背景技术
[0002] 现有充电粧、 通讯柜、 电力柜等户外设备, 设备进风口处的防尘网长时间使用 后, 会堆积大量灰尘, 造成防尘网进风能力剧烈下降。 从而使设备通风量也相 应下降, 导致设备温度持续升高, 严重影响设备性能, 甚至导致设备损坏, 造 成无法估量的损失。
[0003] 为了保证这些户外设备正常工作, 需要对这些设备的防尘网进行定期除尘, 目 前对这些防尘网除尘, 采取人工取下防尘网除尘后再装回原位, 或人工直接更 换防尘网。

本发明的实施方式
[0023] 本实施例是一种充电粧、 通讯柜、 电力柜等户外设备的防尘网上, 对其自动除 尘的装置, 如图 1所示, 本实施例中, 在防尘网 6两侧各设置一把刷子, 分别为 第一刷子 5和第二刷子 4, 这两把刷子的刷毛从防尘网 6两面刷在防尘网 6上, 实 践中可以采用毛刷或者刷毛比较硬一点的刷子, 有时可以是钢刷, 第一刷子 5和 第二刷子 4的两端分别固定连接, 两个刷子相对设置, 刷毛均指向防尘网 6; 带 动第一刷子 5和第二刷子 4沿防尘网 6两面来回刷以去掉上面的灰尘的驱动装置包 括驱动电机 2, 驱动电机 2的驱动轴 3安装在防尘网 6的一端, 还有一根传动轴 8安 装在防尘网 6的另一端, 在防尘网 6两侧各有一根驱动皮带 7在驱动轴 3和传动轴 8 之间传动, 第一刷子 5和第二刷子 4的两端分别与两根驱动皮带 7固定, 在防尘网 6上面, 第一刷子 5的两端分别与两根驱动皮带 7上半部分相互固定, 由于, 第一 刷子 5和第二刷子 4两端是固定的, 因此, 第二刷子 4也会与第一刷子 5—样沿防 尘网的下面滑动。
[0024] 本实施例中, 在驱动电机 2机壳上是电机的控制盒 1, 在控制盒内有驱动电源和 控制器, 本实施例中, 控制器是一种自动控制器, 根据控制程序实现对驱动电 机 2的控制, 这样, 可以在控制器中设置一个定时电路, 通过对定时电路喜迁编 程, 如 4个小时除尘一次, 每次带动第一刷子 5和第二刷子 4沿防尘网 6两边来回 刷五次。 因此, 在定时电路中设置 4小时, 然后再设置驱动电机 2带动第一刷子 5 和第二刷子 4沿防尘网 6两边来回刷五次的时间, 每到时间到后触发驱动电机 2工 作或者停止。
