本发明可设有变速箱壳体和固定架间设有切割刀片周向旋转装置,其包括防转板、旋转架、定位锁销,张紧弹簧、滚珠和O型油封,所述固定架外周与电机仓前端密封固定,所述固定架中心设有内孔,所述固定架前端圆周阵列设有定位孔,所述固定架内孔中设有旋转架,所述旋转架经滚珠和O型油封与固定架相连接,以使旋转架在滚珠的作用下相对于固定架周向旋转,轴向限位,以达到根据需要改变切割角度的作用,并通过O型油封密封,避免海水进入电机仓内,所述旋转架前端分别与防转板和变速箱壳固定连接,后端与电机固定连接,所述防转板上固定设有定位锁销,所述定位锁销的伸出杆与固定架上的定位孔相对应,当要旋转时,拔起定位锁销,定位锁销带动旋转架旋转,旋转架带动变速箱壳旋转,进而带动切割刀片旋转适宜的角度后,松开定位锁销,定位锁销即插入到对应的定位孔中,达到可以根据需要随意改变切割角度的作用。
本发明可设有锁紧螺帽,所述电器仓后端设有螺纹段,所述电池仓前端设有外挡环,所述锁紧螺帽活动套在电池仓的外挡环上,所述电池仓经锁紧螺帽与电器仓螺纹连接固定,以达到拆装方便的作用。
本发明可在所述的电器仓的电器仓盖上设有插头定位销,以达到对插头进行快速插接定位的作用。
本发明可在所述的电机仓外壳前端固定设有水下摄像机和LED灯,所述水下摄像头经电缆与水上显示器相连接,所述显示器与水上电源开关相连接,以利于水上人员随时跟踪水下动态,所述LED灯并联在连接电池和驱动器导线的多针接线柱上,以利于对切割物体进行照明的作用。
本发明可在所述电池仓和电机仓外部套有浮漂套,以利于在水中减轻重量,便于潜水员操作。
本发明所述浮漂套可以有左半套体和右半套体组合后经外套箍固定连接而成,以达到方便安装的作用。
本发明还可在所述电池和驱动器间设有熔断器,以达到安全保护的作用。
本发明由于采用上述结构,具有结构紧凑、操作安全、携带方便、切割速度快、工作效率高、拆装方便等优点。

如附图8所示,本发明可在所述的电机仓41外壳前端固定设有水下摄像机27和LED灯11,所述水下摄像头27经电缆与水上显示器35相连接,所述显示器35与水上电源开关39相连接,以利于水上人员随时跟踪水下动态,所述LED灯11并联在连接电池和驱动器导线的多针接线柱上,以利于对切割物体进行照明的作用。
如附图9所示,本发明可在所述电池仓16和电机仓41外部套有浮漂套34,以利于在水中减轻重量,便于潜水员操作。
本发明所述浮漂套可以有左半套体和右半套体组合后经外套箍固定连接而成,以达到方便安装的作用。
本发明还可在所述电池和驱动器间设有熔断器,以达到安全保护的作用。
本发明在水下使用时,操作者打开总电源开关转钮20,按下防水开关12,电机21转动,电机轴上的主动齿轮带动减速齿轮4转动,减速齿轮4带动传动轴2转动,固定在传动轴上的切割片随着转动,电机仓内的散热油负责冷却电机21,将热量传递到散热油和电机仓41上,当散热油吸收热量膨胀后,活塞23克服弹簧24压力后移,以利于通过平衡电机仓内因散热油膨胀而造成的内外压力差,防止内压大于外压时导致油封漏油或者电机仓膨胀而损坏,当散热油冷却后,在弹簧张力作用下活塞自动回位;当要更换切割锯片时,按下齿轮锁销7,齿轮锁销插入到减速齿轮4上的止旋孔中,限制了传动轴2的旋转,使更换切割刀片变得更加方便,更换完毕,剥除齿轮锁销,打开防水开关,电机即可带动传动轴旋转,进而带动切割刀片对水下物体进行切割;当电池量不够时,按下防水开关,关闭电源开关,在水下旋转锁紧螺帽14,然后把持电池仓向外施力,电池仓中的母水下插头与电器仓上的公水下插头即可快速分离,然后将新的电池仓再经母水下插头与电器仓上的公水下插头插接后,将锁紧螺帽与电器仓螺纹连接固定,然后再次打开电源开关,即可继续工作,在水下切割的过程中,水上人员可以通过水下摄像头观察水下动态,以利于实时关注水下操作人员的安全,由于水下摄像头的电流很微弱,即便导线漏电,也不会对水下人员造成伤害,本发明由于采用上述结构,具有结构紧凑、操作安全、携带方便、切割速度快、工作效率高、拆装方便等优点。

本发明可设有变速箱壳体5和固定架28间设有切割刀片周向旋转装置,其包括防转板50、旋转架49、定位锁销9,张紧弹簧10、滚珠30和O型油封31,所述固定架28外周与电机仓前端密封固定,所述固定架28中心设有内孔,所述固定架28前端圆周阵列设有定位孔,本发明实施例中设置为圆周阵列设有4个定位孔40,所述固定架28内孔中设有旋转架49,所述旋转架49经滚珠30和O型油封31与固定架28相连接,以使旋转架49在滚珠30的作用下相对于固定架28周向旋转,轴向限位,以达到根据需要改变切割角度的作用,并通过O型油封31密封,避免海水进入电机仓内,所述旋转架49前端分别与防转板50和变速箱壳5固定连接,后端与电机21固定连接,所述防转板50上固定设有定位锁销 9,所述定位锁销9的伸出杆与固定架28上的定位孔相对应,当要旋转时,拔起定位锁销9,定位锁销9带动旋转架49旋转,旋转架49带动变速箱壳5旋转,进而带动切割刀片1旋转适宜的角度后,松开定位锁销9,定位锁销9即插入到对应的定位孔中,达到可以根据需要随意改变切割角度的作用。
本发明可设有锁紧螺帽14,所述电器仓42后端设有螺纹段,所述电池仓16前端设有外挡环,所述锁紧螺帽14活动套在电池仓的外挡环上,所述电池仓16经锁紧螺帽14与电器仓42螺纹连接固定,以达到拆装方便的作用。
本发明可在所述的电器仓42的电器仓盖45上设有插头定位销32,以达到对插头进行快速插接定位的作用。
本发明可在所述的电机仓41外壳前端固定设有水下摄像机27和LED灯11,所述水下摄像头27经电缆与水上显示器35相连接,所述显示器35与水上电源开关39相连接,以利于水上人员随时跟踪水下动态,所述LED灯11并联在连接电池和驱动器导线的多针接线柱上,以利于对切割物体进行照明的作用。
本发明可在所述电池仓16和电机仓41外部套有浮漂套34,以利于在水中减轻重量,便于潜水员操作。
本发明所述浮漂套可以有左半套体和右半套体组合后经外套箍固定连接而成,以达到方便安装的作用。
本发明还可在所述电池和驱动器间设有熔断器,以达到安全保护的作用。
本发明在水下使用时,操作者打开总电源开关转钮20,按下防水开关12,电机21转动,电机轴上的主动齿轮带动减速齿轮4转动,减速齿轮4带动传动轴2转动,固定在传动轴上的切割片随着转动,电机仓内的散热油负责冷却电机21,将热量传递到散热油和电机仓41上,当散热油吸收热量膨胀后,活塞23克服弹簧24压力后移,以利于通过平衡电机仓内因散热油膨胀而造成的内外压力差,防止内压大于外压时导致油封漏油或者电机仓膨胀而损坏,当散热油冷却后,在弹簧张力作用下活塞自动回位;当要更换切割锯片时,按下齿轮锁销7,齿轮锁销插入到减速齿轮4上的止旋孔中,限制了传动轴2的旋转,使更换切割刀片变得更加方便,更换完毕,剥除齿轮锁销,打开防水开关,电机即可带动传动轴旋转,进而带动切割刀片对水下物体进行切割。
当需要调整切割刀片角度时,关闭防水开关,拔起定位锁销,转动变速箱壳5,变速箱壳在旋转架和固定架间滚珠的作用下相对固定架旋转,切割刀片可以按照所需角度正转或反转到位后,松开定位锁销,定位锁销将旋转架锁定在固定架上,然后打开防水开关,即可 继续进行水下切割作业。
当电池量不够时,按下防水开关,关闭电源开关,在水下旋转锁紧螺帽14,然后把持电池仓向外施力,电池仓中的母水下插头与电器仓上的公水下插头即可快速分离,然后将新的电池仓再经母水下插头与电器仓上的公水下插头插接后,将锁紧螺帽与电器仓螺纹连接固定,然后再次打开电源开关,即可继续工作,以达到水下进行更换电池的作用,大大延长了水下工作的时间,在水下切割的过程中,水上人员可以通过水下摄像头观察水下动态,以利于实时关注水下操作人员的安全,由于水下摄像头的电流很微弱,即便导线漏电,也不会对水下人员造成伤害。
本发明由于采用上述结构,具有结构紧凑、操作安全、携带方便、切割速度快、工作效率高、拆装方便等优点。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水下切割机,其特征在于包括切割刀片、驱动电机部件、电池部件和把手,所述驱动电机部件前端与切割刀片相固定,后端与电池部件插接固定,其中,
    所述驱动电机部件包括密封的电机仓、电机、散热油压力补偿装置、电机轴水密封、电机支承轴承和电器仓,所述电机仓是由仓体以及仓体前端的固定架和后端的后轴承盖密封固定连接而成,所述电机固定设在电机仓内,所述电机输出轴经电机支承轴承固定在固定架上,所述电机的输出轴前端与切割刀片固定连接,两个电机支承轴承间设有电机轴水密封,所述电机仓侧壁固定设有把手,所述电机仓后端与电器仓密封连接,所述电机仓和电机间填充有散热油,所述电机仓内的后轴承盖上设有散热油压力补偿装置,所述后轴承盖上还固定有多针接线柱,所述电机经导线与多针接线柱相连接,
    所述电器仓内固定有电器仓盖,所述电器仓前端经O型密封圈密封固定在电机仓后端,
    所述电器仓盖上装有驱动器,所述驱动器经多针接线柱与电机相连接,本发明所述驱动器采用无刷驱动器,所述电机采用无刷电机,所述电器仓盖上还装有公水下插头,所述公水下插头与驱动器电连接,
    所述电池部件是由封闭的电池仓、电池、母水下插头、电源开关和开关转钮组成,所述电池仓与电器仓固定连接,所述电池仓前端设有母水下插头,后端面上设有开关转钮,所述电池仓内固定设有电池,所述电池仓经母水下插头与电器仓后端的公水下插头相插接,所述电池前端经电极与母水下插头相连接,后端设有电源开关,所述电源开关的转轴经水封与电池仓后盖密封连接,所述电源开关前端的拨杆与开关转钮相配合,所述电源开关串接在电池和驱动器间的导线上;
    所述把手上设有防水开关,所述防水开关经导线穿过电机仓与多针接线柱相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水下切割机,其特征在于所述散热油压力补偿装置是由活塞缸筒、活塞、弹簧和油封组成,所述活塞缸筒一端与后轴承盖固定连接,所述活塞缸筒内设有有活塞,所述活塞经油封与活塞缸筒滑动连接,所述活塞和后轴承盖间设有弹簧,所述弹簧一端与活塞相抵触,另一端与后轴承盖相抵触,以使活塞将活塞缸筒分割成一端与电机仓相连通,另一端与电器仓相连通,所述活塞中心设有加油孔,所述加油孔内设有密封塞。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种水下切割机,其特征在于所述切割刀片和电机输出轴间设有切割变速装置,其包括传动壳体、传动轴、耐磨水封、滚珠轴承、减速齿轮、变速箱壳、锁销水封、齿轮锁销和主动齿轮,所述变速箱壳与固定架密封固定连接,或者一体形成,所述变速箱壳后端设有主动齿轮旋转空腔,一侧设有减速齿轮旋转空腔和传动轴安装空腔,所述电机输出轴上固定有主动齿轮,并插入到主动齿轮旋转空腔中,所述传动轴安装空腔中设有 减速齿轮,所述传动壳体上端与变速箱壳一侧固定连接,所述传动壳体内两端分别经滚珠轴承与传动轴固定连接,所述经滚珠轴承间的传动轴上设有耐磨水封,所述传动轴上部穿过减速齿轮旋转空腔和传动轴安装空腔,并与减速齿轮旋转空腔中的减速齿轮固定连接,下端与切割刀片固定连接,所述主动齿轮与减速齿轮相啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种水下切割机,其特征在于所述变速箱壳另一侧径向设有锁销插孔,所述锁销插孔内设有齿轮锁销,所述齿轮锁销经锁销水封与锁销插孔密封连接,所述减速齿轮上端圆周阵列设有止旋孔,当需要更换切割刀片时,按下齿轮锁销,齿轮锁销下端插入到止旋孔中,将减速齿轮定位在变速箱壳上。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种水下切割机,其特征在于变速箱壳体和固定架间设有切割刀片周向旋转装置,其包括防转板、旋转架、定位锁销,张紧弹簧、滚珠和O型油封,所述固定架外周与电机仓前端密封固定,所述固定架中心设有内孔,所述固定架前端圆周阵列设有定位孔,所述固定架内孔中设有旋转架,所述旋转架经滚珠和O型油封与固定架相连接,并通过O型油封密封,避免海水进入电机仓内,所述旋转架前端分别与防转板和变速箱壳固定连接,后端与电机固定连接,所述防转板上固定设有定位锁销,所述定位锁销的伸出杆与固定架上的定位孔相对应。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水下切割机,其特征在于设有锁紧螺帽,所述电器仓后端设有螺纹段,所述电池仓前端设有外挡环,所述锁紧螺帽活动套在电池仓的外挡环上,所述电池仓经锁紧螺帽与电器仓螺纹连接固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水下切割机,其特征在于所述的电器仓的电器仓盖上设有插头定位销。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水下切割机,其特征在于本发明可在所述的电机仓外壳前端固定设有水下摄像机和LED灯,所述水下摄像头经电缆与水上显示器相连接,所述显示器与水上电源开关相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水下切割机,其特征在于所述电池仓和电机仓外部套有浮漂套。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种水下切割机,其特征在于所述浮漂套由左半套体和右半套体组合后经外套箍固定连接而成。
