实施例3,如图7至图9所示,一种智能ISOFIX锁止装置,包 括ISOFIX装置1,所述的ISOFIX装置1具有ISOFIX接头2,ISOFIX装置1上还设置有驱动ISOFIX接头2的驱动装置3。所述的ISOFIX装置1上还设置有与所述ISOFIX接头2连动的锁止运动件和具有侦测锁止运动件运动信号的电气信号开关组件,所述的锁止运动件包括导杆5,所述的导杆5在所述的SOFIX装置1上滑动,所述的导杆5上还设置有回复装置,所述的导杆5具有导杆头52,导杆头52与所述ISOFIX接头2接触的,在ISOFIX装置1上还设置有限位槽,导杆头52在限位槽内滑动。所述的回复装置包括弹性元件和流体压力回复装置。其中弹性元件可以为钢板弹簧、螺旋弹簧、扭杆弹簧、气体弹簧和橡胶弹簧等弹簧件,也可以是弹性块、弹性拨片、弹性膜片等等其他具有回复能力的弹性件。流体压力回复装置可以为气缸、油缸等等具有自主回复能力的压力器件。所述的电气信号开关组件为PCB板45,在所述的PCB板45上设置有感应元器件46,所述的导杆5上设置有与所述感应元器件45相配合的感应柱54。所述的PCB板45上设置信号输出装置。所述的信号输出装置为信号线或蓝牙装置或无线传输装置。所述的PCB板45由外界通过电源线供电,通过电源线供电避免了在ISOFIX装置1上安装电池单元当出现危险时电池单元会爆炸危及ISOFIX装置1的风险。所述的ISOFIX装置1上还设置有告警装置,告警装置为非必须装置,一般而言告警装置装在外界或者PCB板45内。
使用时,ISOFIX接头2与导杆5联动,ISOFIX接头2转动时可以带动导杆5水平移动。ISOFIX接头2处于锁止位置时,导杆5上 的感应柱54与感应元器件45脱离,PCB板45没有信号,当ISOFIX接头2松脱时,ISOFIX接头2会带动导杆5移动,此时导杆5上的感应柱54会与感应元器件45相接触,此时PCB板45获得信号。PCB板45获得信号后通过信号线或蓝牙装置或无线传输装置将信号发送到外界,提醒同乘人员ISOFIX接头2松脱。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能ISOFIX锁止装置,包括ISOFIX装置,所述的ISOFIX装置具有ISOFIX接头,其特征为,所述的ISOFIX装置上还设置有与所述ISOFIX接头连动的锁止运动件和具有侦测锁止运动件运动信号的电气信号开关组件,所述的电气信号开关组件根据锁止运动件的运动信号判断所述的ISOFIX接头的工作状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能ISOFIX锁止装置,其特征为,所述的锁止运动件包括与所述ISOFIX接头接触的导杆,所述的导杆在所述的SOFIX装置上滑动,所述的导杆上还设置有回复装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种智能ISOFIX锁止装置,其特征为,所述的电气信号开关组件包括电气信号开关,所述的导杆上设置有可与所述电气信号开关相碰触的接触柱。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种智能ISOFIX锁止装置,其特征为,所述的电气信号开关组件包括具有弹性的上金属片和下金属片,所述的下金属片上设置有凸起,所述的导杆上设置有凸块,所述的凸块碰触到凸起后可让上金属片和下金属片相接触。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种智能ISOFIX锁止装置,其特征为,所述的电气信号开关组件为PCB板,在所述的PCB板上设置有感应元器件,所述的导杆上设置有与所述感应元器件相配合的感应柱。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3或4或5所述的一种智能ISOFIX锁止装置,其特征为,所述的回复装置包括弹性元件和流体压力回复装置。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种智能ISOFIX 锁止装置,其特征为,所述的电气信号开关组件上设置信号输出装置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种智能ISOFIX锁止装置,其特征为,所述的信号输出装置为信号线或蓝牙装置或无线传输装置。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或8所述的一种智能ISOFIX锁止装置,其特征为,所述的电气信号开关组件有外界通过电源线供电。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种智能ISOFIX锁止装置,其特征为,所述的ISOFIX装置上还设置有告警装置。
