本申请要求于2018年01月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810064285.3、申请名称为“显示屏组件及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子设备技术领域,特别涉及一种显示屏组件及电子设备。
背景技术
随着通信技术的发展,诸如智能手机等电子设备越来越普及。电子设备的使用过程中,例如玩游戏、通过显示屏显示画面观看等等。
其中,电子设备的显示屏在组装过程中,不易粘结密封胶水,容易漏水。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种显示屏组件及电子设备,可以提高显示屏组件的防水性能。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种显示屏组件,包括:
框架,具有底壁和侧壁,所述侧壁围绕所述底壁形成收容空间;
背光模组,设置在所述收容空间内;
遮光胶,具有第一部和第二部,所述第一部设置在所述侧壁的自由末端以及所述背光模组边缘,所述第二部设置在所述侧壁周缘外表面,所述遮光胶覆盖所述背光模组和所述侧壁的连接位置;
显示结构,设置在所述第一部以及所述背光模组上;
塑料架,具有第一壁和第二壁,所述第一壁与所述第二部固定连接,所述第二壁设置在所述底壁外表面。

在一些实施例中,所述遮光胶还包括第三部,所述第三部设置在所述第一壁的自由末端,所述第三部沿所述第一部的一端向外延伸形成,所述第三部和第一部位于所述第二部的同一端,所述第三部和第一部位于所述第二部的两侧,所述第二部分别与所述第一部以及第三部垂直设置。
在一些实施例中,本申请实施例的电子设备包括壳体和显示屏组件,所述显示屏组件安装在所述壳体上,所述显示屏组件包括:
框架,具有底壁和侧壁,所述侧壁围绕所述底壁形成收容空间;
背光模组,设置在所述收容空间内;
塑料架,具有第一壁和第二壁,所述第一壁设置在所述侧壁周缘外表面,且所述第一壁的高度小于所述侧壁的高度以及所述底壁厚度之和,所述第二壁设置在所述底壁外表面;
遮光胶,具有第一部和第二部,所述第一部设置在所述侧壁的自由末端以及所述背光模组边缘,所述第二部设置在所述侧壁周缘外表面,且所述第二部设置在所述第一壁的自由末端,所述第二部和第一壁共同覆盖在所述侧壁周缘外表面;以及
显示结构,设置在所述第一部以及所述背光模组上。
请参阅图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的电子设备的结构示意图。该电子设备100可以包括盖板110、显示结构120、电路板130、电池140、壳体150、摄像头160以及指纹解锁模块170。需要说明的是,图1所示的电子设备1并不限于以上内容,其还可以包括其他器件,或不包括摄像头160,或不包括指纹解锁模块170。
其中,盖板110安装到显示结构120上,以覆盖显示结构120。盖板10可以为透明玻 璃盖板,以便显示结构透光盖板110进行显示。在一些实施例中,盖板110可以是用诸如蓝宝石等材料制成的玻璃盖板。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或可以相互通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
其中,该壳体150可以包括中框151和后盖152,中框151和后盖152相互组合形成该壳体150,该中框151和后盖152可以形成收纳空间,以收纳印制电路板130、显示结构120、电池140等器件。进一步的,盖板110可以固定到壳体150上,该盖板150和壳体150形成密闭空间,以容纳印制电路板130、显示结构120、电池140等器件。在一些实施例中,盖板110盖设到中框151上,后盖152盖设到中框151上,盖板110和后盖152位于中框151的相对面,盖板110和后盖152相对设置。
在一些实施例中,壳体150可以为金属壳体,比如镁合金、不锈钢等金属。需要说明的是,本申请实施例壳体150的材料并不限于此,还可以采用其它方式,比如:壳体150可以为塑胶壳体。还比如:壳体150为陶瓷壳体。再比如:壳体150可以包括塑胶部分和金属部分,壳体150可以为金属和塑胶相互配合的壳体结构,具体的,可以先成型金属部分,比如采用注塑的方式形成镁合金基板,在镁合金基板上再注塑塑胶,形成塑胶基板,则构成完整的壳体结构。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例壳体的结构并不限于此,比如:后盖和中框一体成型形成一完成的壳体150结构,该壳体直接具有一收纳空间,用于印制电路板130、显示结构120、电池140等器件。
其中,该印制电路板130安装在壳体150中,该印制电路板130可以为电子设备100的主板,印制电路板130上可以集成有马达、麦克风、扬声器、耳机接口、通用串行总线 接口、摄像头160、距离传感器、环境光传感器、受话器以及处理器等功能组件中的一个、两个或多个。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在一些实施例中,该印制电路板130可以固定在壳体150内。具体的,该印制电路板130可以通过螺钉螺接到中框151上,也可以采用卡扣的方式卡配到中框151上。需要说明的是,本申请实施例印制电路板130具体固定到中框151上的方式并不限于此,还可以其它方式,比如通过卡扣和螺钉共同固定的方式。
其中,该电池140安装在壳体150中,电池140与该印制电路板130进行电连接,以向电子设备100提供电源。壳体150可以作为电池140的电池盖。壳体150覆盖电池140以保护电池140,具体的是后盖覆盖电池140以保护电池140,减少电池140由于电子设备100的碰撞、跌落等而受到的损坏。
其中,该显示结构120安装在壳体150中,同时,该显示结构120电连接至印制电路板130上,以形成电子设备100的显示面。该显示结构120可以包括显示区域和非显示区域。该显示区域可以用来显示电子设备100的画面或者供用户进行触摸操控等。该非显示区域的顶部区域开设供声音、及光线传导的开孔,该非显示区域底部上可以设置指纹模组、触控按键等功能组件。其中该盖板110安装到显示结构120上,以覆盖显示结构120,可以形成与显示结构120相同的显示区域和非显示区域,也可以形成不同的显示区域和非显示区域。
在一些实施例中,显示结构120可以为液晶显示屏(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)或有机发光二极管显示屏(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等类型的显示结构。
在一些实施例中,当显示结构120为液晶显示屏时,电子设备100还可以包括背光模组,图中未示出背光模组,该背光模组可以参阅现有技术中的背光模组。
在一些实施例中,显示结构120可以为液晶显示屏(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)或有机发光二极管显示屏(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等类型的显示结构。
在一些实施例中,当显示结构120为液晶显示屏时,电子设备100还可以包括背光模组,图中未示出背光模组,该背光模组可以参阅现有技术中的背光模组。
在一些实施例中,电子设备100中的盖板110、显示结构120及背光模组可以形成一显示屏组件。或者说该电子100包括显示屏组件,显示屏组件可以包括盖板110、显示结构120及背光模组。下面以显示屏组件为例进行详细说明。
请参阅图2和图3,图2为本申请实施例提供的显示屏组件的结构示意图,图3为本 申请实施例提供的显示屏组件的部分拆分结构示意图。该显示屏组件1可以包括盖板110、显示结构120、背光模组12、遮光胶14、塑料架13和框架11。其中,盖板110、显示结构120、背光模组12以及框架11依次排布。
在一些实施例中,该盖板110可以与显示结构120固定连接的一面的面积可以大于显示结构120的面积,以在盖板110上形成显示区域和非显示区域。其中,该非显示区域位于盖板110的周缘位置,且从显示结构120的周缘向外形成,凸出于显示结构120的周缘。需要说明的是,该非显示区域112的面积大小可以根据实际需要进行设定。比如:电子设备100的顶部或底部需要预留非显示区域,则可以将盖板110的非显示区域112的面积设置大一点。再比如:若电子设备100的顶部或底部均不需要预留非显示区域,则可以不设置非显示区域,或者将非显示区域的面积大小设置较小,可以将整个盖板110的面积略大于显示结构120的面积。
其中,显示结构120可以参阅以上内容,在此不再赘述。其中显示结构120和盖板110之间可以采用光学胶固定连接,比如采用OCA光学胶。
其中,背光模组12和显示结构120固定连接,用于为显示结构120提供光源。
请参阅图4,图4为本申请实施例提供的框架的结构示意图。该框架11可以采用金属材料制成,比如采用不锈钢材料制成。在一些实施例中,该框架11具有侧壁111和底壁112,该侧壁111围绕底壁112设置,以形成收容空间113,该收容空间113可以收容背光模组12。该侧壁111可以设置在底壁112的一个、两个或多个周缘位置。其中侧壁111具有内表面和外表面,该内表面为位于收容空间113内部的表面,该外表面位于框架11周缘的周缘外表面。其中底壁具有内表面和外表面,该内表面为位于收容空间113内部的表面,该外表面位于框架11的底部。
在一些实施例中,该背光模组12可以与侧壁111的周缘齐平,也可以不齐平。该显示结构120层叠设置在背光模组12的上部,该显示结构120也可以层叠设置在侧壁111的上部。
请参阅图5,图5为本申请实施例提供的遮光胶的结构示意图。该遮光胶14设置于背光模组12和显示结构120之间。该遮光胶12可以采用黑色胶水形成,或者黑色双面胶形成,其具有遮光作用,可以提高对显示结构120的遮光作用,防止显示结构120漏光效果更佳。
在一些实施例中,该遮光胶14具有第一部141和第二部142,该第一部141设置在侧壁的自由末端以及背光模组边缘;该第二部142设置在侧壁111周缘外表面,遮光胶14覆 盖背光模组12和侧壁111的连接位置。在一些实施例中,该第一部141和第二部142可以相互垂直,以形成L型结构,也可以不垂直。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个所述特征。
需要说明的是,在实际生产过程中,由于框架11的侧壁111比较薄,在设置遮光胶14的过程中,遮光胶14不易成型。本申请的发明人在实际生产过程中,在框架11的收容空间113内安装一塑胶框,塑胶框靠近侧壁111内表面设置,可以将背面模组12放置在塑胶框上,也可以不放置在塑胶框上,塑胶框和侧壁相邻,相互配合,可以增加侧壁111位置的宽度,可以供黑色胶水在侧壁111的自由末端成型,以形成遮光胶14。然而,在框架11内部设置塑胶框会占用框架11的内部空间,减小背光模组12的大小。
为此,本申请实施例去掉框架11内部的塑胶框,可以增加框架11的内部空间,且可以将遮光胶14设置在侧壁111的自由末端,具体如下:
请参阅图6,图6为本申请实施例提供的塑料架的结构示意图。该塑料架13具有第一壁131和第二壁132,其中第一壁131与遮光胶14的第一部141固定连接;其中第二壁132设置在框架11的底壁112外表面。
在一些实施例中,塑料架13设置有缺口134,缺口134从第一壁的131自由末端朝向第二壁132方向形成。在组装显示屏组件1的过程中,可以通过机械设备抓到该缺口132位置的框架11。需要说明的是,遮光胶14在塑料架13位置的缺口132位置也形成有缺口144,以便露出框架11,供机械设备抓住。
具体的,请参阅图7,图7为图2所示显示屏组件在A-A方向的部分剖面图。该遮光胶14的第一部141固定连接在显示屏120和背光模组12之间,该遮光胶14的第二部142固定连接在塑料架131的第一壁131和框架11的侧壁111之间。该第二部142可以连接到底壁112的位置,也可以仅连接侧壁111的一部分外表面。
在一些实施例中,该第二壁132和底壁112外表面固定连接,可以采用胶水固定连接,也可以采用双面胶固定连接。需要说明的是,该塑料框13也可以直接采用一面具有胶水的结构,其可以直接将第二壁132和底壁112固定连接。
由上可知,本申请实施例的塑料架13安装在框架11的侧壁111和底壁112位置,可以增加侧壁111位置的宽度,或者说,可以在侧壁111位置形成收纳槽,以便黑色胶水成型,以形成遮光胶13。从而在设置遮光胶13过程中,遮光胶13不仅可以与侧壁111粘结,而且还可以与塑料架13粘结,提升遮光胶13与侧壁111的粘结性能与面积,提升显示屏 组件1的防水性能以及遮光性能,进而提升电子设备100的整体防水性能。本申请实施例因将塑料架13设置在框架11的外部,不会占用框架11的内部空间。
需要说明的是,该遮光胶14、塑料架13以及框架11的配合关系并不显于此,具体的请参阅图8,图8为图2所示显示屏组件在A-A方向的另一部分剖面图。图8与图7的区别在于:该遮光胶14还可以包括第三部143,第三部143设置在第一壁131的自由末端。通过该第三部143可以进一步提升遮光胶14与塑料架13的固定连接面积以及固定连接性能,使得生产工艺更加容易,以及使得显示屏组件1防水和遮光效果更佳。
在一些实施例中,该第三部143沿第一部141的一端向外延伸形成,第三部143和第一部141位于第二部142的同一端,且第三部143和第一部141位于第二部142的两侧。该第二部142可以第一部141垂直设置,也可以与第三部143垂直设置,该遮光胶14可以为T型结构。
在以上实施例中,该第一壁131的自由末端可以与侧壁111的自由末端齐平。该第一壁131的自由末端也可以低于侧壁111的自由末端,或者说该第一壁131的高度小于侧壁111与底壁112的厚度之和。
请参阅图9,图9为图2所示显示屏组件在A-A方向的另一部分剖面图。图9与图7的区别在于:第二部142直接设置在第一壁131的自由末端,且第二部142直接与侧壁111的周缘外表面固定连接。以及第一壁131直接与侧壁111的周缘外表面固定连接。该第一壁131以及第二部142将侧壁111的外表面覆盖。其中,该第一壁131的高度小于侧壁111与底壁112的厚度之和。
请参阅图10,图10为图2所示显示屏组件在A-A方向的另一部分剖面图。图10与图7的区别在于:遮光胶14为条形结构,该遮光胶14直接设置在第一壁131、侧壁111以及背光模组12上。以及第一壁131直接与侧壁111的周缘外表面固定连接,该第一壁131的自由末端与侧壁111的自由末端齐平,该第一壁131覆盖侧壁111的周缘外表面。
请参阅图11,图11为图2所示显示屏组件在A-A方向的另一部分剖面图。图11与图10的区别在于:该塑料架131还包括第三壁133,第二壁132和第三壁133设置在第一壁131的两端,第三壁133设置在侧壁111自由末端以及背光模组12周缘。其中遮光胶14直接设置在第三壁133上。该遮光胶14也可以设置在第三壁133以及背光模组12上。
在一些实施例中,该显示屏组件1还可以包括第一偏光片和第二偏光片。其中第一偏光片设置于OCA光学胶和显示结构120之间。其中第二偏光片设置于背光模组12和显示结构120之间。
需要说明的是,该显示结构120的结构并不限于此。比如,该显示结构120可以为异形屏,具体的,请参阅图12,图12为本申请实施例提供的电子设备的另一结构示意图。图12中的电子设备与图1中的电子设备的区别在于:该电子设备200包括显示结构220、盖板210、印制电路板230、电池240和壳体250。其中显示结构220直接在其上形成有可透光区域280。具体的,比如:显示结构220设置有在厚度方向上贯穿显示结构220的通孔,该可透光区域280可以包括该通孔,通孔位置可以设置前置摄像头、听筒、传感器组件等器件。再比如:显示结构220设置有非显示区域,该可透光区域280可以包括该非显示区域。其中,该盖板210适合显示结构220的结构设置。需要说明的是,壳体250可以参阅以上壳体150,印制电路板230可以参阅以上印制电路板130,电池240可以参阅以上电池140,在此不再赘述。
还需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,显示结构120也可以不包括非显示区域,而设置成全面屏结构,可以将距离传感器、环境光传感器等器件设置于显示结构下方或其他位置处。具体的,请参阅图13,图13为本申请实施例提供的电子设备的另一结构示意图。该电子设备300包括显示结构320、盖板310印制电路板330、电池340和壳体350。其中,显示结构320覆盖于壳体350上,而不具有非显示区域。其中,盖板310适合显示结构320的大小设置。需要说明的是,壳体350可以参阅以上壳体150,印制电路板330可以参阅以上印制电路板130,电池340可以参阅以上电池140,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图14,图14为本申请实施例提供的另一电子设备的结构示意图,图14中的电子设备与图1中的电子设备的区别在于:图14中的电子设备400包括显示结构420、盖板410、印制电路板430、电池440和壳体450。其中,显示结构420在其周缘设置有第一开口421,该第一开口421可以放置前置摄像头、听筒、传感器组件等器件。其中,盖板410适合显示结构490的结构设置。需要说明的是,壳体450可以参阅以上壳体150,印制电路板430可以参阅以上印制电路板130,电池440可以参阅以上电池140,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图15和图16,图15为本申请实施例提供的显示屏组件的另一部分拆分示意图,图16为本申请实施例提供的显示屏组件的另一结构示意图。该显示屏组件4还可以包括框架460、背光模组470、遮光胶480以及塑料架490。其中,框架460、背光模组470、遮光胶480以及塑料架490与以上的区别分别在于:塑料架490为多个、框架460具有第二开孔461、背光模组470具有第三开口471以及遮光胶480具有第四开口481。
请参阅图17,图17为本申请实施例提供的塑料架的另一结构示意图。该塑料架490可以为多个,比如为三个,其中有一个安装在各个开口位置,其中两个安装在开口两侧形 成的凸部位置。其中两个塑料架490具有缺口494,该缺口494可以参阅以上缺口134,在此不再赘述。
以上对本申请实施例提供的显示屏组件及电子设备进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请。同时,对于本领域的技术人员,依据本申请的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本申请的限制。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种显示屏组件,其包括:
    框架,具有底壁和侧壁,所述侧壁围绕所述底壁形成收容空间;
    背光模组,设置在所述收容空间内;
    遮光胶,具有第一部和第二部,所述第一部设置在所述侧壁的自由末端以及所述背光模组边缘,所述第二部设置在所述侧壁周缘外表面,所述遮光胶覆盖所述背光模组和所述侧壁的连接位置;
    显示结构,设置在所述第一部以及所述背光模组上;以及
    塑料架,具有第一壁和第二壁,所述第一壁与所述第二部固定连接,所述第二壁设置在所述底壁外表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述遮光胶还包括第三部,所述第三部设置在所述第一壁的自由末端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第三部沿所述第一部的一端向外延伸形成,所述第三部和第一部位于所述第二部的同一端,所述第三部和第一部位于所述第二部的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第二部分别与所述第一部以及第三部垂直设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述遮光胶为T型结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第二壁与所述底壁通过胶水固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述塑料架设置有缺口,所述缺口从所述第一壁的自由末端朝向所述第二壁方向形成。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第一壁的自由末端与所述侧壁的自由末端齐平。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第一部和所述第二部相互垂直。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第一部和所述第二部形成L型结构。
  11. 一种显示屏组件,其包括:
    框架,具有底壁和侧壁,所述侧壁围绕所述底壁形成收容空间;
    背光模组,设置在所述收容空间内;
    塑料架,具有第一壁和第二壁,所述第一壁设置在所述侧壁周缘外表面,且所述第一壁的高度小于所述侧壁的高度以及所述底壁厚度之和,所述第二壁设置在所述底壁外表面;
    遮光胶,具有第一部和第二部,所述第一部设置在所述侧壁的自由末端以及所述背光模组边缘,所述第二部设置在所述侧壁周缘外表面,且所述第二部设置在所述第一壁的自由末端,所述第二部和第一壁共同覆盖在所述侧壁周缘外表面;以及
    显示结构,设置在所述第一部以及所述背光模组上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第一部和第二部相互垂直设置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第一部和所述第二部形成L型结构。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第一壁与所述侧壁通过胶水固定连接,
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第二壁与所述底壁通过胶水固定连接。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述塑料架设置有缺口,所述缺口从所述第一壁的自由末端朝向所述第二壁方向形成。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述第一壁的自由末端与所述侧壁的自由末端齐平。
  18. 一种电子设备,其包括壳体和显示屏组件,所述显示屏组件安装在所述壳体上,所述显示屏组件包括:
    框架,具有底壁和侧壁,所述侧壁围绕所述底壁形成收容空间;
    背光模组,设置在所述收容空间内;
    遮光胶,具有第一部和第二部,所述第一部设置在所述侧壁的自由末端以及所述背光模组边缘,所述第二部设置在所述侧壁周缘外表面,所述遮光胶覆盖所述背光模组和所述侧壁的连接位置;
    显示结构,设置在所述第一部以及所述背光模组上;以及
    塑料架,具有第一壁和第二壁,所述第一壁与所述第二部固定连接,所述第二壁设置在所述底壁外表面。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电子设备,其中,所述遮光胶还包括第三部,所述第三部设置在所述第一壁的自由末端,所述第三部沿所述第一部的一端向外延伸形成,所述第三部和第一部位于所述第二部的同一端,所述第三部和第一部位于所述第二部的两侧,所 述第二部分别与所述第一部以及第三部垂直设置。
  20. 一种电子设备,其包括壳体和显示屏组件,所述显示屏组件安装在所述壳体上,所述显示屏组件包括:
    框架,具有底壁和侧壁,所述侧壁围绕所述底壁形成收容空间;
    背光模组,设置在所述收容空间内;
    塑料架,具有第一壁和第二壁,所述第一壁设置在所述侧壁周缘外表面,且所述第一壁的高度小于所述侧壁的高度以及所述底壁厚度之和,所述第二壁设置在所述底壁外表面;
    遮光胶,具有第一部和第二部,所述第一部设置在所述侧壁的自由末端以及所述背光模组边缘,所述第二部设置在所述侧壁周缘外表面,且所述第二部设置在所述第一壁的自由末端,所述第二部和第一壁共同覆盖在所述侧壁周缘外表面;以及
    显示结构,设置在所述第一部以及所述背光模组上。
