本申请的主要目的是提出一种安装座,旨在增大安装座的适用范围。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的一种安装座,应用于烹饪器具中,所述烹饪器具包括带有定位块的电源线或者电源插座,所述安装座包括:
主体;
两夹持部,呈间隔设于所述主体上并沿背离所述主体的第一方向延伸设置,两所述夹持部用以夹持所述定位块或者电源插座,以在两所述夹持部相互靠近或者远离的第二方向上对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位;以及,
定位部,设于所述主体上并位于两所述夹持部之间,所述定位部用以与所述定位块或者电源插座配合,以在垂直所述第一方向和第二方向的第三方向对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位。
在一实施例中,两所述夹持部均包括沿第一方向延伸的弹性夹持臂,两所述弹性夹持臂用以夹持所述定位块或者电源插座。
在一实施例中,每一所述弹性夹持臂面对另一所述弹性夹持臂的表面凹设有沿第一方向延伸的插槽,每一所述插槽用以与所述定位块的两相对侧中的一侧插接配合。
在一实施例中,每一所述插槽沿第一方向贯穿对应的弹性夹持臂远离所述主体的一端设置;
所述安装座还包括插板,所述插板的两相对侧中的一侧与两所述插槽中的一插槽插接配合,所述插板邻近所述主体的一侧设置有供所述定位块穿过的让位缺口,所述让位缺口的边缘用以与开设于所述定位块的侧表面的插接槽插接配合。
在一实施例中,所述插板的一板面凸设有沿第三方向延伸的限位板,所述限位板邻近所述弹性夹持臂的侧端设置有限位缺口,所述限位缺口与对应侧的插槽邻近所述限位板一侧的槽壁插接配合。
在一实施例中,所述限位板与所述插板之间设置有第一加强筋。
在一实施例中,每一所述弹性夹持臂远离所述主体的一端设有向靠近另一所述弹性夹持臂的方向延伸的扣钩,每一所述扣钩用以与所述电源插座背对所述主体的一侧抵接,以于第一方向对所述电源插座进行限位。
在一实施例中,每一所述扣钩邻近另一所述扣钩的端面沿第一方向呈倾斜设置以形成导引面,每一所述导引面用以导引所述电源插座自两所述扣钩远离所述主体的一侧向两所述扣钩邻近所述主体的一侧运动。
在一实施例中,两所述扣钩设于两所述插槽的同一侧;
所述插板邻近所述扣钩的板面还凸设有沿第二方向延伸的卡接板,所述卡接板与每一所述扣钩邻近所述主体的一侧抵接。
在一实施例中,所述卡接板邻近每一所述扣钩的一侧均设有沿第一方向延伸并呈倾斜设置的导引板,每一所述导引板设置为导引所述卡接板自两所述扣钩远离所述底座的一侧向两所述扣钩邻近所述底座的一侧运动。
在一实施例中,所述卡接板与所述插板之间设置有第二加强筋。
在一实施例中,每一所述弹性夹持臂沿第二方向贯穿设有凹槽,且每一所述凹槽沿第一方向贯穿对应的弹性夹持臂远离所述主体的一端设置。
在一实施例中,所述定位块上设置有第一定位槽,所述电源插座上设置有第二定位槽,所述主体凸设有位于两所述插接部之间的定位凸筋,以形成所述定位部,所述定位凸筋用以与所述定位块上的第一定位槽或者所述电源插座上的第二定位槽插接配合。
本申请还提出一种烹饪器具的壳体,其包括外壳以及安装座,所述安装座固定安装于所述外壳上,所述安装座包括:
主体;
两夹持部,呈间隔设于所述主体上并沿背离所述主体的第一方向延伸设置,两所述夹持部用以夹持所述定位块或者电源插座,以在两所述夹持部相互靠近或者远离的第二方向上对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位;以及,
定位部,设于所述主体上并位于两所述夹持部之间,所述定位部用以与所述定位块或者电源插座配合,以在垂直所述第一方向和第二方向的第三方向对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位。
本申请还提出一种烹饪器具,其包括电源插座或者带有定位块的电源线以及烹饪器具的壳体,所述烹饪器具的壳体包括外壳以及安装于所述外壳上的安装座,所述安装座包括:
主体;
两夹持部,呈间隔设于所述主体上并沿背离所述主体的第一方向延伸设置,两所述夹持部用以夹持所述定位块或者电源插座,以在两所述夹持部相互靠近或者远离的第二方向上对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位;以及,
定位部,设于所述主体上并位于两所述夹持部之间,所述定位部用以与所述定位块或者电源插座配合,以在垂直所述第一方向和第二方向的第三方向对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位。
本申请的技术方案,通过在所述安装座的主体上设置呈间隔设置并沿背离所述主体的第一方向延伸的两夹持部,来夹持电源插座或者电源线上的定位块,以在两夹持部相互靠近或者远离的第二方向对电源插座或者电源线上的定位块进行限位;通过在安装座的主体上设置位于两所述夹持部之间的定位部,以与电源插座或者电源线上的定位块配合,以在垂直第一方向和第二方向的第三方向对电源插座或者电源线上的定位块进行限位,这样就使得所述安装座既可以固定电源插座,同时还可以固定电源线上的定位块,从而使得所述安装座的使用范围增大,提高了所述安装座的通用性。此外,由于所述安装座既可以固定电源插座又可以固定电源线上的定位块,这就使得原来用于生产制造适用于使用电源线的的安装座的模具和用于生产制造适用于使用电源插座的安装座的模具可以合为一个,从而减少了用于生产制造所述安装座的模具的数量,进而有利于节省生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本申请提出一种安装座,所述安装座应用于电饭煲、电压力锅、电磁炉等烹饪器具中,所述安装座不仅可以固定烹饪器具中的电源插座,同时还可以固定烹饪器具中电源线上的定位块。
在一实施例中,请参照图1至图4,以图1中的OZ为第一方向,以OX为第二方向,以OY为第三方向,所述安装座100安装于所述烹饪器具的外壳410上,其包括主体10、两夹持部20以及定位部30;其中,
所述主体10部用以与烹饪器具的外壳410固定连接,其可以通过螺钉连接、焊接、卡扣连接以及其他连接方式与烹饪器具的外壳410连接固定,当然,所述主体10还可以与烹饪器具的外壳一体成型设置,即所述主体10由烹饪器具的一部分外壳410形成,这样就省去了将所述主体10固定安装于烹饪器具的外壳410上的安装工序;
两所述夹持部20呈间隔设于所述主体10上,并且两所述夹持部20沿背离所述主体10的第一方向延伸设置,两所述夹持部20用以夹持所述定位块210或者电源插座300,以在两所述夹持部20相互靠近或者远离的第二方向上对所述定位块210或者电源插座300进行限位;
所述定位部30设于所述主体10上并位于两所述夹持部20之间,所述定位部30用以与所述定位块210或者电源插座300配合,以在垂直所述第一方向和第二方向的第三方向对所述定位块210或者电源插座300进行限位。
本申请的技术方案,在一实施例中,通过在所述安装座100的主体10上设置呈间隔设置并沿背离所述主体10的第一方向延伸的两夹持部20,来夹持电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210,以在两夹持部20相互靠近或者远离的第二方向对电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210进行限位;通过在安装座100的主体10上设置位于两所述夹持部20之间的定位部30,以与电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210配合,以在垂直第一方向和第二方向的第三方向对电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210进行限位,这样就使得所述安装座100既可以固定电源插座300,同时还可以固定电源线200上的定位块210,从而使得所述安装座100的使用范围增大,提高了所述安装座100的通用性。此外,由于所述安装座100既可以固定电源插座300又可以固定电源线200上的定位块210,这就使得原来用于生产制造适用于使用电源线200的的安装座100的模具和用于生产制造适用于使用电源插座300的安装座100的模具可以合为一个,从而减少了用于生产制造所述安装座100的模具的数量,进而有利于节省生产成本。
在本申请的一实施例中,在一实施例中,请参照图2,两所述夹持部20均包括沿第一方向延伸的弹性夹持臂21,两所述弹性夹持臂21用以夹持所述定位块210或者电源插座300。由于两所述弹性夹持臂21受力后能够发生一定的弹性形变,这就使得两所述弹性夹持臂21与电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210配合时,两所述弹性臂可以通过发生弹性形变夹持电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210,也就是说,电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210与两所述弹性夹持臂21是紧配合,这样不仅可以在第二方向上对电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210进行限位,同时还能够在一定的程度上阻碍电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210沿第一方向运动。
为了方便电源线200上的定位块210与两所述弹性夹持臂21之间的配合,每一所述弹性夹持臂21面对另一所述弹性夹持臂21的表面凹设有沿第一方向延伸的插槽22,每一所述插槽22用以与所述定位块210的两相对侧中的一侧插接配合。如此设置,既便于电源线200上的定位块210固定安装于两所述弹性臂之间,同时电源线200上的定位块210还在第三方向上受两所述弹性夹持臂21的限位,进而使得电源线200上的定位块210能够更牢固的安装于两所述弹性夹持臂21之间。
应当说的是,两所述插槽22还可以分设于电源线200上的定位块210的两相对设置的侧表面,这样就使得电源线200上的定位块210与两所述弹性夹持臂21配合时,每一所述弹性夹持臂21可以插至电源线200上的定位块210对应侧的插槽22中。
考虑到每一所述弹性夹持臂21上的插槽22未贯穿对应弹性夹持臂21远离主体10的一端,这就使得电源线200上的定位块210需要从两所述弹性夹持臂21的一侧插入对应的弹性夹持臂21的插槽22中,进而增大了电源线200上的定位块210与两所述弹性夹持臂21上插槽22的装配难度,为了降低电源线200上的定位块210与两弹性夹持臂21之间的装配难度,将每一所述弹性夹持臂21上的插槽22贯穿对应的弹性夹持臂21远离底座的端部设置,这样就使得电源线200上的定位块210的两相对侧可以自两所述弹性夹持臂21远离主体10的一端插入对应弹性夹持臂21的插槽22中,并沿第一方向向靠近所述主体10的方向滑动直至与所述主体10抵接,这样就便于电源线200上的定位块210与两所述插槽22之间的插接配合,进而便于对电源线200进行定位安装。
应当说的是,电源线200上的定位块210的尺寸通常要小于电源插座300的尺寸,若将电源线200上的定位块210的尺寸设置成与电源插座300的尺寸一致,则会降低电源线200的通用性,鉴于此,请一并参照图5,所述安装座100还包括插接件40,所述插接件40包括插板41,所述插板41的尺寸要大于电源线200上的定位块210的尺寸设置,这就使得所述插板41能够代替电源线200上的定位块210与两所述弹性夹持臂21上的插槽22插接配合;并且,所述插板41邻近所述主体10的侧端设置有让位缺口411,所述让位缺口411用以供电源线200上的定位块210穿过,所述让位缺口411的边缘用以与开设于定位块210上的插接槽220插接配合。如此设置,使得所述插板41在所述电源线200的定位块210与两所述弹性夹持臂21连接固定时起到了转接作用,从而使得所述安装座100可以兼容不同类型的电源线200,进而有利于提高所述安装座100的通用性。
进一步地,在一实施例中,所述定位块210上的插接槽220可以沿着所述定位块210的周向延伸设置,这就使得所述插板41上的让位缺口411各侧的边缘均能够与所述定位块210上的插接槽220插接配合,从而使得所述定位块210与插板41之间连接的更加牢固。
为了使所述插板41与两所述弹性夹持臂21之间连接的更加稳固,请参照图6,所述插接件40还包括凸设于所述插板41的一板面并沿第三方向延伸的限位板42,所述限位板42邻近所述弹性夹持臂21的侧端设置有限位缺口421,所述限位缺口421与对应侧的插槽22邻近所述限位板42一侧的槽壁插接配合。如此设置,使得插至两所述弹性夹持臂21之间的插板41不易沿第三方向产生晃动,从而使得所述插板41与两所述弹性夹持臂21之间装配的更加牢固。
进一步地,在一实施例中,每一所述弹性夹持臂21远离所述底座的一端设置有倒角(未标识),倒角的设置不仅方便所述插板41插至两所述插槽22中,而且还便于所述插槽22邻近所述限位板42一侧的槽壁与限位缺口421的配合,这样就便于所述插接件40与两所述弹性夹持臂21之间的装配。
进一步地,在一实施例中,所述限位板42和所述插板41之间还设置有第一加强筋43,所述第一加强筋43的数量可以是一个或者多个,所述第一加强筋43的数量可以根据实际情况来设定,在此不做具体的限定,所述第一加强筋43的设置能够提高所述插板41与所述限位板42之间的连接强度,进而避免了所述限位板42受力过大从所述插板41上脱落的问题发生。
应当说的是,电源插座300固定安装至两所述弹性夹持臂21之间时,电源插座300在第一方向仅受主体10的限制,其在远离主体10的第一方向上并未受约束,为了避免电源插座300受力从两所述弹性夹持臂21之间滑出,请参照图2、图7和图8,每一所述弹性夹持臂21远离所述主体10的一端设有向靠近另一所述弹性夹持臂21的方向延伸的扣钩23,每一所述扣钩23用以与所述电源插座300背对所述主体10的一侧抵接,以于第一方向对所述电源插座300进行限位。如此设置,使得所述安装座100可以在第一方向、第二方向以及第三方向对电源插座300进行定位,进而使得电源插座300能够更牢固的固定于所述安装座100上。
需要说明的是,两所述扣钩23可以位于两所述插槽22的同一侧,也可以分设于两所述插槽22的两侧,在此对两所述扣钩23设置的位置不做具体的限定。
进一步地,在一实施例中,每一所述扣钩23邻近另一所述扣钩23的端面沿第一方向呈倾斜设置以形成导引面,每一所述导引面用以导引所述电源插座300自两所述扣钩23远离所述主体10的一侧向两所述扣钩23邻近所述主体10的一侧运动。如此设置,便于沿第一方向将电源插座300安装至两所述弹性夹持臂21之间。
为了避免插板41从两所述弹性夹持臂21之间脱出,将两所述扣钩23设置于两所述插槽22的同一侧,所述插接件40还包括凸设于所述插板41邻近所述扣钩23的板面并沿第二方向延伸的卡接板44(请参照图6),所述卡接板44与每一所述扣钩23邻近所述主体10的一侧抵接。如此设置,使得所述插板41插至两所述弹性夹持臂21之间时,所述插板41还受所述卡接板44与两所述扣钩23的限位,这样就避免了所述插板41自两所述弹性夹持臂21之间脱落的问题出现。
为了便于所述卡接板44随所述插板41沿第一方向一同滑动,以使得所述插板41安装到位时,所述卡接板44也安装到位,所述卡接板44邻近每一所述扣钩23的一侧均设有沿第一方向延伸并呈倾斜设置的导引板45,由于所述导引板45面对对应侧的扣钩23的表面为斜面,这就使得所述导引板45能够导引所述卡接板44相对两所述扣钩23滑动,从而便于所述卡接板44自两所述扣钩23远离所述底座的一侧向两所述扣钩23邻近所述底座的一侧运动,进而便于所述卡接板44自两所述扣钩23的配合。
进一步地,在一实施例中,所述卡接板44和所述插板41之间还设置有第二加强筋46,所述第二加强筋46的数量可以是一个或者多个,在一实施例中,所述第二加强筋46的数量为多个,多个所述第二加强筋46的设置能够大大地提高所述卡接板44与所述插板41之间的连接强度,进而避免了所述卡接板44受力过大从所述插板41上脱落的问题发生。
为了避免每一所述弹性夹持臂21上的插槽22与扣钩23之间的相互影响,请参照图2,每一所述弹性夹持臂21均沿第二方向贯穿有凹槽24,并且每一所述凹槽24沿第一方向贯穿对应的弹性夹持臂21远离所述主体10的一端设置。如此设置,使得每一所述弹性夹持臂21被分成两个相互独立的弹性臂,这样不仅可以增大每一弹性臂的弹性形变能力,而且还能够避免每一弹性臂上的扣钩23不会与同一侧的另一弹性臂上的插槽22相互影响,从而有便于电源线200上的定位块210或者电源插座300的安装。
应当说的是,所述定位部30与电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210的配合方式有很多种,所述定位部30可以与电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210插接配合、卡接配合等等,在此就不一一列举了。在本申请的实施例中,请参照图2至图4,所述定位部30与电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210插接配合,即所述定位部30为凸设于所述主体10并位于两所述夹持部20之间的定位凸筋,电源线200上的定位块210面对主体10的表面设置有第一定位槽230,电源插座300面对主体10的表面设置有第二定位槽310。
在电源线200的定位块210固定安装于安装座100上时,定位块210上的第一定位槽230与所述主体10上的定位凸筋插接配合,在电源插座300固定安装于安装座100上时,电源插座300上的第二定位槽310与所述主体10上的定位凸筋配合,这样就使得所述定位凸筋可以在第三方向上对电源线200上的定位块210或者电源插座300进行限位。
本申请还提出一种烹饪器具的壳体400,请参照图1,该烹饪器具的壳体100包括外410以及设于所述外壳上的安装座100,该安装座100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本烹饪器具的壳体400采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
需要说明的是,所述外壳410设置有供电源插座300显露出或者供电源线200穿过的让位开口420,所述安装座100安装于所述外壳410内或者所述外壳410外,以固定电源插座300或者电源线200上的定位块210。
本申请还提出一种烹饪器具,该烹饪器具包括电源插座或者带有定位块的电压线以及烹饪器具的壳体,该烹饪器具的壳体的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本烹饪器具采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有技术效果,在此不再一一赘述。

  1. 一种安装座,应用于烹饪器具中,所述烹饪器具包括带有定位块的电源线或者电源插座,其中,所述安装座包括:
    主体;
    两夹持部,呈间隔设于所述主体上并沿背离所述主体的第一方向延伸设置,两所述夹持部用以夹持所述定位块或者电源插座,以在两所述夹持部相互靠近或者远离的第二方向上对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位;以及,
    定位部,设于所述主体上并位于两所述夹持部之间,所述定位部用以与所述定位块或者电源插座配合,以在垂直所述第一方向和第二方向的第三方向对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的安装座,其中,两所述夹持部均包括沿第一方向延伸的弹性夹持臂,两所述弹性夹持臂用以夹持所述定位块或者电源插座。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的安装座,其中,每一所述弹性夹持臂面对另一所述弹性夹持臂的表面凹设有沿第一方向延伸的插槽,每一所述插槽用以与所述定位块的两相对侧中的一侧插接配合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的安装座,其中,每一所述插槽沿第一方向贯穿对应的弹性夹持臂远离所述主体的一端设置;
    所述安装座还包括插接件,所述插接件包括插板,所述插板的两相对侧中的一侧与两所述插槽中的一插槽插接配合,所述插板邻近所述主体的一侧设置有供所述定位块穿过的让位缺口,所述让位缺口的边缘用以与开设于所述定位块的侧表面的插接槽插接配合。

  6. 如权利要求5所述的安装座,其中,所述插接件还包括设于所述插板一板面并沿第三方向延伸的限位板,所述限位板邻近所述弹性夹持臂的侧端设置有限位缺口,所述限位缺口与对应侧的插槽邻近所述限位板一侧的槽壁插接配合。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的安装座,其中,所述弹性夹持臂远离所述底座的一端设置有倒角。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的安装座,其中,所述限位板与所述插板之间设置有第一加强筋。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的安装座,其中,每一所述弹性夹持臂远离所述主体的一端设有向靠近另一所述弹性夹持臂的方向延伸的扣钩,每一所述扣钩用以与所述电源插座背对所述主体的一侧抵接,以于第一方向对所述电源插座进行限位。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的安装座,其中,每一所述扣钩邻近另一所述扣钩的端面沿第一方向呈倾斜设置以形成导引面,每一所述导引面用以导引所述电源插座自两所述扣钩远离所述主体的一侧向两所述扣钩邻近所述主体的一侧运动。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的安装座,其中,两所述扣钩设于两所述插槽的同一侧;
    所述插接件还包括凸设于所述插板邻近所述扣钩的板面并沿第二方向延伸的卡接板,所述卡接板与每一所述扣钩邻近所述主体的一侧抵接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的安装座,其中,所述卡接板邻近每一所述扣钩的一侧均设有沿第一方向延伸并呈倾斜设置的导引板,每一所述导引板设置为导引所述卡接板自两所述扣钩远离所述底座的一侧向两所述扣钩邻近所述底座的一侧运动。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的安装座,其中,所述卡接板与所述插板之间设置有第二加强筋。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的安装座,其中,所述第二加强筋的数量为多个。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的安装座,其中,每一所述弹性夹持臂沿第二方向贯穿设有凹槽,且每一所述凹槽沿第一方向贯穿对应的弹性夹持臂远离所述主体的一端设置。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的安装座,其中,所述定位块上设置有第一定位槽,所述电源插座上设置有第二定位槽,所述主体凸设有位于两所述插接部之间的定位凸筋,以形成所述定位部,所述定位凸筋用以与所述定位块上的第一定位槽或者所述电源插座上的第二定位槽插接配合。
  17. 一种烹饪器具的壳体,所述烹饪器具包括带有定位块的电源线或者电源插座,其中,所述烹饪器具的壳体包括外壳以及安装座,所述安装座包括:
    主体;
    两夹持部,呈间隔设于所述主体上并沿背离所述主体的第一方向延伸设置,两所述夹持部用以夹持所述定位块或者电源插座,以在两所述夹持部相互靠近或者远离的第二方向上对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位;以及,
    定位部,设于所述主体上并位于两所述夹持部之间,所述定位部用以与所述定位块或者电源插座配合,以在垂直所述第一方向和第二方向的第三方向对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位;
    所述安装座固定安装于所述外壳内,所述外壳设置有供电源插座显露出或者供所述电源线穿过的让位开口。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的烹饪器具的壳体,其中,所述主体与所述外壳一体成型设置。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的烹饪器具的壳体,其中,两所述夹持部均包括沿第一方向延伸的弹性夹持臂,两所述弹性夹持臂用以夹持所述定位块或者电源插座。
  20. 一种烹饪器具,其中,包括电源插座或者带有定位块的电源线以及烹饪器具的壳体,所述烹饪器具的壳体包括外壳以及安装座,所述安装座包括:
    主体;
    两夹持部,呈间隔设于所述主体上并沿背离所述主体的第一方向延伸设置,两所述夹持部用以夹持所述定位块或者电源插座,以在两所述夹持部相互靠近或者远离的第二方向上对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位;以及,
    定位部,设于所述主体上并位于两所述夹持部之间,所述定位部用以与所述定位块或者电源插座配合,以在垂直所述第一方向和第二方向的第三方向对所述定位块或者电源插座进行限位;所述电源插座或者电源线上的定位块固定安装于所述壳体的安装座上。
