本发明公开了一种线包加工治具,用于固定线包,线包包括线包主体和与连接在线包主体外部的线缆,该治具包括治具底板与固定在治具底板上的治具主体,治具底板上还设有用于固定线缆的线缆固定件,治具主体上设有用于放置线包主体的安装槽,以及用于对线包进行定位的水平定位机构与竖直定位机构。本发明通过治具底板和治具主体的设置,在治具主体和治具底板上设置水平定位机构和竖直定位机构,将线包进行精确定位,线缆固定件将线包外侧的线缆准确固定,从而从整体上实现对线包整体的定位操作,方便后续的工艺流程。

Description

一种线包加工治具
技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工领域,特别涉及一种线包加工治具。
背景技术
治具是为了解决实际问题或实现某个功能而针对性制作的辅助装置,主要是作为一种协助控制位置或(和)动作的一种工具而被经常用在工业生产中,以便于对多个需要定位安装、点胶、焊接或者贴片等操作的工件进行预定位,从而进行批量生产,具有结构简单、应用广泛的特点。根据具体用途的不同,治具大致可以分为三类:工艺装配类治具、项目测试类治具和线路板测试类治具。其中工艺装配类治具又包括装配治具、焊接治具、解体治具、点胶治具、照射治具、调整治具和剪切治具等。线包是一种常见的电器元件,包括线包本体和线缆。在进行线包的加工时,需要先将线包固定在治具上然后对线缆进行去皮操作。由于各种工件的差异性,即使是差异较小的工件共用一种治具时,也会因为定位槽的问题导致工件定位的不准确,所以对于特定的线包需要设计有针对性的治具来完成去皮操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够将线包进行准确的固定和定位的线包加工治具。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种线包加工治具,用于固定线包,线包包括线包主体和与连接在线包主体外部的线缆,该治具包括治具底板与固定在治具底板上的治具主体,治具底板上还设有用于固定线缆的线缆固定件,治具主体上设有用于放置线包主体的安装槽,以及用于对线包进行定位的水平定位机构与竖直定位机构。
优选地,水平定位机构包括定位槽,线包主体上设有侧翼部件,侧翼部件插接在定位槽内以实现线包在第一方向上的定位;水平定位机构还包括定位块,定位块与线包主体抵持以实现线包在第二方向上的定位;第一方向与第二方向相互垂直。
优选地,竖直定位机构包括设置在安装槽底部的弹性块,弹性块与线包主体的底部卡接以实现线包在竖直方向上的定位。
进一步优选地,还包括用于实现治具底板与治具主体之间可拆卸连接的自锁组件。
更进一步优选地,自锁组件包括锁扣座和锁扣,锁扣座和锁扣之间连有压缩弹簧,锁扣座与治具底板固定,锁扣与治具主体连接。
更进一步优选地,锁扣为L形,锁扣的上端有卡接块,卡接块将治具主体卡接到治具底板上。
进一步优选地,还包括设置在安装槽与线缆固定件之间的导向块,导向块上设有V型槽。
进一步优选地,线缆固定件包括固定件主体和卡线压舌,固定件主体和卡线压舌通过一个转轴枢接。
优选地,治具底板两端固定有旋转块,用于将所述治具翻转。
进一步优选地,旋转块中间设有凹槽,其中一个旋转块的凹槽为圆形,另一旋转块的凹槽为矩形或圆角矩形中的一种。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过治具底板和治具主体的设置,在治具主体和治具底板上设置水平定位机构和竖直定位机构,将线包进行精确定位,线缆固定件将线包外侧的线缆准确固定,从而从整体上实现对线包整体的定位操作,方便后续的工艺流程。

具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。
图1是本发明的一个实施例的线包加工治具的结构示意图。如图1所示,该治具包括治具底板1和治具主体2,治具主体2的长边的两侧分别有导向块21和导向块22,在导向块21和导向块22之间是放置线包的安装槽23,安装槽23靠近导向块22的一侧有一定位块24。在治具底板1上正对导向块21和导向块22的外侧还有线缆固定件安装槽11。线缆固定件安装槽11内装有线缆固定件3,线缆固定件3由卡线压舌31和固定件主体32组成。治具底板1的两端装有自锁装置4,自锁装置4包括锁扣座41和锁扣42。治具底板1的两侧还装有旋转块5。旋转块5中间有一个凹槽51,一侧旋转块5的凹槽51为圆形,另一侧旋转块5的凹槽51为圆角矩形。在治具已经装配好,线包也已经被装载上治具后,旋转块14的凹槽34和凹槽35内可以各插入一根转轴后将治具整体翻转。
图2是图1所述实施例的线包加工治具的爆炸图。如图2所示,导向块21和导向块22通过固定螺丝固定到治具主体2上。导向块21和导向块22两两对应分组排列。在导向块21和导向块22的外部两侧还各有一个线缆固定件3。治具主体2的两边还有把手25。治具主体2长边的两端有对应于导向块21和导向块22的空槽26和27。定位块24位于治具主体2上。自锁装置4除了有锁扣座41和锁扣42之外,还包括铰链销43,销44和压缩弹簧45。锁扣座41主体呈横放的U形,在U形底部中端有向上的柱状,柱状向U形侧边的面上有一孔,U形两侧边上也各有一个通孔,两通孔相对应。锁扣42整体为L形,锁扣42的L形垂直部分的中部两侧边有一通孔,后面还有一圆形凹槽,锁扣42顶部有一斜侧面421。锁扣座41和锁扣42的三个通孔可以供铰链销43穿入,锁扣座41和锁扣42两个孔相对,可以将压缩弹簧45置入。治具主体2除自锁装置4外,还通过定位销孔12被定位销固定在治具底板1上。
图3是本发明的图1所述实施例的治具主体的局部放大图。如图3所示,治具主体2的一端有一个把手25,把手25的主体为方形,但中上部的中间有倒U形的凹陷,凹陷的底部有一平面251。治具主体2的一侧有一主体为长方体的导向块21,在该导向块21上,有一个圆底的平滑的V形凹槽211,该凹槽211偏向于导向块21的一侧,导向块21的凹槽211向治具主体2内部的方向延伸,延伸出去的凹槽部分低于导向块21的整体高度。治具主体2的另一侧还有一个导向块22,导向块22的主体同样为长方体,在该导向块22上也有一个圆底的平滑的V形凹槽221。导向块22和导向块21之间是放置线包的安装槽23,安装槽23的一侧有一个定位块24,定位块24靠近导向块21,与导向块21垂直。安装槽23的另一侧是一个弹性块28。
将线包置入治具后如图4所示,图4是本发明的图1所述实施例的治具主体在装载线包后的局部放大图。治具主体2的一端有一个把手25,把手25的主体为方形。治具主体2的一侧有一主体为长方体的导向块21,在该导向块21上,有一个圆底的平滑的V形凹槽211,该凹槽211偏向于导向块21的一侧,导向块21的凹槽211向治具主体2内部的方向延伸,延伸出去的凹槽部分低于导向块21的整体高度。治具主体2的另一侧还有一个导向块22,导向块22的主体同样为长方体,在该导向块22上也有一个圆底的平滑的V形凹槽221。导向块22和导向块21之间是放置线包的安装槽23,安装槽23的一侧有一个定位块24,定位块24靠近导向块21,与导向块21垂直。定位块24靠近安装槽23内部的一测低于靠近导向块21的一侧。在线包6放入安装槽23后,线包6反向伸出的两条线缆61和线缆62可以分别置于导向块22的凹槽221和导向块21的凹槽211内。线包6上靠近线缆61的一侧正好放入定位块24靠近安装槽23内部的一侧,由定位块24限定线包6向导向块22方向上的运动。线包6在线缆61和线缆62之间的一侧向外伸出一侧翼部件63,该侧翼部件63恰好放入安装槽23靠近导向块21一侧的定位槽29,定位槽29和定位块24一起限定线包6在平行于治具主体2平面上的运动,对线包6进行定位。在线包6放入安装槽23后,安装槽23远离定位块24一侧的弹性块28与线包6一侧下部卡接,从而限制线包6在垂直于治具主体2方向上的运动。这三者结合,治具将线包6固定。
图5是本发明的图1所述实施例的线缆固定件在装载线包后的局部放大图。如图5所示,线缆固定件3由卡线压舌31和固定件主体32组成。治具主体装载线包后,线缆61伸出的外端可以由线缆固定件3在将线缆61压入卡线压舌31内后起固定作用。
图6是本发明的图1所述实施例的自锁组件的局部放大图。如图6所示,自锁装置4包括锁扣座41、锁扣42、压缩弹簧45和铰链销43。锁扣座4主体呈横放的U形,在U形底部中端有向上的柱状,柱状向U形侧边的面上有一孔,U形两侧边上也各有一个通孔,两通孔相对应。锁扣42整体为L形,锁扣42的L形垂直部分的中部两侧边有一通孔,后面还有一圆形凹槽,锁扣42顶部有一斜侧面421。锁扣座41和锁扣42的三个通孔可以供铰链销43穿入,锁扣座41和锁扣42两个孔相对,可以将压缩弹簧45置入。锁扣座41侧边有两个上下的通孔,可以用紧固螺丝将锁扣座41与治具底板固定起来。治具主体2的两端都有把手25,当治具主体2向下压入治具底板时,把手25顺着锁扣42的斜侧面421向下压,锁扣42向接近锁扣座41的方向运动,压缩弹簧45跟着压缩,当把手25向下压到平面251到斜侧面421下方时,压缩弹簧45回弹,锁扣42将治具主体2扣紧。
其中,导向块21和导向块22,特别是凹槽211和凹槽221,以及卡线压舌31和固定件主体32这些可能会触碰线缆18和线缆19的地方,优先选取一些光滑耐磨的材料如塑料、尼龙等,从而能够起到防刮伤线缆的目的。

  1. 一种线包加工治具,用于固定线包,所述线包包括线包主体和与连接在所述线包主体外部的线缆,其特征在于,包括治具底板与固定在所述治具底板上的治具主体,所述治具底板上还设有用于固定所述线缆的线缆固定件,所述治具主体上设有用于放置所述线包主体的安装槽,以及用于对所述线包进行定位的水平定位机构与竖直定位机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线包加工治具,其特征在于,所述水平定位机构包括定位槽,所述线包主体上设有侧翼部件,所述侧翼部件插接在所述定位槽内以实现所述线包在第一方向上的定位;所述水平定位机构还包括定位块,所述定位块与所述线包主体抵持以实现所述线包在第二方向上的定位;所述第一方向与所述第二方向相互垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的线包加工治具,其特征在于,所述竖直定位机构包括设置在所述安装槽的底部的弹性块,所述弹性块与所述线包主体的底部卡接以实现所述线包在竖直方向上的定位。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的线包加工治具,其特征在于,还包括用于实现所述治具底板与所述治具主体之间可拆卸连接的自锁组件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的线包加工治具,其特征在于,所述自锁组件包括锁扣座和锁扣,所述锁扣座和所述锁扣之间连有压缩弹簧,所述锁扣座与所述治具底板固定,所述锁扣与所述治具主体连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的线包加工治具,其特征在于,所述锁扣为L形,所述锁扣的上端有卡接块,所述卡接块将所述治具主体卡接到所述治具底板上。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的线包加工治具,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述安装槽与所述线缆固定件之间的导向块,所述导向块上设有V型槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的线包加工治具,其特征在于,所述线缆固定件包括固定件主体和卡线压舌,所述固定件主体和所述卡线压舌通过一个转轴枢接。
  9. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的线包加工治具,其特征在于,所述治具底板的两端固定有旋转块,用于将所述治具翻转。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的线包加工治具,其特征在于,所述旋转块中间设有凹槽,其中一个所述旋转块的所述凹槽为圆形,另一所述旋转块的所述凹槽为矩形或圆角矩形中的一种。
