现有的电源适配器也具有能够折叠的插头结构,但这种插头结构在插头伸出适配器插入插座的过程中可能会出现插头回退,使得插头结构不稳固,从而造成与插座接触不良等不利后果。

如图1-3所示,本实用新型提供一种电源适配器10,该电源适配器10包括壳体12、电路板14、固定元件16、导电元件18、基座20、适配器主体22和插头组件。其中,壳体12罩设在基座20上,电路板14、导电元件16、固定元件18均安装在壳体12内,适配器主体22安装在基座20上并形成一容置空间24,插头组件安装在容置空间24内。
插头组件包括插头26和弹性部件。其中,插头26包括转轴28、固定于转轴28上的凸块30及固定连接至转轴28两端的工作部32,转轴28可转动地安装在容置空间24内,由于凸块30和工作部32均固定在转轴28上,因此转轴28转动时凸块30和工作部32跟随转轴28一起转动。更具体地,转轴28在外力作用,例如手指拨动下能够在一打开位置34和一闭合位置36之间转动。当插头26位于打开位置34时,工作部32可直接插入对应的插座内;当插头26位于闭合位置36时,工作部32闭合至适配器主体32上。壳体12、基座20及适配器主体22的侧壁上对应工作部32的位置分别设有容置槽38,当插头26闭合至适配器主体22上时用于收纳工作部32。
在所示的实施例中,凸块30为沿转轴28的周向延伸的扇形结构,在其他实施例中,凸块30也可以实施为其他形状,本实用新型并不对此限定。
适配器主体32内设置有一隔板40,隔板40将容置空间24分隔成两个腔体,分别为第一腔体42和第二腔体44。其中,弹性部件设置在第一腔体42内,插头26设置在第二腔体44内。
弹性部件包括挡止件46及弹性设置于挡止件46与适配器主体22之间的弹性元件48,弹性元件48例如为弹簧。弹性元件48对挡止件46施加远离弹性元件48的弹性偏压,使得挡止件46能够在一第一位置50和第二位置52之间移动。当工作部32转动至打开位置34时,挡止件46在弹性元件48的弹性偏压下移动至第一位置50并与凸块30锁定连接,以将插头26固定在打开位置34;当工作部32需要转动至闭合位置36时,挡止件46在外力作用下移动至第二位置52,以释放插头26使其能够回复至闭合位置36。

  6. 如权利要求4所述的电源适配器,其特征在于,所述顶块朝向所述凸块的一侧设有插销,所述凸块朝向所述顶块的一侧设有供所述插销插入的插孔,并构造成当所述凸块转动至所述打开位置时,所述插销插入所述插孔以使得所述插头固定在所述打开位置,当所述凸块转动至所述闭合位置时,所述插销抵靠在所述凸块的侧面上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电源适配器,其特征在于,所述凸块为沿所述转轴的周向延伸的扇形结构。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的电源适配器,其特征在于,所述壳体、基座及适配器主体上对应工作部分别设有用于收纳所述工作部的容置槽。
