应当理解,尽管在本发明实施例中可能采用术语第一、第二、第三等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语。这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本发明实施例范围的情况下,第一终端也可以被称为第二终端,不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。类似地,第二终端也可以被称为第一终端。取决于语境,如在此所使用的词语“如果”可以被解释成为“在……时”或“当……时”或“响应于确定”。而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。
本发明实施例提供的设备管理平台,通过设备接口与设备通信,还包括第一子管理平台与第二子管理平台,设备的不同关联方可以通过不同的子管理平台对数据库中的设备数据进行针对性地获取,在保证了设备的各个关联方掌握的数据对等的基础上,还保障了各个关联方各自的利益。
实施例一:
图1是本发明实施例提供的一种设备管理平台10,包括第一子管理平台11、第二子管理平台12及设备接口13。
在本发明实施例中,上述的设备20可以是自动售货机、无人自取柜、自动按摩椅等等可以在公共场所投放运营的设备20。
在本发明实施例中,设备20在其从生产到运营的整个生命周期中,产生的所有数据都存储于数据库中,设备管理平台10包括了第一子管理平台11和第二子管理平台12,分别提供给设备20的不同关联方(即上述的第一用户、第二用户),可以对数据库中的设备数据进行针对性地调取。
具体的,上述的设备接口13是各个设备20与管理平台10之间通信的平台,使得各个设备20与管理平台之间可以进行数据、信息的往来。
再具体的,上述的设备20的关联方(即第一用户、第二用户),例如可以是设备20的生产商、设备20的运营商、在设备20上投放广告的广告商等等。第一子管理平台11和第二子管理平台12分别授权给上述不同的设备关联方使用,可以分别调取数据库中与其授权的设备20关联方匹配的数据类型(即上述的第一类型设备数据、第二类型设备数据)。这里说的与设备关联方匹配的数据类型,即为该设备关联方经过设备管理平台10授权可以调取的数据类型。例如,上述的第一子管理平台11授权为厂商来使用的子管理平台,那么授权该平台可以调取数据库中该厂商生产的设备20的生产过程中的数据,但是不能调取设备20的运营数据(例如设备20的月营业额),因为该数据属于设备20的运营商内部的较为机密的数据,显然不能在其他的设备20关联方去公开,因此通过这种授权方式,可以保障各个关联方的利益。
因为不同的设备关联方可以调取的数据类型是经过预先设置的,设置的依据为各个关联方的实际信息往来方式。例如,此处以设备20为自动售货机为例,其在运营过程中,会在设备20上播放广告,而需要掌握各个设备20上广告的投放信息(例如包括播放的广告的类型、广告的播放频率等等)的设备关联方就包括广告商和运营商,因此为了保证广告的生产播放,设备20的运营商和广告商之间就需要信息往来。因此在上述的场景下,就可以设置为设备20的运营商和广告商都可以调取设备20上的广告投放数据,以使得设备20的运营商和广告商保持信息对等,减少了信息的往来次数,简化了交流过程,各个关联方的体验提高。
应当理解,本发明实施例提供的设备管理平台10,至少包括设备接口13、第一子管理平台11及第二子管理平台12,在实际应用过程中,随着设备20的关联方的增加,子管理平台的数量也可以无限扩展;同样的,各个子管理平台授权给不同的设备关联方使用,调取数据库中不同类型的设备数据,以供各个设备关联方分析处理,并且各个关联方可调取的数据类型可以根据各方的信息交流方式灵活设置,以保证各方需要对设备20实施共同管控的方面信息对等,避免了因为信息不对等造成的冗长的信息交流过程。
本发明实施例提供的设备管理平台,通过设备接口与设备通信,包括了第一子管理平台与第二子管理平台,设备的不同关联方可以通过不同的子管理平台,对数据库中的数据进行调取以对设备进行管理,保证了设备的各个关联方对设备数据掌握的对等性,因此在后续的操作中可以避免各方进行信息交换带来的麻烦,各个设备的关联方可以有条不紊地对设备的各个方面实施管控;并且不同的子管理平台可以调取的设备数据类型是不同的,这不仅使得各个子管理平台调取的数据更有针对性,不用在海量的数据中去筛选有用的部分,也同时保证了设备的各个关联方的一些机密数据不会泄露给其他关联方,保证了各个关联方的利益。因此上述的设备管理平台解决了现有技术中因为信息不对等导致对设备的管理过程需要较多的信息交换而给设备的各个关联方都带来不必要的麻烦,且严重时导致管理混乱的问题。
实施例二:
在本发明实施例中,一种设备管理平台10,如图2所示,与实施例一的区别在于,上述的第一子管理平台11为生产商子管理平台21,该生产商子管理平台21供设备20的生产商使用,用于响应于设备生产商的管理请求,调取数据库中的第一类型数据,以供生产商分析处理。
具体的,上述的第一类型设备数据包括设备20的定义数据、生产管理数据、工作状态数据其中之一或任意组合。
设备20的定义数据,即关于设备20的硬件上的基本信息,例如设备20的型号,设备20的各个零部件参数(以设备20为自动售货机为例,可以包括例如屏幕尺寸、压缩机功率等)、设备编号、生产厂家等等。
上述的生产管理数据,则包括设备20在生产过程中、以及设备20在准备生产的阶段产生的数据。生产过程中,例如设备20的各个生产工艺流程的跟踪记录数据、各个流程的相应负责人的信息等,准备阶段,例如设备20的物料来源、配件库存等等记录数据。
通过上述的生产商子管理平台21,设备20的生产商可以对设备20的生产准备阶段、以及整个生产阶段实施准确的把握与掌控,一方面监督各个设备20的质量,另一方面通过有条理的管理,使得生产进度也有所提高。进一步的,通过对设备质量与生产速度的提高,也可相应提高设备运营商的体验。
在本发明实施例中,上述的工作状态数据,即设备20在运营过程中的工作状态信息,可用于判断设备20是否处于正产的工作状态,在判断设备20处于故障状态时,也可根据具体的工作状态数据分析故障原因。设备20的生产商通过该工作状态数据,可以及时发现是哪台设备20出现了什么故障、或者在通过数据分析不确定故障原因时,也能及时安排技术人员到现场检修。相比于传统的设备20售出之后,不跟踪设备20的状态,需要设备20的运营商发现设备20故障时,通知生产商进行故障排除的方式,该生产商子管理平台21减少了设备20的生产商与运营商之间的信息往来,设备20的生产商可以直接、快速地得知设备20的工作状态,并在出现问题时及时排除,也大大降低了运营商的损失。
在本发明实施例中,上述的第二子管理平台12为运营商子管理平台22,用于响应于设备20的运营商的管理请求,调取数据库中的第二类型设备数据。具体的,设备20为自动售货设备20,包括自动售货机、无人自取柜等,第二类型的设备数据为设备20的运营数据,包括设备20销售数据、点位分析数据、用户分析数据、商品分析数据、商品库存数据其中之一或任意组合。
再具体的,以自动售货机为例,上述的销售数据包括例如自动售货机上售卖的商品品类、销售金额、销售笔数、商品毛利等;点位分析数据包括例如自动售货机的分布的位置(设备20所在商圈、行业属性、地区)等;用户分析数据包括例如在自动售货机上进行消费的用户的性别、复购率(再次购买的比率)、区域属性(设备20投放的区域的属性,例如写字楼、商场等)、购买时间分布;商品分析数据包括例如各类商品在各个地区、各个商圈、各个行业的销售情况;商品库存数据包括自动售货机上当前的商品储量。
设备20的运营商通过对上述的数据的调取、分析,可以对运营策略进行调整。例如,经过数据分析,发现A商品在商场的销售量远远大于其他属性的地区的销售量,则可以根据需求量在商场中加大A商品的投放量;或者,经过数据分析,发现在18:00到21:00之间,各个设备20上商品的销售量远大于其他时间段,则在该时间段增大补货频率,等等诸如上述的运营策略的调整,都是基于真实的消费数据,可以大大提高设备20带来的经济效益,对运营商的长期发展具有极其重要的意义。
在本发明实施例中,由于自动售货机可以播放广告,设备管理平台10还可以包括广告商子管理平台,可以对自动售货机上广告的投放数据(例如投放类型、投放时间、投放数量等)进行采集并分析。
并且,因为自动售货机需要在商品售罄或即将售罄时进行供货,该设备管理平台10还可以包括供应商子管理平台,可以对自动售货机上的商品的库存数据进行调取,根据其与运营商所确定的供货条件(例如什么情况下开始供货、一次性供应多少数量等)进行供货,可以保证自动售货机上不会存在商品缺失的情况,或者在商品卖完之后供应商可以迅速得知,并安排供货。
在本发明的一优化实施例中,设备管理平台10,还包括销售子管理平台23,用于展示设备20的销售信息并接收对设备20的购买请求,根据购买请求生成订单。即可通过销售子管理平台23对生产商生产的设备20的销售信息(包括例如设备20的定义信息、设备价格等),其他用户可以在销售子管理平台23上下单购买,可在一定程度上提高设备生产商的产品销量,还有利于产品的推广。
具体的,用户可以采取分期付款或者一次付清商品全款。再具体的,一次付清采取线上交易的形式,而分期采取线下首付,线上尾款的形式。
在本发明实施例中,设备管理平台还包括超级管理员子平台24,该超级管理员子平台24可调取数据库中所有类型的设备数据,并对第一子管理平台11及第二子管理平台12进行管控。例如,该超级管理员子平台24可以对各个子管理平台可以调取的数据库中的设备数据类型进行设置等。
本发明实施例提供的设备管理平台,通过设备接口与设备通信,包括了第一子管理平台与第二子管理平台,设备的不同关联方可以通过不同的子管理平台,对数据库中的数据进行调取以对设备进行管理,保证了设备的各个关联方对设备数据掌握的对等性,因此在后续的操作中可以避免各方进行信息交换带来的麻烦,各个设备的关联方可以有条不紊地对设备的各个方面实施管控;并且不同的子管理平台可以调取的设备数据类型是不同的,这不仅使得各个子管理平台调取的数据更有针对性,不用在海量的数据中去筛选有用的部分,也同时保证了设备的各个关联方的一些机密数据不会泄露给其他关联方,保证了各个关联方的利益。因此上述的设备管理平台解决了现有技术中因为信息不对等导致对设备的管理过程需要较多的信息交换而给设备的各个关联方都带来不必要的麻烦,且严重时导致管理混乱的问题。
实施例三:
如图3所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种管理系统30,包括如实施例一~二中所述的设备管理平台10,以及至少一台与上述设备管理平台10通信的设备20,上述的设备管理平台10包括设备接口13,设备20通过该设备接口13与设备管理平台10进行通信。并且该设备20携带有标识信息,该标识信息用于唯一标识一台设备20,设备20通过上述的设备接口13,根据该标识信息从设备管理平台10中获取设备20的定义数据(如实施例一~二中所述)并进行存储。
在本发明的一个实施例中,上述的设备20为自动售货机。
具体的,如实施例一~二中所述,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的设备管理系统,包括设备管理平台与至少一台设备,设备通过设备接口与设备管理平台通信,该设备管理平台包括了第一子管理平台与第二子管理平台,设备的不同关联方可以通过不同的子管理平台,对数据库中的数据进行调取以对设备进行管理,保证了设备的各个关联方对设备数据掌握的对等性,因此在后续的操作中可以避免各方进行信息交换带来的麻烦,各个设备的关联方可以有条不紊地对设备的各个方面实施管控;并且不同的子管理平台可以调取的设备数据类型是不同的,这不仅使得各个子管理平台调取的数据更有针对性,不用在海量的数据中去筛选有用的部分,也同时保证了设备的各个关联方的一些机密数据不会泄露给其他关联方,保证了各个关联方的利益。因此上述的设备管理平台解决了现有技术中因为信息不对等导致对设备的管理过程需要较多的信息交换而给设备的各个关联方都带来不必要的麻烦,且严重时导致管理混乱的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种设备管理平台,其特征在于,包括:
    用于供所述设备与所述管理平台通信的设备接口;
    用于响应于第一用户的管理请求,从数据库中调取与所述第一用户匹配的第一类型设备数据,并反馈给所述第一用户的第一子管理平台;以及
    用于响应于第二用户的管理请求,从所述数据库中调取与所述第二用户匹配的第二类型设备数据,并反馈给所述第二用户的第二子管理平台。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的设备管理平台,其特征在于,所述第一子管理平台为生产商子管理平台;
    所述生厂商子管理平台用于响应于所述设备的生产商的管理请求,调取所述数据库中的所述第一类型设备数据。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的设备管理平台,其特征在于,所述第一类型设备数
    据包括所述设备的定义数据、生产管理数据、工作状态数据其中之一或任意组合。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的设备管理平台,其特征在于,所述第二子管理平台为运营商子管理平台;
    所述运营商子管理平台用于响应于所述设备的运营商的管理请求,调取所述数据库中的所述第二类型设备数据。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的设备管理平台,其特征在于,所述第二类型设备数据为设备运营数据,所述设备为自动售货设备;
    所述设备运营数据包括设备销售数据、点位分析数据、用户分析数据、商品分析数据、商品库存数据其中之一或任意组合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的设备管理平台,其特征在于,还包括:
    销售子管理平台;
    所述销售子管理平台用于展示所述设备的销售信息并接收对所述设备的购买请求,根据所述购买请求生成订单。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的设备管理平台,其特征在于,还包括超级管理员子平台;
    所述超级管理员子平台用于对所述数据库中所有的数据进行调取,并对所述第一子管理平台及所述第二子管理平台进行管控。
  8. 一种管理系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7的设备管理平台;以及
    至少一个与所述设备管理平台通信的设备。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的管理系统,其特征在于,所述设备携带有标识信息,与所述设备接口通讯,并接收通过所述设备接口根据所述标识信息从所述管理平台获取的所述定义数据。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的管理系统,其特征在于,所述设备为自动售货设备。
