽将定位连接部48压持于定位件34,便能使得盖板主体44能稳定地盖合于第二接线端子5。
本实施例中提供的接线装置1能通过第一接线端子4上设置的第一滑动结构6和设置于第二接线端子5上的第一导向结构7相互配合,其中第一滑动结构6能相对于第一导向结构7沿第一方向滑动,使得第一接线端子4能相对第二接线端子5沿第一方向移动并连接于第二接线端子5,便能保证沿第一方向上延伸的接线孔8中的引线不受影响的情况下方便第一接线端子4和第二接线端子5之间的导向连接,便于第一接线端子4和第二接线端子5之间的拆装。并通过第一导向结构7中设置的导向空间12和第一滑槽13的设置,使得第一接线端子4在连接于第二接线端子5时能通过导向空间12对第一接线端子4进行导向,通过第一滑槽13对第一导向块9进行导向,更方便于第一接线端子4和第二接线端子5之间的导向连接,拆装更方便快捷。另外,通过设置第二滑动结构17和用于连接于电控盒的承载体18,通过第二滑动结构17和承载体18滑动配合,使得第一接线端子4能通过第二滑动结构17连接于承载体18,即能便于第一接线端子4和电控盒之间的导向连接,便于第一接线端子4连接于电控盒。通过在第二接线端子5上设置安装结构31,能通过固定扣33和安装主体32之间的卡合,定位件34和安装主体32之间的定位,并通过弹性件35对第二接线端子5的误差调节,便于第二接线端子5连接于第一底座。通过设置防护盖板43盖设于第二接 线端子5,以防止用户接触到第二接线端子5内部的接线,保障了接线的连接稳定性并避免了用户触电的危险,并且能保证在清理接线装置1时水渍不会溅射到第二接线端子5内部造成接线的短路。
第二实施例
本实施例中提供了一种空调,其采用了第一实施例中提供的接线装置1,以便于电控盒的引线,并且便于安装,拆装方便。

  1. 一种安装结构,应用于接线装置(1),所述接线装置(1)包括第二接线端子(5),所述第二接线端子(5)通过所述安装结构(31)安装于第一底座,其特征在于,所述安装结构(31)包括安装主体(32)、固定扣(33)和定位件(34),所述安装主体(32)与所述第二接线端子(5)连接,所述固定扣(33)和所述定位件(34)的一端用于连接于所述第一底座,所述固定扣(33)穿过所述安装主体(32)并扣合于所述安装主体(32),所述定位件(34)穿过所述安装主体(32)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装主体(32)上开设有安装孔(36)和定位孔(37),所述固定扣(33)穿过所述安装孔(36)并扣合于所述安装主体(32)的侧面,所述定位件(34)穿过所述定位孔(37)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装主体(32)为两个,两个所述安装主体(32)分别设置于所述第二接线端子(5)相对的两侧,并且每个所述安装主体(32)上至少开设有一个所述安装孔(36)和至少一个所述定位孔(37)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述固定扣(33)包括多个卡勾(38),每个所述卡勾(38)的一端上均设置第三止挡面(41),所述第三止挡面(41)朝向所述第一底座设置,多个所述卡勾(38)能穿过所述安装主体(32)以使所述第三止挡面(41)能抵持于所述安装主体(32)的侧面,多个所述卡勾(38)远离所述第三止挡面(41)的一端均用于连接于所述第一底座。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述卡勾(38)包括弹性连接部(39)和抵持部(40),所述弹性连接部(39)的一端用于连接于所述第一底座,所述抵持部(40)连接于所述弹性连接部(39)的另一端,并且所述第三止挡面(41)设置于所述抵持部(40)靠近所述弹性连接部(39)的一侧,所述抵持部(40)远离所述弹性连接部(39)的一侧为斜面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安装结构,其特征在于,多个所述弹性连接 部(39)沿圆周方向排列,并且多个所述弹性连接部(39)间隔设置,多个所述抵持部(40)分别凸设于多个所述弹性连接部(39)相互远离的一侧,以使多个所述第三止挡面(41)分别位于多个所述弹性连接部(39)相互远离的一侧。
